HIRE KATIE and The Rustic Bunch! Wow - I can't even explain how talented, easy to work with and kind Katie and The Rustic Bunch was throughout my wedding planning process. I got married in June 2021 and Katie made my floral dreams come true. Communication with Katie was wonderful throughout the entire process. She worked within my budget, provided suggestions and ultimately executed and provided the most gorgeous flowers for my wedding day. I was OBSESSED with my bridal bouquet and got so many comments from guests about how beautiful and unique the center pieces and garland was. I gave Katie (what I thought was) very loose requests and she NAILED my vision. Peonies are my favorite flowers and Katie picked and placed peonies in cold storage so that they could be incorporated into my bouquet and throughout bridesmaids bouquets. Katie also came back at the end of the wedding and provided take down service and stored my centerpieces for me to pick up the next day!!! I was thrilled to be able to get to enjoy the flowers for days after my wedding was over (and so were the lucky guests that got to go home with an arrangement!). I can't speak highly enough about Katie and her artistic abilities. A highlight of my wedding was my flowers and it's all thanks to Katie! -

I couldn't have imagined more beautiful arrangements for our wedding. I wanted dark, moody colors with different types of greenery. The flowers were absolutely stunning. The Rustic Bunch was very accommodating - provided multiple quotes, helped stay within budget, make great recommendations, and was super professional. So happy we made the decision to go with them! -

I really can't say enough how phenomenal Katie was in executing the perfect vision for our wedding. In one phone conversation, she was able to completely and accurately grasp what we were going for. I worked with her remotely since I don't live near her farm (though wish I did so I could enroll in her monthly bouquet program) but I was never worried about what the final product would look like. I would highly recommend Katie and The Rustic Bunch. -

Perfection!
Working with Katie and the rest of the Rustic Bunch team has been a true pleasure. My vision was captured and my dreams were far exceeded. The room was stunning! My bouquet and the the bridesmaids bouquets were simple yet beautifully elegant and a true compliment to all of our gowns. I also love the idea that everything is locally sourced. Katie was always responsive, prompt, and extremely flexible with any ideas that I had. Katie also worked on the design for all of the invitations, save the dates, programs, etc. and they were stunning! Everything flowed together so wonderfully. I wanted something different and Katie took my thoughts and created a true vision. I could not have imagined anything more perfect and hope to work with Katie and the Rustic Bunch team again one day! -

Katie did such an amazing job from start to finish. She really took the time to understand my vision and got to know me as a person. When she showed me my bridal bouquet, it literally brought me to tears...it was just so perfect. Everything she did from the flowers on our ceremony canopy, to flowers on the cake to table centerpieces...it was exactly what I wanted. I saw the venue before she brought in the flowers and after. It was a magical transformation. Supporting a local grower was very important to me. To have flowers in my wedding that were grown just a few miles from my home meant so much. Katie is a true professional. I feel I certainly got my money's worth. Her experience and love of nature shows in everything she creates. A true artist. -

I gave my wife one job when planning our wedding: flowers. Luckily, my wife had already found The Rustic Bunch on Instagram via a friend's posting. There was no need to look any further after seeing what beautiful arrangements were in her portfolio.
Katie came to our house to review and meet us many months before the wedding. She responded well to our questions/thoughts/inspirations and quickly had us excited for our big day. We made a trip up to her farm for finalizing our designs and felt 100% comfortable about what she would provide for us. Katie has a great way of combining different flower types and making colors pop!
The day of our wedding, Katie and her husband delivered our flowers and set up our table arrangements wonderfully without needing my wife or I to answer any questions. I even added some extras like candles and signage and asked her to arrange how she saw fit.
The flowers themselves lasted all day and night - even out in the humid August air for some photos.
Making payments with The Rustic Bunch was easy and they accepted their deposit and payment installments via Venmo for an easy transaction.
Our experience was wonderful and we highly recommend The Rustic Bunch for any occasion, especially weddings! -

The Rustic Bunch focused on our vision to ensure that we received exactly what we were hoping for. The initial consultation was casual and relaxed but detailed with thoughts and questions that I hadn't even considered! Katie made it easy to navigate this process right up to the delivery. We had more than enough flowers that were absolutely gorgeous! -

Katie was wonderful, super responsive, filled with ideas, and listened to all of my thoughts and visions for our big day! She works with you on creative ways to meet all of your needs, while providing various options for decor - fully made handhelds, arrangements, centerpieces, etc. to DIY buckets of florals and greens. The flowers are of high quality and are uniquely beautiful. She was able to take my vision of blending in corals and pinks and pops of colors with succulents, even in my bridal bouquet. I would work with Katie again hands down in a second! She met my visions exactly and even more - our flowers were beautiful!

What Katie created with the vision and colors I gave her was more than I ever imagined! She is truly amazing at what she does and if you choose her, you won’t regret it! Katie was very responsive and flexible. She never pressured me into anything, gave me multiple options to choose from for my tables, and helped me choose my centerpieces. I highly recommend Katie and The Rustic Bunch!

I had a wonderful experience working with Katie to make the vision for my wedding come true. From the bouquets to the centerpieces, she knew exactly what I had in mind and was able to use her creativity when I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. I loved every part of my florals. Katie made different types of centerpieces and tied together the florals, lanterns, and pumpkins that I found into something gorgeous and unique for each table. I also love that she grows her own flowers to use for the wedding florals. I would completely recommend working with Katie to make your wedding floral vision a reality! -

Katie was great to work with! She met with us to go over ideas, stayed in contact about various details and made everything a breeze. The centerpieces and bouquets were phenomenal! I could not have been more pleased when I arrived! We used the DIY bucket as well for some of our own pieces which was an awesome option to have. I would definately recommend the Rustic Bunch! -

We had a low-key affair and the only direction I gave to Katie was that I wanted light pinks and "no mason jars". The flowers were beautiful and even better than I imagined they would be. Katie was very helpful and professional. I love the concept that the flowers are grown by Rustic Bunch and arranged by them, everything is local. Rustic Bunch is a seriously talented grower and florist! I would highly recommend Rustic Bunch for your wedding.
