The short version is: get married here. But the longer, honest, version… when we were searching for venues, we toured several places. I have DREAMT about my wedding since I was little, and I didn’t know exactly what I wanted, but I knew there would be a feeling when it was right. We looked and searched and toured and nothing felt RIGHT… until we came to The Royal Crest Room. Our tour guide, Liz, was so thorough and answered all of our questions. The whole time, we got more and more excited. And that feeling? We both felt it, and so we knew. The entire process, from beginning to end, they were communicative, kind, and treated us like individuals, even though I know they had multiple other couples to plan with. They were very accommodating when we did our menu tasting as well, and dealt with our pickiness without making us feel bad for it. When we finally got to the rehearsal day, Amariliz and Fallon, our coordinators, were very detailed! They were patient and made sure we were ready for the big day. Wedding day, I can’t even begin to describe how perfect it was. They helped us through our nerves, treated us like friends, laughed with us, and guided us every step of the way. The two of them made sure we had everything we needed from beginning to end, and if anything did go wrong? We didn’t know about it. I could genuinely go on and on and on, but the day was literally perfect. And even after, people kept telling us how gorgeous the venue was, how clean it was, and our wedding party had nothing but wonderful things to say about Amariliz and Fallon, as they helped them with everything as well. No one ever had to guess or question anything, they took care of it all. Parking was easy, the cost was way more reasonable that half the places we toured, with WAY more amenities, there was a place for the girls and the guys to get ready that we were able to get into early enough to avoid anxiety about timing, they have so many preferred vendors that made the process even more seamless, and it’s just secluded enough to where it’s nice and private, but not inconveniently out of the way from everything. And I cannot WAIT to get the photos back, the golf course is GORGEOUS, there are so many beautiful photo spots, they have golf carts so that we can go all around, and I just can’t get over how stunning the venue is. So, all of that being said: If you want the most perfect wedding ever, you’ll want to get married here. Once again, I can’t think of absolutely anything that I would change. We will always look back on our wedding day, and be grateful that we were lucky enough to find this venue!The Royal Crest Room's reply:

If you are looking for a wedding venue that combines breathtaking scenery with world-class service, look no further than The Royal Crest Room. From the moment we stepped onto the property, we knew it was the one. The outdoor ceremony space is absolutely stunning, and the transition to the reception was seamless.
The Magic Maker: Fallon
While the venue itself is gorgeous, the real secret to a perfect wedding here is Fallon. I cannot praise her enough! From our very first planning meeting to the final sparkler exit, Fallon was an absolute rockstar.
Attention to Detail: She noticed things I hadn't even thought of, ensuring every centerpiece was perfect and every guest was comfortable.
Expert Coordination: She managed our vendors with such ease that I didn't have to look at my watch once. I was actually able to enjoy my wedding because I knew Fallon had everything under control.
Calm & Kind: Planning a wedding is stressful, but Fallon’s calm demeanor and "can-do" attitude made the entire process actually fun.
The Venue & Staff
The entire staff at The Royal Crest Room deserves a shoutout. The food was incredible (our guests are still talking about it!), and the service was attentive without being intrusive. The grounds provided the most incredible backdrop for our photos—the stone bridge and the lush greens are just unmatched.
One Point of Feedback: During the ceremony, our first two rows remained empty. There was no coordination to ensure that the family members that we would have wanted in the front rows (immediate family / grandparents) were there to get the best view of the ceremony. Other than that - no other complaints!
Final Verdict: Our wedding was the best day of our lives, and we owe so much of that to this venue and the incredible Fallon. Do yourself a favor and book your date here—you won’t regret it! -

Everything went perfectly on my wedding day and the staff was great. The food, atmosphere, and venue was great. Highly recommend! Love that the food was made in house, and it was all served at the same time. -

My wife and I booked the Royal Crest Room for a few reasons - they were extremely responsive and convenient to where we live in St. Cloud, you cannot beat the inclusive pricing, the facilities and decor are amazing, and we already knew we loved the food and bar service from visiting the restaurant while golfing. We decided on a Bridgerton themed wedding and the Magnolia Garden and cocktail hour space were the perfect vibe. The venue allowed us to have a horse and carriage on the tee box right next to the cocktail hour space, and the reception room with the included draping and chandeliers were perfect. Also, probably most importantly, the team made us feel wanted and loved. As a LGBT couple, we were worried that it would be difficult to find a venue and vendor team that made us feel just as comfortable as any other couple, but they exceeded our expectations. They made accommodations for us to use both locker rooms as bridal suites, ensured we were always comfortable with all of the decisions, and even let us do a re-tasting to ensure we were 100% satisfied with our dinner menu. Our guests absolutely RAVED about the bar service and service of the venue staff. Everything was perfect - so much so that MANY of our guests have asked us to throw anniversary parties here every year. The Royal Crest Room team was also incredibly responsive and flexible when communicating any questions or concerns, worked with us when we had a payment due but we were traveling internationally, and immediately corrected an issue with our sand ceremony equipment. We could not have asked for a better team for our special day and their preferred vendors list will help with any other special touches you want to add! We used many from that list and it was such a vibe when all our vendors knew each other or had worked together before, making the day flow smoothly. Highly recommend!!!The Royal Crest Room's reply:

Where do I even start! My husband and I LOVED our wedding here at the Royal Crest. We had so many options to choose from to customize our special day. The staff here at Royal crest really do go above and beyond for you during the planning process as well as the day of the wedding. Our coordinator Amariliz was amazing and so attentive she truly felt like a close friend throughout the whole wedding. Choosing the Royal crest was the best decision ever! A night we will never forget! -

A Truly Exceptional Wedding Experience
Our daughter’s June wedding at The Royal Crest Room was truly unforgettable. We are deeply grateful for the outstanding service provided by Jackie and Amarilis. Their professionalism, warmth, and meticulous attention to detail made every moment exceptional. The food and beverages were not only delicious but beautifully presented, and our guests absolutely loved everything.
The panoramic sunset view was breathtaking — one of the most memorable highlights of the evening. Many guests captured stunning photos as the sun set, creating a magical backdrop for such a special celebration.

Our wedding at The Royal Crest Room was truly everything we could have hoped for and more! The venue itself is absolutely stunning — the golf course backdrop made for the most beautiful photos and such a peaceful, elegant atmosphere.
One of the biggest reasons we chose Royal Crest was that it’s all-inclusive, and that made the entire planning process so much simpler and so much less stressful. Everything—from the tableware to the food—was handled so professionally and thoughtfully. The food a delicious, especially the chicken and waffle bites… I’m drooling thinking about them.
Our coordinator was an absolute dream to work with—attentive, kind, and incredibly organized. She made sure everything ran perfectly and made us feel completely taken care of the entire day.
I truly have only wonderful things to say about this venue. If you’re looking for a gorgeous, stress-free, and genuinely joyful wedding experience, The Royal Crest Room is the place!The Royal Crest Room's reply:

Best Venue!
We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to celebrate our wedding than The Royal Crest Room. From start to finish, the entire experience was flawless. Once we booked, we had access to their amazing team—everyone was in the loop on all of my requests, and the planning process was so easy and seamless. Anytime I had a question, I received a response the same day or the next business day. Their communication and professionalism are truly top tier.
A special thank you to our day-of coordinator, Lizz—she was absolutely amazing! Everything went so smoothly, and we know that’s thanks to her work behind the scenes. She handled every detail with care, kept things on track, and made sure we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Her calm presence and organization made a huge difference and helped us truly enjoy the day.
RCR was also incredibly flexible with our needs and made us feel so supported. One unforgettable moment: our florist unfortunately forgot to deliver our ceremony arch. Even though it wasn’t RCR’s responsibility, they kindly stepped in and offered us one of their own to use. That kind of care and dedication meant the world to us—they truly went above and beyond.
The venue itself is absolutely stunning. From the romantic ceremony space, to the bistro lights during cocktail hour, to the elegant draped ceilings in the reception hall—every detail was magical. Our guests are still raving about how beautiful everything was. And the sunset views? Simply breathtaking. It created such a romantic, unforgettable moment during our wedding.

Royal Crest Room is beautiful. My daughter booked this sight unseen. The staff were professional and very easy to work with. They had a vendor list that I utilized, and those vendors spoke highly of the venue which made me feel more confident. The team in planning and then the day of were awesome to work with. Rebecca, the banquet manager, was attentive and the banquet team was outstanding. They truly understand great service and they made sure everyone was happy. Rebecca personally checked on me several times. Lizz helped us in the planning and she was very quick to respond to questions. The food was excellent. The whole experience was perfect. Highly recommended!! DJ Flash handled the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. He was engaged and kept the dance floor rockin. Linens & Flowers were the florist and provided such beautiful arrangements and were easy to work with. Roberto with Love it Wedding Films did the videography. One week later we received our teaser and we are very impressed. He too was everywhere trying to capture each moment. Maddy Godt was the photographer and she was awesome. She too was everywhere. She sent her sneak peak less than 24 hours after the wedding. We utilized Any Ride You Need for transportation and they too were easy to work with and were prompt on pick ups. Thank you Royal Crest for making my daughters wedding day the best day ever. -

The Royal Crest Room is the perfect wedding venue! The space is gorgeous, updated, and elegant, and our guests couldn't stop talking about the amazing panko crusted chicken.

Beautiful memories - Excellent coordination
My husband and I agree that if we had to plan our wedding all over again, we would definitely choose TRCR for our venue once again. All of the staff at TRCR were welcoming and gracious from the very first contact. The best thing we did was decide to use one of their coordinators to help facilitate our big day. Brittany was amazing to work with! She was so patient throughout the planning process and there wasn’t a question she could find the answer to! She kept saying, “Don’t worry, I got you!” And she really proved that, and proved to be such a pro on our wedding day. Everything went so smoothly, orderly and according to our wishes, on time, and fun!! Our guests had a wonderful evening, and loved the food service. Overall, we would definitely recommend this venue and team to any couple who values a personal touch and professionalism! Venue is beautiful and Jackie helped make our wedding dreams a reality.
We started our wedding journey prior to COVID in
late 2019. The venue was accommodating after two cancelled 2020 dates and a military deployment. We finally had the wedding of our dreams in 2022. Our coordinator from the venue, Jackie, was there every step of the way. We have never forgotten Jackie’s hard work and attention to detail each step in the process. The venue attracted us because we were able to have the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception at the same place in three different spaces. The grounds, allowing for several different wedding photo spots, also doesn’t hurt. I highly recommend the venue and Jackie. -

The Royal Crest Room was 10/10. The venue met our needs and more. We had our wedding the week of a hurricane in October 2022 & the team made sure I was updated on the status of the venue.
We worked with Lizz primarily but all of the people we had along the way were phenomenal. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married in the Lake Nona/St. Cloud region.
The ceremony, reception & food couldn’t have been better. We still have family telling us how much they loved everything! -

The Royal Crest Room is an incredible venue! I am so happy that I chose to have my wedding there for so many reasons!
The first reason being that the ballroom is absolutely STUNNING! The white walls and dark hardwood floor really create a space for you to bring your wedding vision to life. The venue also offers many options in regards to chair options, plate chargers, and even table cloth colors which is such a plus!
The Magnolia garden where the ceremony is held is breathtaking! It's surrounded by flowers and trees making it feel so intimate, which is exactly what you want when you're marrying the love of your life.
Cocktail hour is held under market lights and and has beautiful scenery.
Our food was exceptional! Everything from the appetizers to the main dinner. Also to mention that the staff is top notch! They pay great attention to detail and really make you and your guests feel taken care of.
Pictures were very important for me and The Royal Crest Room has the most beautiful spots for photos! The iconic stone bridge really makes you feel like you're right inside a fairytale.
All in all, our wedding was amazing thanks to The Royal Crest Room and their Team. We are forever thankful for everyone that helped make our wedding day the most special day of our lives -

We had our wedding here in March! This is the most beautiful venue I have ever been to. The entire experience was great especially with the help of the Royal crest room team. The team at The Royal Crest was amazing to work with. They always replied to our emails on time, they also were very accommodating when we needed to change things and flexible with last minute changes. On the day of our wedding they went above and beyond on ensuring all of our guests were looked after and constantly checking on us making sure we didn’t need anything. Jackie was our coordinator on the day and what a dream! Jackie is the friendliest and more helpful person, nothing was too much for her and she made us feel at ease all day. It was a hard but the best decision to pick Royal Crest Room as our venue/caterer. It was hard bc it ate up more of our budget than we liked but the experience and final results spoke for themselves. Liz and all the staff were always so understanding (we changed our date due to Covid and I'm also indecisive lol). They helped us every step of the way. They ran through details I didnt think of during our 6 month tasting. We were so improved with how the space turned out once we moved it from inside to outside on the pavers where cocktail usually was (again due to Covid). The Liz and the Chef were really understanding when we scheduled another tasting because they could tell I wasnt so excited about our choice. The space is so beautiful already we didnt really decorate the ceremony space and saved some there. Recommend 100%!!! -

Ah, the Royal Crest Room. We knew going into our venue search that we needed a place that was going to provide great photo opportunities, but also meet all the other qualities you need in a venue. We looked at several venues to see what our options were; some were beautiful but too pricey, some were excellent in some aspects but not all, some were so-so at best. Throughout all of those visits, one of us had the Royal Crest Room in the back of their mind as an excellent option, and as soon as we visited for the first time, both of us were sold. The Royal Crest Room is beautiful, and if photography is your thing, you can’t go wrong. We could have added an extra few hours of photo time to our day and still not had time for all the photo opportunities they present. Come our wedding day, the ceremony space looked beautiful, the reception area looked beautiful, and they managed to make our very shrunken group of guests look like a full crowd. All of these are great features, but we can’t review RCC without reviewing their team. Because of COVID and our weird life schedules, we ended up working a little bit with everyone on the team, and they are all amazing! Lizz – excellent, Jackie – excellent, Jasmine – excellent, Karen – excellent! We had to move our wedding due to Covid, and they helped us move our date without any questions whatsoever. Throughout our process, we worked with the entire team, and were thrilled by how professional and encouraging they were. Whichever you end up with, you can rest assured that your day will be seamless. Most importantly when your day comes, you will feel the same that we do, that the Royal Crest Room is a place like no other for a perfect wedding day. -

My husband and I got married at The Royal Crest Room on 2/20/21, and it was literally the perfect day. We worked with Lizz throughout the planning process, and she was our coordinator on our wedding day. Lizz is literally the best, and I cannot thank her enough! The space looked incredible, Lizz helped to make sure that we were able to take photos where we wanted (despite a golf tournament happening on the same day), and our day went off without a hitch. It was seriously so perfect!
We had a large wedding party (18 total!), but Lizz made sure we all had golf carts to get to photos when the time came. All in all, the venue is gorgeous and was the perfect backdrop for our day (especially the stunning Spanish moss tree!). Our wedding was a destination wedding (all our guests came from Minnesota), so we were looking for a venue to impress. Royal Crest Room did just that + more!
The entire staff was always there to answer whatever question I had (and there was a lot), and truly were so accommodating. Plus the food was delicious!! I highly recommend this venue! -

The whole planning process with RCR was such a personable experience - that experience that every Bride dreams of when planning your big day. I had the pleasure of working directly with Jackie who made the planning process so smooth and FUN. Honestly though, every time I popped by RCR, each Event Manager wanted to know how planning was coming along and took part in reminding me how special my day was going to be (they're all so sweet). Jackie is knowledgeable, gave her advice when I needed it, and most importantly, on my wedding day, she took care of everything so I was 100% stress free. I planned my entire wedding without an official “wedding planner” so as vendors arrived and left, Jackie would casually let me know and that meant the world to me.
The venue itself is STUNNING and literally has everything you need. The Bridal suit was perfect for me and my girl gang, and there are so many places for gorgeous photo ops. The outdoor ceremony space truly made me feel like i was having a destination wedding and eating dinner in the ballroom during sunset was so elegant. Speaking of dinner...my wedding guests are still talking about the French Toast and Bacon that was served (and so am I. YUM!). The food is incredible!! If you are still on the hunt for a wedding/reception venue, you've found it. Its Royal Crest Room. Ill never be able to thank this team enough for truly making my wedding day perfect. xoxo -

We had our wedding at The Royal Crest Room this past Thursday and it was everything we wanted!!
We worked with Kassie, or I should say Kassie with a K, as my family and I call her since my name is Cassie too!! It was meant to be from introductions!!
Kassie and her staff were absolutely wonderful! Kassie is personable, professional, answered all my questions down to my request for napkin measurements. She helped me make sure I didn't miss a detail, asked me about things I didn't think about. We worked closest with Kassie but the entire staff was absolutely wonderful also! They made everyone feel very welcomed.
The ceremony, reception, and bridge we're absolutely gorgeous. We received compliments about the space and 5 Star reviews on the food!!
I highly recommend The Royal Crest Room for any special occasion, especially your wedding. You will not regret it!!

We looked at several other venues before this one, and they always left us feeling like we would just be another date in their calendar. Not here! Right from the get go we were welcomed with a warm smile by Kassie, an event manager quickly who became more than a friend! It was an easy decision for us, and one that we continued to be thrilled with! They worked closely with us while planning meals, promptly responding to my dozens of emails, and made sure every detail was just how we envisioned. We were able to hold our rehearsal breakfast (did someone say omelet bar!?) here, which helped the day of to go much smoother. Speaking of day of, what a great team! We got to meet even more of the team that would be helping put our day together, and each one greeted us by name! They were ready early for this detail-oriented bride to set up all her own center pieces, and were always quick to help when we needed something! We truly had our dream wedding, and I feel completely blessed to have Kassie and all the wonderful people at RCR on our side

But we booked right away that day and I’m so glad we did! I couldn’t have picked a more perfect venue for our big day!! Any question or email I sent was answered immediately and always kind. On the day of, they made everything so easy and relaxing! Jackie could tell the rain was coming and made our ceremony start right away! Freddy was around at every table making sure everyone was doing good! Our wedding day was perfect and it’s thanks to the Royal Crest team! -

Kendall Sent on 04/06/2018I cannot begin to explain how much I loved and still love the Royal Crest Room. I found the venue on wedding wire and set up an appointment to visit (we live just over 2 hours away). My Dad lives out of state and they made sure that we could come in when he was going to be in Florida so he could see the venue too. From the second we first arrived at the venue, we were in love. We never even visited another wedding venue or did any further research. About a month after we first visited, we had everything booked and started our wedding journey! Kassie was our coordinator and she was simply amazing! I should also mention that although Kassie was our designated coordinator, the entire team was incredibly helpful, and no matter if Kassie was there or not, someone always got back to you, usually within an hour or so of reaching out. We never felt nervous about our wedding day at all. Kassie and the rest of the team completely took charge and set up everything the day of perfectly. If they had any questions at all, they asked, and they made sure that we loved everything. I loved that they offered three different packages. We went with the middle package which included beautiful Chivari chairs and we got to pick the colors of the chair and the cushions! The included ceremony chairs complimented the pergola so well. The flowers were beautiful and the entire property was clean and kept up with. We also ended up going with the linen upgrades, draping both inside and outside, and the chandelier for the pergola. The food was amazing, and we went with the tier two open bar package. The bartenders made great drinks and were so fast! Our wedding photos came out amazing because the venue has so many different areas to take beautiful pictures. We also have to give a shout out fo Freddy who was the head waiter on our wedding day, he was so helpful, gave us great advice, and made us feel so comfortable!! Thank you TRCR for making our wedding day so memorable!

Andrew Sent on 11/29/2017Had a Thursday wedding here. Simply put, this wedding would not have gone smoothly or as perfectly as it did without Lizz and the amazing staff over at the Royal Crest Room. Any email or request or question we had was answered so fast I wonder if they do anything BUT answer emails over there.
We looked at maybe ten other venues before we found Royal Crest and from our first few minutes exploring the many photo locations, the beautiful ceremony site, and the spacious and flexible reception room we jumped in. To top it off, Lizz is honestly the most friendly, upbeat, and knowledgeable woman we have worked with. She asked us questions to things we hadn't even considered and helped us craft a flawless timeline for the ceremony and reception and made adjustments on the fly that kept the day going smoothly. If anything exploded during the day we did not see it. The rehearsal had some hiccups because our family is huge and very in your face and Lizz handled everything very professionally and helped us organize the chaos in a way that made sense.
The day of the wedding itself was so perfect. Words cannot even describe. The venue was clean and flawlessly laid out, and the organization and timing of every little detail was perfect. Lizz took us around for photos, kept us on schedule, and helped with every little thing it was crazy. We forgot to tell her about a peanut allergy in the family (that we actually made a mistake on because the cake was peanut butter!) and she was quick to clear the cake after the cutting and package it up for us. The wait staff was incredible. Each member came up to us several times throughout the night to check in on us and provide us with drinks or anything we may have needed. The food. OMG the food. Incredible. Worth it alone. It is a mistake not to book here. -

Laura Sent on 01/12/2017It was truly exceptional. We can’t say enough about The Royal Crest Room, everything about it is perfect. My husband and I fell in love with it as soon as we saw it. The venue was just breathtaking and perfect for our outside wedding. Working with both Jackie and Lizz was a great experience, as well as their amazing staff. Everyone working in the drizzling rain on our special day made out hearts full of joy and made us extremely thankful and amazed for everything they did for us. Our wedding was everything and more than we dreamed and ever imagined. They were always extremely helpful, friendly, attentive and very professional. The place was perfect, the food was incredible and delicious, the staff was outstanding, all was just brilliant! Everything was impeccable, we really enjoyed our day to the fullest. Everyone complimented the whole wedding and told us how amazed they were with all, from start to finish. It is truly the perfect venue, The Royal Crest Room will always have a special place in our hearts. -

Shannyn Sent on 02/17/2016I can not say enough great things the Royal Crest Room team. From our initial consultation with her, I was absolutely sold. The venue is totally gorgeous (especially the ceremony location) and everyone is extremely friendly. The absolute highlight, though, was working with Lizz. She was incredibly responsive and attentive to us throughout the entire process. I must have absolutely driven her nuts with all the emails that I wrote her constantly, but she never made me feel like I was bothering her and always gave me tons of information to answer all of my questions. She went above and beyond to help us with some specific things that my parents requested, or specific things my photographer wanted to do.
On the day of, Lizz made sure everything went smoothly by wrangling up our bridal party constantly and making sure that everything was in it's rightful place. She even had to make a special call to one of our other vendors who showed up way late to make sure that he was arriving. She was so on top of things that she even noticed that our wedding cake was completely tilting over (the flowers on it were too heavy on one side) and she wanted to make sure we cut it before it fell over. I am so grateful for that - I can't imagine how I would have felt had our wedding cake come tumbling over onto the floor.
Not only did they do a great job hosting our wedding, but they also hosted a great rehearsal dinner for us. The food during our rehearsal dinner was seriously amazing, like some of the best food I've ever had. My husband and I were even talking about how bummed we were that we couldn't come back to the restaurant and order this particular food. The food at the wedding was also wonderful, and I had a few guests actually tell me it was the best wedding food they had ever had.
Overall the whole RCR team did an amazing job and I am so happy that I chose this beautiful venue to host my wedding. Thank you to Lizz and the entire team for making it so special!
