What a GREAT experience!! The venue, staff, food, drinks, EVERY THING, exceeded our expectations! From start to finish the whole process was smooth and turned out beautifully. Emily and her assistants were right there every step of the way and made sure that everything stayed on track. The venue is beautiful!! The sunset photos on the golf course turned out better then I could have ever imagined. The food was delicious! I honestly don’t think our special day could of turned out anymore perfect! Thank you so much to the staff at The Reserve for putting together such a fantastic evening! I recommend this place 100%!!

We cannot speak highly enough about the Reserve Vineyard and Golf Course. From the moment we met Emily she was able to put my brides concerns at ease and made us feel like we were the priority for them. The venue is beautiful and perfect for outdoor weddings. Wonderful scenery and backdrops make for a great setting and many awesome picture options.

The food was incredible and we got tons of compliments. They offer a diverse menu and are able to accommodate special requests or dietary restrictions to suit your needs. You get to have a full menu tasting, including the wine, and are welcome to invite friends and family! We used it as a time for our immediate families to spend some time together before the wedding. The food was absolutely incredible, and once again Emily makes sure to attend to your every need: she made sure we got apps while signing our license and also made special plates for us so we were sure to get a chance to eat!

Both the groom and bride have designated quarters to get ready in. Air conditioning and food/drink were available for both sites, and you have access early in the day for plenty of time to relax and enjoy. The one minor downside was there are not showers available on-site unless you're a member.

Emily was a rockstar and was perfectly attuned to every need in our wedding. She was happy to step in and offer suggestions when we had questions or needed some guidance, but her best quality was the ability to take my bride's ideas and bring them to life! Emily and her team were able to execute all the ideas we specifically wanted, while also adding to and suggesting things we hadn't thought about. Emily was in constant communication with us, reworking seating, updating to-do lists, and giving us complete confidence that everything was going to go off without a hitch. She communicated with all of our vendors and helped with the delivery and timing of everything for the rehearsal, wedding, and reception. We had one hiccup (cake delivery was late), but her team handled it with ease and assured us everything would be taken care of. Their team all make sure you feel as stress-free and relaxed as possible and they all work to make sure your day really does end up being all about the two of you!

I highly recommend checking out the Reserve for your wedding. We love golf and wine, so it was perfect for us, but the venue is so much more than just those things! Give them a chance and I hope you're wow'ed as much as we were!

My husband and I were reluctant at choosing this venue at first because the initial cost intimidated us. However, when you factor in the fact that catering is including, a bridal and a grooms suite, some decorations, all tables, chairs, linens and helpful staff (including a coordinator) and many other awesome add ons, the price wasn’t actually that bad! Many of our guests told us our ceremony looks like something out of a movie because it was so perfect! Beautiful scenery, large bridal suite, grooms suite, catering, and friendly staff. We are so happy we made the decision to get married here.

We booked our daughter’s October 5 2019 wedding at The Reserve Vineyards and Golf Club 18 months in advance and sat back and relaxed confident in our decision. I love the entrance to their grounds with all of the splendor of that amazing clubhouse set against the back drop of the course and the sunset. Guests are still calling us about the incredible food and ambiance of the pavilion. For me, the best was knowing everything was in control. Emily and her team were a professional and calming force on a day that we needed it most. Highly, highly recommend this venue.

The Reserve is a gorgeous venue with a lot of ideal photo locations, the atmosphere was perfect. The ceremony space was spacious, beautiful, and private. The reception area was amazing and exactly what we envisioned to be the perfect space. The food was on point and a hit with all of our guests! The best part though, has to be their staff. Yelena was our coordinator and she is THE BEST! She made sure we were stress-free throughout our wedding day and coordinated throughout the night to make it a smooth evening. She is so kind, personable and experienced at her job. We could feel that she was truly there to help us and was excited throughout the planning process. From the beginning to end, we were so grateful to have her apart of our special day. Yelena would send us reminders throughout the year (before our wedding) to ensure we were on track for our day. We had the most perfect and stress-free day because of the professional staff. From the planning process, event set up/clean up and catering everything was done timely and we honestly did not have to worry about anything going wrong. We were so grateful to have had her apart of our special day. Hands down, one of the best experiences we could have wished for, WOULD RECOMMEND to friends, family, and anyone considering this venue.

The Reserve was the PERFECT location for our wedding reception. It seriously exceeded all our expectations! The facility was beautiful; our day was perfect, and Yelena, the wedding coordinator, was beyond amazing! Any question we had, at any time, Yelena would respond with a thorough answer within 24 hours. She eased every single one of my worries, was our biggest supporter, and was such a pleasure to work with. And when it started to rain the morning of the wedding, Yelena met me with a smile and told me not to worry about anything and that everything would work out.

On the wedding day, the Reserve staff was prepared, efficient, and so professional. We are so happy that we chose The Reserve for our special day. We will never forget how wonderful our experience was and would recommend it to anybody we knew!

We had my daughters wedding reception was at The Reserve. The grounds are beautiful, the staff is excellent and the food is delicious. Yelena King, wedding coordinator orchestrates not just the day of but the entire process flawlessly!

We had my daughter's wedding at The Reserve. From the first meeting until the last guest had left I have nothing but positive memories. Everything was perfect. Our wedding coordinator, Yelena was so professional and helpful. I had a little trouble with the Value category. It is not a cheap venue, but if you can afford it, it is worth every penny and then some. We will cherish the memories of the day and were so thrilled with it all.

I'm the mother of the bride, who lives out of town. We couldn't have asked for a better event!

The food was delicious - we had many compliments on it, with most people stating that they never expect food at this kind of event to be good - and they were most pleasantly surprised. The table presentation was beautiful, including the place settings and linens, along with the overall layout. The service was also outstanding with very helpful staff.

The venue is stunning - from the hanging baskets in the pavilion, the flower-lined walkway to the ceremony site, to the ceremony site which overlooks a beautiful pond.

But what really made it wonderful was the expertise, organization, knowledge, responsiveness, professionalism, and overall kindness of Yelena King. I told Yelena that what made me most happy about our choice of the Reserve was having her as the on-site coordinator. That is a high compliment given how beautiful the venue is in general. Whenever we emailed her with a question, she answered promptly. She also asked questions which helped us with the planning. She made the tasting for the meal so simple and efficient. She made what could have been a major planning headache (as many weddings are!) into an easy and enjoyable process.

Yelena King and associates did a fantastic job on all aspects of the wedding ceremony and reception. The Reserve is a beautiful setting and can effortlessly accommodate both events.

The first time I visited The Reserve, I knew it would be the most perfect place to marry my best friend. It was GORGEOUS. But, it wasn't until we began our wedding-planning journey that I truly fell in love with this venue. Yelena made our entire experience, from start to finish, so incredibly smooth & flawless! Being the type-A person that I am, we reserved this venue well over a year in advance. From the get-go, Yelena kept in contact with us, making sure that all information (on both ends) was up to date. I, obviously, had my fair share of questions, all of which were promptly responded to in an informative & professional manner.

Fast forward to our rehearsal and wedding day: in my mind, I assumed I knew the steps for the processional & ceremony. False. There were so many other details that were necessary, that I never would have thought of, to make things seamless! Yelena is clearly very experienced, & was therefore full of suggestions to help us make things flow better. The day of the wedding was obviously stressful, but Yelena & her assistant were both calm & supportive; they constantly made sure all of my needs were being met...not just while we were getting ready, but the entire night. Yelena even helped bustle my gown after the ceremony, & drove us around on a golf cart to take pictures!

Additionally,every staff member we met was incredibly kind, helpful, & professional. Apparently some of our decorations & a centerpiece blew over during our ceremony, & they instantly cleaned up the mess & set everything back up before guests started arriving for cocktail hour. They also served my husband & myself massive portions of food so we didn't have to go through the buffet line...win!

Overall, we had an absolutely wonderful experience working with The Reserve & Yelena. I seriously could not have asked for a better venue to work with, & I am incredibly grateful for all of the time and support that was provided to make our day perfect!!

Literally the most perfect day! Food and drinks were done in house and was terrific, close relationships with vendors helped for ease in setting up and taking down. They were able to accommodate us for just about everything you can imagine. Yelena is top notch! Quality human and quality coordinator/manager with a very very good work ethic. She makes sure things get done and done right.

The team at the reserve, especially Yelena did such a fantastic job -- we were really impressed by and grateful for their continuous AWESOME energy, care and professionalism! It made our wedding so much easier, and allowed us to focus on having fun!

The venue is so amazing! The ceremony site is beautiful with the pond in the background, and the flower pathway leading to it is so beautiful, and the entire venue is so well maintained. The reception space was perfect with the bistro lights and open sides, so perfect for a summer evening wedding! The coordinators, Kaila and Yelena are absolutely wonderful! They made our wedding day so perfect, they were so organized and on top of everything, and were always there to help us throughout the wedding planning process with our many questions. The entire staff at the Reserve including the chef made our wedding day perfect. Highly recommend this venue!!

This venue is fantastic. The Reserve provides everything you will need (including linens, tables, chairs, etc...). The ceremony space is amazing with the pond backdrop and furnished with an amazing array of flowers around the space and along the path leading to the space. The reception area (pavilion) is equipped wt decorative lighting and is surrounded by beautiful hanging baskets making for an amazing wedding setting with minimal additions needed. The staff was amazing and super helpful and jumped on anything we asked for. The wedding coordinator provided by the reserve (Yelena) is simply the best in the business - she is just awesome. She made everything about our wedding easier for us. She is very responsive and worked with all of our vendors to make for a perfect wedding day.

All of those involved with helping in the preparation of our wedding at The Reserve went above and beyond. The staff (Yelena and Kaila) were so helpful with the planning and execution. The kitchen staff wowed us and our guests. And the venue was absolutely immaculate. I would highly recommend this venue to any newly engaged couple looking to fulfill a perfect wedding day :)

Oh where do I begin...What a day, what a year in planning and what an event after all the hard work. The Reserve is of course totally stunning in every way and a spectacular venue for a wedding, but the magic behind it, is Yelena King.
She is truly a master at what she does and not once, truly not once did she ever lose her cool, or not know what to do to make it all flow right, in the planning of our daughters wedding, regardless of how many questions, or changes we threw at her. SO many things can come up & change in the planning of a large wedding, or just be stressful and she and her team, especially Kaila, are truly amazing. Kaila spent so much time making sure everything was wonderful on our day, alongside Yelena and she literally saved one of our BM dresses from sheer disaster! It was a very stressful hour trying to get that zipper up and she made a corset out of ribbon and safety pins, when all else failed as it was time to WALK!
Not only is Yelena and her team incredible at what they do, but she/they care, they truly care and it shows in everything they do. Yelena has become more than an event planner for us, I now call her a friend. You will not be disappointed choosing The Reserve for your special day and Yelena King and her amazing team will make it feel truly magical and stress-free in every way you dream!

If you want an experience that takes all the worry and hassle out of an important event, this is the venue to book. I wanted an event where I could just walk in and enjoy my daughter's wedding reception and they delivered! Yelena King was fabulous in every detail. The food is cooked to perfection and mouth watering delicious. Even accommodations for my granddaughter's food allergy were taken care of. The grounds are immaculately groomed with ample parking for guests. Thanks Yelena! I couldn't have done it without you!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to have our special day. Yelena and the reserve knocked it out of the park with making every moment of our day special. It will always be a day to remember! I had my wedding at the reserve in September and the grounds are absolutely beautiful! Yelena was very helpful in easing any stress we had with planning and her responsiveness to calls and emails were immediate. Her gracious attitude and spirit reflects in her job. The reserve is one of the most beautiful venues I found in the entire area. I highly recommend booking there!

The Reserve Vineyards & Golf Club has the most beautiful scenery for an outdoor wedding. My daughter and now son-in-law had their wedding and reception there on October 2nd, 2016 and everything went perfectly. I give a huge thank you to Yelena and the whole staff for making this such a beautiful day for the happy couple. The wedding was so beautifully setup near the pond, the food was amazing and the reception was perfect. All the guests have a wonderful time and are still talking about how much fun they had and that they really enjoyed themselves. We had a blast! We'll definitely be returning to the Reserve for lunches and dinners, we just love it there, it's simply beautiful! :)

Every single vendor we talked to after we booked our wedding at The Reserve (i.e. every photographer we talked to, every florist we talked to, etc) could not stop raving about how amazing the staff is at The Reserve and we couldn't agree more. Yelena and Kaila, the Event Coordinators, were amazing throughout the whole process. Where do I even begin... The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking. They have gorgeous flowers of all different colors planted from spring to fall that add so much vibrancy to the atmosphere. The architecture of the building is beautiful as well and the twinkle lights under the pavilion really set the mood. Along with the beautiful setting, the food they provide is delicious! When we did our tasting, we had a hard time narrowing it down because it was all so good. Beers and wines are great as well! But, I would say even better than the beauty and the food is the helpfulness of the staff. The wedding coordinator, Yelena King, is so wonderful! She had answers to all of our questions, suggestions on food and drink and just added so much value to our wedding experience. She is so incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about her job! It was such a pleasure to work with her. If I had to do it all again, I would still 100% choose the Reserve as our venue.

Yelena and her staff were helpful, responsive, cheerful, professional, warm, and gracious. They had a can-do attitude that made everything get done. They did magic: they were almost invisible, and yet they were always there exactly when we needed them.

Working with Yelena and her assistant, Megan was an amazing experience. They made planning our wedding stress free and fun. I can't stress enough how much I enjoyed working with them. This was the perfect wedding venue! The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and the staff is amazing. Yelena made the whole event run smoothly. My Daughter's wedding was held at the Reserve this past weekend and it could not have been better! We reserved our date last summer and must say that working with Yelena, the coordinator, put our minds at ease over the course of the year through the whole planning process. We will always feel a special attachment to the Reserve, as they made us feel welcome, allowing us to visit anytime we wanted to come out during the year to plan, bring vendors, or meet to answer the million questions we had in the planning process. Not once did Yelena mind a single question, even up until the morning of the wedding. The venue is absolutely beautiful, with a rain back up plan, a must in Oregon! The food was delicious, our guests raved. It was all that we hoped for!

The Reserve Golf Course and Vineyards is where we had our our Ceremony and Reception. Yelena the wedding coordinator was AMAZING! She was always there when I had any questions throughout the planning process and was very prompt with responses. It definitely did rain on our wedding day and the Reserve staff was so accommodating which helped me stay very calm. I highly recommend this venue to anyone getting married! Cannot stress it enough, YELENA is AMAZING and will help your planning process go very smoothly. She is a huge asset to that team!

Yelena King, the Wedding & Event Coordinator, at The Reserve Vineyards and Golf Club, made planning my daughter’s wedding a pleasant experience. Yelena is upbeat, positive, creative, fun, and professional. She listened carefully to our needs and made useful suggestions based on her vast experience planning weddings, and provided a realistic timeline for the day. Yelena was prompt with returning emails and texts, and was courteous throughout the planning, and kept us on track regarding deadlines. The rehearsal was orchestrated well, and on the wedding day Yelena and her staff took care of everything while remaining in the background.
The Reserve Vineyards and Golf Club was stunningly beautiful. The grounds are maintained in top condition. The wedding ceremony was held outdoors; the arbor and white chairs looked crisp and classy against the lake and green lawns. The reception was held in the outdoor Pavilion which was set up with white chairs, crisp colored linens of our choosing and dance floor. The food was incredibly delicious and served family-style so that each table received their food while it was still hot and enjoyable. In fact, the food is so delicious at The Reserve Vineyards and Golf Club that we would take any opportunity to eat there throughout the planning process! Our wedding fee included a food tasting which itself was a fun experience as we tasted a variety of dishes in order to custom design the food and wine menu for the wedding.
The wedding day itself was perfect. There is nothing I would change! The setting was perfect ~ as was the weather, the food, the dancing, our friends, the bride and groom. We have many happy memories of this day.

I spent almost 3 months trying to find a venue. We don't have a tiny budget but wasn't wanting to spend $5,000 on a venue during the off-season and on a sunday. We have a large guest count and I wanted a beautiful backdrop for our ceremony and reception. I was BLOWN AWAY by the hospitality, and kindness that Yelena King showed us while touring the grounds. She had so much information and was the sweetest person to work with. We will absolutely recommend this venue to all our friends/family and I am SO excited to get married there. The golf course is kept clean and beautiful and the brides quarters/grooms quarters are perfect. I can't get over the view from the brides quarters!! We had lunch there afterwards to test out the food and it was DELICIOUS! I've never been more confidant in a choice that requires exclusive use of their services (cateribg, bartending etc.) They provide so many necessities in the wedding package and all of the staff were top-notch!!

The Reserve is lucky to have an such a passionate employee and there is no doubt that she is in the process of putting the Reserve on the map as the best place you can get married in the state of Oregon!

In July or 2014 we held a wedding at the Reserve Vineyards and Golf Course and I want to share with everyone what a great experience it was. When planning a wedding the overall experience should be special, memorable and free of hassle and drama. That was our experience to a "Tee". Yelena and her team at the Reserve were more than helpful from the day we met her, until the end of the evening on our wedding night.
The grounds at the Reserve are absolutely beautiful, the pavilion is perfect for the reception, and the wait staff was first class. Hats off to the chef and his team as well; we received nothing but compliments about the quality and amount of food. The hosted bar turned out great as it was right there next to reception area and was staffed at all times.
In short, if you are looking for a first class venue at a very reasonable price, you really need to speak to Yelena and her team at the Reserve!

Our wedding was at the end of June at this venue and it was GORGEOUS! The venue is beautiful and well maintained with beautiful trees and flowers. Yelena their wedding coordinator is absolutely fabulous and so sweet. She will make sure that your wedding goes just as it was planned. The food is VERY delicious with many options to pick from and it is also affordably priced. You get to taste the food prior to the wedding and they give you large samples to taste and you will leave the tasting looking forward to the food you are going to have at your wedding. The bridal room is large and has a wonderful view of the golf courses and lake from the balcony. The groomsmen have a cute house to relax and get ready. The venue is accommodating and sets up everything for the ceremony and the reception and also takes down all things they set up. They work well with other vendors and do all they can to help with whatever you need. My husband and I would highly recommend The Reserve as a wedding venue.

What can I say, Rebecca Randolph is the most amazing wedding coordinator ever! She made our day so stress free and beautiful! Everything from the food, to the venue space, to the clean up afterwards was beautiful, easy and stress free! Our pictures are turning out beautiful and the Reserve's immaculate greens were definitely the reason why. The Reserve is worth every penny!

We loved having our wedding at the The Reserve! It was a beautiful setting for an all outdoor affair. The Crossing was a great site for the ceremony and the Vintner's Pavilion was the perfect size for our reception.

Before the day, we were worried about the food because we did not enjoy our first tasting. The whole kitchen staff worked with us to make sure we would be happy for our wedding. We were able to make adjustments to the food and they held a second tasting for us. We absolutely loved the food on our big day and so did our guests! Rebecca and the whole Reserve staff were wonderful to work with.

We could not have had a more beautiful venue. The grounds are gorgeous, the food and the service were fabulous.

Perfect setting for our wedding. The entire staff was friendly and very helpful. The event coordinator that we worked with (Rebecca) was a HUGE help and I couldn't ask for any one better. The site was amazing, responsiveness was perfect and I would definitely recommend to anyone.

My husband and I recently got married at the reserve and could not have imagined a more beautiful place. The venue also takes care of the catering and set up take down of all linens, chairs, ceremony. I would reccomend them to anyone looking for a wedding venue!

The Reserve Vineyards and Golf Club was truly our luckiest break in our wedding planning journey. Not only were we introduced to the lovely, and undeniably awesome, Yelena King (accompanied by her wonderful assistant, Meghan), who ultimately helped and guided us through the whole rest of "the process"- we also had finally found ourselves an outdoor venue (with a roof, just in case it rained, which it totally did for about 5 minutes right before our ceremony) that really only got more beautiful and impressive following our initial winter drive down their incredible, curving, tree-lined, entrance. In summer, there are roses everywhere (many of them red), enchanting and expansive views, and an overall quaint feeling, somehow, especially considering the size of the actual space. Before I forget to say so, both the food and the service were also exceptional, and of course, helped in making our wedding the wedding that many of our friends and family are still raving about! It turns out that wedding food is not always that great- and being pretty good cooks ourselves, my husband and I were definitely concerned that the food at our wedding might not reflect our love of cooking and at least be somewhat outstanding. However, right after our first few bites at our menu tasting, any fears we might have had about the possible quality of the food were entirely eased and we ended up eating every bite of our leftovers for dinner later! If anything, we are still trying to accurately replicate the delicious salad we ended up choosing.. I could absolutely go on, but lastly, I will truly never forget sitting outside of my bridal suite, there on my own little balcony, nervously sipping on a quick mimosa with a select group of women, all the while out of sight, but still able to see my guests arriving and walking down the beautiful path that led to what would soon be my wedding ceremony...it was a surreal and magical moment, and I highly recommend the whole experience!

The venue is exquisite; it is naturally stunning all on its own. It can easily accommodate a very formal event, or a casual gathering, or anything in between. The staff was top-notch-very attentive, and professional. Every little detail was carefully attended to, our wedding was in good hands from the first meeting to the last guest departing.

Not only did The Reserve accommodate our wedding wishes perfectly, they made sure the day went smoothly-we had a hiccup with a bridesmaid dress getting stuck under the golf cart wheel and completely ripped the dress up. It was HILARIOUS. Yelena was wonderful and got creative with fixing the dress just moments before we had to walk in and do introductions. Thank you for the quick thinking and creativity. They made me feel like a princess.

THE RESERVE PROVIDED MANY INCLUDED AMENITIES THAT MADE OUR DAY MUCH EASIER TO PLAN FROM THE EAST COAST. IF YOU TOUR THE SITE, YOU WILL OBSERVE HOW BEAUTIFULLY MAINTAINED THE GROUNDS AND LANDSCAPING ARE, AND WHAT A LOVELY BACKDROP IT MAKES FOR YOUR WEDDING. WE DID NOT HAVE THE TIME TO PLAN FOR MANY ADDITIONAL RENTAL ITEMS SUCH AS CHAIRS, TENTS, PORTAPOTTIES, ETC. THE VENUE INCLUDES MANY FEATURES THAT TAKE CARE OF THESE INCIDENTALS, AND THE GROUNDS ARE SO NICELY KEPT THAT DECORATIONS/FLOWERS CAN BE MINIMAL DUE TO ALL THE PLANTINGS, HANGING BASKETS, ETC. THE RAIN PLAN WAS INCLUDED WITH THE COVERED PAVILION FOR THE RECEPTION WHICH ALSO HAD SUN SHADES FOR THE BRIGHT SUNSET LIGHT AND STRING LIGHTS FOR THE EVENING HOURS. WE WERE ABLE TO BRING HAIR AND MAKE-UP PEOPLE ON SITE IN THE READY ROOMS DUE TO SUFFICIENT VANITY SPACE AND LIGHT WHICH WAS REALLY NICE FOR THE BRIDAL PARTY. WE WERE ABLE TO ORDER LUNCH AND SNACKS ON SITE FOR THE BRIDAL PARTY BEFORE THE EVENT.

WE HAD ONE ISSUE WHEN WE WENT TO HAVE OUR CAKES DELIVERED AT THE REHEARSAL DINNER THE NIGHT BEFORE THE CEREMONY FROM AN OUTSIDE BAKERY. MY AUNT, UNCLE, AND COUSIN HAD BROUGHT THEM UP FROM EUGENE, AND THEY HAD TROUBLE GETTING HELP TO BRING THEM TO THE REFRIGERATOR IN THE KITCHEN AT THE CLUBHOUSE. WE WERE BUSY WITH THE REHEARSAL AND UNABLE TO HELP AS WAS OUR COORDINATOR.

OUR COORDINATOR, YELENA, REALLY SAVED THE DAY WHEN WE LEFT OUR MARRIAGE LICENSE PAPERWORK AT THE HOTEL ROOM. SHE PERSONALLY WENT AND GOT IT FOR US SO NONE OF OUR GUESTS HAD TO MISS DINNER. SHE REALLY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE OUR BIG DAY A VERY SPECIAL ONE. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO NOTE THAT THE PREFERRED VENDORS FROM THE RESERVE THAT WE USED FOR HOTELS, FLORAL, AND PHOTOGRAPHY WERE EXCELLENT AS WELL. WE WERE ABLE TO SAVE ON ORDERING TRANSPORTATION TO THE HOTEL FOR OUR GUESTS WITH A COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE HOTEL, ANOTHER NICE PERK. I AM SO HAPPY WE CHOSE THE RESERVE FOR OUR WEDDING VENUE AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

We were so pleased with our choice of The Reserve for our wedding venue. Yelena, Megan and her team at The Reserve are so friendly and fun to work with. Our food tasting was so impressive as you get to try full entree size meals and the food is top notch quality and so delicious- our guests were raving about how good the food was. A lot of venues do not offer an onsite coordinator to help with every aspect of the big day and Yelena was that and more. The ceremony site is SO beautiful and perfectly located. The reception space was large enough to comfortably fit our 150 quests along with plenty of room for dancing/photobooth set up. Choosing The Reserve for the most special day of our lives was the best decision! Thank you Yelena, Megan & everyone at The Reserve.

Yelena and the Reserve Staff were so helpful throughout the planning stages and day of my daughter's wedding. Even rain on the wedding day wasn't a problem...they provided umbrellas and towels to wipe off the ceremony chairs!!! The venue was beautiful and everyone was so helpful!!!

This venue was amazing to use for our wedding. Yelena the wedding coordinator helped with everything and anything that we needed. I recommend this venue for anyone that wants to have an amazing wedding to remember

We had buffet for ~200 guests for our son's wedding. The food was just so-so. I was kind of surprised. Maybe it was just so-so because of the menu the bride and groom selected (chicken dish), or maybe because it was buffet style. That was THE ONLY thing that wasn't absolutely amazing. Yelena King was professional and knowledgeable. The Reserve was absolutely beautiful. The landscaping cannot be matched (in my opinion). The grounds were stunning.

We cannot say enough about how wonderful The Reserve is. We knew just from the setting we wanted to have our wedding there, everything is gorgeous! After meeting Yelena and the team at The Reserve, we did not have to look at any other venues. They had everything we needed...complete set up of the ceremony and reception sites, and a coordinator in Yelena who knew what she was doing every step of the way (taking a lot of the stress off of me, the bride).

We had perfect weather, a gorgeous sunset, and a nice breeze for a hot summer day. The food was amazing...prime rib, chicken, salmon, what more could you ask for?

Getting ready with the wedding party was super easy as they have both a bride and groom's suite. The guys enjoyed their suite near the driving range hitting a few balls, and the girls enjoyed a large room with a balcony overlooking the grounds so we could watch all the set up. The room had everything we needed and everything our makeup and hair teams needed to get us ready for pictures! The photo session was great, our photographer got so many different shots as The Reserve offers so many different backdrops...from the castle like club house to the tree lined entryway, we could not have asked for better photography opportunities.

Everything went off without a hitch, including our sparkler send off at the end of the night. When it was all said and done, we didn't have any clean up, as the staff at The Reserve went straight to work after we were all finished. They had everything we could have asked for and more, every vendor we worked with told us how great the space was and how easy it was to interact together with The Reserve to make sure there were no problems.

We love The Reserve and Yelena King, they will always hold a special place in our hearts.

We would like to thank The Reserve and its staff for a wonderful memorable day on Sunday, August 10, 2014. We are extremely happy with the entire process & outcome of our event. Not only is the venue gorgeous but Yelena King is the most outstanding and genuinely kind person you will meet. Not to mention, Yelena is super detailed, organized, resourceful, chipper, and overall all amazing to work with! Yelena made the process seamless and was very hospitable. She made us feel welcome each and every time we visited and spoke via email or phone. To add, Yelena was able to seek approval for us to bring a couple of ethnic dishes in addition to the food options elections - this was very hospitable! We really appreciate The Reserve! Our guests have been raving about the venue and our wedding since the date. We are truly blessed to have worked with Yelena King on our special day. My overall experience with Yelena King is a 5 across the board!
*Although, there were a few hiccups with the partnership. I unfortunately have to rate a 4.7 (taking overall experience). Categories affected: Quality of Service, Responsiveness, and Professionalism. In the beginning, existing event coordinator was in transition to new employment resulting in dropping the ball on several occasions. After the wedding, the golf shop gave us hassle with our comp golf package. Originally, you are provided a comp golf package for 4 people with pre-scheduling. We scheduled the comp golf package a month in advance; however, the day of, we get “iced out” in November. In return they promised a round of golf for 8 people instead (had to the week following the wedding date) - we agreed. The day came and when my father showed and the golf shop informed him he needed to pay. He was puzzled since he knows that I previously had several conversations with the golf about the comp 8 people package & was approved again. I shouldn’t have had to deal with the same issue several times nor the time to remedy each occurrence.

Yelena was amazing! She went above and beyond her job description to make sure the wedding day was a success. She coordinated the little details and made sure I didn't have to worry about anything. Great venue! And so beautiful.

Expensive, but everything was perfect! Yelena was great at helping with wedding plans. GREAT venue.

The Reserve provided everything they said they would. The service was great, and many people commented on how nice the setting was. We would put them at the top of the list for our daughter's wedding.

In the end the Reserve was able to deliver on all things agreed upon, but I must caution newly weds on what they’re getting into when booking the Reserve as their venue. Steven and his team were great to work with and super easy to get a hold of, but unfortunately they were not hired until 2 months before our wedding. We originally booked the Reserve as our venue in Fall of 2019 for a Summer 2020 wedding. We ended up postponing until Summer 2021. Within that timeframe, the Reserve had so much turnover with their event planners that Steven ended up being the 5th wedding coordinator we had to work with. Each time they hired someone new, we had to re-explain our entire event to them which was time consuming, frustrating, and quite honestly extremely unnecessary since previous coordinators failed to take adequate notes to pass to the next person. The biggest detail that was lost among the transition is the date for our rehearsal. We set the date when we booked the wedding, but a prior coordinator double booked our rehearsal and didn’t tell us, so a month before the date we had to scramble to find a new day and time. However, when the actual day finally came, I must say the Reserve did what they said they would. They set up all the correct tables, chairs, food, drinks, etc. The food was delicious and even better than what we had at our tasting. They had plenty of servers and the food was all ready at the agreed upon times. If you work with Steven or Natalie, you will be in good hands.
