We are sorry to hear of your difficulties after our venue was completely destroyed in the horrific fire. It truly broke all of our hearts to see our beautiful building break down right in front of our eyes.
We did communicate with you that your full refund did come straight from our insurance company. Unfortunately, we did have to wait on the insurance provider to process that payment back to you, as we previously explained, the whole situation was completely out of our control as was the fire.

We are so sorry to hear you were displeased with our services. Unfortunately, we had no control over the devastating fire that burned our facility completely to the ground. We have put our couples first and worked with everyone to reschedule, relocate or refund at their request. We did everything possible to reconstruct the building before your wedding, but had to deal with a perfect storm of permits, covid, contractor delays, material shortages and absolutely horrible weather. We maintained communication throughout and probably had more communications with you than any other client. Fortunately, we were able to offer our other venue at a much-reduced rate and blocked out your day just to make sure we could keep our promises. We opened our home to the wedding party to get ready free of charge for the entire day. We provided a complimentary limo bus at your last-minute request just hours before the ceremony. We provided a free concierge for the day to cater to your every need. We paid for invitations and postage to inform your guests of the venue change. We did not charge anything for your ceremony at the Ranch. We granted your request for additional early access to the venue at no charge. Basically, we tried to do everything in our power to make you happy. We did check the cameras and assure you none of the decorations were removed prior to the end of your reception. There was another event the following day, so we did have to reset the room. We also understand you were extremely upset you could not decorate the night before. Prior day set up is only available if the venue is not booked. As we tried to explain, we had another wedding that night and obviously could not set up your reception in the middle of theirs. We offered several other and creative options, including allowing you to decorate on Thursday. Our staff was willing to photograph every last detail, then take it down and have it reset exactly as you left it by 10AM for your approval. We boxed up all the extra food and brought it to you along with the cake topper, as a courtesy. The topper was boxed and presented in the exact same condition as it was received after the cake cutting. We are sincerely disheartened to read your review, but besides canceling another wedding so you could decorate early, we are not sure what else we could have done. Our staff will go over every detail to see if there is anything we could improve in the future.
