~Amazing, Memorable & Stress Free~

Words cannot express my gratitude for Michele Robb and the amazing team at The Perfect Fairytale. I’ve known Michele since grade school and always knew she was going to be a fun and successful boss babe. Not only has she created a fun and successful company but her team at The Perfect Fairytale is creative, professional, and makes everything stress free!

The day of the wedding was the best day of our lives and it wouldn’t have happened if it wasn’t for Michele. She made our wedding dreams come true! It was the PERFECT wedding and it's all because of her.

I came to Michele with a simple idea and her and her team worked their magic and brought it to life. If you think you don't need a wedding planner/day of coordinator, think again and if you think you can go with just any one think again!

Michele is a top-notch planner and I am incredibly lucky to have had her help. She always made me feel as though she had everything 100% under control. Trust me, you want this in a planner! It's like she was reading my Husband Kyle and my minds!

I loved everything she came up with and her calm and easy going vibe really helped relax us through the entire journey. She respected our input and added her special designer eye to our ideas. The day of the wedding ran so smoothly. Everything, every person, every moment...

Amazing!

I am so thankful I found Perfect fairytale. Words cannot describe how amazing they are! They allowed everyone including myself to feel excited and not stressed at all about the wedding. They had everything under control and are all very professional. I can truly say our wedding was amazing because of thier help. Michele was always checking in with me and is extremely organized. Their communication and professionalism was the best I have ever seen. They truly care about their clients. The perfect fairytale made sure everything was perfect and ready to go when the time came and always was there when I needed.

Above and Beyond

This is a long overdue review for one of our absolute favorite vendors making up our wedding dream team. We met Michele at a Bridal event at the Tustin Golf Course. After our initial meeting, my fiance and I knew we didn't need to interview anyone else. We went with Michele's Day-of Coordination package instead of one of the more intense planning packages. This means we wouldn't start meeting again until 1 month before the wedding, which was still a year away! During that time, Michele still gave me a welcome package with a timeline, recommended vendors, and tips to help me stay organized. She was also available by email if I had any questions regarding any vendors I was debating on booking.

Fast forward to 1 month before the wedding, and our first meeting was so productive already. She patiently listened to all the details, and visualized what we wanted and what still had to be done. She asked for all the contracts of the vendors that I had already booked, and started reviewing within the week. She emailed all our vendors we had booked already to introduce herself and asked questions I didn't even remember to ask. Mistakenly, we had assumed napkins were included in our catering contract, and Michele caught it right away while reading the contract! We are so grateful to have met Michele. Rarely do someone truly exceed expectations, and go above and beyond what is asked of them. One frustration I had planning was 2 vendors who constantly promised they would get back to me that night, or that weekend with some details I needed, and would forget all about us. Michele would apologize on their behalf, which wasn't necessary since it wasn't her fault, but she made us feel so calm and sane despite the last minute frustrations.

The day before and the day of the wedding was when Michele and her team really shined. She brought some assistants and together, they kept everything in check. Our wedding was outdoors and that day, Mother Nature decided some crazy winds was needed to top off our wedding. This caused delays with our table and flower setup but I still didn't fret, I trusted Michele and her team to make the necessary changes so that it would still be a beautiful event. I can go on and on about all the amazing details how Michele and her team made our day "the perfect fairytale." If we could do it all over again, we would probably have upgraded to the 6 months planning package because that was how much trust and confidence we gained in her ability to execute our beautiful wedding.

Newly engaged friends always ask what is the most important wedding tip we can provide, and we always say to book a wedding planner or at least a day-of coordinator! Your wedding day go by so fast that you have to trust someone else to do the things the bride and groom shouldn't worry about, such as gratuity to your vendors at the end of the night, staying late to make sure rentals get picked up the same night, etc. It truly was the perfect fairytale, thanks to Michele and her amazing team.

It is hard to find the words to adequately express how incredible Michele and her team are. Working with Michele leading up to our wedding made everything so enjoyable and easy, we were able to just relax and spend time with our families the week before the wedding knowing that Michele was taking care of all the last minute details. From the very beginning Michele was the epitome of professionalism and truly just a joy to work with. She was always there to answer questions about the tiniest details that may have otherwise been overlooked. If we felt overwhelmed, she was there to help calm us down, when there was a hiccup along the way, as there inevitably is, Michele was the one to come up with a plan and execute it to perfection. We are eternally grateful to Michele for helping us plan the most perfect and wonderful day of our lives!!! We cannot recommend her highly enough!

I was introduced to Michele and Joanna at The Perfect Fairytale, just a little over a year ago. Our wedding was back in April 2017, at the Mission Inn in Riverside, and without Michele and Joanna as our Wedding Coordinators, our wedding would not have been the most romantic, perfect, and memorable day that it was. I was the cliché bride that had the various notebooks of Wedding Plans that I had had in my head since I was 5 and playing with Barbies. Michele and Joanna took my Color-Coded ideas, hopes, dreams and did not laugh. They took them and made the realty. They made sense of each and every minute detail down to the need for Eyelash Glue for our Fake Eyelashes to Needle and Thread for any misfortune in attire. The created not just a wedding for Cody and I, but a Perfect Fairytale for Cody and I. Looking back on my wedding, I would not have changed a thing. I would recommend any engaged couple to seek out The Perfect Fairytale. You will NOT be disappointed. I guarantee it. I not only had them as my Wedding Coordinators, but they became special friends. So, what are you waiting for, pick up the phone or shoot them an email. You will be completely impressed.

Michele and her team helped me have the best day of my life!
After hiring a "day of" wedding planner that I was unfamiliar with, I quickly began to notice red flags with the planner's knowledge and sense of preparedness surrounding my large wedding. Although my wedding was just a few months away, I listened to my gut and decided to look for someone else.
My uncle referred me to Michele and her team and assured me she was the best person for me. I decided to meet with her in person and by the end of our meeting, I knew I found my girl.
Our wedding required 2 locations, city permits for tenting the reception, correspondence with 2 different caterers, a friend run beer and wine bar, and not to mention..250 guests.
Michele respected our low budget, never pushed us to do anything we weren't comfortable with, met with myself in person on several occasions, came to the site with me, had information and phone numbers for everyone involved in our wedding day, and kept me up to date with any changes or challenges we might have faced along the way. This woman truly thought of EVERYTHING.
Without the help and service of Michele and her epic team, I would have been a stressed out and overwhelmed bride. I honestly dreaded planning the wedding until she came into my life and now I can confidentially say I felt empowered by the process thanks to her! If you are going to invest in your wedding day, start with a quality planner and you'll quickly feel the weight lifted off your shoulders. Thanks to The Perfect Fairytale, my wedding day was better than I could have ever imagined.

I don’t know what I would have done if it wasn’t for Michele and her team at The Perfect Fairytale. Working with Michele was the best decision I could’ve made for my husband and myself because she took so much stress out of planning the wedding. She is hands down the most organized, professional and qualified planner and I was lucky to have found her. On the day of our wedding, Michele and her team did an excellent job at managing where my husband and I, our bridal party and our guests needed to be at all times. I’m sure issues were arising throughout the day, but I would never know because Michele took care of it all. If you’re looking at hiring a planner to help you with the hundreds of decisions you’ll be needing to make as you plan your wedding, or searching for a planner who is extremely reliable and detail oriented, look no further.

If I could given them more stars, I absolutely would.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Michele, Joanna and the whole team. Michele clearly knows what she is doing, the whole operation ran absolutely seamlessly. From our first intro meeting to the questions during our first planning meeting, you can totally tell she and the team have been doing this awhile and have tons of experience.

Now, Joanna. Joanna was the planner for our day and she is just amazing. She is kind, thoughtful, professional, and absolutely takes care of business. When we had a problem with one of our other vendors, Joanna helped guide us in the decision of what to do, and reached out to discuss the problem with the company themselves. The month before our wedding (when you're starting to get totally stressed and overwhelmed), we had our first planning meeting with Joanna (via FaceTime because we live on the East Coast) and immediately I could feel a weight lifted off. She asked questions I didn't even think about considering; every possible base was covered. The day of, she took care of absolutely ever detail; and our wedding was complicated! Three food vendors + appetizers + desserts, DJ, hair, makeup, photos, videos, all the vendors loved her and all our guests had an awesome time.

Hiring The Perfect Fairytale was about the best decision we made for the whole wedding and I really can't say enough great things about them.

So glad that we hired TPF to coordinate our wedding day. My friends & family didnt have to worry about a thing. Thier team takes care of everything for you from coordinating the processional to gathering up your wedding gifts. There are not enough complimentary words this Mother-of-the-Bride could have for Michele, Joanna, Audrey, and The Perfect Fairytale Team. We had a large, lovely wedding about a week ago. About 4 months before the wedding the bride and I decided we needed a wedding planner to help us keep all the details in order. Plus, I really wanted to enjoy my daughter’s wedding instead of worrying about these details. Then we found Michele, Joanna, and their whole team. To be honest, they’re lifesavers! We had several comprehensive meetings and a visit to our wedding venue. Throughout the whole experience these girls were organized, professional, compassionate, and amazing. There is not one doubt in my mind that the ceremony and reception was as important to this team as it was to us. We had several unusual requests that were important to us, and Michele, Joanna, and Audrey made sure every single request was met. On the morning of the wedding, they arrived and took charge without becoming intrusive. The ceremony was magical. The reception was enchanting, organized, and flawless. Every single person who came into contact with them was impressed from start to finish. The name “The Perfect Fairytale” is appropriate. They took my daughter and new son-in-law’s vision and turned it into the perfect fairytale wedding and reception.
These women are powerful, positive role models for any female. The proved you can be a female business owner or employee never miss a beat- (even if one of them is half way through a pregnancy!) The whole Perfect Fairytale team arrived dressed professionally, walkie-talkie in one hand, cell phone and clip board in the other. As they kept track of our many vendors and kept them on schedule. They spoke with kindness, but with complete authority. They meant business and they stuck to it. As the mother of three daughters, I appreciated that beyond words.

Michele was amazing and she is so sweet and thoughtful! Hiring her as my wedding planner was the best decision I made. I don't know how many times I had people tell me that I seemed so relaxed and not stressed during the planning process. I fully credit Michele for that. She helped me find the perfect photographer and videographer too. She has no problem finding you the best prices and negotiating any of your requests. Even if you have a problem with a vendor, she has your back! I highly recommend The Perfect Fairytale- you won't regret it for sure!

I highly recommend, Michele! We hired Michele for her day/month of package and she definitely exceeded our expectations! She was so helpful when it came to coordinating vendors for the big day and making everything run very smoothly at the wedding. I originally had not planned on hiring a planner for my wedding but I am so glad that I did! And I could not have been more satisfied with the job that Michele and her team did. She offers 3 different packages and I went with the middle one. I had a few vendors already set but there was still so much left to do! I never had a problem getting in contact with her. Michele and Joanna were always quick to respond and coordinated everything with my venue and vendors. I trusted their judgment and asked for their opinion quite a bit. Their style and aesthetics are impeccable and it's always in tune with what the bride and groom's styles are. They take the time to get to know the couple and it shows in their recommendations. The day of I was constantly running to them for help, they styled our photos, favors, and signage. I imagine there was great communication between Michele, our photographers, the DJ and the venue staff because everything was timed perfectly and things ran smoothly. I had a wonderful wedding and it's because I had nothing to worry about that day. Love these gals! They did an amazing job!

Michelle did an amazing job at our April wedding at the Mission Inn Hotel and Spa!! She was detailed oriented, helpful, organized and professional. Moreover, she handled every aspect with calm and grace. Hiring Michele and the Perfect Fairytale to be our day of wedding coordinator was hands down the best decision we made. From the very start she was responsive and organized - two qualities that are a must when you are putting your wedding day into someone else hands. Not only did she make sure every vendor was on point but she helped deal with a huge crisis leading up to our wedding. We found out last minute that the roads around our venue were to be shut down meaning that no vendors or guests would be able to drive up to the venue (huge problem!). She coordinated with everyone and made sure all my vendors had special passes allowing them through and communicated alternative plans to all of our guests. The actual wedding day I didn't have to worry about a thing. Michele and her team took care of everything. She was the biggest blessing <3

Michele and her team at The Perfect Fairytale surpassed our expectations by far. We needed to plan our wedding in 5 short months and Michele made everything happen exactly the way we wanted it to. I am a very meticulous and picky bride, so all the details mattered to me. Michele was so accommodating with meetings (she drove out to me several times), very fast in responding to my emails/texts, and just made me feel so comfortable with the wedding process. When I needed her honest opinions, she let me know what she thought. We got married at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills, and we can say with confidence that our wedding day would not have been the perfect day it was without The Perfect Fairytale. Michele of The Perfect Fairytale is an organized and stylish planner who is on top of it all! I have worked with her on several occasions it never ceases to amazing me how good she is at her job! She has binders, checklists, and file folders perfectly made for each and every client to ensure that no detail goes overlooked and that she keep everything in one place. She is excellent at communicating with the clients and makes sure that they are expressing themselves fully so that she can deliver an event beyond their expectations. She offers package that range from partial to full planning and she will find a way to accommodate all her clients when needed. On the day of the events, everything flows flawlessly. We worked with Lexi as our day-of wedding coordinator, and she was absolutely fantastic! First, don't let the "day-of" package mislead you, when they say that they're involved for the whole month leading up, they are not kidding. It was an enormous weight off our shoulders to be able to hand off all the final arrangement and coordination, which would have been a surprisingly toilsome process otherwise. Also, Lexi offered us a lot of great advice as we finalized various things on our side and, more importantly, when one vendor was less than agreeable. Come our wedding day, Lexi and her two assistants managed to keep everything running smoothly despite a thankfully short-lived torrential downpour 15-minutes before the start of our outdoor wedding. At no point during our wedding did we think or have to think about whether anything needed to be done beyond celebrating. At the same time, Lexi perfectly balanced making certain decisions without asking us and quickly checking in with us on matters that we would have wanted to have a say. We really couldn't have asked for a better coordinator than Lexi!

We absolutely loved working with Lexi and The Perfect Fairytale! She and Michelle both met with us for our early meetings, and they were very receptive to our vision for our day. When I had concerns about some venue specifics, Lexi made herself available for an extra meeting to reassure me and make sure all the details were taken care of. She was responsive (and patient when I wasn't), efficient and professional in following up with vendors, and meticulous in keeping track of lots of moving parts. I was able to enjoy my morning with my mother and bridesmaids because I knew everything was in good hands. I used the Perfect Fairytale for my downtown Roanoke wedding in July of 2015 and could not be more pleased with their services. Out of every service and vendor we used, the Perfect Fairtyale was by far the best thing we could have ever done. I had the task of planning a wedding from a different state so I knew needed a planner! Lexi and Michelle took care of every detail I could have imagined and even details I didn't even know was happening behind the scenes. Lexi was so professional and organized but also was so warm and approachable. I knew I could be honest with her and tell her exactly what I wanted and she would make that come true. She took all the daunting tasks and details brides have to worry about completely off my plate so I could actually enjoy the process. On the day of our wedding, I didn't have to think about anything else because I knew everything was taken care of. I was genuinely so sad to say goodbye to her after my wedding because of how amazing she was. I can't say enough great things about Michele and Lexi and would 100% recommend them!

The Perfect Fairytale was the most perfect company for planning our wedding. There were different options to choose from. Michele was very thorough throughout the entire process. She sat down with us and told us exactly what she would do as far as her part went. Then she had a rough draft available for us to look at and see if there would be any changes that were needed. Then we went over the final draft and added any last minute changes. She is a wonderful person to have plan a wedding, and I would not change it for minute. Thanks Michele!!!

As I faced planning my wedding out of state and leaving much of the responsibility on my mom, The Perfect Fairytale took the load off of both our shoulders! Our wedding day was what dreams are made of and it wouldn't have gone so wonderfully without The Perfect Fairytale staff! I want to consider myself a no fuss kind of girl and I let Lexi and her team have total creative control with how things flowed, where arrangements and things were placed based on their professional knowledge which was one of the best decisions I made throughout the wedding planning process! Michele is the most amazing wedding planner ever! We spent 14 months with her planning our wedding and we had a blast! Michele is so knowledgeable and all of the vendors she recommended were wonderful. She kept us on track and made sure everything was done on time. We were so sad when our planning sessions came to end because Michele was not just our wedding planner, she had become a friend. We worked with Michele as our Day of Planner and she did a phenomenal job. Our only regret is that were didn't book her as a Wedding Planner to organize the whole event from start to finish! With all the weddings they are part of, The Perfect Fairytale has worked with or has knowledge of any vendor you might be considering. I would easily say, for all the work they do, The Perfect Fairytale is a must.

Michele is professional, responsive, and organized - all the qualities you should be looking for in a wedding planner. She is also a great resource for learning about vendors you are considering booking. Michele was very proactive and kept me up to date on the current status of vendors, offered honest and thoughtful opinions on anything I asked, and kept everything running smoothly day of. I was very appreciative of her experience and decisiveness on our wedding day - if there were any issues I was totally unaware of them and I was able to get ready, pose for photos and enjoy our reception without having to scramble to resolve any "crisis".

I had the pleasure of working with Michele from The Perfect Fairytale for a wedding that my company was catering. Michele and her staff were incredibly attentive and so in-tune with every tiny detail. Her eye for design coupled with a calm approach to the evening made everything sing together in chorus for the duration of the event.
I had a fabulous experience with Michele, but the most telling part of story was the bride and groom - as well as their families - who were over the moon with Michele during and after the event.
I would recommend Michele and The Perfect Fairytale to any couple as they begin to plan for a wedding celebration.

The Perfect Fairytale is amazing to work with and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! Michele was a lifesaver and an amazing person to work with! I had so many problems with my wedding and she solved all of them and took a lot of the worry off of me! I knew how everything was going to flow that day and nothing went wrong! She was willing to meet anytime and with anyone of my vendors to make sure everything was perfect and there would be no problems! There was even a point during the night where my dress got stepped on and ripped and Michele was right there to help me fix it! Michele was amazing and made our wedding day absolutely perfect! She met with us several times and communicated constantly through emails and texts to make sure everything was planned thoroughly and that we didn't leave any last minute details out. She made us a schedule, decoration list, and even a floor plan which all helped to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it! Michele came to help set up at the rehearsal and made sure everything was running smoothly before she left. She was the first one there on the day of the wedding. It was a completely outdoor wedding and it was very windy that day but Michele made sure everything stayed set and perfect! I am very glad we decided to use Michele to plan our wedding! She was definitely worth it and made our day perfect in every way!!

We chose Michele for our wedding "day of coordinator". I loved every minute of the planning process but wanted to be able to pass the torch the day of so I could sit back, relax, and enjoy the day! Having someone to coordinate with the vendor's arrivals, keep things running smoothly and on schedule, and ensure everything was in place was wonderful. I always thought of myself as strangely organized but she brings organization to a whole new level! We couldn't recommend her more!

Michele is nothing short of amazing. While I requested her services for her smallest wedding package, she truly went above and beyond and provided so much more than I ever expected her to. Michele met with me more than a month before the wedding to go over important details of the ceremony and reception and to make sure that she understood what my husband and I wanted to make our day exactly what we wanted it to be.

My husband and I wanted our wedding to be personal and something different than a cookie-cutter wedding. We essentially created our own wedding venue at our family's farm in a barn that typically holds hay for cows. We spent a lot of time and energy turning this barn into something beautiful and special. I did not expect Michele to provide any help with this, but she came out the day before the wedding and helped us hang decorations and do a lot of last minute things. The day of the wedding, she arrived very early and spent the entire day with my dad and family members finishing up the decorations in the barn and at the ceremony site while I enjoyed the day with my mom and bridesmaids. Whenever any difficult decisions popped up, she pretty much knew what I wanted and was able to come up with creative solutions that worked beautifully. She took all of my worries away and allowed us to enjoy our wedding and create wonderful memories. We truly could not have done it without her and I highly recommend her services to anyone!

I'm not sure that words can express just how fantastic Michele is at wedding planning. I was recently engaged, completely overwhelmed, and living in NY but planning a VA wedding. I knew I needed a wedding planner but was not familiar with the region so I started doing my research. The first time I met Michele we just clicked. She is super easy to get along with, extremely sweet, and truly has your best interest at heart. Most important, she is completely invested in making your wedding day exactly what you envisioned.

Michele immediately took control of all wedding details and things seemed to just fall into place. My husband and I decided to go with the full planning package and it was the best money we spent! She helped me every step of the way, sent countless e-mails, met every time I was in VA and even helped me figure out how to deal with bridesmaid and mother-of-the bride issues. Our venue was a very raw space and Michele was able to coordinate all the different vendors and stay within our budget. It was the wedding of our dreams and without Michele it would not have become a reality.

On their wedding day, most brides are running around and stressed to the max. I was neither due to Michele and can honestly say that I actually remember of my wedding day and got to enjoy every moment of it! She took care of every last detail, made sure that my husband and I ate and made sure clean-up happened as planned.

I highly recommend Michele and The Perfect Fairytale. Trust me, you need her!

Michele Robb was the planner for my wedding, with the help of Lexi Andrews for day-of coordination. I called Michele when I was feeling overwhelmed by my guest count (all third cousins of the family included). We met for a glass of wine, she pitched her services, and we talked like old friends even though it was our first time meeting. I was back and forth about using a planner in general, somehow thinking that it was all totally doable and I didn't need any help - after all, there are so many brides that seem to handle the weekend without issue. I moved to Columbus, OH shortly after our first meeting and decided there was no way I could do this alone!

Michele and Lexi made the entire weekend, and process in general, so much easier and stress-free than it would have been otherwise (even if I had stayed in-state). Michele knows the business, and was truly able to guide someone who only knows what Pinterest tells her to making money-saving decisions and stay in budget. I could have never imagined a better or more well-run wedding weekend. Everything was perfect, and I actually got to enjoy myself! No setting up, barely any clean up, and no running around during the festivities trying to make sure things are in order. She handles everything to make sure the bride is as stress-free as possible (even if something goes terribly wrong!)

I've been to many a wedding where the day-of coordinators were basically non-existent, and the set-up and clean up fell on the wedding party and friends of the happy couple. As more and more weddings pass, I appreciate Michele's help exponentially! Her services are worth every penny and then some. It's the best wedding planning decisions you'll ever make!

Michele was amazing as she helped my daughter and me plan for her wedding! She was definitely worth her very affordable fee! It was the best money we spent for the wedding. She was invaluable in narrowing down vendors so that we could then interview only a few rather than many to find just the right ones. She saved us time and money, which was especially helpful since my daughter lives 3 hrs. away. Michele is very knowledgeable about anything to do with weddings.

All of the wedding party and parents were very impressed and appreciative of her and Lexi on the day of the wedding as they were very patient, calm, polite and, most importantly, professional. Above all, she is very organized, which helped us a great deal as well as all of the vendors.

I would highly recommend The Perfect Fairytale with Michele and Lexi!

We hired Michele to be our wedding coordinator in the few weeks leading up to the wedding, I didn't know if I thought a wedding coordinator was necessary - but my mom was sure we needed one. And by the end of my wedding, I was sold. I needed one. I was so stress free and calm on my wedding day because she handled everything from making sure decorations were set up, to keeping families calm, setting up a surprise for my husband, and even handling mishaps. The day of my wedding they delivered the wrong dessert and I never knew until afterwards! Michele handled it and cared for me so well. My wedding couldn't have happened with out her - I was a nice bride and my mom was a happy mother of the bride, what more could you ask for?

We cannot praise Michelle enough! She was the first to respond when we first started looking into wedding planners and has shown herself to be worth her weight in gold ever since. Neither my wife nor I really had time to do much planning, so Michelle did all the legwork, research, and coordination for us which made planning simple, easy, and even fun! She made sure that everything was lined up and stayed lined up and when curve balls and snafus happened during the month prior, she handled every problem almost as soon as it had come up. On the day of, she made sure that everything happened exactly as it was supposed to, and the day itself was a perfect vision of exactly what we had planned. She made it happen, she was even able to get everything we wanted for a little under budget, and we couldn't have asked for more. We would both absolutely recommend The Perfect Fairytale to anyone who is getting ready to tie the knot!

Michele with The Perfect Fairytale was outstanding from start to finish with making our wedding absolutely incredible. From day one she was attentive, available, prompt and flexible. She was on top of the timeline, allowing for steady consistent progress and avoiding hectic stress that can sometimes accompany such an event. I was coming from a place of little knowledge, and she provided information and guidance to make it an easy process to plan all of the details of a wedding. Furthermore, I could not be more grateful that she was there on our wedding day. She was calm and professional, and took care of the details, the arrangements, all of the coordination, so I was able to have stress-free day. I didn't have to worry because I knew she was on top of it. While I'm sure there were surprises along the way, I was never aware of anything but a perfectly smooth day. And that was what was truly such a gift- our wedding day was ONLY about the marriage, about family and friends, and about celebration of love. I could not be happier or more grateful to have had Michele by our side during this life event, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone I know.

My husband and I agree that the best money we spent on our entire wedding was on Michele. She is the BEST! She was so organized and helpful. I couldn't imagine how stressed I would have been on my Wedding Day if I didn't know she was on top of every single detail. She was truly a blessing to us -- not only did she monitor all of the setup and cleanup, she was in contact with all of our vendors the week before to confirm all of the deliveries and balances. Michele has got to be the best wedding planner ever. She was there through every crisis wether it was large or small and she made life so much easier for us throughout the planning and day of. Not only is she great at her job she is one of the most caring and compassionate people we've ever met. Daniel and I sat down the first day we got engaged and made a list of the top 5 most important things concerning our wedding to help us with budgeting; at that point, a wedding planner wasn't on the list. We were about half way through planning when we realized we needed someone special to help us and make sure that the day of the wedding was everything we had been imagining. Well, knowing what I know now, I would have put Michele at the #1 spot on our "Top 5 Wedding Priorities" list.

I met Michele while trying on wedding dresses, and we just clicked. From the second you meet her, you love her. She is professional and organized, and though those are the two most important qualities you want in a wedding planner, it was her kind heart, soothing calmness, and true desire to make our wedding dreams come true that sets her apart from other planners. Those last three things aren't things you can learn; it's just a part of who she is. She takes pride in her career.

We hired Michele for "day-of" planning, and we are so glad we did. Daniel and I had so much fun planning our wedding and didn't find it stressful.... So we are proof that everyone will benefit from hiring Michele. Her "day-of" planning is much more than just showing up the day of your wedding and telling people where to be and what to do. She took every ounce of stress out of the last month and wedding day. The last month before your wedding is crunch time. You have to get everything organized with vendors, create a timeline, and get through your wedding day sane. Honestly, the last week I didn't have to think of anything.... She had it all ready! Daniel, our bridal party, and I laughed, played, and had a stress free day. Not once did I think of anything but the moment I was in because I trusted Michele. She is flexible to your needs and because of her we can call our wedding day the best day of our lives.

There was so much more to putting together a wedding than I anticipated. Luckily I had Michele to run to when I was overwhelmed with choosing vendors and keeping everything within our budget. She created our budget spreadsheet and showed me where we were spending and what percentage we should expect to spend on each thing. It was so nice to be able to rely on her expertise to guide me through the whole process. Michele was very organized and brought together our whole day with her detailed timeline and vendor contact list. Michele is fantastic at what she does and knowing that allowed my husband and I to just enjoy our special day.

I would not consider having a wedding in Virginia without Michele. I got the Gem Package- to say she is worth every penny is an understatement (this coming from a student bride on govt loans). She is detailed-oriented, enthusiastic, always answered email/texts quickly, gave great advice, and really got a feel for our personalities / captured the type of wedding we wanted. I planned my wedding from the opposite coast and during law school- she took it over and transformed it, lifting away my wedding stress. Once we brought her on, I felt like everything was on track due to her incredible organizational skills. Unlike what I thought in the beginning, you cannot be both coordinator and bride, even with a smaller wedding like mine (60 ppl). Due to my budget concerns, I did my due diligence research on wedding coordinators within a 3 hour radius of my wedding (weddingwire, craigslist, and every other website you can imagine), corresponded with many, and Michele was the obvious choice. The Perfect Fairytale is the best value. She comes from Southern California where I live now, which is an area SATURATED with wedding coordinators; you have to be amazing to survive in this market. The fact that she moved to Virginia makes very lucky VA brides.. I could not recommend her enough.

The Perfect Fairytale was exactly what my husband and I had in mind for our special day, after all, who doesn't want the perfect wedding? Michelle made the planning feel effortless with her professional attitude and great organizational skills. She really listened to what I wanted and what I had in mind, took what I told her, and made it all come true for me. The stress over planning a wedding can quickly build up, and for me, it didn't take long before I felt overwhelmed with all of the available options there were...FOR EVERYTHING! Michelle did a wonderful job of narrowing things down to suit our tastes, our preferences, and our budget. When my daughter, Katie, planned an out of town wedding, she chose Michele Robb as her planner. We had chosen a couple of vendors but Michele helped with the remainder. Because of the videographer, we have a wonderful memory of the wedding. The flowers, cake, linens, transportation to and from venue for guests and rehearsal dinner were all supervised by Michele. On the wedding day, my daughter and I were able to relax because we knew everything was taken care of. Because of Michele, my daughter did have her Perfect Fairytale!

Michelle was amazing as a professional and as a person......she made this possibly stressful time fun. She knows her vendors, she has great relationships with them......through the process she became a good friend.
