The team at the Resort at Longboat Key have been INCREDIBLE to work with. From the very first day when I had a virtual tour call with Gwen, to showing us and both of our families around the resort on three separate occasions, hosting us at the grand tasting, making sure we were happy with every rented space, and execution on wedding day, Gwen was BEYOND amazing! I know from following the LBKC Wedding Instagram account that the team at LBKC is EXTREMELY busy, but Gwen made us feel like we were the only couple she was working with by always helping us in a timely manner, making us feel SO important whenever we met with her or saw her, and even spoiling us with surprise bubbly and desserts in our suite on wedding day! This was a destination wedding for us, but the LBKC became our wedding family.
The variety of beautiful venue spaces LBKC can provide is beyond! Gwen also helped us plan our rehearsal dinner pretty last minute (within 50 days from the day) when our original venue could not reopen in time after hurricane damage. Spike N Tees was an amazing rehearsal dinner spot and photos do not even do this space justice! Our ceremony at South Lawn was exactly what we envisioned from the day we saw the venue space, and Gwen made sure we were happy with it since it had changed a bit between our original venue tour to wedding day. Harbourside Terrace and Lawn was transformed into a wedding straight off of our Pinterest board and although it is beautiful as-is, it can really be molded into the space of your dreams and is the perfect spot for a dreamy outdoor wedding!
Don't even get me started on the food! From meals/drinks at the resort during our stay, rehearsal dinner & cocktail hour, and finally the wedding cocktail hour, dinner, and late-night snacks - our guests were RAVING about how delicious everything was! I have never been at a wedding where the food was talked about THIS much. We had tried mostly everything attending the grand tasting event, but for the things we didn't get to try, Gwen was so helpful providing suggestions and is super knowledgeable of the menu. The wait staff was incredible and friendly - we even had our own personal sever the night of the wedding that made sure we got to eat from the stations we wanted and then boxed up all of the leftovers for us to enjoy for days to come!
We are so happy and feel so lucky to have had the LBKC throughout the wedding process and for making our day unforgettable. -

We had our wedding weekend at The Resort at Longboat Key Club, and it was absolutely perfect! As locals, we wanted a beachfront wedding with a golf course feel, and this venue gave us the best of both worlds.
We hosted our welcome party at the Latitudes outside deck, our ceremony on South Beach, and our reception at Spike ‘N Tees. Everything was beautiful, and our guests loved being able to start the weekend with a round of golf on the resort’s fantastic courses.
The food, service, and accommodations were outstanding. The wedding food was hands down the best we’ve ever had at any wedding and on par with some of the top restaurants in town.
A special thank you to Ayla, Director of Events & Catering, and her team. We planned our wedding in just five months, and they made the entire process seamless. They were incredibly responsive, organized, and wonderful to work with every step of the way. 100/10 experience!
We couldn’t recommend The Resort at Longboat Key Club more for a wedding or special event and can’t wait to return for our one-year anniversary! -

Milu and longboat key club resort made our wedding more perfect than anything we could’ve dreamed of. We felt so special throughout the entire week by the staff. Milu was instrumental in making the wedding of our daughter a HUGE success. She was professional and patient, walking us through the process completely for the time it took to plan our event. We could not have been happier with the wedding. The venues at this resort are stunning.
We had guests from everywhere, all commenting on the wonderful staff, resort, excellent food and fun! Many feeling it was the best wedding they’d ever been to! No detail was left out and it was worth every penny. The bride and groom loved everything as well! Huge thank you to Milu, her staff and the Resort at Longboat Key for a week we will never forget! -

Wonderful Experience at the Resort at Longboat Key Club
We had a wonderful experience hosting our wedding at the Resort at Longboat Key Club. Even though we had a smaller wedding of about 30 guests, the day truly felt just as important and thoughtfully handled as a large event.
From the planning process through the wedding day, Milu and her team were organized, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. They were incredibly flexible and supportive of all my ideas and DIY details, which made the day feel very personal to us. We also greatly appreciated their flexibility in accommodating a last-minute guest addition just 48 hours before the wedding.
We were especially grateful for all the thoughtful touches throughout the wedding weekend — from being welcomed with a framed photo and wine upon arrival to returning after the wedding to a beautifully decorated hotel suite with rose petals and chocolates. Those details did not go unnoticed and made the experience feel truly special.
The venue itself is beautiful, our guests had an amazing time, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. We would highly recommend the Resort at Longboat Key Club to couples looking for a beautiful Florida wedding that is well run and very accommodating. -

My husband and I toured Longboat Key Club during an impromptu trip to Florida but never considered having a destination wedding. From the moment we met Ayla during the initial tour we knew we would be excellent hands and receive exceptional service. Ayla truly had such a big impact on us for selecting this as our wedding venue- she was so friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Not to mention the property is absolutely beautiful. After our tour, we immediately changed our minds of having a destination wedding and secured our date as soon as we got home. It was the easiest and best decision we made to get married at Longboat Key Club. They offer many different locations for both the ceremony and reception between the marina, golf courses, beaches- you get a little bit of everything. The entire staff is so friendly and very helpful. Throughout the entire wedding process Ayla would answer any and all questions and concerns we had with ease. Even on the day of our wedding with the slight hiccup of a rain storm, Ayla and the entire staff made sure that everything went smoothly so we could have our perfect wedding day. We even had dolphins swimming in the ocean behind us during the ceremony. Ayla and the team at Longboat Key Club truly take pride in providing excellent service and making you feel right at home during your stay. We got married March 29, 2025 and our guests to this day still tell us how much they loved the resort and wedding. My husband and I can't stop talking about when we will go back. -

Happy couple!
We loved working with Ayla she was SO helpful and made herself available via email all the time and via phone whenever we needed to ask her more detailed questions. Ayla helped us navigate tough decisions about delaying our wedding incase it rained and made suggestions that worked out perfectly. Our guests still talk about our wedding & how pretty it was. They also really liked the resort and thought it was worth the money. The food was the best wedding food I / my guests have ever had! From the apps to the huge portion in meals everyone was satisfied! I liked how they can somewhat customize things on the menu to fit our needs. Overall we are so happy and would do it all over again! -

Best wedding venue!
We spent an unforgettable week at Longboat Key Club for our daughter’s wedding, and it truly felt like a dream from beginning to end.
Milu, our phenomenal resort events coordinator, was the heart of it all. She reached out early and often to perfect every detail—including special menu requests to ensure the reception would be exactly what the bride and groom envisioned. She made it all happen!
The entire team—from valet to beach staff, were beyond attentive, and incredibly accommodating. The beach staff made our days feel so special! Happily greeting our group each morning, setting up our chairs and insuring the bride/ groom had great beach days! Every person we encountered contributed to making the experience incredible!
This wasn’t just a wedding day—it was a full wedding week filled with love, family memories , and personal touches that we’ll never forget. We are so grateful to Milu and the entire Longboat Key Club team for helping us bring our daughter’s dream to life. -

LBKC was my daughter’s dream wedding and they did not disappoint! Gwen (our LBKC planner) went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and paid so much attention to every detail! She was so wonderful to work with and put our minds at ease while trying to plan a destination wedding from afar. Every area of the Resort is absolutely beautiful!! We had “The Night Before” Welcome Party & rehearsal dinner at Spike N Tees, which was so fun! The wedding ceremony was at the beautiful Oak Grove and the reception was just steps away at Harbourside Lawn. The food was AMAZING!! All of our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the wedding was and how wonderful the food was! The entire staff at LBKC were so accommodating and pleasant to work with. Gwen made sure my daughter’s wedding day was PERFECT from start to finish and I am so very grateful for her, the LBKC staff, and the most wonderful wedding memories we will cherish forever! -

LBKC was the PERFECT wedding venue of our dreams. I never expected to want to hold my wedding ceremony on the beach until I saw how stunning and private(!!!) the beach at LBKC was. Seeing that beach, and meeting with Gwen at our tour made the decision a no-brainer.
Beyond being a stunning venue with a wide variety of ambience/setting options, GWEN IS THE BEST!!!! Truly could not imagine a better coordinator to work with.
Words cannot express how helpful, knowledgeable, and caring she was--she really was at the heart of our entire planning process and dealt with my crazy bride calls dozens of times with true grace and aptitude.
We held our first look at Banyan Cove under the beautiful old banyan tree by the bay, ceremony on the gorgeous white sand private beach, and our ceremony in the Harbourside ballroom which comfortably held 200 people and a 10 piece band (and more!) I was nervous about 200 people feeling crowded, but the beach and ballroom allowed that number to still feel wonderfully intimate.
Also worth noting that the food was delicious and the club was incredibly accommodating of a wide variety of food allergies.
If you are torn, go with LBKC, you will not regret it!! They are a well oiled wedding machine with staff that manages to still make you feel like your wedding is the most special of them all! We cant wait to come back and visit in the years ahead -

The resort at longboat key club is the most picturesque coastal wedding venue! They have multiple locations on the resort property for the ceremony and reception to fit your dream vision. Ayla and her team were extremely attentive and responsive from the very beginning. We planned this wedding out of state and had absolutely no issues or stress with any of the planning, vendors and millions of questions that came along the way. We wound up selecting to have the ceremony on south beach and reception on the harbourside lawn. I cannot recommend this resort enough!!!! Catering was handled through the resort and our guests raved about the food! The resort even holds a food tasting for you to choose what's best for your wedding. If you are thinking about getting married here, do it! You will have zero regrets. Pictures are from February 2025. -

We hosted our daughter’s wedding here recently and it was fantastic! Being a destination wedding for her, we were a bit nervous about everything running smoothly from afar but we knew we were in great hands the day we met Gwen, our LBKC Planner. She was a pleasure to work with and was patient, extremely responsive, and always so positive and upbeat! She made the whole process fun and was helpful with so many recommendations along the way. The venue was unique as we were able to move around to three different sites for ceremony, cocktails and reception-all very beautiful locations!!! The food was great and the staff was super and also very attentive to all our needs. We had a picture perfect day in May and I just can’t say enough. If you are looking for a beautiful resort to host a coastal wedding on one of the most gorgeous islands in Florida - look no further. The Resort at Longboat Key Club will go beyond your wedding dreams. They have multiple locations on the property to have your ceremony/reception. We chose to have our ceremony at Banyan Cove and a tented reception just feet away on Lagoon Lawn. This grassy area is right by the bay so it's the perfect alternative if you want a beach wedding without the sand. The view of the bay and the banyan tree is also STUNNING. Catering is handled onsite by the resort so it's one less vendor to worry about and all the food is amazing. We did a plated dinner and our guests raved about every entree. The resort hosts a grand tasting every few months for upcoming weddings and it's a great event where you get to try all the food and make selections. It's one of our best memories from the wedding planning process! Ayla, the director of events, is the most professional person to work with. She will make sure nothing falls through the cracks. I had no pre-wedding stress or nerves because I knew her team was on top of everything!

Best Day Ever!!!
We had the best 3 days and wish we could do it all again! Gwen and her team went above and beyond! We have had endless compliments on the venue, the professionalism of the staff, and we are repeatedly told it was the best food anyone has had at a wedding! From when we first toured the venue in April 2024 to our wedding day in June 2025, our experience at The Resort at LBKC was A+. Gwen and team provided top of the line service and made the process incredibly manageable. They were regularly available, very flexible with how we could arrange the locations and decorate to make it unique to us, and helpful during the "stressful" days leading up to the big day. We got married at the LBKC this past May! We had the BEST experience. We worked with Gwen. She was awesome. She was very responsive, and answered all of our emails right away over the course of our planning!!! She was so patient with us and SO easy to work with. We had so many questions over the course of our planning, and we feel that she never got frustrated with us when we kept emailing her!! She made us feel so comfortable and was just always so happy!! She also recommended vendors to us that we went with who we also LOVED. She knows what she is talking about. She also helped us picked out our menus and gave advice about so many things that made our day so special and perfect. She made the overall experience a lot less stressful, and as a bride that is so important!! I would 10/10 recommend getting married here!! Our wedding at LBKC in April of 2025 was incredible from start to finish. The team (shoutout to Gwen Paseka in particular) is incredibly coordinated and responsive. They'll answer any question you have promptly, and it always put our minds at ease throughout the planning process. Planning a wedding is daunting no matter where you choose, but LBKC makes it as efficient as they can. Their recommended vendors were all excellent and knew the LBKC venue and staff intimately which made it such a cohesive day & night. Highly recommend planning your wedding here, the setting was stunning on the Marina Lawn and our reception outside under a tent at the Harbourside Ballroom was beyond gorgeous. -

If you want to get married at a place that is beautiful, organized, has amazing food, and wonderful staff then get married here!! We had the pleasure of working with Ayla and our wedding could not have gone better! Ayla is so genuine and was always quick to respond to any of our questions.
There are so many wonderful ceremony and reception sites, you really can't go wrong with any of them. We held our welcome party at banyan cove and our ceremony and reception at harbourside lawn and ballroom. Both locations were so incredibly beautiful, you would have never known a hurricane went through 2 weeks prior. Longboat Key Resort worked tiressely replanting and re-beuatifying the resort after hurricanes helene and milton to ensure our day was everything we dreamed of.
Everyone at the LBKC was so kind and truly made our wedding weekend the best weekend of our lives. From the resort staff, to the catering staff, to the event staff, I could not say enough great things about all of them. -

I highly recommend having a wedding at longboat key club. We had our ceremony on the beach, the sand is super soft and you can never go wrong with the backdrop being the ocean! We used the banyan tree for cocktail hour and then lagoon lawn for the reception, and the flow of this for a wedding is perfect. The wedding team at LBK did an incredible job, they got the venue back in order post hurricane helene and milton and you honestly would have no idea there were two hurricanes that hit the resort if you didn't live here. The grass was so perfect, soft and green, I still cannot figure out how they did that! The space is beautiful, its a night you won't forget. I loved working with the LBK wedding team, they all work really hard and made this day perfect for me. -

RIGHT FROM THE START SHE WAS EXTREMELY FLEXIBLE, COMMUNICATIVE, AND FRIENDLY. SHE PROVIDED US WITH A LIST OF VENDORS THAT THEY PARTNER WITH THAT WERE EQUALLY AS WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH. IT MADE THE PLANNING AND COORDINATION PROCESS SEAMLESS AND STRESS FREE, AS MANY OF THE VENDORS HAS WORKED TOGETHER BEFORE. LEADING UP TO OUR WEDDING WEEK, THERE WERE 2 HURRICANES THAT AFFECTED LONGBOAT KEY AND THE VENUE. THROUGHOUT ALL OF THE CHAOS THIS BROUGHT, THEIR TEAM KEPT US INFORMED AND UPDATED ON HOW THE VENUE WEATHERED THE STORMS. THANKFULLY, OUR VENUE WAS VIRTUALLY UNAFFECTED AND THE TEAM/CREW AT LBKC DID A REMARKABLE JOB CLEANING EVERYTHING UP IN PREPERATION FOR OUR WEDDING. We recently held our wedding at this hotel, and everything was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and cared for. The Resort at Longboat Key Club shines in all aspects! Choosing LBKC as our wedding venue was the BEST decision. My (now) husband and I were looking for an easily accessible destination wedding that would "wow" and this 5-star resort provided just the tropical paradise we were searching for. There are so many stunning spaces to chose from to fit your style and vision. We worked with Ayla, our sunshine girl, for nearly 2 years to plan the perfect weekend. She was always responsive, energetic, and tremendously helpful. She made the process fun and removed any stresses or worries. Thanks to her, and many of LBKC's recommended vendors, we had the wedding of our dreams. The LBKC staff made us feel so special from the very moment we arrived. They go above and beyond each and every day to elevate your experience. Our guests are still raving over the beauty of the property and level of service as the "best they had ever experienced." Exceeded Every Expectation
I cannot begin to explain what a wonderful place this was the get married. Everything was absolutely stunning. We knew this was our location as soon as we left. When we first toured Longboat Key Club, Ayla and the events team were so welcoming and knowledgeable about every aspect of the space - we were immediately sold. As we continued to plan and look into our details, she was so fast to reply to any request. Even through uncertain times, Ayla made us feel so confident that our wedding day would be handled with the grace and expertise LBKC is best known for.
From the moment we arrived on our wedding weekend, everything at LBKC was incredible. Our guests were blown away by the high level of service, absolutely breathtaking views from the rooms, and of course the impeccable golf course.
When it came to the day of the wedding, we can honestly say it was the best day of our lives. Everything was so seamless and perfect it still feels like a dream. The coordination between LBKC and our vendors was so smooth from our eyes and it truly showed from beginning to end of the wedding. We still are getting compliments on how incredible the day was and went to share our thanks to the amazing staff that made such a perfect day possible. Looking back, our wedding was truly everything we have dreamed of and more. -

When my husband and I decided that we wanted a destination wedding in Florida we were highly interested in Longboat Key Club. We booked a spontaneous flight and LBKC accommodated to give us a tour. On that day, I knew if we booked with them we would have exceptional service.
The views of the wedding ceremony and the outstanding reception area, our wedding could not have been more beautiful! The service provided stuck out to all of our guest and the quality of food was amazing.

Ayla among the rest of the staff at LBKC made my husband and I feel confident in our choice from the first time we spoke with her. Keep in mind our wedding was planned from New Jersey (through a pandemic nonetheless), but Ayla always kept us informed and up to date to keep our minds at peace. Ayla at The Resort at Longboat Key Club was amazing!! Originally I wanted our ceremony by the water, but I absolutely didn't want sand. When I toured this venue and saw the beach, I fell in love and knew that was the perfect spot. Throughout the whole process Ayla was there to help me every step of the way. She answered all my questions and gave insights into things I didn't think of! It was wonderful to have our cake and day of coordinator included in the wedding package and to have a list of preferred vendors. The Grand Tasting was a wonderful way to help pick our menu, and all of the food was delicious! After a perfect wedding, the banquet captain sent us home with leftovers!! It was a perfect venue and with Ayla's help and guidance (along with Swanky Soiree Events) it was a perfect day! -

We can not say enough good things about Ayla and the Longboat Key Club. We were originally scheduled to have our wedding March 21st 2020 but had to postpone with only 3 days’ notice due to COVID. Ayla and LBK were so helpful during this time frame and quickly helped us gather a new wedding date- one year later. We had our rehearsal dinner at the south beach lawn, our ceremony on the Harbouride lawn and our reception at the Harbourside ballroom. Our rehearsal dinner had to be moved 2 hours before the event from the beach to the lawn because of 20 mph winds and they were able to accommodate this and set up a wonderful event with short notice. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to get married in the Sarasota area! -

Wow, I cannot recommend this venue enough! Having to postpone an April wedding seemed like a nightmare, but Ayla (the wedding coordinator) and the team at Longboat Key Club made it so simple and painless. Our wedding was this past Friday, and when I say that the day was everything I could have asked for and more I am not kidding. Ayla did everything to make sure the day went off perfect - from seamlessly organizing things to making sure everything was done to our plans, there was not one thing I would have changed. The food was SO delicious, the waitstaff was extremely professional, the beaches are beautiful and clean, and the day felt like a dream. That is The Resort at The Longboat Key Club. They will work tirelessly to ensure that this is your MOST special day, no matter what happens. They are flexible, understanding and will take the immense amount of stress out of planning a wedding (with or without a pandemic). Ayla is truly the most CARING, UNDERSTANDING and PATIENT human being on the entire planet and she will do absolutely anything and everything to ensure you have an unforgettable wedding experience. I am telling you, if you are deciding between other venues, there is no decision. I know of other brides who have not had even remotely the same experience I had with planning my wedding during all of this and to be able to have your MOST PERFECT DAY despite it all, I promise you it is worth it (we had to change our wedding plans 3 times and you would never know it if you would have seen how amazing everything was). The Resort at Longboat Key Club is an absolutely stunning wedding venue. From the moment my husband and I took a tour with Ayla we knew it was our place ❤️ Having a beach ceremony and outdoor reception was always my wedding dream, and LBKC offered so many great options. We got married on South Beach with our cocktail hour on the Harbourside Terrance, followed by our reception on the Harborside Lawn. We also used the mangrove area for our First Look and wedding party photos. I loved having all the variety of locations! Aside from the beautiful venue, Ayla (our resort wedding coordinator) and her team were beyond fantastic to work with. She was in constant contact with me and always responsive with the plethora of questions I bombarded her with. Having everything from the delicious food, to the cake, the day of coordinator, beverages, etc packaged together with the venue made my life a lot easier too. I truly believe my wedding would not have been as amazing as it was without the help and guidance of Ayla. It doesn’t get any better than her. If you’re looking for a venue that feels like your own Florida oasis with a great events team, and food that will absolutely WOW your guests (the action stations were seriously amazing), then look no further because Longboat Key Club is the place for you!

We booked LBKC a long time before our wedding date. I knew from the first visit that this is where I wanted to get married. Unfortunately, we did run into a problem when we were informed the resort was going under construction the month of our wedding, and that most amenities would not be available to our guests. Luckily, we had Ayla Goggin to help make everything perfect regardless. Ayla was the most professional, reliable, kind, and helpful Venue coordinator we could've ever asked for. Despite the construction, Ayla worked tirelessly to make our day perfect - and it ended up being the most perfect day ever. Throughout the process, she helped recommend excellent vendors, suggested great ideas, and was extremely communicative. I recommend LBKC because the venue is stunning, the beaches are gorgeous, the service staff is super friendly, and the food was DELICIOUS. We couldn't have asked for better wedding food.. definitely get the stations. Oh - and ask for Irene to be at your wedding - she's the best.
In the end, I would choose LBKC 10x over for my wedding day. Thank you, thank you, thank you Ayla. -

Ayla quickly replied back to me and we set up a time to meet. I ended up choosing their venue and we are getting married next June! The views and picture spots are incredible. The staff was amazing and so easy to work with! Amy was so quick to respond and eager and excited to help with anything we needed! The table setting was perfect for a large crowd. The tables were set up in a U shape around the dance floor which easily encouraged everyone to dance! Kourtney from Swanky Swoiree Events was incredible to work with. She made the whole day go smoothly so that my husband and I as well as our families could enjoy every minute of it. Fitz from Goodley Entertainment Group was an awesome DJ and kept the party going all night. Overall a great venue and group of people to work with :) -

LBKC really helped us carve out the destination wedding feel we were looking for in our Florida wedding, since we're from NYC and most guests were traveling in for the wedding. Our guests had such a blast staying at the resort, and the resort took such good care of me, my husband, our families, and our wedding party. The food was delicious, the drinks were awesome, and the waitstaff was superb.
Our LBKC event manager Ayla Goggin, specifically, made our wedding weekend perfect. She is such a pleasure to work with, and had an answer for literally every little question we had throughout the whole process. She is a godsend. We had our wedding at their Harbourside Complex there last weekend with the ceremony outside on the lawn and our reception in the dining room. Our guests raved about the food and the venue itself, it was all so beautiful and ran so smooth! They definitely know how to do weddings at the LBK Club! Beautiful beach and water and they definitely took care of us complete with champagne, chocolate covered strawberries and rose petals when we walked in after our wedding night. Where the Resort really shined, though, was in execution the day of our events. We were floored by the level of service we and our guests received at our welcome reception held on Thursday evening as guests arrived and then also on Saturday the day of our wedding. Cloe and her staff were attentive to our every need. The week of our wedding tropical storm Debby rolled into town, derailing our plans of an Oceanside ceremony. You would have never known there was pounding rain and wind outside, though, because never once was I disturbed during our day-of primping by Cloe or any of her staff. She organized, coordinated and executed the day flawlessly. My family has loved LBK for a very long time for its natural beauty, and now we love it even more for the happy and special (albeit rainy) memories we have of our wedding day! Our dream wedding!
Words cannot express how beautiful our wedding was at Longboat Key Club. We had our ceremony and cocktail hour at Banyan Cove, which was absolutely stunning, and then moved to a tented reception on the beach. The ocean views and sunset created the most incredible backdrop for our reception and made the entire evening feel magical.
Longboat Key Club truly offers a one-of-a-kind setting, and our guests are still talking about how beautiful everything was.
Planning a destination wedding from New York can be challenging, and our plans became even more complicated when we found out we were pregnant in the middle of the planning process. Because of that, we weren't able to attend the Grand Tasting, but the team was incredibly accommodating and flexible, arranging a separate tasting experience for us before the wedding.
We truly appreciated how willing they were to work with us and make everything as easy as possible.
We also loved working with Milu! We initially started working with Sonja, and about a month before the wedding we were reassigned to Milu.
We were honestly a little nervous about the change so close to the wedding, but Milu quickly got up to speed on all the details and made the transition completely seamless. By the time we finally met her in person during wedding week, it felt like we had known her forever.
Milu was amazing and incredibly helpful, especially for us as a couple with a young baby. The fact that she spoke Spanish was also such a plus. She went above and beyond throughout the planning process and on the wedding day, and we always felt supported and taken care of.
The only suggestion I would have is for a little more attention to be given to the bride and groom during cocktail hour. We didn't have a bridal attendant, which would have been helpful. It would have been nice to have someone bring us drinks and put together a small plate of food while we were greeting guests. We put so much thought into our cocktail hour menu but didn't get a chance to try any of it because we were busy saying hello to everyone.
Overall, we had an amazing experience and are so grateful to Milu and the entire Longboat Key Club team for making our wedding day so special. We would absolutely recommend them to any couple looking for a beautiful waterfront venue and a team that truly cares about creating an unforgettable wedding experience. -

The only reason I gave them a 3.5 for value was because they were asking for a large amount of money for the venue, and catering. It didn't include lighting, decoration, a dj, a photographer etc.. Beautiful venues, great people, but definitely for those who have a large budget to spend on their wedding.
