Best food and amazing prices 10/10 would recommend. Only issue was the bar shut down ten minutes before we closed. Michelle was absolutely amazing to work.

My guests at my wedding complimented the food and said how good and HOT the food was! Who remembers the food from a wedding reception unless it was that good!

I heard wonderful things about Premier Catering before we booked them but the night of our wedding their reputation proved to be true! The food was absolutely delicious and HOT when served. I know for a fact some of our guests even had seconds!

Mmmmmm Good!

We had our wedding at The Premier Banquet Hall, this was not our first choice but when our first venue was sold without our knowledge we scrambled and happened upon this hall. I now believe we were better off because I LOVED our reception, greatly in part to The Premier. We worked primarily with Jody who is no nonsense which was intimidating at first but later appreciated because I knew what needed to be done, how it needed to be done and in what time frame. There was no confusion. We ended up using the smaller of the two rooms, that comes with a fireplace, lounge furniture and a beautiful bar. The room was gorgeous before we even set up our decorations and looked absolutely stunning once the centerpieces were all up. We were fortunate to have the hall to ourselves so I can't speak to having to share the building. We were also lucky enough to be able to get into the hall the day before to decorate but also the morning of, I had some family friends go in to do the final touches. Lastly, food alone is reason to have an event at The Premier, BEST WEDDING FOOD EVER! I'm not just saying that because it was my wedding, multiple people went up to the buffet for seconds and even thirds, it was so good. Everything worked out perfectly that day and I would highly recommed booking with The Premier.

The room rental was cheap, but catering was expensive. It was delicious and we got many compliments, but I feel like there were hidden costs here and there that ended up costing us almost $5000 for dinner for less than 200 people. And that didn't include alcohol.
It also took a long time for our contact to Premier to respond to my emails. They were very polite and professional though the day of.
If you aren't worried for price, hire them.

Premier offers a beautiful banquet room. However we ran into some issues. The coordinator was very unfriendly and short. She explained that I may only have the room to decorate for 3 hours before our reception if there was multiple events, in which I would be walking down the aisle at that time and told me to hire a wedding planner. They are also very strict on seating and prefer assigned seating because they charge you for each place setting! They run a business that focuses solely on profits and not customer service.
