Our August Wedding at Current was perfect. The guests raved about the food, the location, and the amazing service. I wish I could do it all over and I wouldn’t change a thing. I can’t recommend this venue enough.
The staff are phenomenal. We worked with Samantha, had Marlon as our Event Manager, and Smile as Bridal attendant. I can’t rave about them enough. Marlon is a true gem who made sure everything was perfect, he executed the timeline to perfection and is just an amazing human. Samantha was so kind, answering my questions throughout planning and really going above and beyond for us. Smile, my bridal attendant was so wonderful and helped with everything, including dress bustling. The service throughout the wedding was top notch.
The food is amazing. From cocktail hour to dinner service our guests absolutely loved it. The ceremony was beautiful with a backdrop of the river. And the cocktail hour gave everyone an opportunity to mingle both inside and on the terrace.
This was truly the perfect NYC venue. It offered everything we could ask for- stunning views, a beautiful interior, amazing professional service, meticulous planning, incredible food, and the best wedding we could have dreamed of. We are forever grateful.

We are so, so happy that we chose Current for our wedding! The venue was gorgeous with beautiful views, the food and drinks are incredible (seriously, we are *still* getting compliments from our guests), and the staff is top-notch. Our guests also loved the location, being in the heart of Chelsea.
From start to finish, the Pier 60 team made the process easy for us — Chynna was extremely accommodating and our event manager, Stephanie, was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. The actual wedding day went so smoothly thanks to the amazing staff. They were so on top of it, anticipating my every need and making the day run seamlessly, on-time, and stress-free. For the level of service and the quality of food, drinks, and experience, Pier 60/Current is a pretty unbeatable value — especially in NYC. -

We got married at the Lighthouse in September 2025, and had the absolute BEST experience! From the start of the process working with Chynna to secure a date, to the day of coordination with Katie and Chynna, we could not have asked for better support and professionalism. The day itself was flawless, from the food to the flow of the party. It was everything we wanted and more, and we would not have changed a thing! -

Throughout our entire wedding planning process, everyone at The Pier Sixty Collection was SOO helpful, specifically Samantha and Marlon! Any single question we had, any advice we needed, anything at all, they were always there to answer right away!! Our day was so magical and special and it was due to every single person at The Pier Sixty Collection!! There are not enough words in the English language to describe how special the Pier Sixty Collection – particularly The Lighthouse at Pier 61 – was for our wedding. We could not recommend it any higher!
From the moment we stepped foot in the location to view it, we knew it was the perfect place to get married and it lived up to (and exceeded) the reputation and expectation. The staff was extremely helpful with everything from getting the contract signed, answering questions and providing guidance. As you can imagine, there are a million questions, and the team was super responsive and experienced.
We really enjoyed that the venue had a dedicated list of experienced vendors. We chose all our vendors off the list, and it made the wedding planning process so much more straight forward. They were all experienced and intimate with the location, thus streamlining all conversations.
The tasting programing was truly a special night – they made it feel like a mini wedding. One of the best parts of the Pier Sixty Collection is the food and drink options. We were simply floored with the quality of the food and drinks. It is difficult to cook in large volumes, but the food tasted as if you were at a Michelin starred restaurant. A big hit with our guests.
The space itself is awe inspiring over the Hudson River. It is large, open and makes you feel welcomed. We got married at night under the city lights and it was spectacular. We did both the ceremony and reception at The Lighthouse and it was a perfect view.
We could not be more grateful to our venue planner, Katie Sparks. She started working with us two months prior to the wedding day. She was on top of everything from planning, to questions, to ensuring that the day went off without a hitch. Our sales rep, Chynna Hill, also stayed involved throughout the process and through the wedding. On the day of, we also were provided with a bridal attendant who was fantastic. The amount of event staff that puts together your event is amazing – it keeps the party moving and fun. The team is very special.
In summary, our experience was world-class from start to finish. Everything went so smoothly! It was a magical night.
If you have the opportunity to get married or have an event at The Lighthouse – please do it! -

I had two great experiences with The Pier Sixty Collection. Both my wedding at Current and my work’s holiday party at Pier Sixty. The events were both unforgettable, and the staff was truly outstanding. I had the pleasure of working with Marlon, who was our wedding coordinator and worked our holiday party and I can’t speak highly enough of him. He goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. Marlon does an incredible job of making sure guests are happy and the event flows seamlessly—he’s truly one of the best.
Secondarily, the food is amazing. Friends and family still talk about the food that was served at our wedding months later!
All in all, this is an amazing collection of venues with great staff and I hope to happily attend/host many more events here. -

We have nothing but glowing reviews for the entire team at Pier Sixty. From the initial steps with Gregg (and then Sam), to the final weeks of planning with Katie, we felt so comfortable and as stress free as possible. We looked at plenty of venues both in and around the tristate area, but it was a no-brainer where we should celebrate our marriage once we saw what the Current had to offer. The guests have been raving about the service, particularly the food, being amazing. Our bartenders were fabulous, and there were never any lines at the bars. The professionalism is unmatched. The entire team kept us on schedule and handled any issues (of which to my knowledge there were zero). They really prioritized myself and my now husband as being the guests of honor, and we never had to lift a finger or worry. Look no further! -

I could not have picked a more exquisite place to have my wedding. Current did an excellent job in decorating the venue from the lighting, to the service received in the bridal suite and the warm vibes and attentive service my guest and I received.
Everyone who attended had nothing but great things to say. It was well worth the money and time I spent organizing my wedding. Not to mention the staff were all very professional and catered to all my needs and requests. I could not have picked a better venue.
I would highly recommend Chelsea Piers for future events!

I got married at the Lighthouse on 10/1/2021 and truly can’t get over what an amazing experience it was!! It was my perfect day. I never dreamed I could get married such a place, and it still seems unreal. After look at venue all over the tri state areas including East Long Island, I decided I wanted a full service venue. From my very first point of contact with Pier Sixty, they have been the ultimate professionals. Superb communication, upfront & transparent about pricing, thorough, attention to detail. I have to mention how thoughtful and accommodating they were during COVID. We did not have to postpone our wedding, but when I was concerned I may have to, Gregg always reassured me that I shouldn’t stress and they would accommodate any changes that needed to be made. That really put me at ease. The tasting even for future couples was genius!! Working with Marlon as our event coordinator was perfect. He’s so personable, candid, thoughtful, & professional. He was a calming presence on the wedding day and took care of so many things behind the scenes. The food at our wedding was a true highlight!! The quality and quantity of food included in the “base price” is very impressive!! We heard from so many people this was the best food they every had at a wedding. That meant a lot to me! The service was outstanding. They don’t cut corners. The bars were well stocked & never had a long line. The Lighthouse is such a beautiful venue with the sunset ceremony and open windows for cocktail hour. It was so dreamy. All the little details of the night I just can’t get over!! Having our own mini cocktail hour in the bridal suite to allow us to eat prior to greeting our guests! The way the seamlessly transform the space through the night. The bridal attendant was amazing. The parting gift of little chocolates to our guests. All the little things leave a lasting impression. I could go on!!! Anyway, if you’re even remotely considering one of the Pier Sixty venues… don’t even think about it any longer!! It’s an iconic venue and we had so many guests excited to even have the opportunity to attend an event here. What a night!!! -

Best Venue and Best Staff & Service
Current is the best!!!!!!!! From my first meeting with Greg to our perfect wedding evening with Marlon, everything was perfect. Marlon was our day of coordinator and everyone needs to request to work with Marlon. We worked with Marlon closely for 6 weeks and he was beyond friendly, flexible, accommodating and tried to meet all our needs and requests. The day of he was there for every moment and question. Best food, service and venue! -

We had our June 2019 wedding at the Lighthouse and it could not have been a more beautiful day! The staff was helpful from beginning to end and all of our guests raved about the incredible food and amazing service! More than one person said that their glass was never empty and they couldn’t believe how nice and helpful the servers were. Every single thing that we ate that day was delicious, flavorful, and presented beautifully. The views were incredible and the event space was perfect. We are beyond happy with our wedding day at the Lighthouse and highly recommend the venue! -

Unbelievable, professional, five star!
This venue is everything you want it to be AND MORE! The venue itself is gorgeous, the food is phenomenal and the staff is five star. The venue and Madeline are the reason our wedding was so amazing. They handled everything perfectly and Madeline was so organized and professional. She made sure everything went smoothly and it definitely did. Thank you to all for an unforgettable event! -

Phenomenal Wedding/Experience at Stunning Venue
This venue is absolutely fantastic! I could not recommend it enough. Our wedding was this past weekend (May 18, 2019); everything ran smoothly and was perfect. The weather was beautiful, which only enhanced the already stunning venue. There are not very many venues like this in NYC and it truly is a gem. The food was delicious – our guests keep raving about it. We did go with a few enhancements (intermezzo, pretzel umbrella, snack cart) which I would definitely recommend since they were all a hit however, additional food is not necessary since they do give you plenty. I loved the option to have butlered desserts and so did our guests so everyone could stay out on the dance floor and have different options. The staff was wonderful! Everyone I encountered that night went above and beyond for us and added to the great experience. Our sales associate, Greg, and day-of coordinator, Rich, were magnificent. They both helped us create our perfect wedding celebration and were main drivers in our flawless and successful event. I am beyond happy with the outcome and it is worth every penny. -

The venue was beyond gorgeous and the staff was super accommodating, responsive, friendly and helpful. I asked a million questions in the beginning before I got connected with our venue coordinator and Samantha would always reply so quickly. Once we got our venue coordinator we met with him a bunch of times and he truly was on the ball and we knew we were in good hands. The only unexpected part was the call 2 days before the wedding to say our venue coordinator was no longer with the company and I was being assigned a new one. As one can imagine this is a heavy shock for a bride 48 hours before her big day but I put my faith is our newly assigned coordinator (who we met during the rehearsal) and I’m glad to share that she made everything work out perfectly. While I was somewhat nervous at the start, after meeting her I knew we were in good hands. She didn’t let anything slip through the cracks and she enabled us to have a smooth and relaxing evening while she took care of everything behind the scenes. -

Ah-Hyun Sent on 06/09/2018The entire Abigail Kirsch and The Lighthouse staff went above and beyond what we imagined. From the service, coordination, organization, set-up, menu, cuisine, drinks, and everything else, we were impressed by the planning leading up to the wedding day and execution on the wedding day. I will mention, they don't have your typical tasting, but they were willing to accommodate us to taste their food - schedule permitting. You will sit down with one of their seasoned professionals in putting together a menu that works for you. There are so many options that there's something for all couples.
Tanya, our wedding coordinator, was very helpful and responsive from the day we started coordinating two months before the wedding day. Tanya coordinated everything with our vendors and responded to their needs accordingly.
On the wedding day, Tanya was a maestro leading the orchestra. She solved all the small and major problems that arose, made our bridal party and family feel so welcomed and comfortable, and she did it all with ease - nothing fazed her.
The value for what you get at Abigail Kirsch and The Lighthouse is amazing. The venue is beautiful at sunset and night. The food is delicious and there's so much of it! From cocktail hour to the butler-passed desserts, everything was flavorful and well-executed. Our guests keep mentioning that it is the best food they've had in a long time. The service was impeccable and we always had someone attending to us and our guests.
Overall, we could not have had a better experience. Tanya, Abigail Kirsch, and The Lighthouse made our dream wedding come true. -

Janna Sent on 01/05/2015The Lighthouse is an utterly spectacular venue. The view alone is worth it, but then you add in the exceptional service and delicious food, it makes it a simply magical experience.
We were married at The Lighthouse in April, and as soon as we walked in we knew it was the venue for us. The place is absolutely gorgeous - with hardwood floors and floor to ceiling windows looking out at the water. The staff was always incredibly helpful and kind. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect leading up to and on the day of our wedding. Bob managed every aspect of our day, and he did not skip a beat.
I couldn't imagine having our wedding anywhere else. The ambiance and the food were extremely important to us, and they were perfect on both counts. I can't even begin to describe how breathtaking the view is. I would highly recommend The Lighthouse to anyone. -

Due to mobility issues for several family members, we needed an "all-in-one" venue for our daughter's wedding that could stage the ceremony (with a large chuppah), reception and dinner/dancing. Imagine our delight when we came across The Lighthouse at Chelsea Piers! They did a magnificent job working collaboratively with us in the lead up to the wedding, and the execution of the wedding itself was perfection. Every guest commented on the delicious cuisine (a rarity at weddings) and the impeccable service. Brian Wellman, our event manager, was lovely to work with and so patient with the anxious bridal family. -

The guests are still raving about the food. I had my cake done by an outside vendor. My family is from the South and are very picky about red velvet . My event planer was perfect, professional , knowledgeable and flexible. He worked well with my wedding planner and my mother. My only complaint is that the day went too fast. I'll definitely will hold future events at this venue. -

The venue itself is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views, phenomenal food, and an exceptionally well-organized staff. The sales and planning teams were fantastic to work with, going above and beyond to cover every detail.
However, there were some significant shortcomings with the bridal attendant and family attendant. Both were frequently missing throughout the night, leaving me unsure of their whereabouts. Despite informing my bridal attendant about my fainting disorder and the need for her to stay nearby, she was often nowhere to be found. This was incredibly disappointing and surprising, given the venue's professionalism in every other aspect.
Overall, I absolutely loved the venue and would still recommend it. Just be sure to communicate your expectations clearly regarding bridal and family attendants to avoid similar issues
