Our wedding day at The Royal Manor was absolutely perfect — everything we dreamed of and more! From the very beginning, Magda was incredible to work with! She was so responsive, organized, and truly made the entire planning process stress-free and enjoyable.

The day of the wedding, the staff went above and beyond. Our bridal attendant was unbelievably attentive — she was there for anything we needed before we even had to ask, from making sure we had food and drinks to helping with little details throughout the day. The maître d’ was fantastic as well, making sure everything ran smoothly and on schedule so we could simply relax and enjoy every moment.

The food was delicious and beautifully presented, the service was flawless, and the bartenders were amazing — friendly, fun, and on top of everything all night long. They kept everyone’s glasses full and brought such great energy to the celebration.

We can’t thank The Royal Manor and Magda enough for giving us the most incredible wedding day! Every detail was perfect, and we’ll treasure the memories forever!

I was married at The Royal Manor on June 14, 2024. From the moment we went to venue when selecting where we would have our wedding, my husband and I fell in love with it. Carmel was absolutely amazing throughout the process. It was very easy decision for us. Leading up to our wedding day, the communication and assistance were exceptional. Magda, the general manager, was with us the night of our wedding and the service was top notch. Mario was our Maitre’d and Nicole was my Bridal Attendant. They were on their game all night. The entire staff was excellent. Our guests truly enjoyed themselves. The food and drinks were A+. It was a night to remember, and we are so glad we had our wedding there.

Being completely honest, I was SO skeptical about choosing this venue because there was a lack of reviews. However, you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend having your wedding at the Royal Manor. Our wedding was at the Royal Manor on 8/2 and it was a dream come true!! This was our 13th venue that we visited but we chose the Royal Manor because it is absolutely beautiful, the staff is ABOVE AND BEYOND caring and accommodating, the food is incredible, the bridal suites are fantastic, and the location is convenient.

The venue has the most beautiful outdoor patio. You feel like you are transported out of Garfield when you step outside. It is the perfect space for a cocktail hour extension or for your ceremony. Due to weather, we had to move our ceremony inside and the staff was ABOVE AND BEYOND flexible to help this go so smoothly. The two downstairs rooms are gorgeous. We had our ceremony in one of the rooms and our reception in the other. The rooms are breathtaking. We arrived early to use the bridal suites in the morning to get ready and they had breakfast ready for us!!

When reviewing the menu during our initial meeting, we couldn't believe all of the food options. The menu is absolutely unbelievable. At our wedding we were BLOWN AWAY by the delicious food. This cocktail hour was unforgettable! There was so much food. Our guests were crazy for the kebobs and the carving station. The pierogies and potato pancakes will be the best you've ever had! Ask for the chicken fingers in your package, you will not regret it. We are dreaming of the chicken fingers!!! Also, the drinks were outstanding, our bartenders were unbelievable!!!!

When we first toured, Carmel showed us around. She was so kind and welcoming. We loved her honesty and transparency about the Royal Manor, she was not pushy at all and answered soooo many questions that I had. She worked with us to meet our needs. Once we booked the Royal Manor she continued to be so helpful whenever I needed her, I can credit my perfect wedding to her dedication. The manager, Magda, is also phenomenal! She is so smart, patient, and dedicated to her job. You can tell that she has established a working environment where people are happy because everyone was just so terrific at the Royal Manor. The day of our wedding, the service was incredible. The waiters were so hard working and we felt like everyone was doing such a fantastic job setting up to make everything perfect. Nicole our bridal attendant was working so hard to make the day so special and Wojciech the maitre'd was wonderful coordinating with the DJ, my bridesmaids, the officiants, and the photographer to keep the day running smoothly.

My wife and I got married at the Royal Manor on 10/7/23. From the moment we stepped foot on the property, we were captivated by the surprising scenery and elegant charm that this venue offers.
The Royal Manor staff were beyond exceptional. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and warm hospitality ensured that our special day was perfect. Carmel was such a delight to work with. Her diligence and transparency during the initial planning made us feel so comfortable, and she was so quick to provide guidance on any areas that we needed help with. Magda was an absolute star on wedding night as she stayed on top of every little detail and made sure that we didn't have anything to worry about on our night.
The catering services were outstanding. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Our guests still talk about the amazing cocktail hour and dinner menu.

My now husband and I went venue shopping for our wedding a month after our engagement in November 2021 and it was very overwhelming to say the least. The day we went to see the Royal Manor for the first time, we had seen about 3 other places the same day. We were quite tired to say the least. It must have been fate because we were about an hour early for our appointment and instead of meeting with whoever we were supposed to, we had the pleasure of touring the venue with the amazing Carmel. She did not push us to book The Royal Manor, she simply showed us the entire property and talked to us on a deeper level, understanding how overwhelming this process was for us. We felt so comfortable talking to Carmel. She went as far as telling us that it didn’t matter where we chose for our wedding venue but that our wedding day would be the best day of our lives no matter what. We immediately fell in love with the Royal Manor, but more importantly we felt like this venue was the perfect place for us because Carmel was not trying to sell the venue to us like the rest of the venues we saw. We came back two weeks later with both of our parents and Carmel went above and beyond. We got to try the food at the venue and tour it while they were preparing for another wedding. Once we officially booked The Royal Manor, Carmel told us that we could contact her at any time with questions or anything that we need. I must admit, I definitely abused that in the one year of planning our wedding, but Carmel was always so attentive and responsive to me and all my needs, as was the General Manager, Magda! A week before our wedding we came to see the venue with our event decorator and when I found out Carmel was scheduled off the day of our wedding, I insisted that she must be there as she played such a significant role in us booking this venue. Magda of course made Carmel come into work that day! They have been so wonderful to work with. When I decided last minute that I wanted my signature cocktail drink to be a lychee martini, something they don’t normally serve- Magda made sure she was able to get this for me last minute. Our wedding day was a dream come true. The Royal Manor went above and beyond. We received so many compliments from all our family and friends on how beautiful the venue is and how wonderful not only the cocktail hour was but how great dinner was! My husband and I are both Indian and most Indian weddings are at the Venetian or the Westmount, so this was something different for all of our guests and they were truly impressed and wouldn’t stop talking about how grand our wedding was. Not to mention they have a huge beautiful bridal suite, where all 26 of our bridesmaids and groomsmen fit and we had food from our cocktail hour served to us there.

I just got married here on September 2,2022 and could not be happier with this venue, the management, and service from start to finish. Truly exceeded our expectations. My husband and I had specific dietary requests (he is vegetarian and does not eat milk products either) and the venue was able to accommodate all our requests. They answered all questions prior to the wedding and ensured they understood our vision. Shout out to the incredible manager, Magda, for getting all the details! She was an absolute joy to work with.

The day of our wedding was so smooth and everything went perfect. Our bridal sweet had drinks already and our maitre’d made sure to bring our favorite ones up. All our food requests were brought up during cocktail hour so we could eat before mingling with our guests. Our maitre’d made sure we were happy and taken care of all night.

The food was DELICIOUS. I got texts all the following day complimenting the cocktail hour. Many people said it was the best wedding they’d been to. I was thrilled from start to finish! Thank you to everyone at the Royal manor for making this special day perfect!

This is probably going to be a lengthy review but after the great experience we recently had at the Royal Manor in Garfield, NJ. I felt that it was warranted as I wanted to include the details that made this event so fabulous.

On August 7, 2022, my daughter, Maggie, and her “former-fiance-now-husband” were married at the Royal Manor in Garfield, NJ. It has taken me more than a week to write this because I am still focusing on how wonderful the ceremony and reception were! All I want to do is look at the pictures and the videos of what I considered a perfect wedding. The staff at the Royal Manor could not have done more to make this lifetime event so great.

There are way too many people to thank since they were all remarkable but we cannot say enough about Carmel! Carmel basically managed the ceremony, reception, the food and even provided information on the local hotels which she visits personally before booking guests to ensure that the accommodations would meet the expectations of the guests.

Carmel was also instrumental with her assistance in selecting the items we wanted to include at our wedding. The “tasting” included delicious ceviche in champagne glasses, shrimp tempura and shrimp cocktail that were among the best I ever had (and I’m fussy), scallops, oysters, stuffed clams, lamb and a Mexican station, a Polish station, etc., etc.. And these were only a few of the items included during the cocktail hour. My daughter also had a margarita bar outside on the patio and a beautiful ice luge for the vodka. To top things off, one of the first things guests encountered upon entering the cocktail hour was a very nice gentleman who treated everyone to a show of making homemade mozzarella. It was fabulous!

Of course, I need to thank Kelly who was my daughter’s bridal attendant. Kelly was constantly available to fulfill last-minute requests and make sure everyone in the bridal suite was taken care of. Kelly and Magda, one of the managers, were bringing in pitchers of soda, water, assorted wines and lots of great ‘hors d’oeuvres to snack on while we all prepared for the ceremony. I never realized how important a bridal suite was but since we were in it for several hours, we all enjoyed the comfort of the cushioned furniture and of course everyone in the bridal party loved all of the mirrors. There was also a private bathroom and another large room with circular tables so anyone who needed to escape the craziness could do so and calm their nerves in peace and quiet.

We would also like to compliment the maitre d’hotel, Tek, who oversaw the various staff members who were working the venue that evening. Everything was so extremely well organized and I loved that even after the cocktail hour waiters were still coming into the reception hall where everyone was getting seated for dinner. I loved this because I was able to snag a couple of shrimp tempura appetizers that were incredible.

I cannot recommend this venue highly enough. The ballroom is huge (seats 600) and there is also another very large room where cocktail hour is held. Off of the cocktail hour room is a very nice outdoor patio with a bar. It is large enough so that anyone who wants to have the ceremonly outside can do so and it is a beautiful patio with a waterfall and lovely flowers.

Thank you, everyone, at the Royal Manor for making this such a spectacular event! Three or four days after the ceremony we were still getting texts from people who complimented the food, the staff, and the overall logistics of the Royal Manor. I am so glad that my daughter and son-in-law chose this venue—and believe me, they checked out several before booking. I can’t think of a better place to hold a wedding. The staff at the Royal Manor truly did a magnificent job. Thank you.

I’m so glad we chose Royal Manor for our wedding. They were very professional and made sure everything went perfect and on time for the whole day. They gave us the wedding we dreamed of and everything was perfect! I highly recommend using Royal Manor for your wedding. The food was delicious and everyone is so friendly. My husband and I were finally able to celebrate our wedding at The Royal Manor (covid bride) and I am still at awe with how smooth and amazing everything went! Vincent and Magda were beyond amazing the whole night and the communication with Vincent leading up to our wedding was always prompt. We had 148 guest and not 1 person said anything negative. Everyone was amazed from the moment they walked into the door till they left- from cocktail hour, to the bar, to dinner, to our dessert bar. Any event we have in the future will definitely be held here!

The royal manor was impeccable with their service. I was the nervous bride with a million questions and the team at the royal manor answered all of my questions and put me at ease. When my wedding came they made all my dreams come true and exceeded all my expectations. My guests were in awe of the whole day. I would definitely recommend having the royal manor hosting your wedding.

My husband and I were overwhelmed with wedding decisions when we first got engaged. We randomly visited the Royal Manor because if you can believe it I had my 8th grade prom there nearly 10 years prior! Once we entered the building, we knew the Royal Manor was the location for our religious ceremony. Doug was our rock from the minute we did a food tasting to the goodbyes. He was sensitive to all our cultural requests, including halal food (it has been two weeks and my guests are STILL raving about the food), a huge dance floor for choreographed dancing (we were hooked up with an entertainment package through the venue), and much more. The day of, the Royal Manor team really stepped up. Our attendant Anna did not leave our side once. When I freaked out like any bride on her big day, she was there to calm me down. I do not think I could have gotten through this process without Doug and his team by my side. I truly owe my magical night to the Royal Manor. Look no more and book with them because no matter what style wedding you want, they can make it happen!

The whole planning process was made so easy due to Douglass and the entire team at The Royal Manor. Doug made our entire wedding become a true fairytale. We have been to our fair share of weddings at a variety of venues. So when it was time to choose our own venue, we booked Royal Manor without hesitation. We knew from experience that the food is amazing with plenty of options, the dance floor is spacious for our party animal family and friends, and the bar can keep up with the big drinkers. We had pretty high expectations going in, but Doug, Pete, and the whole staff exceeded each one of them. Doug was open to our special requests, offered professional advice, and worked with us to guarantee the day went according to our vision. He was always within reach for any questions or concerns. The reception could not have turned out better; the staff was attentive to the guests, the food was abundant and delicious, my bridal attendant was by my side every step of the way, and the best part was that we were worry free. Do yourself a favor and book Royal Manor for your wedding venue.

We couldn't have picked a better place for our wedding! The staff was consistently working with us from the moment we booked, to the moment we left after our reception. Leslie and Douglas made sure to meet our every needs with the booking process and all of the logistical necessities. On the day of the wedding our Maitre'd (s), Mario and Diana, were FANTASTIC! They made sure that my bridal party, as well as my husband and I, were getting fed throughout the day and had breaks during pictures. Diana was my backbone on that day. She followed us everywhere to make sure we had drinks, food, and that everything in the reception hall was to our liking. Mario made sure the ceremony and reception flowed flawlessly. My husband and I couldn't be more grateful! They all did an amazing job! Everyone loved the venue, as it's so classy and they ALL RAVED about the food and service!

The venue itself is beautiful but let’s talk about service. The staff ‘s number one concern is that everything runs smoothly , we even had the manager pop in very professionally to ensure all was going to plan. The food was great , they nailed the details! I expected it to be beautiful but they truly surpassed all my expectations.

The Royal Manor is the best. Our wedding was 08.10.19 and came out great. The Royal Manor exceeded all our excpectations. All our guests couldn't get over how much food there was at the cocktail hour and the vienese and overall how amazing the staff was. From the start we knew we wanted to do our wedding there after visiting a few different venues. Peter helped us make the right decisions and guided us throughout the entire process with what the better choices were and what he thought would work best for us. They care when they give you a tour of the place and explain everything in great detail and give a great visual of what to expect on your big day. Leslie would also reply to all my emails so fast and answer any questions i had. The day of the wedding Peter and Mario were great and on top of everything the entire night. Literally any time I turned around one of them was always there asking if everything is ok. They made everything flow so smooth and allowed me not to stress about anything. I will recommend Royal to anyone and will definetley do my future parties here aswell! Thank you Royal Manor for making our special day so wonderful!!!

The Royal Manor is an excellent venue to host your wedding reception. We held ours there and everything was fantastic. The venue itself is beautiful, the food is really good. More than anything else, they are truly wonderful people to deal with. Leslie and Douglass are simply amazing and will go out of their way to make sure you will have your dream wedding. Beautiful venue and wonderful staff! From the entrance to the ballroom, all aspects of the venue are well maintained and clean. The food is delicious and the venue offers a wide variety of meal and station options. My allergies and the food allergies of my guests were considered carefully and there were no issues. The staff at The Royal Manor is helpful and courteous. They were by our side the whole night and made it a memorable event. We couldn’t ask for a better Wedding Day experience. We would definitely recommend The Royal Manor to all couples looking for their perfect Wedding venue.

The Royal Manor is a PHENOMENAL venue for a wedding. My husband and I booked the Royal Manor on February 2017 and were married on August 4, 2018. We went per the recommendation of a very good friend whom raved about this venue. Upon meeting the General Manager Douglas Walker, we loved his professionalism and very detailed description of what we would receive the day of the wedding. The Royal Manor exceeded our own expectations. The service, attention to detail, food was outstanding (might I add we are still being informed by our guests that it was the best wedding food they have ever experienced). We are forever grateful! We appreciate the entire Royal Manor team especially Douglas, Monica (the way in which you took care of me day of was phenomenal), Magda and Leslie. You made our wonderful dream a fantastic reality. Truly a job well done! In addition, I was not even worried the day of, you truly allowed me to enjoy every moment and the day ran very smoothly. We were in the greatest hands.

All the staff at the Royal Manner were very professional and very accomodating. My wedding was 6/29/18. We arrived 1 1/2 hours late to our own wedding(smh lol) and the staff did everything they could to make sure everything went as planned. Magna helped keep everything flowing and smooth. Jennifer was by my side all night assisting me everything from fixing my bussel, bringing food and drinks to the suite, packing and moving my things from one suite to another, and even packing my car at the end of the night. They were both great! The food was excellent and beautiful! Its a great place to have a wedding. They made my stressful and caotic day a very pleasureable and memorable one. I would recommend this venue to anyone.

My fiancee and I went to the Royal Manor on a whim. We had driven by the Royal Manor countless times, but for whatever reason we did not think of this place first when planning our wedding. Had we gone there first we would have saved lots of time.

From our very first visit we were impressed with the space and the service that Carmel provided. Throughout the planning phase they were very accommodating and resourceful. This was a HUGE plus, since I did not have a wedding planner. All of the vendors that they recommended where top notch and affordable.

Fast forward to the day of, their food WAS AMAZING (much better than the tasting). Even the "venue cake" was delicious as it was provided by the very reputable Palermo's Bakery. The food was only topped off by their level of service. Peter, Julianna and Ana were wonderful! The entire staff was very professional and basically on point all night. They also set up the tables just as I envisioned them, placing all the favors, table numbers, memorial table, etc as I had asked.

Despite not having a wedding planner all I had to worry about was having a GREAT TIME! The cherry on top is that our guests are still talking about the food and service! I recommend the Royal Manor without reservation.

Amazing!!! there was always a drink in my hand haha! and they always made sure i was happy and that everything was alright. the ceremony there was beautiful upstairs and the reception was perfect.!!!

We had our wedding here and it was simply amazing. The food was fabulous and they truly treated my bridal party and I like royalty. We had an amazing night and loved how the decor came out. I cannot say how much how priceless the event was but how reasonable the pricing really was- we had around 115 guests on a Friday night.

I dealt with Carmel, she was amazing. I asked for a lot when it came to accommodating my needs and she worked with the manager to make sure I was happy with everything I wanted and that I got everything I asked for. My wedding is in 10months, I'll come back and update the review as to how it all went.

The Royal Manor was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. They were very professional and responded quickly to any questions or inquiries we had. It's been 2 1/2 months and our guests are still raving over the food and the venue itself. I would definitely recommend The Royal Manor for your wedding day !

I am not even sure where to start. My fiance and i were searching for a venue for our wedding and saw a friend recently got married at the royal manor so we decided to give it a try since we had never been there. Well we got married this past weekend on September 3rd and it was a dream come true. I literally have NO complaints, neither did my guests. We even had outside food come in for cocktail with no problem and a food truck at midnight! Doug and his staff are seriously the BEST! Since we booked our day last year, Doug was there every step of the way assuring our day would be perfect and answered any questions we had. I wish i could relive the day and eat more because the food was outstanding and we are still getting so many compliments from people about the food and how they never saw a raw bar like ours! The dessert selections were out of this world. I recommend anyone to check out The Royal Manor if they are looking for a wedding venue, seriously its the best. Thank you guys so much, we will NEVER forget this day!

We got married on 6/10/16. We couldn't have picked a better venue to host our wedding than The Royal Manor! Everyone went above and beyond making our special day even better than we imagined it would be! This venue has been so accommodating since the first day we met with them to inquire about their place. Our Maitre D Joanna and our bridal attendant were on top of everything. They couldn't be more helpful and friendly, they made sure we had food and drinks at all times, helped us with our shoes and gowns when we needed an extra hand. Our guests were raving how great the waiter staff attended to each table and kept them happy. We had a good feeling about this venue from day one and we were very pleased with everything! We would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a great place with staff who gets it!!!

I don't think I can put into words how amazing our wedding at the Royal Manor was. It is truly a beautiful venue and it provided me with the wedding of my dreams! Easily one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning was picking this venue! Douglas is literally the best- he's so professional and personable and does everything he can to make your special day exactly what you want and more. The food is amazing! Everyone talked about it all night.. the guests could not get over the cocktail hour and the unbelievable Viennese dessert hour! Douglas worked with us to customize our entire menu and made changes and substitutions for us to make our wedding day a one of a kind experience. The ice luge at the bar in the reception was a huge hit!! Everyone loved it and it kept the party going! There were so many staff members working our wedding and they were extremely attentive to all of our guests to make sure everyone had whatever they wanted. Joanna and our bridal attendant Sophie were awesome and made sure my husband and I were taken care of and were updated throughout the night. All of my personal decorations were displayed just how I asked them and they honored all of my requests! The Royal Manor is hands down one of the most beautiful venues and you CANNOT go wrong having your wedding here! They will deliver you the wedding of your dreams!!

Was referred by a friend for my daughters' Sweet 16. & was not disappointed. Signed contract with Douglas pleasure to deal with. Very accommodating as far as dropping off favors before the party date. All other staff a pleasure to work with. Day of event the matre' D, the waiters, watresses & bartenders were very nice and very helpful with setting up extras had great input for some ideas very polite. Our friends can't stop talking about this place they loved the food the atmosphere, the staff and the service. No complaints Great place would highly recommend for all your parties and celebrations.

I come from a large family and our goal was to find a venue we hadn't been to a million times. We got so lucky with the Royal Manor! The food is AMAZING. The service is AMAZING. My bridal attendant was AMAZING. My cocktail hour was beyond anything anyone has ever seen! My Viennese Table was outstanding!! I want to relive my wedding. I want to crash other weddings there so I can actually taste everything! People have not stopped talking about my wedding. Do yourself a favor and go to the Royal Manor!!!

Choosing The Royal Manor was the best decision we could have made for ourselves! Douglas, Leslie, Anna and entire staff were incredibly helpful and they exceeded our expectations in every way possible. Doug made us feel right at home and like family rather then a customer. Whenever we had concerns or questions about anything they were an email or phone call away. If it weren't for Anna I would not have had time to finish a few last minute projects that I had run out of time to complete. She basically took the wheel over for me. I was impressed with how much everyone was willing to help out even when I'm sure there were so many other weddings happening.

The venue is beautiful! Right from the minute you drive up the landscaping and water fountains to the crystal chandelier when you walk in, everything is elegant. It is very classy and modern and clean. Everything looks brand new! The room was STUNNING. All the finishes from the marble and crystal decor to the lighting and space available for our guests it was everything we dreamed of. The gardens outside were a nice touch and gave extra space for people to hang out. The food was over the top and everyone raved about the raw bar! The cocktail and Viennese hour had people talking for weeks! There was much food you could not decide what to eat! Our guests were truly blown away with the attention to detail. ! Nothing was left out and our friends and families could not stop talking about how impressed they were with the whole event, beginning to end.

My husband and I visited 12 venues before we made the decision to go here and we saw a little bit of everything. We saw the best and the worst of venues and when it all boiled down this place gave us the "biggest bang for our buck". We got the extravagance we wanted for the right price. We ended up getting everything we wanted and more without going overboard. We highly recommend having your wedding done here!!

This is THE BEST place to have your wedding reception, without a doubt 100% the way to go!! I don't have enough good things to say about The Royal Manor. I am from Staten Island and my husband is from Connecticut, I tried to find a middle ground and we decided to look for a venue in New Jersey. This was the first place we both saw together and loved! We met with Douglas and he was just so personable, friendly, funny, and sweet, my whole family just loved him. He made us so comfortable even when we made our weird requests. You can tell he loves his job and truly will go out of his way to give you the best wedding day ever! He always calmed me down when I was stressed out. Our wedding was on August 1, 2015, the weather was perfect and even though we had about 430 people, The Royal Manor was so accommodating and beautiful, everything looked perfect. We heard so many good things about the servers about how nice and polite they were. Everyone couldn't stop raving about how good the food was, from the superb cocktail hour, the amazing main course, and the most delicious dessert, people are still telling us how great everything was. Douglas and Olga were attentive to my needs during the wedding day, my husband and I didn't get to eat, but Douglas had food packed for us to take home, which was so very thoughtful. I don't know how many times I called, e-mailed, and bugged the staff at The Royal Manor with details, questions, etc. prior to the wedding, but they were so sweet about everything and they all did a brilliant job! Our experience was over the top wonderful and exceeded all expectations! The place is modern, clean, and classy. We got a great deal on the package. Not only the bride and the groom were happy; our guests - a spoiled crowd who has attended a number of weddings in NJ - were stunned and still rave about the food (including but not limited to lobster tails :) ) and the party. The venue accommodated probably every request I can remember. For instance, our request to maximize the time when the dance floor was open (not all places would let you because of the policy having to do with serving salad and dinner). They would also let my family stay in the bridal suite while waiting for the arrival of the bridal party. All the staff is very professional and pleasant and will promptly answer all of your questions. I found Anna to be particularly helpful and prompt, although our compliments are to Thomas, Leslie, etc. The bridal attendant helped me clean the dirt off the dress. Our Maitre D' - Johanna - was always around and ready to offer help at any moment at the reception. They returned all unused party favors and the remaining cake (not just the top).

Pricing: We looked at 12 venues in NJ before choosing this one. It strikes the middle ground between the nearby way too extravagant Venetian and the more affordable but a bit old-fashioned Fiesta. I would recommend it to a couple on a middle-of-the-road budget if you want the best deal for your money and don't want your wedding to be cheap. You will get a great deal as they will work with you.

Additional benefits: They have a cozy patio, a hidden gem that your guests can enjoy during cocktail hour (unless it is too hot or too cold outside). There is a very popular park, Dahnert's Lake park, right across the street from the venue, so it saves you time if you plan to take park photos (make sure to get your park permit early) and gives you an opportunity to enjoy the cocktail hour with your guests.

I have to start by saying my experience was phenomenal, I loved every second of planning my wedding in large part to The Royal Manor. As soon as I got engaged, I started doing my research on halls. I live in Staten Island and I knew I wanted to have the reception somewhere in New Jersey. The Royal Manor was one of the first places I started to research after finding it on The Knot and Wedding Wire. I had never heard of it before but the pictures and reviews had me intrigued. It was the first hall I visited. My fiancé was at work so I took my parents. We were all blown away by the place. From the moment we walked it we were taken back at how new, clean and gorgeous everything was. I brought my fiancé and his parent back later in the week and he loved it too. The next week we booked! We booked the entire hall; we had to guarantee 225 which we were positive we would get. Throughout the wedding process the staff at The Royal Manor was extremely helpful. Anytime I wanted to come by and see the hall, show a bridesmaid or family member, they were happy to have me. The staff in the office always remembered me, which I found very nice. Before the wedding Peter, Doug and Anna did a great job listening to all the specialty items we wanted and were excited to do them. We got married on 7/11 and we got 7-11 slurpee cups, I wanted to have alcoholic slurpees, they were on board and were a big hit at the Viennese hour. The day of the wedding was flawless. From the moment we arrived Peter and Magda had our backs. They made the night go by so much smoother. The waiters and bartenders were quick; no one was ever waiting for a drink. The food displays at cocktail hour were phenomenal. The seafood trio from cocktail hour is still being talked about from my friends and family. The Viennese hour was over the top. My guests are still raving about the food and service from our wedding. I could not have picked a better place to have my wedding. I wish I could do it again!

Got married on memorial day here and I couldn't rave enough about this place! From the food, the venue, the staff, everything was Extravagant! Our wedding was held at The Royal Manor on August 16, 2014 and thanks to the staff and everyone at the venue, it was the most memorable night of our lives. I would call myself a somewhat demanding bride and yet, both Doug and Jerry made sure every crazy detail came to life! My wedding was held on October 11, 2014 at the Royal Manor. I don’t know what I could say about the place, but it was unbelievable. It was nerve-racking to use a hall that none of my family members (huge Italian Family) used before; however, the wedding went off without a hitch (at least at the hall). Doug and Anna (my bridal attendant) made my wedding. During the planning Doug was very informative and helpful. Doug went out of his way to make sure the day was what we wanted from the dog ice sculpture to the special chairs for our sweetheart table. The day of my wedding my limo company (US Bargin Limo - DO NOT USE) never showed up. I gave a quick call telling them my situation, and my bridal party would arrive an hour early, my bridal suite was ready with food and drinks for them. My hotel forgot to inform my guest of the shuttle and hand out the welcome bags. Doug actually got on the phone with the hotel to handle the situation so I wouldn’t have to be bothered. He was ready with a list of car services to help my guest; thank god that shuttle service was from a reliable company (Broadway Elite) and was waiting at the hotel. I don’t know what I could say about the staff at the Royal Manor by Outstanding. Doug had arranged for a special entrance for my husband and me. During the wedding Anna made sure I had everything I needed, including drinks. At one point she interrupted my conversation like 3 times to make sure I sat down and ate, Thank God that was all I ate all night, and I got to try a sample of all 3 entrées. The food was amazing. After my wedding and still to this day, my guest rave about the wedding. My cocktail hour was amazing; my guest said they never saw so much food. One guest stated it was one of the top 3 cocktail hours ever. One advice I could give to any bride is use the Royal Manor, that day you want the staff, support, and food, which the Royal Manor provides.

When I say this place was everything a bride could want and more, IT WAS!!!. Everyone was professional, kind and thoughtful from beginning to end. They were so flexible and understanding, at all times. They answered any and every question I had, and returned my calls in a timely manner. The place was clean and very spacious. Every one of my guests raved about the food from the amazing cocktail hour to the sweet tooth table. So sad I didn't get a chance to enjoy any of it. The bartender kept the drinks flowing so much that the dance floor was full all night.My guest didn't want to leave and kept asking to add another hour LOL. Even when 12 extra guest showed up, the staff accommodated them with ease. Shout out to Douglas and Jerry for making my day AMAZING!!! I wish I could do it all over again!!! My husband and I had our reception at The Royal Manor and we couldn't be more happy that we chose them. The food was delicious, the grounds and decor are absolutely beautiful and the staff is on top of everything. When we walked into the Royal Manor back in October of 2012, we were completely blown away and knew we had to have our wedding reception here. The decor inside and out completely matched our theme-Modern Elegance. It is filled with gorgeous chandeliers, a few waterfall features, and breathtaking marble. We were thinking about getting married in the summer and the Royal Manor has a beautiful outside patio filled with a waterfall, gazebo and gorgeous landscape which was exactly what we were looking for. They even have a park across the street where you can take pictures. When we met with Douglas, he was so professional, fun loving and warm hearted that we just completely fell in love with what the Royal Manor had to offer. The Royal Manor's service is outstanding. All of our questions and concerns were addressed with ease leading up to our wedding day. Our wedding day was needless to say perfect!! When we pulled up to the Royal Manor, we were immediately greeted by Douglas and the Bridal Attendant with smiles and excitement. The crew at the Royal Manor were on top of everything; making sure all of our needs were met and satisfied (e.g., supplying us with sufficient food and drinks throughout the night, assisting with the bride's dress). Our theme was modern elegance and our color scheme was black and white damask with different pinks. When we walked into our venue, our mouths dropped because of how beautiful our vision came to life. From the table décor, to the chair covers, to the ice sculptures, awesome lighting, and our beautiful centerpieces; our personality was truly in our ballroom. Our guests were completely wowed!! They are still talking about the phenomenal time they had, the exceptional food that they ate from cocktail hour (in which they could eat inside or on the outside patio), to entrees, to the Viennese Hour. They were completely in awe of everything. A huge thank you from the bottom of hearts for giving us the night of our dreams!

OMG. Words can't describe how truly amazing our wedding day was yesterday that I couldn't wait more than 1 night to write this review. Every single thing you can think of from top to bottom was perfect. Jerry was our Maitre D and was absolutely fantastic. Anything we needed throughout the entire night he was right there for us, no hesitation. The bridal attendant was just superb as well. All of our guests told us that this was the best wedding they have ever been to hands down. The cocktail hour was INSANE. Our guests were blown away with all the selections they had to choose from. Our bridal party and us were treated like kings from the moment we stepped foot in the venue. Our bridal suite was set up with every plate of food imaginable, including bottles and bottles and bottles of alcohol. Jerry told me not to worry about the alcohol and boy he did not disappoint. It literally felt like we had bottle service in Las Vegas except for the fact that they would give us more bottles if they emptied out. My best man asked for some red bull to be brought upstairs and without hesitation they brought up over 12 cans of it. Then on to our reception ballroom which was absolutely stunning. The led uplighting looked amazing along with all of the other decor. The food for the main courses was outstanding. I usually don't expect much from the main courses at a wedding but literally could n to believe how good the food was. There was a custom ice sculpture ice luge that had 3 different flavors of Ciroc on tap the whole night!! Our guests were in amazement.

I know I am giving the Royal Manor 5 stars, but I literally want to give them 10 stars. If you are debating over a couple of different venues to have your wedding at just stop right now and book with the Royal Manor. You will not regret it I promise. This is a first class place in every way. You guys rock!!!!!

I was in love with the royal manor since our first appointment with them! We looked at about 10 venues in total in the northern nj area for our wedding which was last month on Saturday May 24th 2014. The royal manor was by far by favorite! It has enough space up host a wedding up to 600 people and has an outdoor section which they can use as part of cocktail hour. Douglas, Jerry and the royal manor staff did an amazing job! They were extremely helpful in planning wedding details, professional, and very flexible when setting up appointments! They are also perfectionists and will make sure everything and every detail of your wedding goes smoothly and flawlessly! I would recommend the Royal Manor to anyone. They went above and beyond my expectations and I was extremely happy with the food and service! Thank you Douglas, Jerry and the Royal Manor staff who are all so friendly and a pleasure to worth with!!!!

We had our wedding at the Royal Manor on sunday 2/9/14 and everyone was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process - from working with my budget, my schedule (I reside in Albany NY), and various vendors. They were great at solving any issues that occurred last minute and were very helpful. All of my guests stated the service was absolutely amazing. If I were to get married again, I would definately do it there.

The venue was just perfect for our wedding on March 21 2014. Joanna was the perfect host and accommodated us in every single way. We had our wedding at the Royal Manor on 12/21/13. We dealt with Jolanta and Doug and could not have been happier. Doug coordinated everyone on the wedding day, and he was OUTSTANDING. He went above and beyond. For example, we forgot our runner and he found one and used it without us even having to ask. Our drinks were filled the entire night, they brought us food to the bridal suite to eat before we entered the cocktail hour, and they made sure everything ran smoothly. Doug worked with our other vendors (like the photographer) to make sure all the photographs were taken before she left. Our photographer left an hour and a half before the end of the reception and he made sure she got pictures of the cake tasting, even though it should have occurred after she left. I can not say enough wonderful things about the Royal Manor. We definitely go a bang for our buck, all of our guests were impressed and we have only heard everyone raving about our wedding!

From the very beginning, Doug and Jerry were very accommodating and helpful; they answered all our questions promptly, and we had so many of them! The venue is gorgeous inside and out. The lighting that they provide is so beautiful and even with almost 250 guests, the tables were well-spaced and the dance floor was plenty big since we all wanted to party! The more I visited the venue, the more I fell in love with it, especially the night of our wedding! Pulling up in the limo felt so surreal seeing the beautiful fountain at the front and looking through the glass doors to the gorgeous chandelier in the lobby. Doug was there to greet us right when the door opened and he and the attendants, Anna and Olga, were there to help me with anything and everything my husband and I needed, from tightening up my corset to serving us with food and drinks for the entire night. They even packed up our entrees to take home since we barely ate them! From the bites of our main course that we did get to have and the other food we did get to eat and what all the guests were telling us, there was an endless amount of choices during cocktail hour and everything was delicious. When choosing our menu, Doug was nice enough to make helpful suggestions. The service was also impeccable. With both my parents and my husband's parents located at designated VIP tables, the servers made sure they were well-taken care of and they were never without a drink at their table. While it was definitely easy for us to love the Royal Manor, many of our guests could not stop with their compliments, both with the people who served them and the venue itself. Then, at the end of the night, the staff still showed the utmost patience and courtesy as they allowed us to take our time leaving, making sure that we not only had all of our belongings and gifts, but even helped us taking things to our vehicles. I can't say enough great things about the Royal Manor!

The Royal Manor was the perfect venue for our wedding. The guests

hour. Douglas was our maitre D' and he was excellent. He made sure the

party and within 10 minutes we had an abundance of premium alcoholic
beverages and appetizers in our bridal suite to keep us full and
happy. My mom was extremely demanding that the decor was neat and
perfect. Despite her being very difficult to please, she was delighted
that the decor was perfect! The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous,
with spotless modern marble floors and beautiful chandeliers. The
staff is wonderful and helpful with all needs and questions.

The Royal Manor did a magnificent job providing their services to me and my family on my wedding day. I was very pleased with their work and presentation.

Where do I even start!?! From the beginning everyone's been so courteous and everything was TERRIFIC! which is a complete understatement. Jerry was the manager that took care of us. He was honest and reasonable. He told us right up front that the package that he gave us was right in the middle, so either we can upgrade, which of course will be more money, or we can downgrade. Of course we downgraded, which put us in our budget, but still was fantastic! People are still talking about how beautiful everything was and how craazzzyyyy cocktail hour was!

I grew up in NJ & now live in CT. so they made exceptions with payments over the phone for me & they always worked with my schedule. Next when we were looking for other vendors, Jerry recommended us to Magic Moments, which was awesome because they did my DJ, videography, & photography. They too will be getting 5 stars!

The Royal Manor gave us everything we wanted and more. Doug exceeded our expectations and we couldn't have been happier!

Banquet Manager Doug Walker and the staff at the Royal Manor provided the best experience we could've hoped for. Everything went perfectly from the second we stepped out of the limo and onto the driveway. Doug and Lucy, our bridal attendant, were there at our beck and call every step of the way without being obtrusive.

The staff was incredibly accommodating. During our tasting a few weeks before the wedding, I had joked that I loved the rack of lamb and that I would like to see a plate of it at our table at the reception. I also joked many times that I had a sweet tooth and wanted one of everything from the Viennese table. Sure enough, when we sat at our table, a plate of rack of lamb was waiting for me, and during the Viennese hour Lucy brought us plates of everything from every table! I was blown away.

Every morsel of food from cocktail hour to the Viennese table was amazing. All of our guests remarked at how good the food was.

We had an amazing time and would love to do it all over again!

The royal manor was more gorgeous than I could have ever imagined for my wedding. I visited 23 wedding venues and this was my number 1! Jerry was absolutely amazing to work with. He payed attention to every single detail of all of my requests. He really made my wedding day perfect! The bridal attendant Ana was a life saver, when my dress broke, she came to my rescue and sewed it back together. The food was out of this world according to everyone at the wedding. I could not have asked for a more perfect venue and staff for my special day!!

I can't say enough about the Royal Manor. They made our wedding a night to remember, and I've heard nothing but amazing things from all of our guests. Jerry, Anna, Olga and all of the staff there were amazing from the time we booked their venue until the last guest left the night of. All of our guests always had a drink in hand and have told us how amazing all of the wait staff was that night.

The food was AMAZING! Everything we had at cocktail hour was delicious and seemed endless, there was more food than anyone could imagine. The dessert room was the same, from cotton candy, to the candy bar it was endless.

My bridal attendant Anna was amazing and made sure I had everything I needed all night I couldn't thank her enough! Our maitre'd Jerry was also amazing making sure everything went smoothly and was perfect for us.

I could go on forever about how amazing that night was and would recommend them in a heartbeat. All I hope now is that someone we know uses The Royal Manor just so we can go back and enjoy it all over again!

The Royal Manor provided my husband and I the opportunity to have our dream wedding. Douglas and Joanna made sure every detail was perfected. Their recommendation for A&S photo/ video and Magic moments DJ was incredible. Palermo bakery was exceptional. But most importantly the entire staff at the royal manor was accommodating and professional. Olga was always quick to respond to emails and phone calls. And on our special night, Anna was always in sight, filling our drinks, serving us food and making sure we were enjoying our big day. Our guests were amazed by the atmosphere, entertainment, food and drinks that this venue provided. We can't be more grateful for such an amazing wedding thanks to these vendors!!!

The Royal Manor made my wedding exceptional. All my guests have been telling me how beautiful the Royal Manor is, how good the food was and how attentive the staff was. I will definitely recommend The Royal Manor to anyone looking for a venue for a party.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! I fell in love with the building and the layout the first time I set foot in the Royal Manor while we were searching for a venue. Then I met Douglas and his colleagues and instantly knew we were going to have an amazing wedding. During the planning process they worked as a team and took the time to fully and clearly answer any questions we had. I never felt stressed while working with them. In fact, for some of the things I wanted to do to personalize the evening, they would make suggestions that actually freed up my time and cost me less money (For example, I wanted to print on the back of everyone's menu a list of events in history that took place on our date. I didn't have enough time to do that so Doug suggested that I print it up one big sheet, put it in a big picture frame and they would put it at the table with the seating cards. It was the perfect suggestion).
There is a beautiful large outdoor patio that is fairly new (wasn't featured on the website) which worked perfectly for our cocktail hour and Viennese hour. We got very lucky with a beautiful day so it allowed the guest to spread out and mingle while they were enjoying the plethora of fantastic food/desserts and the cigar bar we set up. There was a lot of something for everyone to enjoy.
A nice touch was that we were taken care of in the bridal suite before we went down to greet our guest during cocktail hour. They made sure we were fed because they knew we were going to be pulled in every direction and would not have been able to eat. I found that extremely thoughtful and it was really appreciated.
Our guests are still commenting about the great time they had and they think that we went way over the top and put forth so much effort. That credit I owe to the Royal Manor...They put forth the effort, I was just fortunate enough to have found them. Thank you Doug and everyone at the Royal Manor for such a great wedding!

Had our wedding at the Royal Manor, we couldn't have picked a better location. Since the beginning they were extremely helpful, answered all our questions, value was definitely worth it. We are still receiving compliments and so much positive feedback. Our guest had an awesome time. If we had to do this all over again we would do it at the royal manor. We would recommend this venue to anyone that is looking to have an awesome event. We would use this location again.

AMAZING!!! Doug, Anna and Joanna rocked my wedding night and we cannot be happier with their service. The whole Royal Manor team is incredible. From the moment we walked into the venue during our search we knew it was the ONE. It's just beautiful and perfect for the amount of people we wanted in attendance. I fell head over heels with the beautiful chandeliers throughout the place...so perfect. The food and drinks were ridiculously delicious! Anna was my bridal attendant and she was out of this world; went above and beyond and did not miss a beat. Everything was incredible; there are not enough words to describe everything they did for us during our planning leading up to the day of. If we can do it all over again we'd book with them in heart beat! LOVED IT!

I'm so grateful another bride referred me to the Royal Manor. I had went to many venues but was not impressed by any. I called many other venues that would not even give me the time or day since we were having a small intimate wedding (70+ guests) and that is usually unheard of during the weekends.

We made an appointment for the Royal Manor during a Sunday and we were treated very well. We were given a tour and a break down of the menu and they were willing to work with our budget, my Celiac Disease (gluten intolerance) and small wedding. We had my mom come visit the Royal Manor 2 weeks later and she also feel in love with it. We decided to book the week after and we never regretted the decision.

I had surgery during all of this and they were able to accommodate our tasting session. OMG what an experience and we left out of there stuffed! Everything about the tasting alone spelled CLASS and INDULGENCE!

During the final few weeks I had another surgery and they worked with me on getting those last minute details together until the very end. They were absolutely wonderful. They answered all my emails and calls and my all gluten free menu requests.

We received so many compliments about the service, how clean the facility was and how wonderful the food was and the abundance of food. They even added a few extras that I did not request for the wedding. My husband and I were in AWWW when we saw how many stations and food there was even for our small wedding. I would recommend the Royal Manor to anyone for all special occasions. I plan to use them in the future !
