I've had the pleasure of knowing Marsha for the past two years and over those past two years, she has photographed my graduation photos, engagement photos, and most recently my wedding! I can't recommend her enough. Her work is absolutely stunning! Marsha goes above and beyond to make sure her client's voices are heard and visions come true. She was extremely helpful during my wedding planning process and always assisted where assistance was needed. After our wedding, our bridal party told us how much fun they had taking pictures and we have Marsha to thank for that. I HIGHLY recommend her and will be using her for all my future photography needs! -

Absolutely amazing!
First off, I am a year late. But better late than never! Marsha was absolutely amazing, she made our wedding day and the process leading up to our wedding day go by so smooth. She was always patient and willing to lend a helping hand. Despite my many questions she never made me feel like a nuisance. My entire family completely adores her! She went above and beyond to make sure our big day was special. She was also our maternity photographer, family pics are next on the list! I still came back to leave a review an entire year later, so that must mean something! If you are looking for an amazing, thoughtful, and patient photographer…look no further! She is worth EVERY penny she charges and MORE! Thank you Marsha, you are the absolute best! -

Marsha did our engagement photos and our wedding, she truly does shoot with her heart. I am beyond grateful for her, her work and the passion she has for photography. She went above and beyond what I could have ever imagined for our engagement and wedding photos. She made us feel like we were the only couple she had for the year, and was there for me when I asked any questions, even if it was non-photo related. She has so much knowledge and creativity, sessions with Marsha are an absolute dream. One of my top priorities for our wedding was an amazing photographer, and we chose the perfect one! I recommend her to all my family and friends and will for sure be using her for family photos in the future -

The BEST photographer to capture your moments!
As you may know, 2020 has been a rollercoaster of a year. However, Marsha has stuck with Mike and I the entire way through postponements, cancellations, and an eventual elopement. Through this entire process, Marsha has become a dear friend. She exudes positivity, compassion, and understanding. She beautifully captured our elopement ceremony at Yosemite National Park, and we will be forever grateful for the memories she captured. Her talent for photography is incredible and unmatched. She sees the beauty in moments, and I'm always amazed at how she perfectly captures the emotions through a photo. I would highly recommend Marsha for any type of photography session. Marsha has given us the BEST wedding gift we could ever receive. She has given us the most gorgeous images that we will have for a lifetime. We cannot express our gratitude enough for the joy and happiness these images bring us! Marsha was so much more than a photographer to us! I knew from day one that she was IT !! From our very first conversation I could feel her warmth and genuine kindness shining through even the phone. We've had the pleasure of working with her for our engagement session, family & pups session, and now our wedding. Each time she has shown up with her professionalism and knowledge on how to get the most amazing shots. But her warmth and calm demeanor are what made us so comfortable and able to relax enough in our sessions! She has walked through every step of our wedding journey with us. Being a COVID bride had its heartbreaks. Marsha was there for every moment, always offering her encouragement and a positive spin on the situation. Her professional reputation, provides her with invaluable connections in the industry. She helped me book several more of my vendors. Beautiful photos✨💕
Marsha works magic when she takes your pictures!✨ My fiancé and I felt very comfortable and had a lot of fun during our engagement shoot. Marsha was very sweet and had a lot of ideas throughout the shoot that made very beautiful photos. It was our first time having professional pictures done as a couple and it was beyond a perfect experience! She also got our photos back to us very fast! Comfortable and confident
Marsha is phenomenal! Roy and I had such a great time during our engagement session. We are both very shy when it comes to getting our pictures taken, especially if we have to "pose", but Marsha made us feel comfortable and confident! She was also very accommodating; we had to reschedule twice. Also, I didn't have to bug her for our pictures because she had them ready, without having to ask! Overall, our pictures and our experience were great, and I can't wait for her to shoot our wedding pictures! -

Marsha Walker @ Phptege shot my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding and I have nothing but high praise for every interaction we had with her from our first phone call to the wedding reception to receiving her finished photos. She was very reliable, extremely easy to work with, excellent to communicate with, and we could not been happier with how all the wedding day photos turned out. We loved Marsha’s creativity with some of the shots that perfectly captured the bride & groom's unique personalities. Both family & the bridal party commented on how wonderful Marsha (and her 2nd photo shooter) were but most importantly, Marsha’s relaxed & friendly personality helped the normally “camera-shy” bride & groom feel so comfortable that she was able to capture every posed and candid moment perfectly. We were thrilled when we quickly received many of the unedited pictures right after the wedding and all of the wedding photos were shared with us in an extremely timely manner. Marsha Walker (The Photege) is an amazing photographer and awesome person. She just shot mine and my husband's wedding almost 2 weeks ago and she really killed it! We filled out a questionnaire before the wedding and were able to tell her any specific photos we wanted for our big day or any things that she should know before the wedding day. She was great at delegating my huge family for portraits and very helpful when my husband and I had no idea what we were doing in front of the camera. There was not a moment that she didn't get and I'm super grateful for all the photos she captured. Also, her editing is amazing and we got the photos super quick! I would definitely recommend Marsha and her entire team! -

Amazing Photographer
Marsha was not only an amazing photographer and captured the best photos but she is also so easy to get along with. This helped my husband and I feel totally comfortable and allowed us to be ourselves in front of the camera. She also captured so many beautiful moments I didn’t get to see or remembered from our wedding and to me that was amazing because it allowed us to relive the moment. -

Everyone hire her!
After going through friends of friends who were in photography and the timing or pricing did not work out, I started going through wedding wire and found Marsha. Little did I know, she was the one I was waiting for all along! I didn't even know that I needed someone like her at my wedding. She was such a breeze to work with and even came up with a detailed timeline of events that would help incorporate the "magic hour" so that we could utilize our time wisely all while still keeping things on track on our day. She even anticipated all the things that I didn't even know we needed. All the sneak peeks came out way better than expected and such a fast turn around too! Can't wait to see the rest of the pics. -

My fiance and I looked tirelessness for a photographer that we felt was right for our budget and for the style we wanted.
We emailed dozens of local photographers and created a spreadsheet to compare them all. Off the bat, Marsha emailed us back excited to be an option for our wedding. Out of all the photographers we contacted, she was the only one that reached out with questions about us. No only did she reply quickly to our request, she also made an effort to get to know us.
We scheduled a phone call with Marsha, which lasted over an hour. While we spoke on the phone and had our questions answers, my fiance and I immediately knew that she would be the best photographer to capture our day. Marsha has many years of experience and seems to be able to connect with everyone she comes in contact with.
We know that we made the right choice, and we are excited for Marsha to shoot our wedding. -

Marsha is amazing!!
The photographer was the biggest choice that I made for our wedding,other than the venue. I had met with other people before I met Marsha. Once I met her, I knew she was the one for us. She was so inviting and calm. Her work is amazing and it was exactly what I love. She took her time with us showing as many pictures as we wanted. Marsha would even take the time to meet with me to go over clothing options. She would respond to my text and calls all the time. I felt like I had too many questions but she didn't mind. She made us feel calm when it was time to take pictures. We would play music and it was great! When it came to the wedding day, seeing her made me relax. She was like another friend/family member there with us. She really builds that relationship with you. Our pictures are wonderful and I look at them everyday. I cannot wait to work with her again in the future.

Absolutely Perfect!!
It was an absolute privilege to have Marsha as our wedding photographer. We've had the honor having Marsha shoot for us on three different occasions, and she captured the best days of our lives perfectly.
I was in a search of a photographer in Bakersfield(a city that I wasn't familiar with), in hopes that they could secretly capture the moment I proposed to my then girlfriend Lupe. After speaking with Marsha on the phone, I knew I was making the right choice.
From the very beginning, she took the time to listen to my ideas, and with her added creativity, she helped me make my vision a reality.
For our engagement shoot, Marsha really demonstrated her creativity and used the urban downtown Fresno area as our backdrop. Every shot and every post was absolutely perfect.
Marsha topped it off with our wedding. We can honestly say they there isn't photo that we didn't like. Every single one was absolutely beautiful. Not only are the moments she captured beautifully, but the lighting and clarity in every single photo are perfect. Marsha is a true professional. It is easy to see that Marsha loves what she does. She brings creative ideas and a lot of experience to the table.
