I would highly recommend Aulettos for a wedding venue. The location is beautiful and the staff are so amazing. I really enjoyed working with Jim and the team took all the stress out of wedding planning. Not to mention, the food was amazing my guests could not stop talking about the food!!

If you are looking for the perfect venue for the wedding of your dreams,look no further. From the moment that we arrived for our appointment,we knew that we made choice. Jim and his staff were attentive,professional and made us feel welcome. I can honestly say that they made the entire process stress free and we had a beautiful,classy,epic wedding,that our guest are still raving about. Every detail was perfectly executed. The beautiful ceremony under the tent with the lake,the bridge,meticulously kept colorful gardens, the fountains that light up at night and change colors,the waterfall and bamboo along with the gorgeous peacocks on the property were the perfect backdrop for a fairytale wedding. Our guest absolutely loved the cocktail hour in the wine cellar with different wines from around the world, complete with delicious horderves. Followed by the epic reception that took place in the gorgeous,spacious ballrooms that was beautifully decorated like something from a magazine. The food was delicious,the staff was phenomenal,I didn't have to lift a finger the entire night. I know that I am going to miss someone's name so I am going to just say thank you to Jim once again and everyone else who worked to make our, Dream Wedding Celebration possible!!!❤️

Our wedding at Aulettos was everything we could have imagined and more. We wanted a low key, smaller, and stress free wedding with quality food and good alcohol. Aulettos did all that and more. From working with us to the payment schedule, alcohol choices, autumn specials, and the actual help from the staff on the day of, it was literally the perfect day. I did NOT want a gaudy, flashy, ballroom wedding with over-the-top lights and gadgets. I wanted my wedding day to be about my husband and I’s love and celebrating that and that is exactly what Jim and his family gave us at Aulettos. I can not say one bad thing. Every single one of our guests told us it was the best wedding they’ve ever been too. They treated us like family from day one. They even gave me a literal boat of the sauce with my steak for dinner because they remembered I loved it so much from the tasting. I wish I could give them 100 stars. I will be forever grateful.

When searching for a venue for our intimate wedding, we wanted a place that had beautiful scenery, great food, attentive staff, and the ability to have the ceremony and reception in one place. Auletto’s ended up checking off all those boxes. From the beginning, Jim and Jamie Auletto were a joy to work with. Each meeting was productive and professional. They answered all our questions, explained the process, and reassured us that our day would be amazing; and it was! Our day of staff, especially Barb and Jamie, were just the best. Anything we needed was done, including holding and umbrella over my head in attempts to keep me dry. As for the food…delicious. So many of our guests have commented on not only the variety of items, but just how good everything was. Even our guests with dietary restrictions were pleasantly surprised with their options and ability to customize to their needs.
We are so very grateful to Jim and Jamie and all of Auletto’s staff for making our day, despite the rain, just perfect!

My husband and I got engaged in 2019 and started shopping around for vendors around the beginning of 2020. We booked Aulettos in February 2020, as you know that means we had to work around the pandemic. As soon as we left the venue after meeting with Jim we knew this was the place. The outside and garden areas have so much natural beauty, and we were so excited to get pictures under the large cherry blossom tree. We were torn between a traditional venue and a winery and the cocktail hour in the wine cellar was very much on point with what we were looking for. Aulettos also had a smaller minimum than other venues we toured which was great because my husband and I don't have the largest families. I did a bunch of research and read tons of reviews and realized this was the place.

Fast forward to December 2020 and we were still in the place in NJ where no dancing was allowed and we decided to move our wedding to April 30th, 2022 instead. We wanted the party of our dreams and that's exactly what we got! Jim and Jamie were very responsive and understanding of our change in date and were there to answer any and all questions. When other brides were stressing about if their venues were going to be weird about changing dates or anything, I wasn't worried as we knew we were in good hands with them You can tell Jim is very passionate about weddings and he was so pleasant to work with!

We had our wedding this past April 30th and it was amazing! The weather was perfect and we just had the best time, it went too fast! We got tons of compliments on our venue, cocktail hour, dinner, and just wedding in general. We had so many people come up and give us compliments throughout the night. The cocktail hour seemed like it was a huge hit with our guests. We loved the idea of the outdoor area as well as the wine cellar for guests to mingle. We did the seated dinner and dessert cart and that was a hit as well as the cheesesteak send off. I just want to mention the one attendant Jamie, a woman with red hair and glasses was my angel during the night. She overheard me mentioning something with the cake wasn't right and came up to me and offered to fix it as well as helping my husband fix our neon sign that wasn't on the right setting. She was right there with a safety pin when the one sleeve of my dress came unhooked and just helped so many other times during the night. She was amazing and I just really wanted to mention how much we appreciated her help. The whole staff was very friendly and we appreciated our request for our signature drinks honoring our animals being accommodated. Everything went so smoothly I couldn't believe it.

Aulettos has been around for a long time and you can see why. They're friendly and passionate about what they do, I would choose them over and over again and definitely recommend them to other couples!

We had our wedding at Auletto Caterers in September 2021 and it was such a fantastic experience! Jim, Jaime, and all of the Aulettos' staff were so lovely and easy to work with. They stuck with us through two covid postponements and made the planning process so smooth every time. We had the Terrace side of the property and the space and gardens were so beautiful and natural without feeling overly manicured and fake. The wedding day went so smoothly too--thanks to the organization of Pat and the rest of the staff we didn't have to worry about any logistics and got to just enjoy the day. The food was excellent, both for cocktail hour and the actual dinner. We'd wholeheartedly recommend Auletto Caterers to any couple hoping for a lovely and smooth wedding day!

Auletto’s caterers made our special day extremely amazing even during COVID! We followed the covid guidelines and still had an amazing time. The food was amazing and the staff was extremely friendly & very professional.

I was very nervous with Covid restrictions about having a reception at all. Auletto’s made me feel calm and confident every step of the way. I was asked every detail of what I wanted, and they made sure nothing was left out. When I arrived everything was set up perfectly and to my specifications. I am such a planner, that I actually had anxiety about not setting it up myself. However, Auletto’s took care of everything like they said they would, and executed my vision perfectly. My very Italian family would agree that the decor, food, drinks, snd service were extraordinary and exceeded our expectations. They worked with me every step of the way and ensured I got everything I wanted for a fair price. I wouldn’t change a thing and couldn’t ask for anything more. My husband and I loved our wedding at Aulettos. Without a wedding planner or wedding experience, I went in with a LOT of questions. Jim Auletto was so patient and helpful from the first day where we toured the ground. The food was unbelievably great, and our guests loved the cocktail hour in the wine cellar. The cost was very reasonable for all our accommodations, and I hope I can someday go to a wedding there as a guest!

Everything was beautiful and they did a great job at setting up a safe space for our guests since Covid is a concern right now. They helped make sure everyone enjoyed themselves and that we got what we wanted for our special day. Great prices too for such a beautiful space.

My then fiance, now HUSBAND and I fell in love with Auletto Caterer's within the first 5 minutes of our first meeting. Jim and his entire team are so professional and flawlessly conducted our wedding into the dream that it was. They were there every step pf the way, guiding us, and answering any questions we had. We also had the opportunity to attend both the spring and fall bridal shows that were hosted by our venue. It was a great way to gather my bridemaids for them to see the venue as well. The food was so delicious and our open bar was the hub all night. I still have guests swooning over their Alfredo and their Seafood Newburg. We were taken care of from the moment we stepped in the parking lot, until we were driven away at the end of the night. I could not even picture having our wedding anywhere else. Jim Auletto is such an amazing person!!!! He would work with you with whatever budget you have. Jim made the wedding planning much easier because a lot of things are already included in the packages offered. Food is great and everyone is just very helpful. We will forever be grateful for this man! He truly allowed us to achieve our dream wedding!

The grounds at Auletto's are simply stunning. There are so many photo ops! The wine cellar and cocktail hour are simply to die for! I would have been happy with just having all the appetizers moved upstairs for the reception! I would absolutely pick this venue again, but I have to be honest and say that the buffet food was "eh". It wasn't horrible, but the cocktail hour food was about 1,000 times better.
Whenever I called or emailed to ask questions, they were responsive. A few days after the ceremony, I noticed the frame on our ketubah was damaged. I reached out to the owner (Jim) and without hesitation, he explained what had happened and immediately took care of the bill to get it re-framed. Very professional!! The only thing that would have made this little "bump" better would have been if I had been informed of the scratches before leaving the venue for the night.

If you want an incredible event that not only meets but exceeds your expectations, have it at Aulettos. .Jim Auletto is a lovely man who is a pleasure to work with. He makes planning easy, All of his staff are professional, friendly, attentive to detail, and want you to be happy! We had our 50th Wedding Anniversary Party in the Terrace Room on Sat., Sept. 7,2019. The room has large windows with a lovely view of Almonesson Lake. The room was set up beautifully, a quiet elegance. Our guests raved on about the décor, but especially about how much they loved the food! Everyone had a fun time. Love and Thanks to Jim and all his wonderful staff for making our anniversary celebration so very special.!!!

I think it’s natural to freak out the entire preparation of your wedding but in the end it was absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding. Thank you Jim!

The venue itself is unique and beautiful. A natural elegance, not forced, which was something I was intentionally looking for. The owner, Jim, is incredible! He has decades of experience and it shows! They were accommodating throughout the entire process. The food was incredible. The staff went above and beyond by providing decor that seamlessly matched my DIY centerpieces. Although they had already had several Christmas events before my date, they took down their Christmas decorations just for me. I could go on and on, but Auletto Caterers repeatedly wowed me and I would recommend them to anyone.

We were so pleased with everything that Aulettos had to offer. They were truly a pleasure to work with. Everyone was simply amazing. Our wedding day was incredible. Every one of our guests commented on how delicious the food was and how beautiful everything was.

We absolutely loved having our wedding at Auletto's. They're family owned and are genuinely interested in making your event perfect. We had no issues with communication, they were upfront about every detail or extra we could have, and offered such a great price for everything that was included! Day of the staff and personal attendant were extremely helpful with anything and everything (including wrapping ribbon around my bouquet to toss!). The food was amazing (get the pumpkin ravioli, you won't regret it), they were on top of timelines, and were extremely attentive.

We held our vow renewal ceremony and reception here in September 2018 and it was fantastic! Jim and the staff were so helpful and accommodating! Auletto's was recommended to us after an awful experience with our original wedding venue when we signed with them again for our vow renewal, but I guess that bad experience was a blessing in disguise because we think Auletto's was better!! A family owned venue will treat new customers better than a commercially owned venue will treat returning customers! When we first met with Jim we told him our budget, what we were looking for, what we didn't need, etc. and he worked on customizing the menu to fit our needs and budget.

Even the guests who attended both our original wedding and our vow renewal said they felt overall the venue, staff and food was better at Auletto's! My sister and brother in-law said the beef tenderloin was the best they've ever had (I don't eat beef so I didn't try it)! We had a couple vegan guests too and Auletto's made sure they would have plenty to eat! The bridal attendants were very attentive and always willing to lend a helping hand when needed too. I truly have nothing negative to say! We just had a wonderful day and experience!

All I can say that if I could, I would give Auletto Caterers a million stars. This was the best venue that I could have ever imagined having my wedding. Jim and the entire staff were so accommodating from the 1st moment that we met until our wedding day. The venue was beautiful, the food and service was top natch! Auletto's is such a beautiful little hidden piece of heaven and has so many wonderful spots to take great photographs. I would highly recommend anyone that wants a beautiful venue , awesome , professional and accommodating staff and downright nice people, then Aulettos Caterers is the place to go. We had our wedding at Auletto's on October 13, 2017 and my husband and I cannot express how perfect it was. Jim (and his staff) were AMAZING to work with. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but Jim made the entire process feel so simple and customized everything to be exactly what we wanted. They have been hosting weddings and special events for decades and their years of experience truly shows. Our wedding day was beautiful and our guests are still raving about how great the food was, how beautiful the venue was and how perfectly orchestrated the entire day was. We cannot thank Auletto's enough for making our wedding day (and the year prior of planning) seamless and stress-free for us. Auletto's is a beautiful, family-owned caterer in Southern NJ. The venue is gorgeous and the wedding ceremony can be held in a tent right next to the lake. Jim and his crew went above and beyond to make out wedding a memorable night - customizing both the small and large details as we needed. We would highly recommend Auletto's to any of our family and friends and would 100% do it all over again!

Aueltto's was the perfect place for our wedding. The scenery was incredible! Everyone there was so kind and professional throughout our whole experience. Without a doubt, we would HIGHLY recommend having your wedding ceremony AND reception at Auletto Caterers over anywhere else!!! My husband, Mike, and I were married at Auletto's on Friday, July 1, 2016, and it was the most beautiful day of our lives! The Sunset Garden where our ceremony was held was breathtaking with the way it was set up, decorated, and the views in the background. There are SO many scenic spots on site to choose from for your photos and we couldn't be happier with the beauty evidenced in our wedding photos from Aulettos! The staff are all very friendly and accommodating, starting from the top with the owner, Jim Auletto, to the kitchen staff and the office staff and more. From our initial meeting with Jim, we knew this was the place for us! He was willing to work with us to customize everything for our day and make sure it was in our budget the entire time! The cocktail hour in the wine cellar is beautiful and the food and wine are out of this world! There are so many options between the cocktail hour and dinner for you and your guests that no one can go hungry! The reception in the newly renovated ballroom was flawless! The venue itself is so beautiful and then they work with you to decorate it more to make it special for your big day, setting up decorations you bring in and adding complimentary uplighting on the ceiling. From start to finish, we could not have been happier with our venue choice. It is so convenient to do everything in one location without having to travel all over and to top it off you get friendly faces, delicious food, and beautiful sites! Hands down, Auletto's is the best of the best for weddings. We are hoping that some of our friends will get married there so we have a chance to go back and experience another wedding since we loved ours oh so much!! I whole-heartedly recommend Auletto Caterers to any engaged couple! They were great from day one. I toured the venue probably 10 times before my actual wedding and the updates to the ballroom are simply stunning. Everyone raved about the food, the decor, the service, and the beauty of the ceremony site and gardens. It was truly a day I will never forget and I wish I could relive again and again. Everything went seamlessly thanks to our maitre d, bridal attendant, and the rest of the staff. Pictures don't do this place justice-- it's something you just have to see for yourself. The peacocks in the garden, gazebo, fountain, tent, pond, walkway, bridge, every last detail. There are so many opportunities for amazing photographs! The wine cellar cocktail hour was such a treat and a great place for us to mingle with our guests. The cordial cart during dinner was an amazing touch that made our guests think we spent far more than we did. I created my own centerpieces (wood slabs and lanterns) and I had 10 huge Rubbermaid containers to drop off before the wedding and Jim, the owner, helped me himself and went over every detail with me and when I arrived on that day, everything was set up absolutely perfectly, exactly how I had pictured. I can't thank them enough for making our wedding day absolutely perfect!

The Auletto Catering team were absolutely amazing for my wedding. When finding out that I had to push my wedding up 6 months due to my husband's deployment, they did everything in their power to make my wedding happen. They made my husband and I feel like we were on top of the world. They were incredibly flexible, professional, and their service was perfect. I didn't have to worry about one thing during my night, they took care of everything as I had imagined and it was so wonderful to watch our plans unfold as we got to enjoy our reception with our guests. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day.

Jim Auletto and his staff were fantastic! They were quick to respond to emails/phone calls during the planning process and answer all our questions. On the day of our wedding, they were great! They made the day virtually stress-free, I didn't have to worry about coordinating deliveries or making sure flowers/favors/etc were set out because they did it all for us! All my husband and I had to do was show up, get married and have a blast!

We loved working with Auletto's!! Everyone is very sweet and helpful, and did a great job keeping everything organized, and keeping my husband and I happy! The owner, Jim, and his daughter, Jamie, met with us several times making sure every detail was accounted for...it's a wonderful family owned facility! Jim went so far as to have regional wines to cater to family and friends from different parts of the world...he also took care of getting us pretzel bites for the end of the night for our guest...the lake and Koi pond and tent outside all made for a gorgeous backdrop for a special ceremony and amazing pictures! It was the perfect day we had envisioned thanks to Auletto's!

This was our location for our wedding reception and we couldn't be happier! Everything went smoothly from day 1. From first meeting and going over the little details, we couldn't have been happier. We were able to go back to Auletto's and visit as much as we wanted. The day of the wedding couldn't have gone smoother. There were plenty of people to help and anytime we needed something someone was always there for us. We had an incredible wedding and Auletto's made the day go by without a hitch!

Absolutely exceeded all of my expectations. Honestly, I was nervous when Jim asked me to drop off all the decorations a week prior to our wedding and everything coming together the day of. Auletto's went above and beyond in every aspect. In the planning process, Jim was willing to hear any request that we had and was able to make them a reality. Their staff was happy to help anyone in any way that they could. Our guests raved about the food and service, and most certainly the wine cellar! As the bride, I did not have to worry about a thing!! Booking with Auletto's was one of the best decisions we made. They take great care of you and make sure your day goes perfectly!

I could not begin to say enough amazing things about this venue. From the setting on beautiful Lake Almonesson (you can't even tell there's a road anywhere close) to the incredible staff and family that owns the business, this venue exceeded all of my expectations.

Included in our prices were our hors d'oeuvres (including sushi!), food, a wonderful cake from Termini's, the venue, open wine bar at cocktail hour, a wine cart at dinner with every wine picked at cocktail hour, and so much more.

The food was absolutely delicious. The cider braised pork was to die for! The staff made sure that the bridal party had food while getting ready and while we were taking pictures (we did not participate in our cocktail hour).

The grounds are impeccably kept and there is no shortage of beautiful foliage and interesting focal points for photographs. Plus there's peacocks!

But by far the best aspect of this venue is the staff. My husband and I looked at several venues prior to coming here and we were never treated very nicely. The owner, Jim, his daughter, and Pat (the maitre'd) went above and beyond from the day we looked at the venue to our wedding day. They made sure we had everything that we wanted and offered to help with everything.

I would not hesitate to suggest Auletto Caterers to anyone and everyone for weddings and any other events.

Aulettos is wonderful and the grounds are beautiful. The staff is very attentive and caring. They was very helpful and willing to help make your event the best it can be. The wine cellar is great and the food is awesome. Jim the owner is great and he gets to know his clients. The prices are crazy reasonable.

I don't have enough words to say how much I loved Auletto Caterers! From the moment I walked in to book the venue to the moment I walked out after the wedding they were fantastic. They treated me as if I was one of the family. They were very easy to work with and made planning a wedding from out of state a breeze. They include a lot in their wedding packages such as a cake and centerpieces that other venues do not. The food is fantastic! I want to go to another wedding at Aulettos so I can fully enjoy the food. Jim, Jaime, Pat, and David were great to work with the day of the wedding. They made sure everything went smoothly. We are still getting compliments about how pretty the venue was and how much everyone enjoyed the wedding. I would, without hesitation, recommend Aulettos to anyone!

Aulettos was the first place I looked at and I knew it was the right venue! Jim is wonderful and very accommodating. They provide me with a bridal assistant to make sure anything I need, I will get. I was recommended to them by multiple friends and family members. Food is great and the whole place is beautiful. Great vendor! Highly recommend.

From start to finish, everyone at Auletto Caterers made our wedding a dream. Our guests loved the special touches and especially the hot apple cider during the ceremony. I felt everything was taken care of and well thought out. It was the perfect day!

When my husband and I started researching venues last year, we knew we wanted the ceremony, photos, and reception all done in the same place. We live in Florida, but wanted to get married in South Jersey where my family is, so making things easier on ourselves was the way to go. After going to 6 or 7 different places, Auletto's was the last stop. Mr. Auletto made me feel right at home and went through all the details with me. One of the first things he said to me after we sat down was that he wanted to make everything as stress free as possible for me, which is what every bride wants. He and his team were fantastic from start to finish during the year of planning and on the actual day. Their checklists and forms helped keep me organized, because there are little things that I know I would never have thought of.

The wedding itself was perfect and absolutely stress free. There were so many people on hand waiting on my husband and me, but they were never in our faces or overbearing. The food was amazing at both cocktail hour and at the reception. My husband and I have already said that if we lived up there, we would have every birthday, anniversary party, etc. at Auletto's. Both of our families are still raving about how beautiful everything was and how good the food is!

Auletto's was amazing to work with! The staff was attentive and always able to answer any questions we had. They were very thorough which helped to relieve some of my wedding stress. My reception was absolutely perfect! It's like they knew exactly what I wanted.

Auletto's was stunning. The venue is gorgeous and is kept immaculate. I also could not believe how reasonable the prices were. Jim was incredible and managed to get us exactly what we wanted and was very flexible when it was something out if the norm. Every member of the staff was equally amazing. Our banquet manager, Pat, was very easy going, cheerful, and made everything flow beautifully. If we had to get married again, we would absolutely use Auletto's again. It was perfect!

We had our ceremony & reception at Auletto Caterers and I must say that it was absolutely beautiful. Jim, Jaime, and the whole Auletto Caterers' staff helped to make our wedding day a truly memorable one. Jim & Jaime were there throughout the whole planning process and they have everything organized so that the bride and groom don't have to worry about any of the minute details; they handle it for you. The staff was amazing. Our bridal attendant was there whenever I needed her (she was great!) and the food was amazing! SO MANY of our guests LOVED the amount of food and different kinds of food that they were able to have. The ice cream sundae bar got RAVE reviews! I wouldn't have had our wedding anywhere else. Aulettos is a great place to have your ceremony outside (it's beautiful!) and it's great for pictures! We couldn't have picked a better place to have our ceremony/reception! I love it there and I look forward to working with them in the future for other parties that we may be planning! :)

Jim and Jamie at Auletto's could not have done more for our daughters wedding. It was picture perfect to say the least. They treated us like family the first time we walked in the door. Auletto Caterers were wonderful to myself and my bride. We did both our ceremony and reception at their facility and they could not have been more professional and attentive to our specific desires and needs. Jim Auletto met with us several times in prep for our wedding, and their long time experience and helpful vendors made planning very easy. They anticipated our needs and saw to it that both ourselves and our guests had a great time. The facilities are beautiful (especially the wine cellar), the food was delicious, and the staff is first rate. The level of service that we received from Jim Auletto and his staff really made their facility stand out to us, add in all of the little things that they do so well and we found an absolute winning combination.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Jim Auletto, his staff, and his venue. From the beauty of the location to the wonderful food, our guests were thrilled with everything, and my husband and I were looked after so we could relax and enjoy our day. Their prices include a wedding cake from Termini's and floral centerpieces from Cooks Florist, which makes their prices more than reasonable. The day of your wedding, a bridal attendent and banquet coordinator make sure everything goes smoothly as planned - no need for a day-of coordinator! Worksheets are provided to make sure you've accounted for every last detail, and that everyone understands what's going on - everything is as organized as possible. The staff goes out of their way to cater to the bride and groom, and your day will be absolutely perfect.

Auletto's was an absolutely amazing venue for my wedding! They were courteous and professional during the whole entire process. The food was delicious and there was so much of it! You definitely get your money's worth! Everyone kept telling me how wonderful the food & wine was and that the waitstaff were so pleasant and courteous. They had set up the ball room exactly how I pictured it in my mind. It looked beautiful! And the whole evening I never had to worry about one thing. The staff took care of me and my new husband the entire night. It was great. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful wedding experience!

We cannot say enough good things about Jim Auletto and his staff! Choosing to have our wedding at Auletto's was the best decision we ever made. The location is absolutely stunning, the staff is extremely professional and courteous, the food was delicious, and all of our guests told us our wedding was the best wedding they have ever been to!

Auletto's offers extremely amazing value for the money. My husband and I had a short engagement and did not want to have to do a lot of planning. The only work we really had to do after choosing Auletto's was to hire a dj and choose a florist for the wedding party's flowers. Auletto's includes so much in the cost of your wedding that you would be hard pressed to find a better deal. We used two of the vendors that they recommended (Steve & Co DJs and Cook's Florist), and they were both wonderful.

The staff at Auletto's is so kind and attentive. They truly made my husband and I feel like a king and queen for a day. Their primary concern is making sure that everyone is happy and having a great time. So many of my guests have told us how well they were treated, and that meant so much to my husband and me.

Our wedding was in the Sunset Garden with the reception in the Ballroom (the larger of the two spaces), and even though our contract stipulated a minimum of 125 guests, Jim only charged us for the number of guests we had, which was 111. It is so rare these days to find a businessman who is truly more concerned with keeping his clients happy than making every last cent he can make from them, especially in the wedding industry. At Auletto's, we were treated like family!

From the gorgeous ceremony spaces to the elegant reception areas to the unique wine cellar cocktail hour, Auletto's is one of the most beautiful places in South Jersey to have a wedding. My husband and I are hoping someone we know will choose to get married there so that we can experience it all over again!!!

Auletto's truly made our wedding day. Jim and his staff were exceptional and worked with us through all sorts of complications. My husband and I are both in the military and were deployed for a majority of the planning process prior to the wedding. Jim was extremely flexible and remained in contact via email. The grounds were beautiful, the food was phenomenal, the wine cellar was a hit and we received so many compliments on Auletto's as a whole. I would recommend Aulettos to anyone and hope that more people I know get married at Auletto's so we can go back there!

I got married on 9/4/11 at Aulettos and it was beautiful. The staff was very helpful and Jim and Pat were a pleasure to work with. They made sure my very picky father had his favorite wine and a plate of food to eat. Everyone loved the food and had to go up for seconds(we had a buffet). It was an amazing time.

I got married 8/26/11. Auletto's Made sure my wedding day was PERFECT!!!!! From the day I met Jim and his staff more than a year before my wedding they made sure my day went as planned. My guests loved the venue!!! The food was great! I can't stop giving them praise!!! Love them!

Our wedding day at Auletto's was great. From the moment pictures were taken to ushering out our guests, Auletto's service was exceptional. The hot and cold appetizers were to die for. I only regret that I had such little time to enjoy it before the reception started. The staff at Auletto's was wonderful, friendly, responsive, and always available. I received many compliments from my guests about the food and service. It was also very affordable, and the grounds were a gorgeous backdrop for our pictures. I would recommend them to any incoming bride.

Excellent Venue! Staff is wonderful met with them many times sometimes without an apointment, and they always gave you their full attention & advice. Venue is beautiful & makes wonderful pictures. The cost was upfront & very reasonable for services- no hidden fees (ex. cake cutting, corkage, set-up/tear down fees- all included!). My wedding day went so smooth they took care of everything, it was a perfect worry free day.

Auletto's site is very beautiful which creates terrific backgrounds for pictures. The service we received was top-notch and everyone was always friendly and professional. They accomodated making changes for the seating arrangements as we had a large wedding party and needed additional tables for guests. They were flexible in handling the reception starting 1 hour than planned. The only issue we had was the last minute addition of a groom's cake baked by an aunt. Auletto's took the cake and said they would serve it but the cake was never brought out until my aunt asked about it. They brought the cake out but they put the bottom layer on the top layer which shows they forgot about it and did a rushed job.

The woman who was helping us, I'm not sure what her title was, through the whole thing took care of any problems I had and provided whatever I wanted.

Wish they had capability to put a webcam in their reception hall. :(

From the beginning, Jim Auletto and his staff were wonderful to work with. We attended our proms here many years ago, and knew early on in our engagement that this is where our reception would be. Our initial meeting was organized and professional--Jim gave us lists of menu choices, typical timelines, and other options for our day. He was incredibly flexible in customizing our "package" to what we wanted and wanted to spend. Our linens, flowers, and cake were included (which was a huge help--several less vendors to deal with), as was the wine cellar. As the months progressed, we had a clear understanding of our responsibilities and Jim was very accomodating in all our requests. I appreciated his experience in what would work and what might not be such a good idea!

They have recently added a garden area outside, which was great for pictures and cocktail hour. My guests RAVED about the food, hors d'eurves, the setting--the whole event was flawless. The staff was attentive not just to the bridal party, but to all of our guests. They were professional and fun. Jim was there for a good portion of the evening, came to chat with my husband and I during dinner just to check in and be sure we were satisfied. This is a long-established family business and their pride and dedication came across loud and clear. Auletto's was just slightly more expensive than other popular wedding venues in the area, but it was SOO worth it for the personal attention we received and the beautiful venue that will live on in our pictures. Our evening was fabulous!

Auletto's ----what can I say.....They were awesome! We only had the reception there; but they were prepared every step of the way (when I wasn't). I say that because I am a planner.....but, there were some things that I totally forgot about and when it was time for the next event of the day (and I was totally unprepared) they just jumped right in -- and handled it!

There were some e-mail communication issues early on in our planning process, but they were resolved in a timely manner. Putting that aside, everything else was *perfect*. I mean, LITERALLY *perfect*!! The food was fantastic, the wine cellar was wonderful, the location was just beautiful! I couldn't believe how much STAFF was at our disposal, especially for the price we paid! I mean...valet parking AND a bridal attendant on top of all the servers, the maitre'd and the wine server? Unbelieveable! Exceptional value, and we were able to sit back and ENJOY our day...Auletto's staff took care of everything! Couldn't be happier with our choice :o)

Our wedding at Aulettos was beautiful. I can't tell you how many compliments we received from our guests about the food, decor and staff at Aulettos. Aulettos was easy to work with during the entire planning process. They answered all of my stupid questions and even provided some suggestions along the way. When we first arrived there was a power outage in the area, and the staff handled the situation perfectly. They made sure I wasn't freaking out, took care of our guests, and were getting back up generators for the reception. It was an amazing experience!

We loved Auletto's! Jim Auletto was a pleasure to work with and very friendly and accomodating every step of the way. He never took for granted a decision and always asked our opinion. We had a morning wedding and the price was significantly lower than anything else around. The food was very good and the service was great. Couldn't have asked for any more from them. Also the grounds are beautiful. It was really the perfect place for our wedding.
