If you're searching for a wedding venue that treats your big day like THE event of the century — look no further. From our very first tour to the final dance of the evening, the staff here operated with a level of warmth and professionalism that honestly felt like our day meant as much to them as it did to us. Their attention to detail is unmatched and we received rave reviews on the food from all of our guests. The coordinators didn't just do their jobs; they owned them, anticipating needs we didn't even know we had. They've built an experience that guarantees the couple is prioritized and guests have an amazing time. If a five-star review could go to six, this venue would earn every fraction of it. -

Our wedding at the Transept was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we toured the space, the entire experience felt personalized, welcoming, joyful, and so thoughtfully curated. Every interaction leading up to our day made us feel supported and truly cared for.
One of the things that impressed us most was how organized and intentional the planning process was. The wedding coordinators walked us through every detail ahead of time, helping us think through things we never would have considered on our own. Because of their preparation, we went into the wedding day feeling calm and fully present. And on the day of, the on-site coordinators were incredible—they ensured everything ran smoothly, effortlessly, and exactly on schedule without ever making us feel rushed.
The food was immaculate—beautifully presented, flavorful, and genuinely memorable. Somehow, the service was even better than the food. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, kind, attentive, and genuinely excited to celebrate with us. Their professionalism and heart set the tone for the entire event.
The venue itself is stunning. It strikes the perfect balance of sophistication, class, and warmth. Every space felt intentional, inviting, and beautiful in a way that elevated the day without ever feeling overly formal or impersonal.
It was truly the perfect culmination of everything we hoped for—elegant, joyful, intimate, and unforgettable. Our wedding day was perfect, and we owe so much of that to the team at the Transept. We cannot recommend them enough. -

We could not have chosen a better venue for our wedding. The Transept and Delightmore team made every moment of this process so easy. We had the best day of our lives. All we have heard from our guests was how incredibly kind all of the staff was and how beautiful the venue is. Everyone also raved that it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. We hope we convinced our friends and family to consider the Transept and Delightmore for their events in the future. -

Planning a wedding while my husband and I were finishing up medical school was no easy task, but The Transept made it manageable and eased the stress!!! The team not only assists with anything from design, planning, to logistics, but The Transept also has a blueprint of every little wedding detail you probably have not even thought of! The food and drinks were delicious—my guests raved about it. Their chairs/tables, linens, and the little things (easels, church window boxes, card box), lighting, sound system, getting-ready bridal and groom suites, all make the experience seamless. I highly recommend this venue for the STAFF. My family and I dropped off our decor the day before, and an entire team of people transported everything inside the venue. Set up? Clean up? Day of event coordination? Timeline? No problem—they do it! It was also so easy to walk across the street to Washington Park to get photos with the perfect backdrop. The venue and setting is truly a one-stop shop. The Transept was also flexible with our style: we had a siblings-only wedding party and our Reverend had officiated at the venue before, so we opted out of a formal rehearsal dinner the night prior. Instead, The Transept team (shoutout Julie) walked us through our rehearsal day-of in the morning! Overall, I cannot recommend them enough. I would not have planned our wedding any other way. -

Booking The Transept was one of the best decisions we made while wedding planning. The venue is gorgeous, but what made it even better was working with Corey + Sayre. They were incredibly responsive, very professional, and went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect day. We had a great experience at EVERY touchpoint including booking, planning, design meeting, the tasting, the final details meeting, and even payments (they made it so easy!) At the wedding, we had fantastic, white-glove service all day and night. And the catering was truly SO GOOD! (I know everyone says that, but I mean it!) We would choose them a thousand times over! -

We got married at the Transept in April, and I just have to say... wow. The amount of ease I felt just because I knew that team had our backs and best interests at heart and just made the day go as smoothly as it possibly could. The whole entire process I truly don't know how I could have done it without this team. There were so many details and timeline items that I would have never even thought about that they handled for me. Also the venue is just a dream come true. I still get so many compliments on how perfect the venue was and how intimate and lovely it felt. I will recommend this venue to anyone and everyone that is planning to get married in Cincinnati! -

The Transept and the Delightmore Team made our perfect wedding a reality. We booked 2 years before our actual wedding date and there were some position changes and from a client’s point of view, it was the best move ever to have Corey as the Sales Manager. She was super responsive with emails and made you feel so well cared for and I felt like she truly listened to our needs, questions, and concerns. There were a couple instances where she proved to go above and beyond for us and I couldn’t be more appreciative.
The cocktails and food were absolutely out of this world. Literally the best pork I’ve ever had. But the venue is what had initially drawn us in. It’s absolutely STUNNING! During the day of, the entire team treated us like royalty, kept everything organized and on track, and they arranged our decor to bring our vision to life. It was truly the best day of our life! -

We had a fantastic experience having our wedding at The Transept! First, the space is absolutely gorgeous - I was looking for a more unique venue (i.e. not a hotel ballroom wedding) and immediately fell in love with The Transept. The bridal tower in particular is STUNNING and was such a fun place to spend the day getting ready with my bridesmaids. Second, the wedding coordinators and staff is extremely professional and great to work with. Jennifer is so on top of it and we felt taken care of throughout the whole process - from booking the venue, to postponing our wedding a year, to the wedding day. Funky's food also cannot be beat - we received so many compliments from guests on how amazing all the food and drinks were. Overall we really couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out and are so happy we chose to have our wedding at The Transept!
