Our family and friends had an amazing experience staying at The Three Authors homes! We had spectacular weather, beautiful sunrises , sunsets and even some four legged wedding guests!🐴🐴🐴🐴The housing accommodation were more then spacious for our 70 guests! Having the beach, pools, hot tubs, game rooms and theatre at the tip of fingers made for the perfect weekend wedding celebration! If you are looking for a non traditional reasonable wedding venue then this is the place for you! Lots of memories to be made!!👰♀️🤵 -

We had the best time hosting our wedding at The Three Authors it honestly felt special from the moment we arrived. The property is huge, right by the ocean, and even more beautiful in person than we expected.
It worked out perfectly for our group. Everyone had their own space to relax, but we could still come together easily, which was really important to us. The beach setting just made everything feel so calm and memorable.
Manish and his team were great throughout, super responsive and easy to work with, which made planning a lot less stressful. We also booked through Luxstay USA and that experience was smooth as well.
If you’re considering this place, I’d definitely recommend it. It’s unique, beautiful, and made the whole experience really special for us. -

We had such a wonderful experience hosting our wedding at The Three Authors. The property is truly stunning, and the oceanfront setting made everything feel even more special.
There was more than enough space for everyone in our group, which made the whole stay really comfortable. We loved being able to spend quality time together without ever feeling crowded. It created such a relaxed and fun atmosphere for the entire weekend.
Manish and his Luxstayusa team were great to work with—very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. It made planning and coordinating everything much easier.
What really stood out to us was how flexible everything was. We were able to bring in our own vendors and plan things the way we wanted, which made the whole experience feel very personal.
Overall, it was an amazing place to celebrate such an important moment. We’d definitely recommend The Three Authors to anyone looking for a unique and memorable wedding venue. -

The property was beautiful! The beach was clean and the sand was soft. The views are amazing! You may even see the wild horses! -

We just stayed at this gorgeous property. It had enough rooms for our entire group! It is beautifully furnished- its like stepping into a magazine shoot. We had plenty of space to gather our group and for pictures. It is right on the beach with a large pool and jacuzzi. There is a stunning gazebo perfect for weddings. We can't thank the host enough for an easy check-in and everything we needed! -

I got to experience the Three Author's location during a K-Cross creative weekend. For #createobx The place is absolutely beautiful!!! We stayed at the Mark Twain location, which is 18 bedrooms, Three stories, With a pool and a hot tub, Many washer and dryers, rooms with bathtubs and some rooms with standing showers, breathtaking views, A pier walk straight to the beach, an elevator, A game room, A movie theater, A fireplace, and so much more!!! Thank you so much for having us. This was an experience of a lifetime. I feel so blessed to have been able to enjoy this location.

I was extremely impressed with these properties! We stayed in the Mark Twain house and it was absolutely beautiful especially inside. There is an abundance of open space for entertainment and events throughout the home. There is a huge kitchen to gather family and friends. There is a theater room, pool table, pool and hot tub to enjoy with guests. The view is incredible and there is a walkway right to the beach which is super convenient. I would definitely recommend staying at this property - you won’t regret it!
If you’re trying to find a venue for a wedding, this is a great property to have your wedding as you’re able to house guests as well. Beautiful venue! -
