When looking for someone to do your hair and makeup for your event and or wedding, I cannot recommend The Posh Palette enough. Charlotte was a destination wedding for me and made it difficult to choose someone who was unknown but, also to do for a trial (being out of town). She went above and beyond to make my difficult schedule work. We did the trial about a month prior and then we both provided feedback of what we could improve - now mind you the trail was almost perfection... However, on the big day she was simply AMAZING.... She was able to squeeze a few other guests in who asked on the day of - for hair and makeup.. She stayed later than agreed just to make sure she could get everyone camera ready. However for me, a 52 year old first time bride - she KILLED IT.. The hair was perfection! The make up was beyond perfection. I am still getting compliments of how amazing I looked weeks later...... She worked on a majority of my girlfriends from ages 24-71!! Everyone looked amazing!! -

Styling can be expensive and you need someone you can trust. I searched high and low for someone to create the look I wanted, and I am so thankful I found Kristine; She went above and beyond by making me feel special and welcomed during my trial process! Not only is she a true artist, but she is also incredibly detail oriented, knowledgeable, and attentive to making sure you LOVE the results. We were married at Overlook Barn on October 1st, 2023 and although we had a small group utilizing her services, our group was very diverse! She created hairstyles that lasted on thin, thick, straight, curly, young and mature hair! Her work on my hair was a true masterpiece (we loved the style from my trial, and in the days following my trial we went back and forth to make minor changes to ensure it would be perfect for the wedding day ~ and it was!) and my mother especially appreciated her ability to create a beautiful + dramatic makeup look on her more mature skin. Overall, Kristine is a true gem who will not only make you feel beautiful all day long, but she also has one of those flawless personalities that will make everyone in your bridal party (including your mom) feel like she is their new best friend! -

Highly recommend!
Kristine is just the kindest, most talented, and warmest person you’ll meet. She takes in every piece of feedback you give her to ensure your hair and makeup are exactly what you want. She did my bridal hair and makeup, and her + Kristie on her team did hair and makeup for my mom, MIL, and sister/SILs. Kristine with The Posh Palette absolutely rocked the makeup for me and my entire bridal party ! She is such a sweet heart ❤️ I got to know her during my trial, she was very knowledgeable and truly helped me discover my perfect wedding look. I will be forever grateful for her magic of making me feel like a princess for my special day! I also have to mention how she genuinely took care of me from making sure I breathed and drank water throughout my time in her chair and then double checking that I had eaten before applying my lip. She definitely knows her stuff. I personally felt like her application of airbrush makeup was flawless ! All of my bridesmaids and mom were so beautiful 😍 We had a wonderful time getting glammed up while hanging out jamming to throwbacks, and she had fun right along with us! And don’t let me forget to mention her professionalism with adhering to safety precautions when it came to disinfecting between girls in her chair as well as her timeliness from start to finish. I’m so, so thankful to have found her and highly recommend her to any other bride to be! -

Kristine has a great personality and gives lots of good tips before the big day and check in with you often. She was able to look at pictures of what I like and create a hair and makeup look even better than what I was picturing. She used high quality products that lasted all day despite tears, sweat, eating, and dancing. She also travelled over an hour to my venue for a small fee. -

Kristine is absolutely amazing, and I know she and her team are a DREAM to work with on wedding days! She did my makeup for my family photo shoot, and I felt like my absolute most beautiful self! I wish she could do my hair and makeup every single day! She's also always on top of communication and super quick to respond, and a joy to be around. Any bride would be luck to have The Posh Palette Team be their glam squad on the big day! -

You will not regret booking Kristine for your wedding!! She is hands down AMAZING, and there is literally nothing she could have done better. Not only was my makeup, my mom's makeup, and my entire bridal party's makeup perfect, Kristine goes above and beyond in 1000 other ways to ensure your day is perfect, and she is insanely organized, upbeat, and prepared from the second you book her until she packs up her bag after finishing applying the gloss and blush to your flower girl, and triple checking you for touch ups before you walk down the aisle.
From the second I booked Kristine, she was awesome. She is also an estithician, so she was able to provide me a regimen to get my skin prepped and looking good for my wedding day. Her recommendations were spot on, and my skin has never looked better in my life. Then, she asks all about the venue, the decor, your dress, the bridesmaid's dresses, etc to get an idea of the vibe you are going for. Once she understands the vision from your point of view, she will make suggestions and work with you to determine the exact look you want the day of. I literally had no idea how much thought could go into wedding makeup, but I guess that is why I would be a horrific makeup artist, and Kristine is an absolutely amazing one! Then about a month out, Kristine will work with you to get a timeline for the morning of. It's great because she is assertive with the timeline and she was 100% right- take her timeline and print it out and put it in a central location for all the bridal party to see and abide by. Everything went so smoothly. She knows exactly how much time she needs with each girl, and stuck to her schedule. I found this SO professional and didn't realize how important it was until the photographer showed up and hair was running behind, but Kristine wasn't!
Kristine also has so many amazing little extras that I never received as a bridesmaid in 8 prior weddings when I got my makeup done. She dusts all the girls collar bones with shimmer powder- this looks insanely good in photos, and everyone thought it was so fun! Her personality is contagious and upbeat and exactly what you need on your wedding day when you get the jitters. She gets so excited when the vision comes to life, and everything is turning out flawless, and it is just amazing to be around! She works well with every other vendor, this is so important!! She touches up everyone! The flower girls are complimentary! And she really just nails each persons specific look/vibe despite having never met them before. Good makeup makes for a happy bridal party, which makes your photos and your day even more amazing. Again, I can't say it enough, Kristine made my wedding amazing, and you will not find a better makeup artist for your wedding!! -

Kristine is amazing! I met Kristine over a year ago for one of my friends wedding. She did an amazing job with all the bridesmaids and bride. Then, one of my best friends from college got engaged and she asked me to be her bridesmaid. I knew that Kristine was going to do our makeup and I was super excited!! The wedding was last weekend and Kristine did not disappoint!!! I was so excited to seat on her chair and for her to do my makeup. She asked what my vision was and what I wanted for my make up to look like, she was gentle, and very very informative, and also shared her advice on what she thought it would be best for me (and of course she was right!). I learned a couple of few things that I can use for my daily routine as well. Even though I’m a crier, my makeup still looked awesome after all the happy tears for the my friend and her husband. In a few words, Kristine is awesome and will make your make up dreams to come true! Brides, with Kristine you are in good hands!! -

Wonderful and confident!
Kristine was absolutely wonderful! She had such a great personality and made me feel confident! Once I sent her my outfits, she instantly had ideas about what would look best with my features, time of day for the photos, and with the outfits. We bounced the ideas back and forth and came to a conclusion of the perfect look! Also, I want to note how well the makeup lasted! Absolutely remarkable! 10/10!! -

If you are looking for an MUA that is skilled in her craft, professional (on time, personable), and a joy to be around, book with The Posh Palette! I'm a photographer and have worked with Kristine Heiman twice -once on another photographer's shoot and once on my own shoot. She is fantastic at matching a vision and working with a model's face shape and coloring. She follows sanitation practices carefully. She exceeded all my expectations in every way! Bonus, she stayed on and assisted during my shoot, which was super helpful. Book her, she's the right choice! -

As a former pageant girl, I must say this was the best makeup experience I have ever had! Kristine was extremely responsive, and executed exactly what I asked for. Not to mention, she is so fun and sweet - we had the best time. I can not recommend her more. Run don’t walk! -

Kristine is AMAZING! Kristine did my makeup (bride), my sister, my mom, and my mother in law's makeup. Everyone looked amazing! For my trial Kristine spent hours trying different looks that she thought would look good on me. After trying different looks I was having a hard time deciding because they were all so beautiful! She figured out exactly what would be best for me by combining certain things from each look until she had the perfect look for my wedding day and rehearsal dinner. She listens to what you want, but also knows and can figure out what will look best on you for indecisive people like myself! During the trial and on my wedding day Kristine was so excited the entire time, she truly loves her job and you can tell! She is so kind, generous and fun to be around! Everything Kristine does is absolutely stunning. If you want to look and feel beautiful AND have fun the person who is doing your makeup, Kristine is your girl! -

I’m a natural makeup kinda gal (and my husband prefers when I don’t wear much), so naturally I was worried that I wouldn’t look like myself on the big day. I expressed this to Kristine, along with my likes and dislikes, and she created a perfect look for me! She made me feel so comfortable to share what I wanted and then added her professional experience to make it perfect.
Not only is she a makeup rockstar, she kept the vibe of the day so positive and fun! All of the girls LOVED having her hang out with us, it was just like she was another bridesmaid. I highly recommend Kristine! Lucky to call her a friend and my go-to makeup artist. -

She constantly stayed in touch with me leading up to my wedding and we talked about all the makeup looks I was interested in and all about my concerns about my makeup/skin! She made everything so easy and relaxed for me by sending me all the questions she had and pictures of different makeup looks with a description making it all so easy! I could 100% tell how genuine Kristine is and truly how excited she was to make me feel my best on my big day from start to finish!
