Already thinking of what other events I can hire Stephanie for!! All you need to know is the cake was DELICIOUS and FABULOUS. Great communication from Stephanie and had no doubt that she would deliver on time and bring something beautiful! Our wedding cake was one layer of red velvet and one of vanilla bean. Red velvet is usually my favorite but the vanilla bean was so so good!

Great Experience!

We had a great experience with Stephanie! Everyone raved over how wonderful our cake tasted at the wedding. We didn't have any left! She made the booking and payment process easy and was very professional. She has good prices as well. I recommend!

Great cake

The cake was absolutely decadent. It was a chocolate cake with delicious chocolate frosting and topped with miniature chocolate candy bars. This was all during the pandemic, and she offered flexibility. I was not there for delivery or set up, but it was done perfectly!
The cake got rave reviews!

The most AMAZING cake ever!!!

It was more than I expected! My cake was so beautiful, moist and tasty! There are not enough words to describe how wonderful this cake was! I had one layer strawberry and one layer lemon. My guests ate the WHOLE cake!!! I even had a child ask me if I was going to finish MY piece! Hahaha!!! I shared!

The best cakes!

Stephanie at The Sweetest Day is amazing- she can do any design you give her, she is very reasonable, and her cakes TASTE AWESOME.

We went for our tasting in February and I knew 2 things going in: I wanted almond cake and I hate chocolate cake. Her cakes were SO GOOD I almost couldn't decide on a flavor, and her chocolate cake was delicious (anyone who knows me knows those words have never come out of my mouth).

I showed her designs I liked and she showed us similar pictures of her work- it's incredible- she can do anything! We also found her to be reasonably priced which was important to me because as much as I love cake, I just can't justify thousands upon thousands of dollars on dessert.

Ultimately, we had to move our wedding date and change our guest count because of COVID, and Stephanie was very responsive and accomodating on changing our cake date and size to match. I really appreciated her working with us and being so kind.

If you're not sure where to look for a cake in Nashville, you should definitely at least do a tasting with Stephanie because you will be blown away!

Absolutely amazing cake artist

I showed her pictures of what I liked in fondant and she completely recreated it in buttercream! Not to mention it was delicious. She is a very sweet and professional lady!

The best Cake of our lives!

Stephanie was phenomenal! She did an amazing job on our cake and she even helped me surprise my husband with a grooms cake! Side note: the T has a blemish on the icing but that was completely our fault! An empty box fell on the Cake box that was hidden so he wouldn’t find it!

Amazing and affordable!

We chose to get cupcakes to put on a stand and have a top tier for us to cut. The cupcakes were amazing! We couldn’t stop eating our leftovers following the event! Stephanie did a great job, she is professional and very timely. She even delivered to our venue!

We loved our wedding cake and Stephanie was great to work with! Helped us narrow down ideas and then took our color preferences to create a gorgeous cake. She was easy to get in touch with and her pricing was very competitive. The cake itself was delicious, we had several flavors and loved them all!

I cannot speak highly enough of Stephanie and her work. She crafted sugar succulents for my cake and went with my husband and I's kind of crazy tastes. She was quick to respond to all of my questions. She is incredibly talented and the cake was absolutely delicious! We had guests going up for 3rd helpings. She customized everything and truly made my dream cake possible. You will not regret hiring The Sweetest Day!

Our cake was beautiful AND delicious! Stephanie made exactly what we were looking for and was able to guide us to the right choices. We had a smaller two tier cake and cupcakes, with two different flavors. All I have to say is--key lime buttercream!! If you're a fan, you MUST use Stephanie, it is DELICIOUS! Several people thought our cake was fake--my father-in-law actually even poked the cake to see if it was real wood! :) I would highly recommend Stephanie, and can't wait to eat our cake again next year!

Stephanie at the Sweetest Day was soo very lovely to work with. I am several states away from TN and had a planner coordinate all the vendors and Sweetest day was exactly as the name. Not only was the cake amazingly beautiful, it was delivered on time, tasted amazing and an incredible value.

Such a wonderful cake! Our wedding cake looked just like the picture I provided and it tasted so good and moist. My mom actually did the cake tasting due to the distance but had tons of flavors to choose from and I can't wait to get my cake top out at our 1 year anniversary - highly recommend the Sweetest Day and Stephanie!

Our cake was beautiful, and from the one bite I got, delicious :) Everyone has gone on and on about how fantastic it was, and that it was the best wedding cake they every had! Stephanie was super easy to work with, and very reasonably priced. My only regret is not getting to eat more of it! What little bit of cake that was left over, was eaten by my siblings the next day before I could have any :) Haha!!

I want to say that I had to use the sweetest day under sad circumstance. My original cake designer had a family emergency and was unable to do my cake. Stephanie at the sweetest day stepped in to help and delivered perfection. My cake was beautful and delicious. It was everything I hoped it would be. She only had three days to prep before my ceremony. I would recommend them simply on the fact they went above and beyond to help out a fellow cake maker. That right there speaks volumes for their dedication to their craft.

Stephanie is a delight to work with! Meeting was easy and she is very knowledgeable. She has hundreds of actual cake designs uploaded on computer she has done to help you choose a design, and/or will draw up a new design for you on the spot. The flavors available that you will taste are extensive and made with quality ingredients. Our wedding cake and grooms cake were made to our liking and the cakes were very good, flavorful, and moist. She arrived on time at our venue and set up everything. We almost went with Publix for our cakes because we thought they would be less expensive, however the quality of cake and prices were better with Stephanie at the Sweetest Day. Definitely recommend!

Stephanie was absolutely great! She started me out with a consultation and cake tasting, in which we viewed her work and got to sample the flavors available. I brought in a few pictures and explained to her what I like and don't like and she put together a beautiful design that we settled on that day. Day of the wedding she seamlessly delivered and set up cake without me ever even noticing, on time when she said. The cake was simple and beautiful, and everyone loved it. She even provided me with some extra frosting that we used to decorate the cake stand so we could wrap grapevine around that as a bottom layer. For what I've seen in Nashville, she is superb value at an amazing price!

Stephanie has been in the business for many years and makes not only beautiful cakes, but more importantly really great tasting cakes. She was easy to work with and I had no issues with her whatsoever. I also found that for what she has to offer, her cakes are priced very reasonably. I would definitely recommend!

Stephanie was so great to work with for both our Wedding Cake and Grooms Cake. She has so much experience, and so many wonderful pictures of the beautiful cakes that she has made, that it was easy to feel she could create exactly what we wanted. She also was so helpful in making suggestions. Her cakes were delicious and looked fabulous on our wedding day. She made an Italian Meatball Grooms cake, she had never made anything like it before, and our guests still can not stop talking about how incredible it looked. She is willing to make whatever your heart desires, and her price really is unbeatable in the Nashville area.

I did not have a wedding, but a birthday / Disney send-off party cake for a Make-a-Wish child. When I contacted The Sweetest Day about possibly helping me out with a cake, Stephanie was more than willing to help. She made a gorgeous princess cake with the child's picture in the center. It was not only beautiful, but delicious as well. We had a strawberry and vanilla mix. It was the hit of the party, and there wasn't one piece left! Not only does Stephanie make beautiful cakes, but she is extremely generous. She helped make a sick child's dream come true, and I couldn't have been more happy with the results. I recommend The Sweetest Day to everyone!

The wedding and grooms cake were pieces of heavenly edible art. The grooms cake was fashioned after a chess piece from a sheepy chess game bought in Scotland. The wedding cake was delicious. I recommend the buttercream icing with vanilla citrus cake. She is highly recommended and had several pictures of proof to her trade. She was able to piece together exactly what I was looking for tastefully.

Stephanie made the wedding cake and groom's cake for my daughter's wedding. We met with her, and she listened to my daughter's ideas for the wedding cake. Her design incorporated my daughter's ideas. The cake was beautiful and delicious. We gave her pictures of what we wanted the groom's cake to look like, and it was more beautiful than we ever could have imagined. It, too, was delicious. Stephanie's price was very reasonable, and she was very easy to work with! I will definitely use her in the future for other occasions.

Stephanie has been so great to work with. It has been easy to get in touch with her and she responds quickly to emails. We've looked at several pictures before we went for our cake tasting and initially still didn't know which one to choose. She has been very helpful, offering suggestions when we first met with her. Our wedding cake was just amazing! It looked so beautiful and perfect! We chose red velvet with cream cheese frosting and it was heavenly delicious! Everyone was raving just raving about our cake! And her price is very reasonable too! Will definitely recommend her to anyone!

We would definately recommend Stephanie Felts to help with your Wedding Cake. Stephanie was always quick to respond by phone/email everytime we had a question or concern. We quickly came in for a taste testing and we discussed the design of the cake. In the beginning we had no idea, but Stephanie really combined both of our personalites into the cake. The price was great for the quality of the cake and she delivered the cake on time the day of the reception. She was a pleasure to work with and we will definately be booking her in the near future for other occasions.

Stephanie made both our wedding cake and our grooms cake and BOTH were fantastic. She had a great sense of humor and helped us to make our grooms cake a reality (an armadillo with glasses and a beard, don't ask!) and the wedding cake was gorgeous. What I appreciate is that not only did everything look great but it TASTED amazing. I am still stuffing myself on the left over cake!

We ordered a wedding cake and a groom's cake from The Sweetest Day. We were extremely pleased with the taste and appearance of our cakes. She was the most affordable vendor in the area, and we were glad to see that the pricing did not have an effect on the quality. She worked with us on several ideas, and created a unique look for the wedding cake, and did a great job on the groom's cake as well.

Stephanie was so great to work with. I had had her cake before at other weddings and knew she was who I wanted to use for my own. The cake was not only beautiful but was so tasty! Stephanie at The Sweetest Day cakes did a fantastic job on our wedding cake! We were not very picky.. we knew we wanted a wedding cake & that we wanted it to be pretty and taste great!

We LOVED our tasting at Stephanie’s home office / bakery – she was very great and answered all questions that we had. We picked out a pretty simple design & the vanilla flavor cake - & it was fantastic!!!

Her prices are awesome too!!!! I would hire her again in a second!

I tasted MANY cakes from MANY vendors and compared the quantity/quality with regard to price and The Sweetest Day was the best HANDS DOWN> Stephanie was such a pleasure to work with and made my cake dreams come true. We had SO many compliments on our cakes... especially the ADORABLE golf cake she made for my groom! I would recommend her services to any bride!

My husband and I were married on May 1, 2010, in Nashville, TN... right in the middle of the biggest flood in the history of Nashville. Despite the weather, Stephanie and our wedding and grooms' cakes made it to the reception in plenty of time. Our wedding cake was absolutely beautiful- it was better than I ever imagined it would be. The grooms' cake was the highlight of the reception. It featured a football field (complete with all of the little details of a football field) and a bride wearing a UT helmet and a groom wearing a Florida helmet. It was amazing! Thank you so much Stephanie for the delicious cake! My sister is getting married next year, and we already know who will be making her wedding cake!

I LOVED my cake. Stephanie did a wonderful job and it was exactly how I pictured it in my mind. Aside from that, it tasted good - several of my guests commented on how moist the cake was and how yummy it was (I chose white citrus cake with a key lime buttercream filling)! Stephanie was a pleasure to work with and in my opinion, very affordable. I shopped around before deciding on The Sweetest Day and could've gone many other places and spent a lot more money but I didn't see the need. I would definitely go back to The Sweetest Day for any future "cake" needs!

Stephanie did a great job! Several of my friends got married this summer, my cake was for sure the best looking and best tasting! I wanted a yellow cake. Every vendor I went to told me if couldn't be done or that it would look funny. Stephanie said ok... and it was the most beautiful cake I had ever seen! It tasted incredible!! It was actually the only thing I ate at my reception... :-) we were busy dancing the night away! Everyone raved about the cake~

She managed to bring together our VERY different desires and create the perfect cake! And it was ultra yummy! Even days later (after being wrapped in plastic wrap), it was still moist.

Our cake turned out beautiful. We met with TSD once, went through ideas, tried some samples, and selected our cake. We were in and out in about an hour. It was a relief to not have to think about it again until it showed up to the reception. Simplicity was the name of the game with us, there were too many other things to worry about the day-of. Overall we were very pleased.

The only reason I am ranking flexibility as 4.5 out of 5.0 is that there was not a lot of variety to choose from when talking about cake style. There were set shapes, with set layers, with set toppings, etc. If that is how all cake-buying is, than just ignore this part of the review. Just something I noticed. Still, we were very happy with the outcome.

Beautiful Cake and Tasted Great!

When I contacted Stephanie and explained the cake we wanted she was very upfront with what it would require and the complexity of it. The end result was a beautiful cake that was just perfect. The only critique I have is a scheduling error for our meeting to choose flavors, but she was quick to rectify the situation by giving us a free sample box to take home and try.

Stephanie did both our wedding cake (which had to be gluten free - she even tried multiple batters to ensure we loved the way it tasted!), our wedding cupcakes (chock full of gluten! that everyone loved!) and the groom's cake. all of the items looked just perfect but he best part was everything tasted just as great! my husband still swears his groom's cake was not only THE coolest cake he has ever seen but hands down the best tasting cake he has ever had. he literally talked about it for the whole week FOLLOWING the wedding :) Thank you Stephanie for doing such an amazing job! We will definitely use you again in the future when an occasion arises.

From the very beginning, my husband and I knew that the cake would be one of the biggest parts of the event for us. So we were very careful in our selection process. Stephanie’s cakes are not too sweet, she is very generous with her flavors, and she offers real value for what she offers. We had 4 different flavors in our cake--red velvet, vanilla, citrus and carrot--all because we couldn’t choose just one. And each tier on her cakes can have up to 2 two toppings (with no upcharge), so for a standard 3-tier, you can get up to six different flavors. We wanted a design that was different from what she had done and she was able to not only give us that but improve on our vision. And it was delivered on time and set up well, and there was nothing lacking whatsoever. Definitely recommend!

Stephanie did a great job with the cakes. It was nice to see pictures of a lot of cakes she had done when we went to meet with her. We got a try some sample, but it would have been nice to be able to pick potential flavors to try before going to meet.

We had The Sweetest Day make the wedding cake. Not only did the cake look exactly how I imagined, but it tasted wonderful!! We had an evening wedding and it tasted very fresh. We just had our one year anniversary and ate the top layer. It tasted almost as good as on our wedding day!! The price is extremely reasonable compared to others. I would highly recommend The Sweetest Day for your sweetest day!!

Stephanie Felts is the owner & was recommended to me by my caterer. I was a bride on a budget but, my cakes were one of my things that were very important to me. I actually went to two other cake tastings before I scheduled one with Stephanie at the Sweetest Day. She blew the other two bakers out of the water. He cakes looked just as good. She has everything set up very professional in a bakery just outside of her house. Her cakes are delicious & gorgeous! I knew exactly what I wanted my cakes to look like & I described them to Stephanie. She took a few moments & made a sketch of my cakes, asked how many I needed to serve, got a few details from me & gave me an AWESOME price. The two other bakers that I had been to had quoted me for the same size & style of cakes but, they were wanting at least $400.00 more than Stephanie. I could tell that she was very organized & very detail oriented when it comes to her work. We got so many compliments on our cakes that everyone wanted to know who did them. I will gladly recommend The Sweetest Day to anyone anywhere in the Nashville area needing a cake that not only looks good but, is moist & tastes good as well.

Let me just say Stephanie Felts was a life saver during my wedding planning. About four weeks prior to my wedding, I received an email from my current cake vendor notifying me that the business would be closing immediately. I had little time to search for a new cake vendor, but Stephanie at The Sweetest Day was recommended by both bride friends and other businesses. She was very easy to get an appointment with and made the meeting process enjoyable. She had a collection of picture examples of cakes (most of all that she had created herself) to help the decision making process. I was able to try the different flavors of the cake as well. She is known for being affordable and is willing to work with you on budget. She delivers the cake herself and sets it up. Our cakes (wedding and groom's cake) turned out to be delicious! We are still hearing about how much guests enjoyed the cake. I would highly recommend The Sweetest Day.
