I had my wedding here on 9.9.23, and, the venue space is beautiful!!!! Mr. Frank and Mrs. Barbara made us feel like we were family. They were so attentive to our needs and wants. I hardly needed to buy any decorations because they had EVERYTHING!!! I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone who's looking to get married soon!

My husband and I got married this past weekend, Oct 2, and it was the best day of our lives. We largely owe that to our wonderful reception venue. We got engaged right before the pandemic and really struggled with the idea of if/when we could have a wedding and from the beginning Frank and Barbara were absolutely wonderful! They answered any questions we had and were always available to help with anything we needed! I can’t even begin to describe how beautiful the venue was. There was so much space, we never had to worry about Covid. All of our guests could not stop talking about the venue, and specifically cocktail hour. They loved the scenery! All-in-all, I couldn’t imagine our wedding day anywhere else. Frank and Barbara are the absolute best!

Our wedding this pasted weekend 5/22/21 was absolutely everything I ever imagined an more!!! The Peter Allen house is the most amazing venue with the two best owners around! Frank and Barb were the absolute best!!! I recommend this place for any event but especially a wedding! It was magical from the moment I arrived at 8am until my groom an I left the next morning!!! The honeymoon cottage is the icing on the cake!!! Frank and Barb treat everyone just like family and the entire planning process was stress free!!!! Again thank you to them an the Peter Allen House for making my childhood fancy wedding becoming a reality!!!! Its stunning

Beautiful setting for our wedding reception! Frank and Barbara were absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. COVID threw us many curve balls, but they were flexible and accommodating every step of the way. I highly recommend this venue for any occasion.

If you've stumbled upon The Peter Allen House as a potential wedding venue, then look no further because this is the BEST PLACE TO GET MARRIED!! The picturesque gardens surrounding the beautiful house make for a perfect backdrop for your day if you're looking for something different from the typical barn wedding. The tents on site are well maintained and gorgeous inside. The old house on the property is perfect for getting ready and has so much charm, it's fantastic! To top it all off, the owners of the venue, Frank and Barb, are what really sold us on this place. They're super laid back and personable, the perfect duo I would say. They will do anything and everything to make sure your day is exactly what you imagined!!! Again, can't recommend this place enough! Can't wait to come back and visit :)

We were wed at the magnificent Peter Allen house on August 24th! It was the most magnificent venue! Our hosts, Barbara and Frank Pinto assisted us with many details and were go gracious!
The beauty of the property is amazing! We would give many more stars if possible!

It is hard to describe the beauty of the Peter Allen House. No picture describes the feelings and atmosphere that you experience entering this fantastic venue. I fell in love with it from the first sight.
Frank and Barbara are amazing people. They have a real love story! And what is the most important is that they care about each wedding, they know all the details of each case! We are so grateful for all the whatnots they let us use for our decoration. There is almost everything you need and even more! And they let you use it for no extra $.
The price is affordable. For this service and everything that Frank and Barbara provide it is really value for money!
Our first night afret wedding we spent in honeymoon cottage which is also on the territory of Peter Allen House. It is unforgettable!

The actual grounds of the Peter Allen House are absolutely stunning. The venue is in pristine condition and is truly a wonderful place to have a wedding. I got married there on September of this year and I couldn't have asked for a more picture perfect day. Even more impressive than the venue are the owners of the property, Frank and Barbra. They instantly take you in and make you feel like family. They have warm personalities and really know how to make you and your family feel at ease over the last minute planning craziness. They did everything in their power to make my husband and I feel special. If you're getting married, put the Peter Allen House at the top of your list! Once you visit you'll fall in love with everything about it!

We ABSOLUTELY LOVED working with Frank and Barbara!! They were so accommodating and responsive! And the day of, they were such an amazing help with making sure our vision became reality! Frank even came out onto the dance floor for a bit the night of! Our wedding was absolutely perfect, a real dream come true, and we have Frank and Barbara to thank for that. I would definitely recommend to everyone!!

Words cannot express how thankful I am to have had Barbara and Frank Pinto host the best day of my life! Firstly, the Peter Allen House is incredibly beautiful; we received countless compliments from our guests about this venue. Ian and I had our ceremony on the property overlooking the mountains, followed by a cocktail hour and reception on the surrounding grounds! We not only had a blast on our wedding day, but also during the planning process with Frank and Barb! The two are so patient, HILARIOUS, and accommodating; they always let us visit the property when planning, and borrow their decorations which was incredibly generous! They made us feel like family! We felt so at ease as our big day approached. The landscaping and abundant flowers are stunning, which made for gorgeous pictures! I feel so fortunate to have found the Peter Allen House for our wedding; Frank and Barbara acted as wedding planners on the day and kept everything moving along and organized. I truly could not ask for anything more. The historic house and grounds were a dream come true!!! I told them that if someone were to give me one million dollars to spend on a dream wedding, I would still choose the Peter Allen House over and over again!

Frank and Barbara are wonderful people to work with to make your special day exactly what you want. There are so many ceremony location options! We loved the Rolls Royce, the beautiful scenery, and working with these two owners. You won't be disappointed if you choose The Peter Allen House. You are sure to have the wedding of your dreams!

Frank and Barbara were so wonderful to work with. The day, weather wise, didn't turn out like we had hoped, but we had a wonderful time and beautiful wedding. It will certainly be a memorable day and they helped make it go smoothly. They were right there and ready to help with whatever was needed. Words cannot possible describe how perfect our wedding day was at The Peter Allen House. From the moment we walked onto the property, we knew there was no where else that could so perfectly capture our wedding dreams. It is the perfect mix of backyard comfort and beauty, with meticulously maintained gardens and old world charm. Barbara and Frank are BEYOND amazing with their infinite wisdom and knowledge of all things wedding. They made our planning effortless and our day seamless. The grounds serve as a background for amazing pictures and our guests loved exploring the beautiful property as well as the truly historic house. My husband and I wish we could get married at The Peter Allen House every weekend and will truly never forget our best day ever!!

I cannot express how wonderful The Peter Allen House is! My husband and I were married last month there and it was nothing short of amazing. I truly mean that! We looked at quite a few venues but when we stepped onto the property at the PAH, there was no looking back. Everything, from the house to the grounds, was beautiful. And the property isn't even the best part of the venue...the owners are. Frank&Barbara were so welcoming and helpful throughout the entire wedding planning and wedding day process. We cannot thank them enough for everything they did. I highly recommend this venue!!

My husband and I got married 10-15-16 and this venue was absolutely perfect!!! We highly recommend it. Everything about it was amazing. Our day was beyond perfect and one year later I can’t stop smiling.

My husband and I recently held our wedding reception at Peter Allen House. The owners are wonderful to work with and very accommodating to helping you achieve the wedding of your dreams. They worked with us to find a way to accomplish everything we requested. The owners also recently made some upgrades making the gardens even more beautiful. Unfortunately, it rained quite a bit on our wedding day, but once you were in the tent you couldn't even tell.

My husband and I were recently married at the Peter Allen House we could not have been happier with the whole event! Truly memorable! I spent months researching venues...some were too expensive, others too restrictive regarding music and alcohol, and still more too isolated for our out-of-town guests. When I stumbled across the Peter Allen house, I was certain that the costs would be outside our budget, particularly since they work exclusively with C&J Catering. Instead, not only could we afford this amazing venue but we also got to work with a catering company providing a whole range of services at an excellent value. What makes the Peter Allen House really exceptional for a wedding are all the different spaces on the property. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are spread apart enough so that guests move around throughout the evening and aren't crammed into one space for a long period of time. The grounds themselves are beautiful, with plenty of wildflowers and a small pond. You can tell that the owners, Frank and Barbara, take great care of the property. They are so sweet and were a huge help during the rehearsal and the day of the wedding. In addition to the grounds, the house itself is beautiful and is freely open to the guests during the evening. We also used the house throughout the day to get ready, making it a lot easier than getting ready off site. Everything about the venue enhanced the whole evening and we are still hearing from guests who absolutely loved the venue!

Most beautiful venue ever, most amazing owners ever. We cannot rave enough about how beautiful and perfect a venue this is. You get a gorgeous Victorian-style home with multiple bedrooms for getting ready in (men get a separate side/suite to keep the guys and girls apart) which is also air-conditioned. First floor dining room for dessert table and kitchen for coffee, gorgeous outdoor gazebo for the bar during cocktail hour, a tent for the reception (2 different sizes based on the size of your guest list) with a back-up tent in case of rain, 3 different locations to choose from for your ceremony, newly paved and white-light lit paver path, tons of lawn space... I could go on. One of the best features of this venue, however, is the owners, Frank and Barbara. They are wonderful, beautiful people who will get to know you by name early on and remember details about you. They call you and chat away, they'll engage with your guests during the wedding, they'll dress up and look wonderful and be present during the wedding, they'll call and make arrangements if you forget anything after the wedding. Most touchingly for us, when my husband's brother was murdered the night of our wedding, Frank and Barbara came to the funeral home visitation. Their presence and hugs were priceless. We will remember them forever.

I possibly can't say enough great things about this venue!! It was just beautiful! It's the type of venue that each bride can make it look unique in their own way, but still have the beautiful scenery, landscaping, and work with two of the most wonderful owners! Frank and Barb were absolutely wonderful. They went above and beyond making it a perfect setting and day. I would not have changed one thing about it. We had 250 guests and not once did it feel overcrowded or confined to an area. The lawns were as green as can be (perfect for yard games/smore bar), the house is open for touring and beautiful new pavers set with tables and benches for your guests to relax and enjoy cocktail hour or take a break from their dancing feet!! We loved it all!! I would recommend this venue to any bride and groom looking for the best night of their life!!

My husband and I got married at Peter Allen House on 5/21/16 and it was better than we ever could have imagined! Barbara and Frank were wonderful to deal with and Frank really went above and beyond to make sure things went smooth and I was not worried about the rain. It may have rained on our wedding day but we still had the most amazing wedding and still got to enjoy the beautiful grounds! I would absolutely recommend anyone to Peter Allen for their wedding! Just beautiful!

Harrisburg's Best Wedding Venue by far! Such a beautiful and rustic place to have a wedding ceremony and reception. Frank and Barbara are a pleasure to work with and did everything possible to make our wedding the most perfect and memorable day of our lives! The Peter Allen House is a wonderful venue, and we highly recommend reserving the mansion for your wedding!

I would highly recommend getting married at the Peter Allen House! Frank and Barbara did everything in their power to make sure that our wedding day was special. They allowed us to change the ceremony site last minute to move it out of the sun, and also allowed us to drop off and clean anything up whenever we wanted! This flexibility made our day so much more enjoyable and less stressful.
