We absolutely loved our wedding at the Sterling. Our guests were raving about the food (especially the BBQ meatballs and the beer braised brisket!). I highly recommend the white glove package. Just having someone to coordinate with my vendors the week of the wedding and taking that off my plate made wedding week a BREEZE. The day of was stress free as Shannon and my vendors took care of everything behind the scenes. Shannon Mowry is the most amazing human I have ever met. She was so attentive the day of the wedding - to not just us, but to our whole wedding party. She went above and beyond and even drove a golf cart to help my mom get to the locations for pictures. Following the ceremony, she was there with a celebratory drink in hand for us. I cannot say enough amazing things about Shannon - she alone was worth every penny we spent.The Sterling's reply:

As my first wedding anniversary is around the corner, I am feeling nostalgic and know I am long overdue for a review of our experience at the Sterling. This was the first venue we toured, and from the moment we stepped foot on the property, we knew it was the one... (literally.. we had other venue tours booked that day that we cancelled). The venue is breathtaking and truly one of a kind. We knew we wanted an indoor/outdoor area so our guests didn't feel crammed all in one place, and the sterling gave us just that. From the island, to the multiple patios, the balcony and options for both indoor and outdoor seating, there was plenty of space for our guests to spread out and move around.
The team at the Sterling made the planning process as simple as possible. We had our planning meeting with Paige who was beyond phenomenal to work with and truly put my mind at ease, answering every question we had and reassuring us that the day would go smoothly. I am a very type A bride and had a very specific vision that the team brought to life exactly as I'd have hoped. We paid for the white glove package, which I highly recommend. This gave us a coordinator and we also didn't have to worry about decor breakdown. Our original coordinator left the company and we very last minute were placed with Kayla. I cannot say enough great things about her. For being added to our wedding on such short notice she caught up to speed and made sure the day went exactly as I had wanted it to (even stepped into the role of makeup artist when my makeup got ruined during my first look.)
Our guests could not stop raving about the atmosphere of this venue, as well as the delicious food. Out of every wedding I have ever been to- the sterling's food was by FAR the best. They have an amazing drink selection, and we added the high noon bar to our drink package, which was a huge hit with all of our guests.
Our whole day was planned out perfectly and exactly as I envisioned it. This venue is absolutely worth every penny, and I cannot recommend it enough.The Sterling's reply:

Best Wedding Venue By Far!
My husband and I got married at the Sterling earlier this month and we could not be happier with the whole experience! The venue is simply gorgeous — it has a modern, stately vibe inside the building with its neutral palette and high ceilings, but the setting of the island out back with its surrounding pond and willow trees provides a whimsical, natural feel as well. It combined our two visions in that way. The whole wedding team was wonderful and supportive throughout every step of the planning process! Taylor the coordinator was an angel — so kind and so on top of everything throughout planning and on our wedding day!
The food and drink were incredible as well. They had so many options for apps, meals, late night snacks, special bars, etc. They even special ordered in a liquor we wanted for one of our specialty cocktails!
The Sterling captivated us the moment we stepped in to tour it, and I am SO glad we went with with our guts and chose this venue. We had the most perfect wedding day and we are so grateful to everyone at The Sterling for their support!The Sterling's reply:

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our venue and the incredible experience we had! From the moment we walked through the doors, we knew we had found the perfect place for our wedding. Every little detail was thoughtfully planned, making our day nothing short of magical. The venue itself is breathtaking, and it provided the perfect backdrop for our celebration.
A huge thank you to Tanya Sue, who made everything go so smoothly and effortlessly. She was absolutely amazing throughout the entire planning process, and she handled all of our crazy ideas with grace and enthusiasm. Tanya Sue was always there when we needed her, whether it was answering a question or helping us organize all the details. One thing I absolutely loved was how she thought to set up the seating chart differently, making it so unique and beautiful—it was one of those little touches that truly made our wedding day special.

The Sterling was the first venue that caught my eye when planning our wedding, and I am so happy we decided to have our wedding here! The entire team here was so friendly, organized, and responsive the entire time. We worked closely with Maggie, Tanya, Paige, Taylor, and others, and every single one was so professional and wonderful to work with. As a Type-A bride, I had every detail planned. The team at The Sterling made sure to take every piece of information I gave them and execute the day perfectly. From trusting them with certain decoration choices, to making day-of changes due to weather, to keeping us informed along the way, I felt so at ease throughout the entire process. Every part of this venue is beautiful, and you can tell how much care everyone puts into their work. The bartenders kept up with our guests all night long, and the food was honestly the BEST wedding food I've ever had. It was incredible to have the venue, food, and drinks all organized by the same team. The Sterling is absolutely worth every penny.The Sterling's reply:

Fantastic Venue!
We had our wedding here on 8/23/24. It is an absolutely beautiful venue with lots of unique details that is hard to find elsewhere! Although it is costly, I genuinely would recommend if you want a venue that is going to do "most of the work" for you. From booking to the actual day, we were met with the utmost professionalism and stellar communication. We worked with Tanya Sue who was just excellent! When we weren't sure of a detail, she was always ready and willing to problem solve, was always available when we had questions, and really eased us into all of the planning details that can be overwhelming. She was with us on the day making sure everything was going smoothly and I truly believe the day would not have been as perfect without her help! On the actual day, the staff was attentive and fantastic with our guests. They even served us drinks as we walked back from the ceremony & made sure me and my husband were able to have all of the food that was offered since we were busy visiting with guests, it was awesome! The food and drinks were fantastic as well. We did the white glove package which was worth it 100 times over especially with set up, break down, and the perks that are included! We didn't have to provide much direction on the decor & tablescapes that came out beautiful. 10/10!The Sterling's reply:

Our wedding at The Sterling was an absolute DREAM. From day one we were beyond impressed with this venue. Maggie led us on a tour of the venue and thoroughly explained everything. Right from the start, we could feel her excitement for us and she was beyond amazing at answering any questions that we had. We knew this was the place where our dream wedding could become reality. Tanya was our coordinator and she was honestly beyond amazing. Words truly don't describe how detail oriented and hard working she is. She communicated with us regularly and was so beyond sweet and thoughtful at all times. Leading up to the wedding day, Tanya was always willing to answer any questions we had, big or small. She did an amazing job hosting our Rehearsal and made sure we were all set to go for the wedding day. What really impressed me most about Tanya was her ability to ensure we had a proper timeline for our day and keep the day running smoothly. We had a lot of moving parts to our day, including sharing a first look, island ceremony, a cigar bar, an ice cream truck, fireworks, and sparklers. Tanya made a timeline to ensure we had time to do everything we wanted to do. At our planning meeting, we could feel Tanya's excitement for us and could tell how important it was to her that our wedding day ran smoothly. So many of our guests complimented how great the food was and how hard the staff was working. Many things stood out to us about the place in general as well as our coordinator but our favorite detail was as soon as we got married and exited the island from our ceremony, Tanya was standing right there waiting with our signature cocktails for us, it was such a nice surprise. She made sure every last detail was perfect for us. The venue is truly so beautiful from the bridal suite/groomsmen suite, to the island ceremony, and the outside dance floor. From the food, to the staff, to the grounds, this place is an absolute dream. We would 100% wholeheartedly recommend this venue to anyone! All around the best in the business
We had our wedding here 11/25/23 and I would choose this venue over and over again! Michael and his team at The Sterling were everything we needed and looking for. From start to finish the process was made so easy. I’ve dreamed of my wedding day since I was a little girl and they delivered on every aspect and exceeded all our expectations. We are still getting compliments on the food, service and how beautiful the venue was. They were worth every penny that we spent. An absolute dream!
The Sterling is such a beautiful venue! We had the pleasure of planning our wedding with Hannah who made this process so easy and fun! She was extremely helpful when we were making decisions and was able to make suggestions when needed. On the day of the wedding, she was extremely attentive as were the rest of the staff. If we needed anything, there was always someone there to help us. The entire day was seamless and flawless. There were so many little touches and details that were executed perfectly. We literally could not have asked for anything more. All of our guests have told us all good things about this venue like how beautiful it was, how nice and accommodating the staff was, how good the food was and so much more! Latesia Sent on 10/26/2022Has a Beautiful Wedding AND They Took My Feedback Seriously
The Sterling was the first venue my fiancé and I visited and we knew we wanted to get married there immediately. We paid our deposit in 2021 for an October 2022 wedding.
In the final months before the wedding there was some slowness in responses and miscommunication between me and our assigned coordinator. This didn’t cause any major problems for our day, which essentially went off without a hitch, but it did cause some unnecessary, last minute stress.
I waited a few days to email the Sterling to make sure I wasn’t still fueled by post-wedding nerves, and outlined my critiques with my assigned coordinator. I tried not to be unnecessarily harsh because I have an extensive history in customer service and direct client service and know first hand that unexpected situations happen. But, I was disappointed at some aspects of service and wanted them to know.
Paige had taken over as our primary venue coordinator last minute, so she handled my email. She and the Sterling team took time to look into my concerns and did not respond with defensiveness. They apologized for the hiccups, actually shared an addition to their coordination process to avoid this type of situation in the future, and went above and beyond to send me and my husband a gift in response to something I jokingly mentioned a couple of times to Paige via email.
I don’t expect perfection from anyone or anything - that’s just not realistic. However, I am very sensitive and sometimes critical of sub par customer service. Paige and the Sterling team made me feel listened to and comfortable after I essentially sent a complaint email: a lot of business and people would not or could not do that.
I was going to leave a positive review no matter what because the majority of our time working with the Sterling and our original coordinator was amazing and me, my husband, and our guests had a great time! Their response to my constructive feedback is what bumped this to a 5/5 for me.

Words can’t describe how much I love the Sterling and their team. They made my dream wedding come true. From the first time I toured until after our wedding day, my feelings about it never changed. The staff is SO kind. We worked with Michael for a while and he was absolutely fantastic. He responded to every single email question I had (which was a lot) and was always so friendly. For the day of our wedding we worked with Tonya and Hannah and I am truly obsessed with them. They were so organized, nice, funny, and honestly my hype women all night. The night of our wedding was so smooth because of them. The food at the sterling is amazing and my guests can’t stop telling me about it. Not to mention the catwalk for our first dance (we got tons of compliments on it). It was really windy during my ceremony and we had to make a last minute decision on if we should do it in or outside. Hannah and Tonya helped me make this stressful and game time decision and kept me so calm. I can’t recommend the Sterling or Hannah and Tonya anymore. Anything I needed during the night (lights turned up, announcements made, etc…they helped me immediately) If you’re not getting married at The Sterling, I feel bad for you! We had our son’s wedding at the Timberlodge & Sterling and it was everything we could have dreamed of. The food was absolutely amazing. Everyone raved how delicious the steak/chicken combo, vegetarian dish, appetizers, desserts, specialty drinks and evening snacks were. This venue and team are absolutely amazing! The sky is the limits with this venue from the locations of first dance or lawn games to sparklers and fireworks! We fell in love with the venue from day one and the staff (Michael and team) made us feel right at home! We celebrated New Year's Eve and our wedding at the Sterling on 12/31/21. After looking through the available venues in the Buffalo area it was no question that we wanted to host our wedding at the Sterling. We loved working with the team to plan every detail of our event to make sure everything represented us well. The space itself is such a a beautiful simple canvas that comes to life with even the smallest details. All of our guests had the same reaction as we did when they walked in and looked around.
We loved having the option to create virtually whatever floor plan to work best with our guest list and adjust as needed to optimize the placement of our DJ with the dance floor, the gift table, family photos and so much more. If you are a creative person you can transform this space into so many different things - it was really inspiring to see their tagged photos on instagram to see what other couples did with the venue.
I would be remiss if I didn't talk about the food - my jaw dropped when I saw how generous the serving size was. I've heard from so many people that brides are usually too nervous to eat the day of their wedding, let me tell you I didn't miss a meal all day and dinner was no exception. The food was absolutely delicious and what's more impressive is I didn't hear anyone say their steak was overdone or anything was cold as if it had been sitting out for a long time. We opted to do all passed appetizers rather than any of the charcuterie tables that were available as we felt it would give guests more things to try. The Swedish meatballs were a huge hit, as were the grilled cheese and tomato soup shooters, and classics like caprese skewers.
Regarding pricing - there were no surprise prices. The Sterling was very upfront with us when we put in our deposit in November 2020 what the typical price increases for food and beverages is each year which really helped us plan our menus and stay in budget. I have read horror stories about charges to rent plates, silverware and then WASH those items. The fee to rent the Sterling includes SO much including the priceless expertise and assistance from the coordinator.
Speaking of coordinators, Michael was there to help us at every turn with changing COVID guidelines in the county and made sure we were hosting an event that we and our guests felt comfortable celebrating in. Michael also took over the hugely important job of contacting our vendors (DJ, Florist, Cake etc) the week of our wedding to provide them with details they needed. This was a huge help and eliminated a major task from our to-do list. The rest of the staff including Natalie was instrumental in executing all of our plans day of so that we could just simply enjoy our wedding!
We also had our ceremony at the Sterling - I was at first apprehensive about having it in the enclosed heated patio in the back, but I promise you when I was walking down the aisle, the last thing I was looking at was the outdoor plastic flaps that enclose the space. We were able to easily transform the space into a beautiful location for a ceremony by adding a few details to the arbor and filling it with our family and friends.
Thank you to everyone at the Sterling for helping us plan a wedding and New Year's Eve party that we will remember for the rest of our lives!

Flawless is honestly the best way to describe it!
The second we walked into the Sterling I knew I didn’t want to look anywhere else for our wedding venue (my actual words were “can I live here?!”, and if you’ve seen the inside, you know why!). From the moment we took our tour and signed our contract, to the moment we said our I Do’s and partied the night away, the Sterling staff never ceased to amaze us with their responsiveness, their service and just their overall desire to make your special day their top priority. Getting married during Covid everyone assumed planning must’ve been a nightmare for us but honestly the Sterling handled Covid so well and took away any stress that couldve come from it and did everything in their power to make our wedding hopes a reality. Our planner Michael, the Walt Disney of wedding planners making our dreams come true, was nothing short of absolutely incredible, from our surprise first look with our dog, the non traditional wedding entrance, to our decor, to our very large wedding party, to all our crazy wild partying, he made sure everything went more perfect than I could’ve ever hoped for. Now let’s talk about the staff during the wedding! PHENOMENAL! From the moment we walked in the door for getting ready, till the end of the night while we packed up. Throughout the night a staff member was always coming up to me or my husband, without any request, to make sure we always had a fresh drink in our hand (I felt like a damn celebrity!). Our guests and bridal party all night continued to comment on how amazing and attentive the staff was and they were just blown away. Your wedding day is one of the most special days of your life, if not THEEE most special, and The Sterling takes that responsibility you put into them very seriously and goes above and beyond to make sure it’s a night you will always remember. The Sterling is stunning, the staff is amazing, and the food is excellent.
The Sterling staff helped my dream wedding come to life. I have to give a shout out to Michael, our coordinator, who was MVP and made all our dreams a reality.
The bride and groom suite were the best touch and helped the day run so smoothly. It is amazing to have your hair and makeup done at the venue space.
The entire space is a beautiful blank canvas so every bride can see a different vision and bring it to life.

Chris, Natalie, Tumika, Michael and Krystal were all absolutely wonderful to us throughout the planning process for our wedding. We booked with the venue in 2019, before it was even finished being built, and that’s when we first met Krystal. She was always quick to answer our questions and super accommodating. From there, the team was consistently friendly and responsive. They experienced some turnover during the pandemic, as most facilities have, but they wound up assembling a rockstar team that takes true pride in their work!
Not to mention - the food! Our guests are still raving about the food! Everything including the assortment of hand passed appetizers, beautiful crudités displays, shrimp displays, and dual entrees were exceptional!
They even helped us come up with a signature drink for the bar! It was absolutely phenomenal. Tumika and her team were incredible the entire night. There was NEVER a back up at the bar and people were complimenting us on how wonderful everyone was!!!
Arrowhead’s Food and Beverage Director, Chris, has put together a great team at The Sterling. We, as well as many of our guests, are just so impressed. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left Chris and his team made us feel like we were important. They calmed our nerves, made us laugh, and showed us true hospitality. I just can’t say enough good things about this team.

If I could give 100 stars it would still not be enough to describe my daughter's wedding at The Sterling. The entire team went above and beyond to make her wedding a real life Fairytale!
Geoff was so attentive and was sincerely committed to ensuring every detail, every request and every aspect of planning was gone over and double checked. By the night of the wedding I was 100% secure that everything was taken care of, all I had left to do was enjoy the night! And enjoy the night we did!
We had 180 guests and the room was very comfortable. We had a large dance floor and still plenty of room for cocktail hour and a beautiful dessert table. Cocktail hour set the tone for an incredible night! Signature Cocktails, Passed Appetizers that are still being talked about; grilled cheese and tomato soup shooters-amazing!
The Bar Staff was attentive, fast and still found time to be personable and so welcoming to our guests!
Dinner was spectacular, not only was it delicious, and hot, but all of our guests were served almost simultaneously. It was incredible.
After dinner we had Late Night Snacks; French Fry and Pretzel Bars-the perfect snack after cocktails and dancing! And, the guys loved the Cigar and Whiskey Bar.
We ended the night with a Sparkler Send Off-it was magical.
And the best part, I did not have to worry about a thing, the Sterling staff had everything covered!!
From start to finish, from wedding coordinators, to managers, to wait staff and bar staff-every single person and every part of our time at The Sterling was Perfect!
I would not hesitate to recommend them to family or friends for any party, wedding or social event.
My only regret-- is that it is over. I am going to miss our Sterling friends, and all the fun we had planning my daughter's wedding.

Our wedding was everything we wanted and more. Lauren helped us plan out our timeline and organize our event. We received many compliments from our guests about how attentive and on point the whole staff was. The food was delicious and we have never tasted a better cookie. One of our guest had to attend to their child and his wife asked if they could set some food aside for him since it was dinner time. Not only did they set food aside, they noticed right away when he returned and brought it right out to him without being asked. That is just one example of how great the whole staff was. Not the bride to be, but the dreaded mother in law! I went with the bride to be to tour The Sterling. The pictures on the website were so beautiful, we had to see it in person! After an amazing tour with Krystal, we not only booked The Sterling, but the bride changed her design concept altogether to match the esthetic of The Sterling! It is THAT beautiful!
Sitting down with Krystal was seamless! She was so nice and explained everything to a 'T'! She gave us suggestions we hadn't thought of and talked us through a few things to decide on. Over all an amazing experience and can't wait to meet the rest of the team!
Down to the knitty gritty! Think of ALL you have to do setting up your venue, with the decorations you have to purchase, the flowers you have to purchase, all the extras you have to purchase. The time it will take to decorate, the things you forget to get everything perfect for your day.... Now think of ALL OF THAT being done, nothing forgotten and included for you the way YOU want.... I am all in!

The best venue ever!!!
If I could give 100 stars I would. I do not even know how to put into words how amazing Lauren, Krystle and the whole team from The Sterling are. I was originally suppose to have my reception at Babeville but due to certain areas of Erie County becoming a yellow zone I reached out on 11/9/20 for my wedding on 11/14/20 and The Sterling was able to accommodate us with just a 5 day notice. They even met with me and my fiancé the day I emailed them, these awesome ladies literally stayed late at work to ensure that I would have my dream wedding come Saturday. Being a covid bride is stressful enough and switching venues last minute turned out to be such a easy transition due to how incredible the staff at the Sterling was!! Lauren the wedding coordinator was present during my whole reception and ensured that everything turned out perfect. I honestly have the Sterling staff to thank for making my wedding day the best day of my life. Not to mention it is hands down the most beautiful venue in WNY! Last year when I got engaged I did not consider Arrowhead due to the distance but honestly it is worth the 40 minutes drive from Buffalo and back and all of your guest will realize that as soon as the take one step inside! I wouldn’t change one thing from my wedding day and I know I was meant to have my reception there because I could not even imagine having it any where else besides the Sterling!! Perfect Day at the Perfect Venue
We went to venues all over the Western New York area and nothing compared to hospitality the Sterling team showed, the beautiful property, fair prices and great communication. We booked The Sterling before it was even built and it was the best wedding decision we made. We first worked with Krystle and she was so welcoming and kind, we booked immediately. Through out the rest of our wedding planning we worked with Amanda, and she was AMAZING!!! There is a lot that goes into a wedding reception and she was unbelievably informative, helpful and patient through out the entire process of planning a wedding during COVID-19. Due to COVID we ended up being the first wedding to be held at the new venue! We had to cut the guest list and we unable to have a tasting, but we knew the food was good by talking to past Timberlodge brides, we were grateful for being able to have our reception and we ended up with a small intimate reception, which made our day special day even better! The Sterling is the ideal rustic chic venue, the team is so easy to work with, Amanda is the wedding planner ever bride dreams of and the overall team truly allowed us to have the best day of your life. -

My husband Zach and I got engaged in 2018 and originally booked with the Timberlodge at Arrowhead. We were given the ability to switch to the Sterling and when seeing the plans, we jumped at the opportunity! From day 1 our wedding planner was nothing but helpful, always responding to emails promptly, and making all our requests a possibility. I have Celiac Disease so the fact that almost all the food could be altered to be safe for me to eat, was such a relief as a bride. The day of our wedding was so fun and stress free! My fiance and I just got engaged about a month ago and as I was searching on Wedding Wire I knew immediately that The Timberlodge/Sterling was going to be in my top 3 venue's I would need to go visit. Right from the first phone call the ladies at the Timberlodge were extremely pleasant. They were able to coordinate a time with our tough work schedules for a tour of their venue. The day of the tour was spectacular. My fiance and I met with both Krystle and Devyn during the tour and both ladies answered every question (no matter how stupid they may have sounded) to a T. The Timberlodge is absolutely stunning with the architecture and the wood beams-we knew it was the perfect style for us. Then we learned all about the Sterling and saw pictures of what it was going to look like and my fiance and I were sold instantly. To put it simple, The Sterling is going to be my dream wedding. Beautiful rustic-warehouse atmosphere and spacious. Plus, a TON of things are included in the total price to make sure that your wedding day flows smoothly and takes a lot of pressure off of you. Krystle was very kind with letting us visit the grounds a few more times with more family members which was really amazing of them to do for us. Our experience thus far has been absolutely incredible and we are SO excited to be able to have our dream wedding in 2021 at our dream venue! -

Best. Wedding. Ever.
I have so many great things to say, I'm not even sure where to start.
The venue is gorgeous: picturesque setting, plenty of grounds for staging photos, high ceilings, natural light, exposed beams, newly re-modeled bridal suite, faux foliage wall - the list goes on.
The food was Ah Maze Zing. From the hand-passed apps straight through to the after-party mozz sticks, the food was phenomenal. Also, go for the prok, it will literally change your life.
The element that really put this venue over the top was the Wedding Director, Ciera Schwartz. We had a very unique wedding - a "nerd" wedding, if you will. Ciera was 140% on board with it. She was so excited about the ideas that we were excited about, she helped brainstorm how to get all the elements in that we were looking for. She even offered to hang Hogwarts House Banners from the beams - completely her suggestion. We ordered them off Amazon immediately following that conversation. She was a joy to work with. Even though wedding planning is completely overwhelming, Ciera made it as painless & fun as possible, and we always looked forward to our meetings with her.
The entire staff was fantastic. It was obvious down to the smallest detail that some major TLC went into arranging our decor. And quick shout-out to the brilliant bartender who made Harry Potter House tip jars : Ravenclaw for Life.
Couldn't have made a better choice regarding venue. We were able to make our wedding everything we wanted in a gorgeous setting at a reasonable price. 14/10 would book again. 💕 -
