Our wedding at the Powelton Club was nothing short of amazing. The food was great and we got compliments all night. Specially the passed hors d’oeuvres and pub table during cocktail hour and the short rib entree for dinner. Rebecca was helpful, communicative, and organized. From day one when we toured, she was prompt and organized. Throughout the whole year we planned, she was constantly in touch. Our planning meetings were always super productive and I knew after each meeting what had to be worked on to be prepared for the next meeting. Our rehearsal went smoothly and was also very organized so we knew what to expect on the wedding day. All of the other staff were also great and nice! Emily, our bridal attendant was extremely kind and helpful, doing little things like dress train holding and veil holding. She continuously checked on us throughout the night.
The venue itself has beautiful grounds, great getting ready spaces, and a fantastic newly renovated reception space. The venue holds a timeless and local charm to it. Overall, an amazing venue with fantastic staff. -

I recently had my wedding ceremony and reception here at The Powelton Club. As a bride working with no wedding planner, Rebecca and her team made it so easy and seamless. She anticipated alot of my questions and needs which helped exponentially in navigating the wedding planning process. The day of, a bride can be very stressed but they ensured there was not one ounce of reason to stress, which helped me be in the moment and enjoy the day! The venue is BEAUTIFUL, the food was outstanding and the staff and service was impeccable. 2 weeks later and I am still receiving compliments from my guest on our venue choice. My husband and I are trying to find more reasons to host a party so that we can use The Powelton Club again that is how much we and our guests love this venue! I wish I could give it more then 5 stars! -

From the moment we met Rebecca and toured the venue, we knew The Powelton Club was the right place to have our wedding. The entire process from planning to our wedding day was smooth and enjoyable. The care and attention to detail provided helped us feel incredibly confident that we were as prepared as possible. We had creative ideas to make our wedding uniquely ours. Rebecca welcomed our thoughts, offered guidance and suggestions, and supported us in making the ceremony and reception a day to remember for everyone in attendance. In our search for a wedding venue, no other location in the area seemed to offer the personalized experience that we found at the Powelton Club. -

Perfect in a EVERY Way!!!
I recently hosted my daughter’s baby shower at The Powelton Club on November 1, 2025, and it was absolutely spectacular in every way possible. From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded our expectations.
The staffing was phenomenal-warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. Every detail was handled with such care, making the day feel effortless for our family and guests.
The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and enjoyed by everyone. We received so many compliments! The signature drinks were amazing as well! Fun, creative, and perfectly crafted for the celebration.
Thank you to the entire team at The Powelton Club for making such a special day truly unforgettable. I cannot recommend them highly enough. -

We absolutely loved everything about Powelton! We had help every step of the way for our baby shower, which was amazing because this was our first and scheduled 4 weeks before our due date! Rebecca was always available to answer all of our questions and sat with us to create the best schedule and food options for day of. We were able to enjoy the day with no stress - my husband was even able to arrange for a group to go out golfing as well. -

You can't ask for a better venue than The Powelton Club. We looked at many venues in the Hudson Valley, nothing compared to the beauty and cost of The Powelton Club. Their wedding coordinator Rebecca was there for us, answering every question and concern in a very prompt manner. We are so happy we had our daughter's wedding there, all of our guests were blown away. The quality and number of offerings for food were much more generous than others in the area, plus pricing was more reasonable.

Rebecca and The Powelton Club staff were truly AMAZING! Hands down, the best of the best. They catered to us (the bride and groom) and our immediate families/guests all day long. Rebecca is extremely organized and will make the chaos of wedding planning feel sane. She is attentive, patient, and intelligent. We were the most content bride and groom. The food at cocktail hour and the reception were all raved about (especially the short rib). Rebecca will ABSOLUTElY execute your wedding vision. DO NOT HESITATE!!! -

We had our wedding reception at The Powelton Club in October 2023 and it was everything we could have dreamed of and more! The Powelton's timeless charm and romantic decor made for a perfect backdrop for our celebration. Their indoor event space easily accommodated our 120 guests with plenty of room for a large dance floor and photobooth. There was a good flow to the room throughout the whole evening. When it came to designing our custom menu there were so many amazing selections to choose from. Our guests raved about how delicious all the food and drinks were and the open bar kept the fun going all evening! The clubhouse manager Rebecca has been a true professional to work with and guided us through the planning process to ensure we had the most successful event. She was very responsive to any emails and made us feel comfortable to ask any questions we had during our in person planning meetings. I would highly recommend The Powelton Club to anyone looking to host an event in the Hudson Valley!! -

Exceptional
We recently had the most incredible wedding at the Powelton club, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and excellent service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs were met and that our guests felt taken care of.
One of the highlights of our wedding was undoubtedly the food. It was simply outstanding. From the delicious appetizers to the mouthwatering main course, every dish was prepared with precision and care. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the flavors and presentation. In fact, the Powelton club even went the extra mile and accommodated the food allergies of some of our guests, ensuring that everyone could enjoy the celebration without any worries.
What impressed us most was the attention to detail and personalization. They made sure to stock our favorite wine, which truly made us feel special. The elegant ambiance of the club added an extra touch of sophistication to our wedding day, and our friends are still talking about how unforgettable the entire experience was.
We can't recommend the Powelton club enough for anyone considering a wedding venue. From the exquisite food to the exceptional service and stunning surroundings, they exceeded all of our expectations. Our special day wouldn't have been the same without them. Thank you, Rebecca and team, for making our wedding a dream come true! -
