I cannot say enough good things about the staff, venue, and our experience with The Springs Angleton! Magnolia Manor is the most beautiful, functional and just perfect venue! It has beautiful landscaping, a huge parking lot, secret entrances and exits, a gorgeous balcony, and plenty of space for everything. Our photographer kept saying that she wanted to get married here because of all of the picture perfect spots at this venue! But not only was the venue everything we wanted, so was the staff! From the moment we first reached out, every single person has been so kind and so helpful. Planning a wedding is so stressful but having all of these wonderful ladies along side planning and meeting helped so much! The Springs really has everything you could possibly want/ need. The wedding package was so reasonably priced all of the vendors knew what they were doing, where they were going and what to expect which took so much off of me. Food was delicious, drinks were great, photos booth was so much fun, and the DJ was awesome! My favorite part of the package however, had to be the day of Coordination! They were so on top of everything all day long! I can confidently say that nothing went wrong because of them. Every concern I had or little things I was worried about were all solved! They were both amazing but I have to give Hannah an extra shout out for going above and beyond to make our day perfect!!

The Perfect Venue
Choosing The Springs in Angleton was the best decision I’ve ever made so far! My husband, Rodney, and I moved our wedding date up to accommodate my mom who is battling cancer. We wanted to make sure she would be there and The Springs in Angleton made sure our day was uniquely special! We chose Magnolia Manor for the breathtaking views indoors and outdoor. The staff’s professionalism was amazing, the communication 10/10! The service the day of and throughout the entire process was the cherry on top! I am overjoyed that I was able to make beautiful memories with them!

Sycamore Hall at The Springs
I recommend endlessly! The venue is so beautiful, and the workers (Lauren, Paige & Brittany) are the best. Anytime I had a question I would hear back quickly. Victoria Bailey, the planner out of The Springs, is hands down the best. Everything went as smoothly as I could’ve imagined due to her.

Love this venue!
Everyone was so helpful and kind while we toured and decided on a venue. They worked with our schedule and made sure we were comfortable with everything! What really drew us to this venue (besides how beautiful it is) is the all inclusive package. So blessed to not have to worry about who the catering or DJ will be since it is provided by the venue. Made booking this place a no brainer!

A dream come true!!
From the moment we signed our contract, to the moment we said “I do”, the staff here at The Springs were absolutely AMAZING!! These ladies are so helpful and always ready and willing to answer any questions you may have, leading up to the big day. We got married at Magnolia Manor and it was literally a dream come true!! I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful, classy venue. We wanted elegant and that’s exactly what we got plus more!!

The Lester’s wedding
I cannot rave more about the springs! The venue was beautiful. My day came out absolutely perfect. I had Maegan as my day of coordinator and she was amazing that day. Kelsey is their director of coordinating and helped plan until the day of. Couldn’t have done it without those two. The DJ Amber was on point with all of the songs. Everyone was super friendly the day of! They also have a number that you can text when you have any questions. Always answered quickly! Thanks so much Lauren, Paige, and Brittany for always answering all of my constant texts. lol

Hurricane wedding
Our wedding was the night before hurricane barrel set in. The venue was very communicative and supportive, even though there was a hurricane right around the corner. On the day of the wedding, we had to move everything inside because it started to rain and the springs staff helped us move everything seamlessly. We are so grateful for the springs and had a beautiful wedding!

We just had our wedding and I didn’t even give it a second thought about writing a review! Everything came out perfect and we have picked a better venue. For the moment we booked it (over a year before our wedding) Lauren and her team were always super responsive and answered all of my last minute questions or requests. So many compliments from the guests!
This is the MOST affordable venue we found! They had an incredible offer for booking by the end of the year, and saved us $750 on the incredible Sycamore Hall! It comes so beautifully and simply decorated that we didn’t have to add too much to make it our own, and EVERYONE told us how gorgeous and elegant and rustic it looked! I the only downside is having to pay for security hourly during the reception despite not having any alcohol, so be aware of that. They are upfront about it through! Lauren was great and easily reachable!

We toured a couple of The Springs venues and they were all beautiful and so well kept. Once I saw the photos of Magnolia Manor I knew it was the one. It is even better in person. Everything was amazing the entire day and On Cloud 9 who was recommended to us as an all inclusive vendor by The Springs did a fantastic job the entire process. My wedding planning process was stress free and so was the wedding day.

Amazing Experience!
The Springs was great! They were very responsive, accommodating and always knew the answers to all my questions. I received so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was. I married at Sycamore hall. It was beautiful and had everything we could need. I highly recommend them! You won’t regret it. We recently had a Tour with Megan for the Sycamore Hall and she definitely made the experience a thousand times better. The springs is a beautiful venue and the staff were very professional and welcoming. We chose the Springs based on the numerous amenities for an affordable price. Both halls are very beautiful and can accommodate a lot of guests. The outside ceremony area is beautiful as well and we really like how the guests seating is on astroturf. We were really blown away by The Springs.

We had a beautiful wedding at The Springs. We chose Sycamore Hall as our venue because it was beautiful without decorations. They had the absolute best price anywhere in the area. They were extremely helpful with answering any questions I had quickly. I was even able to change my date (once) when I had a life event come up that required a different date. The staff set up the venue just the way I requested. Everything was just as expected/ advertised. They also offer all inclusive packages!

Megan was absolutely wonderful! She is so sweet and was so informative. She asked our vibe we were going for and was giving all kinds of ideas. This venue has zero hidden fees. Zero. That is what we liked best. So many other venues were tacking on for the littlest of things and this venue did not! Magnolia Manor is absolutely beautiful inside and out! Megan also texted back any time I texted with a question. I would definitely recommend this venue and their lovely staff!

The great thing about The Springs in Angleton is what you see is what you get. Which is an absolutely beautiful venue with no hidden fees or tricks etc. They don't have many limitations so you can make your wedding pretty much what you want it to be. The outdoor scenery of magnolia manor is breathtaking . It is so peaceful and serene and having the ceremony outside was a dream. The staff is extremely helpful. I would text them all the time with questions and they would respond very quickly. They are very accommodating. I am very happy I chose this venue and it looks stunning as the backdrop of all my memories.

The venue was gorgeous and they set up the chairs and tables according the a template they let us customize for our wedding day. We used Magnolia Manor and it was the most gorgeous venue and perfect for our wedding. The staff communicated with us very well and were quick to respond to texts the day of if we needed anything.

We narrowed our venue search down to a list of our top 3 including our favorites from what we researched online. We did this by looking at photos and reviewing each venues specs for pro’s and con’s. Magnolia Manor with Springs Angleton was our first tour and we fell completely in love with the venue. So much that when we visited the other two venues on the list, we went in with out guards up because our hearts were stuck on Magnolia Manor. We worked closely with Megan for the tour and details and she was so kind, informative and super friendly. The venue was spectacular, all of the views were amazing, the price-point was beyond reasonable and they have truly did an amazing job allowing their clients to be able to bring all of our own vendors to create the wedding of our dreams.

Best staff in town! They were so accommodating with me with all the whole COVID situation. I couldn't have asked for a better result from a vendor. I felt very taken care of and they were in constant communication with us through the entire process. We were very impressed with their professionalism.
This is a beautiful venue! The owners are so sweet and accommodating and they treat you like they've known you forever. So many great places for pictures, interesting things for your guests to look at, and wonderful ceremony locations. We absolutely loved everything about The Springs Magnolia Manor.

They surpassed all my expectations, not only with how awesome there customer service is but how they answer all of my many questions, definitely not your typical wedding venue would be an understatement, they certainly made it an easy choice to pick a date that best suits our needs with there two breathtaking options at the Angleton location, the price we were able to walk away with is a literal STEAL especially within 50-100 miles of the greater Houston area. Beautiful amenities at the location and definitely DIY friendly. We can’t wait for it to be our turn to make memories this summer!!!

Magnolia Manor is a gorgeous, all-white walls, crisp venue. My fiance and I were looking for something clean, gorgeous, and AFFORDABLE. I do feel like the Springs - Angleton is a little hidden gem and overlooked, until you arrive for a physical tour. We were less stunned with Sycamore hall (the rustic, barn look, was not for us) but as soon as we stepped into Magnolia Manor, we were sold. Meghan was absolutely divine, her bubbly attitude is so infectious and she was SUCH a great person to work with. Even though my fiance and I took our time with deciding on Magnolia Manor (saw over a dozen other venues in that time), the staff at the Springs - Angleton was responsive with all my million questions. I would text them a question and they would respond quickly (if not the same business day, the very next morning). We are so excited to have our reception at Magnolia Manor, and couldn't have picked a better choice. It's everything that we envisioned, with an absolutely affordable price. We are booked for a Friday in February and the venue for the entire day (9am - midnight) costs us 5k. :]

PERFECTION, Sycamore Hall was absolutely the perfect venue for my wedding! I am so so happy that they added the chandeliers to the reception hall and the use of Sparklers! The outdoor ceremony was well kept and beautiful. The Springs made it very easy to communicate via text message and they even setup the reception hall tables based on my caterers floor plan! Coordinating Bridal Portraits on site, they were so flexible with my schedule and they made sure to check on me during. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with a venue for my wedding. I HIGHLY recommend this venue!

From the very beginning when we took our tour the staff was extremely kind. They were even kind enough to allow us to do a last minute switch from the Sycamore Hall to Magnolia Manor 7 months before our wedding date. Words truly can’t express how much in love we were with the Magnolia Manor and how everything looked on our wedding day. Ariel and Karen even offered us to use The Sycamore Hall for pictures due to no wedding being held that day. Thank you ladies for all your help and for being so kind enough to visit me on our wedding day morning to ask if there was anything I needed.
The only downfall we had on our wedding day was the security. We reached out to Justin Losoya with Angleton PD almost a year in advance and were quoted $35/hour per officer. We booked with them due to being the only security The Springs had available at the time. The moment the two officers got there, they told our coordinator they were staying until 1130PM and that they were to be paid $600 ($300 each), when our wedding was supposed to be over at 10pm and cocktail hour started at 5:30pm. Our coordinator was kind enough to address us about this matter at the end of the night, but we were confused because our coordinator said it shouldn’t take us an hour and a half to leave the premises. My husband and I shared a private dance, and one of the officers was standing by the stairs waiting, making a pay me hand gesture from afar. My husband approached him and he asked, “where’s my money?” I don’t mean to sound rude or cheap, but all vendors that were required to be served a meal had it stated in their contracts, Justin Losoya didn’t make me aware I needed to feed the officers. They stayed leaning against the bar chatting with the bartenders, and did not once monitor the premises outside or do a walk throughout or around the venue unless they were helping themselves to food, drinks, or our desserts. I didn’t get their names, but they truly ruined our wedding night. However, thank you to the ladies at The Springs for your professionalism and kindness!

Excellent from beginning to end!
From the time I made my appointment for a tour, all the way up to my wedding day everything was PHENOMENAL! The staff was VERY helpful! I asked a ton of questions texting and calling and they never ever made me feel like a burden. They made sure I had everything I needed, I received a text the morning of my wedding congratulating me, and they came over a few times just to make sure everything was okay. My entire experience was WONDERFUL! Definitely a place that’s inexpensive and beautiful!

I got married at Magnolia Manor April 13, everything was perfect!
We originally went to look at the Sycamore hall but they offered to show us the other one while we were already out there and we fell in love with it! So glad we went to take a look. Even while it being empty it is such a beautiful venue and the outside as well. Everyone who worked at the venue was always very friendly and helpful, we never had any problems at all leading up to the wedding and even on the wedding day. Everything was beyond perfect and I really can’t compare this place to anywhere else in the area. We still get compliments about how beautiful the venue was. 100% worth every penny.

Dream Venue
This venue is absolutely spectacular from the moment you drive onto the property. Being a Louisiana girl living in Texas, I got the best of both worlds with the gorgeous oaks and magnolia trees. I can’t say enough good things about THE SPRINGS - Angleton. We got married on 8/23/19 at THE SPRINGS in angleton at Magnolia Manor. From day one, the spring’s staff was great; so friendly and easy to work with. I loved that I could text them at any time with questions and get a quick and helpful response. Always so friendly!
On the big day, everything was set up just how we requested. We had a small issue in kitchen prep area, but we let the team at the springs know and they had someone down there to help in less than 5 min and the issue resolved shortly after.
The venue is so gorgeous. Incredibly well maintained inside and out. Courtyard, trees, and outside area were so beautiful.
Love that we were able to use all of our own vendors. It saved us so much money.
I would very highly recommend THE SPRINGS.

I would recommend this venue to anyone that is looking for a beautiful venue indoors and outdoors. The venue is a DIY and thats what makes it fun because you are able to customize to your liking. I loved this venue, It is so beautiful and romantic. the bridal room was so big and i loved the fact that i was able to have my dog their of course he was the ring barrier, but i loved having my fur baby with me on my special day. Also the great thing about this place is the outside is so beautiful! and the inside is as well. which is perfect if you need a back like we did, it ended up being cold and rainy on the day of but that is OK because it still was so beautiful. and the ladies in the front office were so sweet and helped us with whatever we needed.

So Gorgeous!!
Sycamore Hall is absolutely gorgeous and as soon as I saw it, I knew that was where we would share our vows. The outside ceremony was just beautiful and the surrounding trees were perfect for photos. The Hall was the perfect size and just stunning!! I can’t imagine having our day anywhere else.

Magnolia Manor at The SPRINGS in Angleton is an absolute dream wedding venue! It hardly needs any decoration inside or outside because it is so beautiful. Communication with management was good and we had no issues with anything. Having an all day rental is an amazing perk! My experience with the Springs was wonderful! The venue is so beautiful and well kept and Liz always responded to any questions I had extremely quickly.
The biggest complaint I have seen on the Springs (from other brides) is that they allow tours the day of your wedding. Liz told me that morning that there were 2 and the times they were supposed to happen. I briefly saw both couples (only because I happened to be out in the reception hall) but in no way did they affect my day. The tours were brief and they kept to themselves so absolutely no complaints here.
I think my favorite part of booking the Springs was all of the events they hold for their brides. I was able to go to the venue on the day of my tour, 2 open houses, a bridal garage sale and the day of my bridals and bring my mom and maid of honor to view the venue. It was so helpful in the planning process. The room looked to huge on my tour because there was nothing in the room but the day of the open house with all of the people and tables I got a very different more cozy feel. I had a year and a half engagement so getting to view the venue multiple times really reminded me how beautiful it was and put my mind at ease.
So many guests told me how beautiful the venue was too!

I didn't use The Springs for a wedding but a Celebration of Life service for my husband. The facility was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. I know he would have loved it. The Confederate Jasmine was blooming and the aroma made me think of him. They were very accommodating to our last minute request. Not only was the facility very clean but they minded our drink table for us without request during the reception. Thank you so much for making our celebration a beautiful memory.

My fiancé and I knew we had to get married at the magnolia manor as soon as we saw the manor and grounds! It was perfect for our enchanted forest themed wedding! Ariel and Liz were so professional, helpful, and communicated with us very well throughout the entire time leading up to the wedding. We submitted our table and chair layout and everything was set up as soon as we arrived to the venue the morning of. Our guests could not stop taking pictures of the venue and amazing landscapes! I'm so grateful to have found this jewel of a venue!!! The guests did not seem to mind the drive as soon as they arrived and took it all in. We live in Houston and most of our guests had about an hour and 20 minute drive.

The Springs in Angleton, Magnolia Manor was such an amazing venue! The venue was beautiful and did not require a lot of decor inside or out! Thank you to the Springs in Angleton for making our wedding day the greatest!

I loved this venue!! My day had such a gorgeous backdrop. The staff is also super helpful. The venue is very nice and well kept, making it easy to use for your special day

Liz is who I communicated with throughout my wedding planning process. She was super responsive and helpful. The venue was set up exactly how I wanted and everything was perfect! I highly recommend The Springs!!

Best Venue Ever! Any question I had y’all were so quick to answer! We had a table issue the day of but we called you and y’all immediately came and fixed it! Liz personally came over on the day of to make sure I had everything I needed all the way to the iPhone 7 adapter to play music over the speakers! Very accommodating!

The Springs and Liz were awesome. When we first toured the grounds, my daughter immediately fell in love with Magnolia Manor and there was no other place she would consider. We booked the wedding that day! Communication was exemplary and everything exceeded our expectations. My daughter got her Fairy Tale Wedding.

From the moment we found THE SPRINGS Event Venues - Angleton online, we knew our wedding day would be the most magical there! During our tour with Liz Bihary, we fell in love with the beautiful Sycamore Hall but there are two venue options to choose from on the property. There is an outside ceremony area, reception halls including a Bride and Grooms suite, stage and staircase for a grand entrance. The customer service is excellent and throughout all of our planning, Liz would email me just to see how things were going! They have a referral list of vendors that are the best in the area, but you also have the option to choose your own. They also offer the venue all day the day of the wedding - so convenient and less stressful! Highly recommended!!

I absolutely loved this venue! Liz and Ryan are great - very responsive, super accommodating, and they truly have a beautiful property. We were married at Magnolia Manor on April 14th. No one understood why we were getting married in Angleton until they pulled up to the property - no questions after that. The trees and landscape are stunning. The chandelier inside and the staircase is a dream. This place was built specifically for weddings and you can tell. Love the secret staircase to get upstairs from outside and make a grand entrance down the main stairs without your guests seeing you! They are also flexible with vendors which is a big deal. All in all, an amazing venue for a perfect day. Even better, they do an annual bridal garage sale so I got to go back and sell some of my decor!

I cant even believe its over! Liz was always so quick to answer any and all questions that I had. The venue was stunning and the day of staff that was on hand could not have been more helpful. I loved everything about this venue and would suggest it to anyone looking for that wow factor!
