Beautiful flowers, excellent service!

The employees at The Secret Garden are so knowledgeable about floral arrangements and genuinely care about making their clients happy. They executed my vision perfectly. All of my floral arrangements were gorgeous.

Perfect Flowers for our Perfect Day!! Thank you so much, The Secret Garden!

The Secret Garden is a local, favorite flower shop for myself and my family, and when I started planning my wedding in KY (while living in Boston) they were the first vendor I booked for our big day!! The team at Secret Garden (specifically, Janet :) were absolutely amazing from start to finish -- she listened, looked at a million photos, and included me in every decision to ensure my flowers were actually how I had imagined them - and they were PERFECT! We truly can't thank Janet, and the rest of the The Secret Garden team, enough for their help - they do exceptional work and I would highly recommend them to everyone!!

Executed the vision for a reasonable price

The Secret Garden did BEAUTIFUL flowers for our wedding. I cried when I saw my bouquet, and they made our reception look like a greenery-lover's dream. I sent inspiration photos, and they perfectly executed our vision. All of the pricing was extremely reasonable, and they were easy to work with.

Beautiful flowers at a great price!

My flowers were gorgeous. The Secret Garden was so very helpful in trying to keep our costs down! I’ll be honest, flowers were not on my top priority list as far as the budget was concerned, but when I came in with low expectations of what I could afford compared to what I wanted in my flowers, they gave me some beautiful alternative selections very similar to what I chose at a much more affordable cost! Truly beautiful for such a great price!

I loved my flowers on my wedding day, but it didn’t start out that way! Even though the trial bouquet was what I asked for, it wasn’t what I imagined. Secret Garden worked with me a lot and in the end, I was thrilled!

I think the flowers were one of the best parts of our wedding. They were so beautiful! I cried when I saw my bouquet! They helped us choose flowers that were within our budget, allowed for changes/requests as we got closer to the wedding, and in general were just so helpful. My only complaint was the high delivery fee for a Sunday wedding. That was really disappointing.

I was thrilled to find this great place to get flowers for my daughter's wedding within my budget. They listened to what I wanted and fulfilled the order beautifully. I was very budget conscience and The Secret garden was able to give me what I wanted at a lower price then an online DIY website. I have also witnessed flowers they have done at a high end wedding that were absolutely gorgeous!

This place was absolutely perfect. We changed what we needed so many times and they were constantly polite and worked with us so well. They allowed us to pick things us a day early but also have others delivered the next day. Their rental selection for vases is fantastic and so well priced. On top of all of that, our flowers were absolutely stunning! I could not have imagined a more beautiful bouquet. They even mounted pictures of my deceased grandparents throughout the bouquet so that they were with me on my big day. Could not have asked for a better florist for our wedding!

I loved my flowers from The Secret Garden! I got a lot of compliments on them. They lasted all day/night and did not fall apart. They were very beautifully arranged. They had just the right amount of color and texture to them. This is also one of the more affordable companies in the greater Cincinnati area. Janet helped us select our flowers and gave us suggestions and ideas since we don't know anything about flowers. Everything went really smoothly! They did my bride bouquet, 7 bridesmaids bouquets, 11 boutonnieres, 10 centerpieces, 2 corsages, and 2 stemmed roses (for handing to mothers during the ceremony) and delivered everything to our hotel and to our venue for $1100. I would definitely recommend this company for your wedding, shower, or any other event!

The Secret Garden is a GEM! They were the florist for my brother & sister-in-law's wedding, so I knew they were going to be great! Janet is wonderful to work with and during my initial consultation, when I couldn't visualize how my bouquet was going to look, she pulled out different flowers and grouped them together for me to look at to help me make a decision. They are very reasonably priced and I was thrilled with the flowers from our wedding day, especially my bouquet! I highly recommend them & will use them in the future for other floral needs!

I'm going to gush a bit. We used Secret Garden on a recommendation. My husband and I sat down with the florist, not really knowing what we were doing. My daughter was on the phone and had sent some photos of what she was thinking about. With that, they ran with it. The theme was sunflowers. They nailed it. Bouquets were amazing. We were doing bulk flowers for the centerpieces. We probably ordered too many baby breaths, but those were cheap. All in all, very happy.

We used The Secret Garden at the recommendation of our cake person. We were SO pleased with the beautiful arrangements and arch way decor! We have gotten so many compliments on how beautiful and fresh the flowers looked. They were very responsive, worked with me on changes needed throughout the process, and the end result was better than I had imagined. The Secret Garden did an incredible job taking my vision and executing it better than I ever could have imagined. My bridal bouquet was a mix of fresh flowers and fillers with brooches placed throughout. I was blown away when I saw my bouquet, so happy! I highly recommend the Secret Garden.

Despite this place's homely appearance, it simply cannot be beat. Caring, understanding consultants with a vast knowledge of what they do, paired with unparalleled customer service. The entirety of our floral bill, including a throw away bouquet, flowers for our mothers and other family members, decorating the arch at our venue, all the reception flowers, and mine and the bridal party's came to $900. $900! We'd been quoted upwards of $3,000 elsewhere! Wonderful experience and I would recommend them to anyone!

Secret Garden in Florence was amazing. All I did was tell them my ideas (I will admit I do not know much about flowers so a lot of my description was very vague) and they produced gorgeous bouquets. The price was awesome too.

I was very pleased with our flowers and the price was very reasonable. Janet, one of the owners, met with us and went over all of the details of our ceremony to make sure we had all of our needs met.

The Secret Garden is Cincinnati's best kept secret. You cannot get more beautiful flowers at a better price anywhere! Their office isn't fancy but their product sure is. They did an incredible job taking my vision and executing it better than I ever could have imagined. Thank you so much to the Secret Garden team for the most gorgeous floral arrangements!

Secret Garden did a fabulous job for my daughter's wedding! After changing our mind several times, Janet was always nice and flexible. The flowers arrived promptly and absolutely beautiful! The Secret Garden is a wonderful florist to work with. When we were not sure of what we wanted, They were very helpful. They have thousands of pictures to look at to give you ideas and work with you to come up with what you want. Their prices are very reasonable too! I also liked that they will make samples of table center pieces or bouquets. We used these at a bridal shower. We were able to see before the wedding exactly what our arrangements would look like. If we didn't like something about the samples, we could make any changes we wanted. (We did have to pay for the samples.) The Secret Garden made our wedding beautiful!!! Thanks to everyone at the Secret Garden!

As the MOB I had heard very good things about Secret Garden from friends and other MOB's so I had very high expectations. I have to say Secret Garden even exceeded my high expectations with the most gorgeous flowers for my daughters wedding. Janet was very easy to work with and gave us many great suggestions but she also did a wonderful job listening to my daughter and turning her dreams into reality. We had so many compliments on the flowers and they were so beautiful many of the guests kept touching them because they were so perfect they almost couldn't believe they were real. They happily accommodated the changes we made along the way and were very reasonably priced. I am definately another MOB who will highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend using the Secret Garden. Whether you know exactly what you want, or like me knew little about flowers, they can help. The are reasonably priced. They helped me figure out what we wanted in flowers after explaining our colors and what flowers I was a fan of. I told them I loved orange tiger lilies and they filled my bouquet with them more than the rest of girls making it extra special. They answer the phone every time I called. They are super flexible with appointment times. Costs are very clearly laid out.

Loved working with them and would do so again!!

The Secret Garden worked with all of our unique requests and helped us put together the perfect list of flowers. We had them do my bouquet and we got the rest of the flowers wholesale in bulk from them to do ourselves and they were so helpful and understanding. We got a great deal from them!

We chose to do our flowers ourselves, but bought the flowers through Secret Garden. The flowers were amazing. Very pretty and very well priced. They even explained to me how to make boutineers since I wasn't 100% sure how to make it. Great customer service.

Janet was exceptional to work with! We got married the day before Mother's Day so I know she was extremely busy. But you wouldn't know it. Her work was spectacular and everyone at the wedding raved about the flowers.

The Secret Garden was a fantastic choice!! I worked with Janet, who went above and beyond to show me exacatly how our bouquets and centerpieces would look (I had a very hard time envisioning). They were quick to respond to all of my questions and concerns. Above all, their prices were so incredibly reasonable, especially considering the amazing quality work they do! I'd highly recommend The Secret Garden to any friend!!!

I bought all my flowers from Secret Garden (wholesale) for $130!!!! We made my bouquet, maid of honor bouquet, 2 smaller bouquets for moms plus table decorations galore - and 2 boutineers (sp?). I'll never go anywhere else for flowers - EVER! We did them DIY...fyi...anymore abbreviations I can throw in there?

They did an excelent job and the price was wonderful. I don't think I could have found an florist any cheaper. I only ordered my flowers the bridesmaid's flowers, the grooms boutenier and the mother's flowers. Then I purchased roses wholesale from them for the decorations.

I really only met with the folks from Secret Garden once. I met with them initally to go over my flowers and pricing. They called months later a week before the wedding to confirm pickup times, but that was my only communication with them. My wedding coordinator picked up the flowers the day of so I was not there to witness any other issues. I don't think there were any though. The flowers, by the way, were GORGEOUS! I had a fall color bouquet with a 'rust' color rose, hydrangea, calla lilies and berries. I'm usually not a flower person, but I was in love with my flowers!

The women that we worked with at the Secret Garden were wonderful! They offered wonderful suggestions. Everyone complimented us on our flowers. The flowers that my family brought home after the wedding still looked great even after my husband and I came back from our honeymoon.

We used the Secret Garden for our bouquets, ceremony decorations, and cake flowers for our May wedding. They were BEAUTIFUL! My bouquet had hydrangeas, roses, eucalyptus, and succulents and it was absolutely stunning. Everything held up well and I got so many compliments on our bouquets! I would highly recommend the Secret Garden!

I had gone to the Secret Garden due to being highly recommended by my in-laws, as well as by a high end wedding planner friend. My first meeting started 45 minutes late due to clients before me taking longer than expected, so when my meeting started, I was alittle aggravated. However once I sat with the consultant, and expressed what I was looking for, I was assured everything I wanted could be met. By the end of the meeting, I had an idea of what I was looking at cost wise (which was awesome and extremely affordable!!) and was assured that changes could be made, if needed, up to the wedding day (which was great because I was able to make numerous changes without being charged!!). The day of my wedding, my bouquet was more beautiful than the picture I had provided, and the bridesmaids bouquets (which I had just asked to be surprised!!) were awesome!! I could not have been happier with the quality of the flowers, and truely was happy with the final product!!

Very good value for very beautiful flowers on my wedding day. They were very good to work with (at times seemed more unorganized than my other vendors) and I loved the product. I would MOST DEFINITELY recommend them to another bride.

I was very please with the service at The Secret Garden. You cant beat the price for what you get. A few adjustments needed to be made to the bridesmaids bouquets but overall i was pleased. My bouquet was gorgeous...i wish i could keep it the way it was on my wedding day forever. Highly recommened.

The Secret Garden provided all of the bouquets, bouts, corsages and the cake topper for my wedding. When I received the quote for the flowers, I was a little concerned because it was so much less than the other vendor quotes that I received. However, they took thorough notes on what I wanted and even offered to have me come in the day before to see what they were doing. The staff was patient, showed me many options and made suggestions when I wasn't sure how to proceed. Everything was delivered on time and was to my specifications. I will definitely use this company for any future flower needs.

My flowers were absolutely beautiful! They were so pretty and their prices were so much lower than everywhere else I went (and I went to a lot of florist appointments!) They only minor problem I had was when they dropped the flowers off at the church my dad received the flowers but they didn't even stay for a moment for us to look and make sure we had everything, which we didn't. We were missing the flower girl flower ball. Luckily the throw away bouquet worked for pictures and then they delivered the flower ball before the ceremony.

The flowers for my bouquet were beautiful and went together very well. I had some much help with selecting the flowers and what would go with the calla lillies that i wanted with the colors that i wanted. The only thing that i was a little disapointed with was the flower arraingment that was to be on the unity candle table. My coordinator removed them and put them in a vase at the guest book instead since they looked a little sparce on the unity candle table.
But everything else was just how i thought it would be. Overall i would use them again!

The Secret Garden is a wonderful shop to purchase flowers from and does great work on arrangements. I selected them as our florist after working with them on other projects. After our meeting I felt great about my selections and they were going to create the most beautiful bouquets for my vision. However, after receiving the flowers on the day of my wedding, I was a bit disappointed. Though they were nice and pretty, they were not the dramatic display that we had discussed in our photos. They were meek and not impressive. The flowers had begun to turn and brown by the time I got them, though they had been in water and out of the heat the entire time. I will continue to conduct business with them in the future, but really wish that they had stayed true to our discussions and vision. They did not meet expectations or live up to promises.

okay...these flowers might be more affordable than other vendors BUT, when I received my bouquet, the flowers were basically dead. The bridesmaid bouquets were so so small. The photos I emailed them were printed off in black and white so they really had no idea what I wanted my bouquet to look like. When the owner dropped them off he said he couldn't do anything about them. We called and someone came to pick them up. I told them to basically double the size of the bouquets and get rid of the broken/dead flowers...they probably added 2 flowers to make them bigger, it was a joke. Also, they did not wrap any of them back up- the stems were sticking out everywhere. Thank goodness my mom saves ribbon, we only had enough to wrap my bouquet so the bridesmaids bouquets looked ridiculous. Seriously, go somewhere else and don't deal with the worry or hassle that something could go dramatically wrong at your wedding...at the end of the day The Secret Garden was the joke of the wedding and the 400 people who attended will never be using them again.

Unresponsive-Doesn't value your business

Due to COVID and the state shutting down all social events our wedding had to be cancelled. We notified them with over 1 months notice. They will refund only $25 of the initial $100 deposit. They had not purchased flowers or missed on other bookings (the State did not allow any social gatherings). All other deposits (Wedding venue/Photographer/DJ/Food/Cake) worked with us quickly with full refunds. (even our Honeymoon refunded us) This is unprofessional and greediness. It has taken 45 days to get an answer to what they would refund. They are unresponsive and unwilling to work beyond there policy. I still have not received my $25 and I would be very cautious in booking flowers for any event (especially for a wedding). They have lost my business totally. So sad to see a local business treat customers in this manner. Beware!
