We were so impressed with our experience with The Story Creative photography! They worked closely with us to find the right photographer within our budget. Communication was clear, consistent, and responsive from the entire staff. We ended up choosing Lindsey Knipping as our photographer for our wedding day and she was the perfect fit for us! She understood out vision of collecting images that were memorable and laid back. She worked with us on a day with record breaking heat and didn't complain even once! She got sneak peeks to us the day after our event and even more a few days after that. We are so happy with every single photo she took. We highly highly recommend booking with The Story Creative and especially with Lindsey Knipping! -

We are speechless with how amazing our experience was with Summer. She had done the groom's sister's wedding a few years ago and we did not want anyone else to capture our wedding. Summer is absolutely fabulous and goes above and beyond for her clients. Her ability to capture every moment perfectly is truly phenomenal. Don't even think about it, book Summer for every photo need! -

We worked with Summer and her team at a beautiful, stunning wedding in Taos, NM recently and I have to say our team is completely bummed. I will explain at the end. As a prospective couple.... you need to choose her. From a wedding film studio that has worked with all kinds of photographers (I mean all kinds)-> she was amazing. From the interaction with the couple, their guests who flew in from all over the U.S., the wedding party, the types of posing, attention detail, timeliness, (Everything you need in a professional) the quality of memories captured was phenomenal. She even saved our behinds on a miscommunication on "which barn" the first touch and vow reading was happening at. I'll be honest, we were a little bit late and she directed everything so we would not miss a thing. I was soooo thankful. She told us, "We want video to succeed just as much as we succeed as that is what this amazing couple desires for today." As a couple searching for a quality photographer, you need to choose her team to photograph your wedding. So, to conclude this review, we are sooooo bummed that The Story Creative's Home is in the east coast and not in The Land of Enchantment here in NM. It was a pleasure working with her and her team. -

Amazing Photographer
I had the pleasure of working with TSC at recent wedding, and they did an absolutely amazing job! The professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire event. They captured every special moment beautifully, and their friendly demeanor made everyone feel comfortable and at ease. The final photos exceeded all expectations and truly captured the essence of the day. I highly recommend TSC for any event – you won't be disappointed. Thank you for your incredible work! -

If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would!! Summer from The Story Creative is the absolute BEST. She made us feel like absolute royalty during our wedding. She was funny, creative, organized and fit in seamlessly with our group. She brought peace of mind and made sure we got all of the shots we wanted. I didn't have to think about anything the day of the wedding because their team was so professional and on top of it from the beginning. Our photos are an absolute dream and we can't wait to look through them over and over. Cannot recommend them enough! -

I can not say enough great things about this company and especially the photographer Summer and her assistant Noah. They were truly amazing, they fit right in with everybody at the wedding and had fun with us. She kept us on track, was able to get everybody to focus when needed, she made us laugh, and helped calm me (the bride) down when I was anxious. We got PLENTY of preview pictures literally the next day , which was the best thing ever. I loved sharing the pictures for those who couldn't attend the actual day. She also would show me pictures on her camera as she took them. I loved everything about the services and overall the pictures were breathtaking. The pictures she captured was exactly what I had pictured in my mind for my wedding day. She assisted with plenty of poses and was such a hype woman. I am so thankful I got to work with Summer and Noah and am so excited to get the rest of my photos back. -

The Story Creative is amazing! I honestly cannot say enough good things about them. I had to move my wedding twice because of COVID and each time they were so understanding and even moved things around for me so they could be available. Summer was so easy to talk to and she really took the time to talk with me and plan out our whole day, so she knew what we wanted. Since I had to change my date so many times Summer was not able to take our pictures on our wedding day, but she made sure to put me in good hands and recommended Adam. Adam, Abi and Taylor were AMAZING on our wedding day. They were so easy to work with and pretty much turned into our wedding coordinators for the day. We got a sneak peek of our pictures not even a week after our wedding and they were better than I could have ever imagined. It rained pretty much all day, and it was so windy on the beach, but you would never know that looking at our pictures. Adam is truly talented, and it is obvious that he loves what he does! I can’t thank all of them enough for making our day so perfect, and for making the planning process so easy. I will most definitely be recommending The Story Creative to ALL my friends and family and will be using them for all my photography needs in the future! -

Stunning photos available just hours after tying the knot!
The Story Creative nailed our wedding photos! We hired two photographers and the lead, Summer, had an amazing eye for the perfect shot and the lighting was to die for. She was fun, gave easy direction, and made me feel comfortable getting my picture taken which is usually a struggle for me. The best part of choosing The Story Creative, aside from the great photos, was that the morning of the wedding I was told that someone would come in to edit photos as the day was progressing and we would be able to see photos that same night! I was nervous about how they would turn out, but I was over the moon when Summer pulled us aside at the reception to show us about 80 photos that had been edited and were ready to be downloaded! The immediate gratification of seeing pictures just hours after tying the knot was SO nice! They even set a laptop out on our sweetheart table so guests could check out the photos. Most companies might offer a few sneak peeks in the days following the wedding (at best), but I was able to download 80+ pictures the very night of our wedding, share with our friends and family, and look at them every day since to re-live the moment. I would absolutely recommend Summer and The Story Creative to anyone looking for a wedding photographer!! -

Summer was amazing throughout our whole wedding journey. She took bridal portraits and wedding photos and all of them are beautiful! Our wedding was cancelled due to a hurricane and she was so flexible and understanding with rescheduling. She made us feel so at ease during our sessions and was able to manage our large family and wedding party with ease. She’s the best, y’all! -

Her flexibility and professionalism leading up to our big day put us at ease, and what she accomplished on our day was amazing. We had a heavy rainstorm during our wedding, and she still made our photos look incredible. Because of an issue with another vendor of ours on that day, she even went above and beyond to help get things set up with tables, chairs, decorations, etc. We would recommend Leanne to anyone looking for a committed, passionate wedding photographer without reservation! -

John Sent on 07/14/2015We couldn't have been happier with Leanne and Angel, who took photos of our wedding day on Bald Head Island in North Carolina. Leading up to and on our wedding day, they were both incredibly professional and very responsive. They were diligent about getting all the shots we wanted without being pushy, and they had some great recommendations along the way (so happy we left the reception briefly to get some sunset shots on the beach). They were also very fun and interactive with our guests, blending right in and really becoming a part of the celebration. Of course, the end product was fantastic, too. Beautiful photos, wonderful editing, very timely turnaround time -- again, couldn't be more pleased. -

Movie Star Quality Photography
I can’t even begin to describe how wonderful Maggie and the whole crew at The Story Creative have been throughout our entire wedding process. From engagement photos to our big day almost a year later, we have absolutely been blown away by the quality of photos as well as the level of service provided. Communication was always prompt and we were so impressed by how quickly we received our photos. Maggie was a literal rockstar!! She has great ideas, is so positive and welcoming, and helped my shy husband really come out of his shell and be comfortable in front of the camera. The editing is almost cinematic in how top quality it is. Truly I felt like a movie star!!!! I want to get married again just so I can receive more of these gorgeous photos, and I WILL be displaying these all over my home, and car, and job, and maybe even a billboard. -
