Favorite Vendor!
Working with Pink Polka Dot was one of my favorite parts of wedding planning! From the moment I met with Jen in the studio, I felt so comfortable and excited. She immediately understood my vision and somehow made it even better than I could have imagined. Jen has such an incredible eye for design and detail — she took my ideas and turned them into the most beautiful invitations, menus, signs, custom cocktail napkins, table numbers, and escort cards. Everything came together so perfectly and tied into our wedding aesthetic in the most thoughtful way. Seeing all of the pieces on the big day honestly took my breath away. Jen made the process so fun and stress-free, and I truly looked forward to every meeting with her. I can’t tell you how many compliments we got on our stationery — it was beyond stunning! I’m so grateful for Jen and her team for bringing our vision to life so beautifully.-

Cannot recommend enough!!
Working with the Pink Polka Dot was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Jen and her team helped us bring our vision to life and add personal touches to our entire wedding weekend that truly made our wedding unique and stand out. Jen was very communicative throughout the entire wedding journey with us and we had so much fun working with her! Visiting her studio to pick out the invitations was a blast, the options are truly endless! We ended up using Jen for every detail - menu cards, table numbers, ceremony programs, match boxes, napkins, name cards, you name it! Our guests were extremely impressed by the stationary, many of them still talking about it and even taking many pieces home with them!! The welcome boxes for our rehearsal dinner were a huge hit , and we got to add in our own personal items and Jen’s team delivered them for us seamlessly! Working with Jen took so much stress off our shoulders, couldn’t recommend her enough!!-

The Pink Polka Dot is the BEST
Jen and Laura are the best. The creativity and thoughtfulness that goes into everything they do is amazing. I came into the wedding planning process with a few ideas and Jen really turned my dreams into a reality. From helping customize our Save the Dates, Invites, Welcome Boxes, and all the Day-of Stationary & Goodies, the whole experience was perfect. Even after our wedding I couldn't get enough and had to get the custom Thank You notes. I'm really thankful you made the whole wedding process easier with your easy communication throughout the whole process, keeping us on track with deadlines, and overall being a pleasure to work with. -

10/10 recommend!
I used The Pink Polka Dot to design and print my invitations and I can’t say enough good things about the process and product! Jen and Laura were incredibly talented throughout the process and shared options based on their design and printing expertise which ultimately made my invitations so much better! I shared a inspiration picture with them, met at the Falmouth store and then worked with them via email to finalize the suite. I ordered a coastal letter press invitation, custom RSVP letterpress shell, details card, envelope with addresses and envelope liner and they turned out better than I could have ever expected and better than the inspiration picture. The pricing is incredibly fair given the quality of the invitations and ease of process from design to print. My invitations even arrived early! Even if you aren’t local, I promise the process virtually is incredibly easy! 10/10 recommend them for all your stationary! You won’t regret it! -

One of my favorite parts of the wedding planning process!
Jennifer is truly incredible and SO talented at what she does! I originally hired her to create my wedding invitations suite. I was beyond blown away with what she delivered! Every detail was represented so well and she managed to incorporate my husband and I as a couple into a watercolor envelope liner from an artist she works with. The amount of compliments and people who called us after we mailed them out saying how these were the most stunning invitations was overwhelming! When I saw Jennifer also offered day of stationery, I knew that I needed to work with her for my wedding day as well. Again, I was absolutely blown away! Everything we discussed and I had pictured in my head was even better when I saw what she delivered. I consider myself a creative person and what Jennifer was able to bring to life, I never would've been able to design myself. She did our: welcome boxes, cocktail napkins, seating chart, menus, table numbers, signature drink signs, dessert sign, and welcome sign. Everything flowed so well together and matched perfectly!!! It looked absolutely stunning. When I walked into the reception space to see it before guests arrived, I started crying! I couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out and I have recommended The Pink Polka Dot to so many people. Hearing all of the compliments from our wedding guests (they absolutely loved the welcome boxes) is something I will never forget! If you are on the fence about hiring someone to do your invites or your day of stationery, 100% hire Jennifer, you will NOT regret it. She makes it so easy and takes some of the wedding stress off of your plate. I will never forget my time spent working with her! -

McKinley Wedding
Jenn at Pink Polka Dot was one of my favorite vendors to work with! She was so kind, excited, and encouraging to help make the vision in my head a reality. Appointments with her with my fiance, mother-in-law, mother, and planner are some of my favorite memories during planning. Everything we created was the details from the save the dates to the invitations, to welcome bags, to the day of stationary that really helped bring the wedding together. I could not recommend working with Pink Polka Dot more!!! -

Working with Jen and Pink Polka Dot was one of the best decisions we made while wedding planning! She executed everything exactly how we wanted for our invitations, day of paper goods, and other goodies (koozies, straws, etc.). I had lots of ideas of how I wanted things to look and I even painted a water color of our wedding venue to use in our invitations, and Jen worked with me to execute everything perfectly! She was great to work with as someone who planned their whole wedding themselves without a planner because she can help with design of the details. We went to the studio and she helped us pick out all the design items. And Jen was so kind and easy to work with. She even delivered all the items to our venue for us. -

The Pink Polka Dot Exceeded All Expectations!
Jen and The Pink Polka Dot team were INCREDIBLE to work with throughout the wedding process! The designs and execution were beyond my expectations. Jen was incredibly responsive, communicative, creative and professional. We ended up working with The Pink Polka Dot team for our wedding invitations, welcome boxes and all of our day of stationery (i.e., personalized menus, table numbers, signs, petal cones, etc.) Coordinating the stationery with Jen was one of my very favorite parts of wedding planning. Wonderful Wedding Experience!
Working with Jen and her team at the Pink Polka Dot was a wonderful experience! I first contacted Jen about our formal wedding invitations. She is so knowledgeable, accommodating and professional. From our first design session she made everything seamless and went above and beyond for our invites and day-of wedding paper. From table numbers to bathroom signs and our guest "book" she had so many designs to choose from and worked with us on what we envisioned day of, offering her advice. She also designed custom napkins with our dog which we love. We were able to rent our table number holders from her which was so easy! We received compliments on everything! Her attention to detail and how easy she made each step of the process is why we went back to get our Thank You cards from her, too. I can not recommend The Pink Polka Dot enough!-

Obsessed with our invitations & loved working with The Pink Polka Dot team!
My mom, husband and I worked closely with Jen at The Pink Polka Dot through the full process of our wedding, from our invitations, to cocktail napkins, welcome sign and smaller day-of details of our day. She is such a pleasure to work with and makes the decision process super easy (with a lot of past wedding examples that we referenced to help us get a visual). We absolutely LOVED our invitations -- they came out beautiful and very high quality. We also got a lot of compliments on them from our guests! The day-of details were perfect as well, and Jen + the team were very flexible with us when it came time timelines, etc. to help us get what we needed promptly.

Gorgeous Custom Invitations
Jen is incredible at what she does! She's kind, accommodating and positive. Her studio has the most creative, inviting atmosphere. I'm not the average 'Cape Cod' bride and wanted to steer away from a nautical theme. Instead I was looking for a sleek, modern and classic black & white invitation suite with copper details. Jen helped me narrow down my vision and guided me on font selections, wording, paper options and unexpected additions (belly bands, wax seals, cording) to create the custom look I was going for. The end product was EXACTLY what I was envisioning and the quality surpassed my expectations. I could not be happier with my overall experience and would highly recommend The Pink Polka Dot to any bride, with ANY vision! -

Impressed your wedding guests
My husband and I had the honor to work with Jen while we were planning for our Cape Cod beach wedding (06/06/21). From our first video-consult call with Jen, we were amazed on her abilities, professionalism and experience. From Dec. 2020 until Feb. 2021, Jen was extremely patient while she worked with us to cover our invitation needs during ever-changing COVID-19 pandemic and after an unexpected loss in the family. After several rounds of digital proofs, we sent the invitations to print and within several weeks they were securely packaged and beautifully wrapped right on our doorstep! Having elegant, quality looking invitations were important to us to give a strong "first impression" for our invited guests. If you would like invitations so beautifully made, they are frame-worthy...look no further! Highly recommend! -

I was connected to Jen through our wedding planner in March 2020. We designed a beautiful paper invitation for our 3 day wedding celebration. I worked with the Pink Polka Dot for all print needs for my December 2019 Boston wedding and would recommend them to anyone! Although the Pink Polka Dot is located on Cape Cod and has a lot of experience with Cape Cod Spring - Fall weddings, they had everything I needed for my winter city wedding. Jen and her team are extremely skilled, knowledgeable, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Everything we received was high quality. There were times where I was not certain on what I wanted. Jen listened to what I liked / disliked and was able to show me a number of examples to help me come to a decision. There were also a few times where Jen customized certain designs / prints for me. Impressive Invitations and Spectacular Service
Jen and the gang at Pink Polka Dot have the winning combination of being both delightfully pleasant and staggeringly competent, and Glenn and I were tough customers, needing tons of last-minute changes to our October 2019 wedding invitations, mass programs, guest poster, name tags, reception food labels with dietary warnings, guest goodie boxes, and thank-you notes.
We had some kind of idea for our wedding invitations, but we were thrilled to have Jen help us make those flimsy thoughts a beautiful reality. Everything came out even better than we had imagined. We received plenty of compliments on our stationery, etc. from several friends and family members.
Visiting Pink Polka Dot is a delight as they have fun gift ideas for other occasions. Such a clean, delightful store with an incredibly competent stationery department.
In fact, I was so impressed with Pink Polka Dot that I volunteered to pop by and help them with stationery / box folding and ribbon tying when they have huge orders.-

Omg amazing!
The staff there was amazing ! All my guests said they had never seen such a beautiful invitation packet. It really set the tone for how and what guests can expect for the whole weekend. I cant thank them enough for not tossing me out the door when I clearly waited too long to work on this part of the wedding planning. Instead she helped me catch up by showing me already decided on packets from other projects fonts,style,,etc. They ended up still very custom to us , with the feel our weekend and in our colors . WOW , I loved the way they came out !

Jen and Pink Polka Dot were so great to work with for both my wedding invitations and day of stationary (ceremony programs, place cards, menu cards, signage). Jen is so sweet - my mom and I were always sad to leave our appointments because we had so much fun chatting with her! Designing our invitations and working with Jen on the little details for our reception was truly one of my favorite parts of my wedding. She flawlessly made my ideas come to life, and made everything so easy! Everything I asked for or suggested she said YES, she had so many options to choose from and her level of organization is truly incredible! Jen at Pink Polka Dot is the best!
Jen does absolutely amazing work!! I had a wonderful experience working with her. The store itself is super cute and she is so nice, professional, thorough, and really tries to make everything look perfect. She designed all of our paper goods and cute accessories! Pink Polka Perfection
The Pink Polka Dot is the only place we considered for our stationary, and we could not be more thrilled with the whole process from start to finish! From our initial meeting right after I got engaged, we knew Jen was a rockstar and perfectionist. She took the time to sit with us and get to know our style, and then start making suggestions of a stationary direction. It's a big, confusing world of wedding planning, and Jen made the process seamless and fun! She has unique, gorgeous templates to work from, and is open to any customizations. She brought our vision of queen anne's lace to life on paper. When our wedding date had to be changed last minute, Jen guided us through the process of sending our new save the dates with appropriate wording. The quality of invitations was sensational and I had multiple people tell me they were the most beautiful invitations they have ever received! We started having even more fun when we made the welcome signs, seating charts, welcome bags, programs, and escort cards. You will enjoy every moment of working with Jen and the Pink Polka Dot. It is so nice to support local businesses that are doing it ALL so perfectly!-

Beautiful designs, super fast turnaround!
The Pink Polka Dot helped us with some last minute printing for our day of stationary. They were fast and were able to match other stationary that we had already designed perfectly. I was impressed by the quality and speed of their work and would definitely work with them again!!! -

We purchased our invitations from The Pink Polka Dot. Jen was very helpful and responsive, even while the shop was closed for renovation. She was very willing to customize all of the details of the invitation. They are just breathtaking; I have received so many compliments on them. Beautiful work! -

We used Jen to plan our destination wedding on the Cape. Having always popped into the Pink Polka Dot when we’re in Falmouth on vacation, it was an easy choice to have her be our local go-to during the planning process. We mostly used Jen for her “day of” services but she was always willing to take a call if I needed help talking through transportation logistics and met with us in-person on the two planning visits we made to the area over the course of our engagement. The week leading up to the wedding, which for many brides can be the most stressful, was a breeze knowing that Jen had taken over the reins. She called and confirmed all the last minute details with the vendors and kept me up to date only on an “as needed” basis so that I wouldn’t be bothered by anything. The rehearsal was by far the smoothest (and fastest) that any of us in the bridal party had ever experienced and—considering that my brother was our “officiant for a day”—Jen gets full credit for that. Day of couldn’t have gone any smoother. I can be notoriously anxious with a desire to oversee everything but I felt none of that on my wedding day thanks to Jen. Jen had everything under control and her assistant, Dylan, was also fabulous. I couldn’t recommend (or thank) Jen and Dylan more for everything they did for us. Even if you’re like me and have most of the planning under control leading up to the wedding, you won’t regret having Jen on your side to make sure that your vision becomes a reality while still being able to relax and have fun! -

I highly recommend Jen at the Pink Polka Dot! We met with Jen at her store and discussed stationary for our wedding. Her store is also super cute! There are so many options but Jen made the process very easy for us. I liked that we were able to see everything in person instead of ordering online. We ordered menus, placecards, table numbers, and thank you cards from her. Jen was easy to work with and very responsive. Jen also does all of the printing in house so it is a quick turnaround. I loved how everything turned out and would not change a thing! -

Jennifer was amazing! I got SO many compliments on our invitations- most people stating it was the "best they've ever seen." She was so flexible, helpful, and accommodating and had so many samples around that I ultimately was able to pick and chose what I likes from. After we came up with the invitation proof, the rest of the stationery (program, menu card, napkins, various signs, thank you cards) were so much less stressful. Jen knew my vision and executed PERFECTLY. I can't tell you how many wonderful accolades were received about how wonderful everything looked. She made it easy, I never felt stressed, and the end result was perfect. Not to mention,

AMAZING! Jen and her staff were incredible to work with. We kept added on things for Jen because everything she did was amazing. First we had the candy table with her, which turned out amazing! It was all penny candy and I still am getting compliments on how awesome it was. We had Jen do our invitations which were incredible! The quality was amazing, and the turn around time was quick. I even ran out of RSVP cards because my parents kept adding guest and she sent me a few in the mail! We had her do labels that we put on water bottles which were ADORABLE. And she did our escort table cards which I think were my favorite. She tied in everything so nicely together! Her store is adorable too! I would absolutely recommend using Jen and Pink Polka Dot -

Jen & her team were wonderful! We worked with Jen for our invitations, day of stationary and she was our month-of coordinator as well. I cannot say enough good things about how responsive, attentive and helpful Jen was throughout the entire process. She made helpful suggestions throughout the entire stationary process and really helped bring the ideas I had in my head to life! Having her & her assistant Dylan with us at our Rehearsal and Wedding Day made us feel so at ease, we didn't have to worry about logistics and timing, they simply just guided us along to the plan that she had carefully put together. Several of my other vendors had commented on how on top of everything Jen was in the weeks leading up to the wedding. Again, 5 stars all around for Jen and her team, I also highly recommend stopping by her adorable store! :) -

The Pink Polka Dot is an adorable boutique in Falmouth. I walked into the store one day and met the owner Jen - who became my "best friend" during the planning of our daughters June wedding. If you want your wedding to be the best experience of your life, then be sure to hire her. She is not only easy to work with, but is really talented. I felt so at ease having her help with anything I needed. I initially thought I would need someone to coordinate and help with the actual wedding day, but I soon found myself asking her advice on several things. Our daughter lives on the West coast so I ran most things by Jen and her assistants. We ordered wedding invitations through The Pink Polka Dot and they were beautiful and unique. She accompanied me to meetings with vendors because she is really detail oriented and created an invaluable timeline for me. I never worried about anything on the wedding day. We had 13 groomsmen and they came early to the church. No problem! When the Mother of the Groom's earring broke on wedding day, Jennifer fixed it for her. She is amazing and has a wonderful, sweet and graceful disposition. It was a fabulous experience and I can't say enough to about Jen and The Pink Polka Dot. -

Jen was truly amazing. My mother and I have totally different styles: my mother is very well organized and likes to have everything planned months in advance, and despite my best efforts to change, I am generally more of a broad strokes, fly by the seat of my pants [read: annoying!] kind of planner. We hired Jen to do day-of coordination for our tented wedding in Chatham, and she was so amazing! We met her a month or so before, ran through all the details, and she helped us fill in all the (many) gaps. She also took all our vender contacts down and called to make sure everyone was arriving at certain times, that the bar company was bringing ice and lemons, that the band's extension cords were the right length for the yard... You name it, she thought of it and dealt with it!
Because she is both meticulous and patient, she also helped ease the conflict in styles between my mother and I, and really let us relax and enjoy the day together. Our wedding would have been considerably less smooth/ well staffed without her: she was the most impressive silent conductor I have ever seen! She's the best! -

Jen is the best!! She did all of our stationary for our wedding and everything was absolutely perfect. I am still getting compliments on our wedding invitations and our creating seating chart. Jen is an absolute pleasure (and super sweet!) and has such great attention to detail making sure your invitations are exactly what you want and unique. Jen was perfect during this whole experience. I tend to be a very stressed person and Jen's organized and calm demeanor really helped me enjoy the fun of planning this whole experience. She was always two steps ahead of me, easy to get a hold of, and really encoring of al my ideas.
She also did my stationary for my save the dates, invitations, and the escort cards. All of them were exactly like I saw in my mind and showed in the pictures. She does such an amazing job and I would recommend her to anyone who needs help during this overwhelming process.
Jen thank you for everything. You will never know how special you made my day and I know it was hard work and you seriously made my family and I smile from ear to ear.

I LOVED working with Jen and I am not sure what I would have done without her. Actually I do know, it would have been horrible, and I thanked my lucky star repeatedly that I had her. She was amazing and lived up to all the wonderful things I had heard. She was beyond organized, so responsive, super helpful and just a pleasure. Even under some stressful situations, she was a always calm and had a back up plan- you can tell she has seen it all. Being that I live far from my venue, Jen skyped with me and met with my mother when I couldn't be around. She kept us both in the loop and juggled our independent emails and requests. Jen did a fantastic job executing my vision, coordinating with vendors, reviewing contracts, and keeping us on schedule the day of. I honestly cannot say enough good things. -

Jen is a superwoman. Her adorable little shop in Falmouth was the perfect meeting place to iron out all of our details. We hired Jen for the "day of" wedding planning, but she helped with colors, decor, invitations, and every detail in between. Her and Kelsie helped keep our very large wedding party on schedule so we could enjoy the day and not worry about the flow of events. It was so perfect. She is such a pleasure to work with, has wonderful ideas and keeps the day fun and light. If you want your wedding to be picture perfect, definitely start talking to Jen! -

I didn't know how to plan a wedding—never did one before!—and I was extremely nervous about it, but Jen held my figurative hand throughout the process and guided me through it. She told me what I needed to do, asked me if I had thought of this or that, and made sure that all the boxes were checked so that our guests would have an amazing and memorable time. Initially, our daugter didn't feel she needed a wedding coordinator. That changed dramatically about two months before the event, when the details become overwhelming.
The Pink Polka Dot was recommended, and we signed on. We couldn't have made a better choice.
From the beginning, Jennifer and Laura pleasantly and professionally took charge, and things immediately started fallingin place. There was not a stone unturned to ensure that all challenges were anticipated and all details faultlessly handled. Because of unforseen circumstances, last-minute changes had to be made to all the printed pieces. These were accomplished quickly and the results were beautiful. There were similar "emergencies" that had to be dealt with at the ceremony, and Laura and her team made them immediately disappear.
Bottom line: We couldn't have had a more beautiful wedding and reception, and Pink Polka Dot ensured that turned out that way ...we couldn't have done it without them! -

We used Pink Polka Dot for both our Save The Dates and Our Invitations. Both came out beautifully - we got so many compliments, especially on the invitations. We had a few inserts in addition to the invitation, and had them wrapped with a satin ribbon. We went into the shop to pick out designs, and Maureen who helped us in the store was extremely savvy and fun to work with.
I want to leave an honest review, so here are the reasons it loses a star. A different employee assisted us with the majority of the design process, and they came out GREAT; however, we had some communication issues. For the Save The Date, I had to ask three times for the text to be regular sentence case instead of all upper case; she kept sending me the "revised" proofs, but they still contained mistakes. For the 1st draft of the invitations, the text was not what we had asked for, there were spelling errors, inconsistent titles ("Ms" in front of my name, but no "Mr" in front of my husband's name), and my husband's middle initial was incorrect. Once I pointed these out, all was resolved, but it just took some back and forth. Lastly, during the printing of the invitations, someone incorrectly merged our old address list with the new one and half a dozen of the new addresses failed to be updated; they were sent to the wrong locations. It wasn't so much an issue of the guests not knowing they were invited; it was that they didn't know the ceremony time, which they needed to know in order to book travel accordingly, they didn't know there was a brunch, so some of our guests booked flights too early and missed it, and (less important) they didn't get our registry information. As soon as I contacted the owner, Jennifer, she flew into action and remedied the issue. She reprinted and sent the revised invitations herself the next day and was extremely accommodating. It made up for the error, which was not on her part to begin with. Overall, we were VERY pleased with their services. -

Janelle is very accommodating! I got my reception stationary from her (table numbers, seating chart) and they were done EARLY! She was very helpful considering I had no idea how to go about the process and was professional the entire time! I would recommend her to anyone wanting any sort of wedding stationary! -
