Outstanding!
The Rental Place is a joy to work with! I helped plan my sister's wedding in 2019 and used them for linens and tableware, and had such a great experience that I returned for my own wedding. Liz is super helpful with suggestions and things to think about during the overall wedding planning process, and was so accommodating to me changing my mind and my numbers a million times! Before choosing them initially, I did a lot of price comparisons with other companies in the Atlanta area, and they were hands down the best value for the quality of rental items and service they provide. I highly recommend them, and will use them again if we have any more events to plan in the future! -

Great Experience
We rented our table linens from The Rental Place and everything was very easy to handle. The quality of the linens was worth the price we paid and it was very affordable. The pick up and drop off was super easy and very convenient. They had a lot of other things you could rent as well. I highly recommend checking them out if you need anything for any kind of gathering or event. -

TRP turned my wedding into a gorgeous event! The gold chiavari chairs made the room look so elegant. They had so many options for our linens and even orders some new ones that I wanted to see in person. Liz ordered more of the plate chargers I liked so we would have enough. We also used their gold rimmed china and other small pieces like bread baskets and easels for signs. Love, love, love TRP! Thank you Liz & John! -

Gorgeous, absolutely gorgeous! We heard this over and over again about our daughter's wedding. We turned a blank room into a stunning, glamorous supper club, thanks to The Rental Place. We were not quite sure what we wanted until we spent time in their showroom. The owner, Liz, walked us through the process from the very beginning, helping us to pick out each item. We needed everything from tables and linens to glassware and serving pieces. We would have been without so many crucial items without her expertise.
The warehouse men were helpful and courteous, and our order was filled accurately. The equipment was in excellent condition and many of our guests commenting on the beautiful candelabras. I have rented from The Rental Place several times in the past for smaller events and I have never been disappointed with them. However, for our daughter’s wedding, they surpassed all expectations. I highly recommend The Rental Place for any event!

We recently worked with The Rental Place for my daughters wedding 3 weeks ago. The venue we used was fairly new and no in-house coordinator to help guide us. We had no idea where to begin but the staff was always helpful and patient. When our RSVPS came in and we realized we had a lot more yeses than we ever thought we would, Liz was a god-send! Somehow she managed to fit, very comfortably, many more guests than we ever thought possible in our space. It saved this mother-of-bride a major meltdown!! Then, at the last minute, we found out we needed to vacate the venue by 8:30 Sunday morning to allow for another event to set-up. John worked with us to get his crew in bright and early, on their day off, to clear everything out for a very reasonable fee. From choosing the correct amount of glassware, to matching the linens perfectly, to giving every one of our guests a comfortable vantage point, Liz and her staff were amazing. Don't know what we would have done without them! -

The Rental Place supplied serving ware, tables, linens, and some centerpieces for my wedding. The staff was great and easy to work with. They were flexible and allowed me to change things up to the last minute. Great prices, great items. -

We rented dishes, glasses, silverware, bars and a few small tables. I had never rented anything like this before and they were very good at recommending correct sizes, quantities. They could have easily rented me more than I needed and did not.
Prices were competitive and they accepted changes right up to the end.
Flexibility: They would only give me a window of time for the delivery and pick up which was a little difficult to coordinate. All other vendors gave me an exact time and were right on time. Their deliveryman did come at the begining of the window as I had asked and was very helpful, and nice. The only thing that has made it difficult is that they aren't open on Saturday night or Sunday for pick up so we had to stash everything at the venue between Saturday and Monday. It was a real problem. Luckily, nothing got taken, but it's a pain to have to return to meet their driver again. We have had to postpone our trip to meet them. -

They did a great job...no need to worry with them. Everything came on time and was in great working order. All linens were clean and pressed! -

The things I rented was great but the service wasn't that great. We rented a tent and they were supposed to install it two nights before and my family and I waited all night and they never came or called; they ended up showing up the next day. -

The Rental Place was extremely slow in setting up and taking down our rentals. Their crew was unprofessional. They did not respond at all to email. -

My experience with The Rental Place was horrible. This company needs to hire additional staff to meet the heavy demand of the busy wedding/graduation season. We rented a 40x55 and 20x40 tent for my son's wedding at my home. The delivery was scheduled for 9am 5/22/2014, The Rental Place changed the time three times from 9am to 12pm to finally arriving at 3pm to install 2 tents after "normal business hours" with a crew of three guys . The installation took 12 hours; these guys were working outside my home until 3am to complete the job. John Hurst (the owner), spoke to the installers at about 11:30pm and told them to go home and leave my property in a mess. I commend their staff for the compassion shown in staying and completing the job that should have never begun at 3 in the afternoon, knowing the magnitude of this install. I was told by Liz that this type of install does not normally take this long and the guys were fatigued by the time they got to me at 3pm so they were not working at their best, this is little consolation to me since I paid full price and expected full service. I was also told by Liz that they were very busy and should have left the install date at 5/23/2014 instead of changing it at the request of my son, the groom to 5/22/2014. The Rental Place should not have agreed to the change the date if they were not prepared to complete this install in a reasonable and professional manner. I am glad we changed it to the 22nd, I could not imagine delivery beginning on the 23rd at 3pm and the installers working until 3am, the day of the wedding.
The tents are old, dirty and dingy and need a good cleaning and/or replacement additionally two of the globe light bulbs blew out.
The Rental Place, knowing the time it takes to complete this installation, should have been professional enough to inform us of the amount of time it was going to take in advance and at least allow us to make the decision to sit up until 3am while they worked.
