From the moment we stepped out of the car and walked up to the Ranch patio overlooking the valley and trees we knew we loved it. The venue is gorgeous, but the services they provide truly make this place a gem! Jayme (the events manager) is truly warm and welcoming and made planning with the Ranch so easy. She recommended our wedding planner (LanAnh at Mele Amore, who we LOVED) and they made everything come together seamlessly and smoothly. The ceremony under the trees was gorgeous, the patio is breathtaking, the food is amazing, and the staff were all so friendly and professional. Everything went seemlessly and perfectly and I never could have imagined planning such a beautiful wedding could be so easy. We had so many compliments about all of it! Thanks so much to Jayme and everyone at the Ranch! -

First of all the location is simply dreamy! Although I have spent quite a bit of time in Laguna Beach I just recently discovered this hidden gem. The food is delicious and Jayme and the team simply lovely to work with! -

We had the most magical wedding at The Ranch in Laguna Beach! Everything about the day was perfection.
I’ve had so many guests tell me it was truly the most incredible wedding they have ever been to.
The big standouts were the beautiful location and picturesque venue (I highly recommend the Harvest Lawn for the ceremony) and amazing food! Seriously, the food here is to die for - and as a vegetarian and picky eater even I was beyond happy!
In addition, their team, from servers to the lead coordinator, are phenomenal and so professional. Jayme was incredible to work with, she got things done quickly and efficiently, and coordinated with our vendors well. Servers and all other team members went above and beyond.
Thank you to everyone at the Ranch for making our day a dream come true!
To any couple: I can not recommend a better place for the biggest day of your lives. -

Jayme and the whole Ranch staff has really got your back!! My husband and I got married here in April and we were so sad when the wedding was over because our experience was the flawless. The food is amazing and the venue is beautiful. We had an amazing vendor team! Jayme and the catering chef even made a special meal to surprise my dad as an inside joke. It was so fun! From litttle touches to big things, the team are the Ranch made my day absolutely flawless. My guests keep telling me how glorious it was! If you’re thinking of getting married here, just do it! I love The Ranch! -

User1285397 Sent on 08/13/2013We had our reception at Aliso Creek Inn overlooking the golf course. It's the the most beautiful and unique location. I wouldn't even trade this spot for the Montage! When you drive up the hill from PCH you feel yourself leaving the craziness of Orange County and entering a tropical island that's secluded by several mountains, a huge lush golf course and beautiful palm trees. Krystal was our coordinator and she's amazing! She knows the property inside and out and was prompt to answer all our emails and phone calls. She helped us organize our timelines along with decor ideas and gave us do's and don'ts of what works best. The staff at Aliso Creek was also superb. Every time my husband or I couldn't find where we left our champagne glass one of the waiters quickly found it. The whole evening was perfect! It was my fairy tale come true, under the stars. xo -
Erin Sent on 06/26/2018The Ranch is an unbelievable venue! We stayed for 5 nights and wish we could have spent 3 weeks there! The staff knew we were getting married and made an awesome effort to meet all of our needs and go above and beyond serving us during our stay! Thanks to the entire staff!

Wonderful Wedding Weekend at The Ranch!
Jayme and the entire team at the Ranch made this location the perfect place for our weekend wedding activities. Jayme in particular was great at understanding our vision for welcoming family and friends from the east coast to celebrate the weekend with us. She helped to plan an intimate rehearsal dinner, beautiful wedding reception and welcoming family brunch. We received so many compliments on the staff and surroundings of The Ranch. Look forward to our next visit when in Cali! -

Zaundra Sent on 08/24/2015The Ranch is a magical place for a wedding! As soon as we looked at the Ranch, we knew this was it. Extra sentimental value added for my husband who grew up playing golf on the Ben Brown's course with his dad and grandfather. There were some challenges with planning because they were undergoing renovations and reviews with the coastal commission at the time, but at the end of it all, our wedding was perfect! The catering staff were so great and professional, being sure to take care of the bride and groom too :). And the food was phenomenal! Everything went according to plan without a hitch. We got compliments from our friends and family on the gorgeous views and the great food! -
User1833868 Sent on 09/28/2014We booked The Ranch at Laguna Beach based on its location alone. Stunning views and the feeling of a secret garden off of PCH. As it turns out, over the course of our wedding planning, the venue was undergoing a complete overhaul. New menus, packages, furniture, guest options, and a brand new wedding venue were just the beginning. We were so lucky to have stumbled on this gorgeous gem hidden in Laguna Beach! The food was amazing and the staff is amazing! We had the wedding of our dreams, and so much more than we ever expected. A truly perfect day and I know that it was in large part to this amazing venue. I would recommend this to any couple looking for a gorgeous outdoor wedding! -
User1379215 Sent on 10/14/2013Aliso Creek Inn was the perfect choice for us. It was beautiful, elegant, picturesque, a great price, and served amazing food. The backdrops are phenomenal if you are having an outdoor wedding, and the inside is very pretty too. The food service manager, Eduardo, and his staff, are beyond outstanding as well. The ONLY thing that prevented me from giving this location a perfect score was the wedding coordinator. She was quick to get frustrated by things she was paid to do, such as answer emails, and she was rude to my wedding party at the rehearsal and while we were getting ready the day of because we were running late. Also, some of the important questions I asked via email went unanswered or her answers didn't match with what she later expected. Overall, she didn't make me or my wedding party feel relaxed or that it was important we were having a good time. It seemed all about staying on exact schedule, no matter if we didn't get the pictures we wanted and so forth. However, she did a good job organizing everything and making sure there were no major problems. Fortunately, she was able to make the actual day a pleasant experience. I would beyond recommend this place if you are on a budget or have all the money in the world; it's beautiful and all other services are outstanding. I am still receiving compliments on our wedding weeks later, with people saying it was the most gorgeous place and the best time they've had at a wedding. :)The Ranch at Laguna Beach's reply:
This is my first negative review and I am truly affected by it. I’m not sure what exactly happen, maybe personalities clashed or I was not being my regular self. I think the first problem may have been that I didn’t define my roll verses a “coordinators” roll the best I could have. I am the Sales and Catering Manager with the Venue. I do assist with some of the planning, but I am mostly the day of person. I know this does not excuse the rudeness and frustration that was perceived. It honestly made me feel better that you accepted my apology for the unpleasant year of planning through the email I sent you. I was also extremely happy to hear that your wedding day was still a wonderful success. It certainly was beautiful!
