We cannot say enough good things about our experience with this venue and the incredible planning team that came with it. From day one, Nicole made the entire process so easy. She listened carefully to our vision, respected our budget, and helped us bring everything to life seamlessly. Nicole was not only friendly and funny, but also refreshingly honest—she let us know exactly what things would cost, where we could cut corners, and where it was worth investing to get the look and feel we wanted. She helped us align our preferences, guided us through the decision-making process, and was always available, consistently responding within 24 hours to both calls and emails. She even navigated family dynamics with such grace and understanding, which meant the world to us.

On the day of the wedding, Amelia stepped in to assist and was equally wonderful—attentive, kind, and helpful in making sure everything ran smoothly.

As for the venue itself, it was absolutely stunning. The lush hydrangea bushes in the back, the spacious lawn (where they even offered lawn games like cornhole, and let us bring a few of our own), the beautiful fountain, and the archway all created the perfect setting for our ceremony and reception. The team set up the tent and ceremony space beautifully, and the two hours we were given for décor setup were more than enough. The bar was gorgeous, the food was delicious, and the entire day went off without a hitch.

Our guests couldn’t stop talking about what a hidden gem this place was. Whether they were local or from out of town, everyone was amazed by the venue. One of our guests even mentioned that they drive by the property twice a day on their commute and never would have guessed such a beautiful space was tucked back here. It was so special to hear how impressed everyone was with the atmosphere.

We are so grateful to Nicole, Amelia, and the entire team for making our day everything we hoped for and more. We would recommend this venue a thousand times over!

August 16th I married the love of my life surrounded by our family and friends. I always wanted a backyard wedding but as we started planning for it it became overwhelming. When my mom suggested we tour The Sagamore, I was more than willing. From the moment we stepped on the property it was all my husband and I hopped for without the responsibility. We immediately put our deposit down and started working with Beth. The venue is drop dead gorgeous, the food was incredible, and Beth was amazing. Leading up the day Beth was more than helpful and offered plenty of advice to us. The day arrived and no issues occurred, or at least I never knew about them. We missed the food tasting but sent family in our place as I was in the hospital giving birth to our son. When our wedding day came we were just as excited as the guests to try the dishes we had picked. We got more compliments on the food than I thought was possible. The staff were phenomenal and made the night as seamless as possible. I would recommend The Sagamore in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a venue. I had my dream wedding thanks to Beth and the whole Sagamore crew.

My husband and I recently celebrated our wedding at the Canalside Pavilion in September 2023, and it exceeded all our expectations! From the initial planning stages, Beth and the entire Canalside team were remarkable, ensuring that every detail closely aligned with our vision. Beth maintained strong communication with us throughout the planning process, promptly addressing any lingering questions we had.

Our priority was to find a venue that not only reflected our style as a couple but also provided a positive experience for our guests, ensuring that our wedding felt like an authentic reflection of who we are. Specifically seeking a venue friendly to our budget, offering everything we needed on-site—tables, chairs, linens, and a bar—Canalside stood out as the best value among the venues we toured.

Choosing Canalside for both the ceremony and reception was one of our easiest and best decisions! It allowed our guests to seamlessly transition from the ceremony to the cocktail hour and reception without any interruptions, enabling them to be fully immersed in every moment with us. We were especially pleased to find that every part of the grounds was easily accessible to our loved ones, including those with mobility challenges.

The tent served as a stunning backdrop that perfectly complemented the theme of our wedding, and the grounds were impeccably maintained. As we look back at our photos from the day, we can't help but smile as everything came together so beautifully. The tent itself was a showstopper, requiring minimal decoration, and the concrete floors were a huge plus (our guests in heels were thankful)! I had envisioned a Sailcloth tent for our reception, but many others felt like an overwhelming blank slate. Choosing Canalside allowed us to opt for simple decorations that allowed the natural beauty of the grounds to shine through, saving us time and parts of our budget.

Undoubtedly, the highlight of the evening was the food. Six months later, and we continue to receive compliments from our guests about the exceptional quality and taste. If you're contemplating menu options, don't hesitate to choose the beef—it's phenomenal and probably one of the best meals my husband and I ever had!

Overall, our wedding day at Canalside Pavilion was nothing short of magical and exceeded all expectations. Wedding planning can be stressful, but seeing the joy on our guests' faces made it all worth it in the end. Beth and the team went above and beyond to ensure that everything was flawless, allowing us to cherish every moment with our loved ones. We couldn't have asked for a better venue for our wedding day!

The Sagamore Inn was the best choice for our wedding caterer. They set up a raw bar which was a hit. The dinner entree was the best food at a wedding I’ve ever had; our guests raved about it!!!!!! It was definitely a steal pricewise as well. Rhonda was an amazing point of contact. She was responsive and on top of everything. I have to say the catering was the last thing I had to worry about for my wedding because I knew Rhonda was on top of it. She was at the venue early, helped set up and everything went completely smooth. Thank you to Rhonda and the Sagamore Inn!!!!!

Since I started planning my wedding I’ve had a very specific vision and the Sagamore Inn truly brought it to fruition. The venue is BEAUTIFUL and the setup is great. The food was AMAZING and the bartenders were fast. Rhonda, the event coordinator, is so sweet and so much fun. The brand new bridal suite they built is the perfect spot for a bride and her bridesmaids to spend the day getting ready for such a special moment. I wish I could do it all again and I wouldn’t change a thing!!

We cannot emphasize enough how much Rhonda and the team at Sagamore Inn made our wedding day magical. They were so helpful and accommodating that we felt so calm and at ease on the day we got married. If we wanted to change menu options or needed extra time for set up they were professional, helpful and really made every effort to help us achieve our dream wedding. Thank you Sagamore Inn! First I saw the huge tent and plush surroundings in the green and I was interested. From the very first meeting which was online we were immediately welcomed into the Inns venue for our wedding .
We soon after met Beth Ridge at the Inn and her warmth and huge smile made us feel like family . From that moment on if we had a question, concern , needed to meet again in person , she was there for us .
We had a personal meal prepared for us with our meal choices and again , met with a smiling charming chef .
Our day was beautiful just as we imagined and it seemed like Beth was just as excited .
The food was great , the service wonderful . Everything went so smoothly so we needed worry about a thing

We hired The Sagamore Inn to cater our wedding @ Plymouth Yacht Club. Alisa and her staff did an amazing job catering. Alisa was truly personable, professional and caring. She was always available to communicate and respond in a timely fashion. She was always pleasant and it is obvious that she loves what she does. Our guests loved her! She made everything worry-free and delightful! The food and service was amazing!

Beth & the staff at the sagamore inn are nothing short of amazing. During COVID-19 we stumbled upon this venue and it was the best thing we ever did! The grounds are beautifully kept, the tent is large and open, the fees are upfront, the kindest waitstaff, and the food was great!
Beth was my savior during all the changes we faced to meet CDC guidelines and she reassured me the day would be perfect, which it was!
The pricing is very fair for the experience. Every time we visited the inn we were greeting with smiles and warm welcomes.. and sangria (it’s amazing)! Beth took the time to go over ever detail with us and she takes so much pride in her work and communication skills. Beth and the staff accommodated food allergies & the waitresses never left our guests thirsty.

We had a beautiful reception under the tent and enjoyed the lights in the trees and the fountain in the pond! I cannot say enough good things not only about the restaurant but the people who work there... each and everyone of them made our day special and perfect and it was everything I dreamed it would be!

If you’re looking for an amazing event coordinator who is responsive, reassuring, and kind.. and staff who take pride in what they do, amazing food and an affordable venue with beautiful grounds... book this place! I promise you will not regret it!!!

The Sagamore Inn is an amazing wedding venue on Cape Cod! My husband and I had to change our entire wedding plans one month before our date due to COVID. We found the Sagamore Inn and fell in love instantly. It had everything we were looking for. We were able to have a beautiful ceremony right by the pond and then our guests enjoyed cocktail hour and their meals under a gorgeous tent. They were able to accommodate our entire wedding to make sure it was safe for our guests and that it followed COVID guidelines. Beth was amazing at staying in contact with us and answering our many many emails. Our guests have been RAVING about what an amazing venue and wedding it was. The service for drinks and food was exceptional. Everything ran so smooth! We just want to thank all of the staff at the Sagamore Inn for making our wedding day truly the best day ever!

We had an absolutely wonderful wedding at the Sagamore Inn! Rhonda was fabulous to work with- very helpful and great to work with from start to finish. She really helped bring our vision to life and ensured a seamless flow of the day. The whole staff was wonderful as well. The food was delicious and the venue looked so pretty with all the flowers (in mid June).

As far as cape venues go, this one is a bit more affordable and is quite elegant!

My only (minor) critique is that the bridal suite closed an hour before the event ended which made the last hour of the event a bit chaotic as we had to get everything out of there. Closing 30 min after the event would have been ideal.

Overall highly recommend this venue for an elegant cape garden wedding!

Adjusting my review as of 19Jul2024-

A few things were recently brought to my attention from wedding day that I feel I must include in my review. We had a few guests with allergies attend, which Rhonda and I discussed and planned for in great length. I was informed by two of these guests recently that they had issues with their meal- the first person had a nut allergy, and they were given the pistachio encrusted salmon, and they only realized it was incorrect because someone else at the table had the same meal. Luckily they were able to switch it out and receive the correct meal.

The next person had quite a few allergies, and even offered to bring their own meal, but after many conversations with the venue I was reassured they would be taken care of. On the day of, the meal was brought to this person and visually they were not convinced the meal was safe for them as it was still heavily seasoned (their allergies include common seasoning ingredients). This issue was not resolved, and the guest did not receive a meal for dinner.

Luckily no one had an allergic reaction but I am upset to hear this happened given that I worked with the venue to ensure there were place cards for each person (specifically requested by the venue for this very purpose), and we had multiple phone calls to ensure everyone was safely accommodated. Allergies are no joke. I did reach out to the venue today to discuss.

Separately, it was brought to my attention that during our vows, the restaurant guests on the deck were being loud and someone from our wedding went to politely request they quiet down (it was a quick ceremony.....) and they told this person to "shut up." I understand the restaurant goers are not the venue and I am not sure why they felt so emboldened to be rude but perhaps the deck could be closed for the duration of the ceremony (again.....its less than 30 min) or maybe a quick request from the waitstaff to the people on the deck to try to keep it down.

I will reiterate that Rhonda was great and we had a wonderful time but hearing these details after the fact is a little disheartening.
