The Pavilion at Orchard Ridge Farm was the perfect venue for our wedding! We had our ceremony outside in front of the pond with the fountain—it was absolutely beautiful and made for stunning photos. The space is elegant and well-maintained, and the staff was professional, friendly, and attentive, making the planning process smooth and stress-free. The food from Henrici’s was phenomenal—our guests are still raving about it! Every detail was taken care of, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setting to celebrate our special day!

Our wedding was a DREAM!
From the tour to the day of, everything went perfect. The team was amazing and quick to answer any questions, help with ideas, and so so sweet. Wedding planning can be extremely stressful, but with the team at Pavilion was absolutely wonderful. We used all vendors that were listed on their website (Mitch & Rachel Visuals, Event Floral, Julie Michelle Cakes, Alpenglow Artistry, and Lux Productions) which helped us feel great about the execution as they all have great experience with Pavilion. In addition, we’re still receiving endless compliments on how amazing the food was - Henrici’s did a wonderful job! Absolute 10/10 experience!

Our Perfect Wedding Day! 01.25.2025
Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more. From the moment we arrived, the venue exuded timeless beauty—elegant yet welcoming, with every detail thoughtfully curated. It was the perfect backdrop for our special day. The food was nothing short of incredible! Our guests raved about every dish, and the service was impeccable. We couldn’t have asked for a better culinary experience. The only minor disappointment was that guests weren’t allowed to take leftovers home, which they were a bit bummed about—especially given how amazing the food was! Before the wedding, we stayed at the Copperstone Inn, and it was the ideal place to relax and spend time with family. The atmosphere was so comfortable and serene, offering the perfect setting to prepare for the big day. Not only was it a peaceful retreat for us, but it also served as the perfect spot to host our family for the weekend. The intimate, cozy setting made it easy for everyone to feel at home and enjoy each other's company before the big celebration.
Overall, our wedding was a dream come true, and The Pavilion made it truly unforgettable!

Full package venue
We had a wonderful experience working with the Pavilion! Throughout the planning process, the staff was organized, easy to communicate with and always clarified any questions that we had.
We had our rehearsal dinner at the Copperstone Inn and the food was ready for us as soon as our rehearsal was completed. We were able to set up decorations during our rehearsal which was incredibly helpful for us.
On the day of our wedding, we had a coordinator that checked in on us to ensure everything was running smoothly. The venue has beautiful scenery for pictures. Many of our guests talked about how much they enjoyed the food.
The service, food and drinks were all wonderful and we have such fond memories of our special day! Highly recommend!

Stunning Wedding Venue
We just recently got married at the Pavilion at Orchard Ridge Farms and they helped us make our dream wedding come to life! When we were touring venues, this one stood out to us not only because of how beautiful it was, but because everyone who works with the venue was so kind and made our planning process so smooth. Lexi provided us with all of the details we needed to plan our big day and was very quick to answer all of my questions. They work with Henrici's catering so we didn't have to worry about finding a food or liquor vendor. The food tasted beyond amazing and we received multiple compliments from our guests that it was the best food they've had at a wedding! Our guests are still raving about how beautiful the Pavilion was! They even gave us a list of vendors they recommend and work closely with which helped a lot in our planning process. They also give you access to their bridal and groom suites which made it so easy for our bridal party to get ready the day of. Overall, I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to have a beautiful wedding reception, especially in the winter months!

Organizing a wedding is a huge undertaking and they are super organized and helpful! The venue is one of a kind in the Chicago area that has that rustic elegance! I can’t wait to share with everyone that my daughter got her dream come true! She even wore cowboy boots! She’s been in cowboy boots since she’s was 4 years old! Simple Elegance, Sundays Best Jeans, or Casual Cocktail was the dress code! The outdoor wedding was a tear jerker for us all! To watch the bride and her daddy walk from behind the tree line all the way to the alter area was nothing but spectacular! The opportunity for everyone to capture photos all day and night was amazing, so many places to discover! Before wedding photos helped the bride and groom enjoy their evening with their guest! Sunset photos are a dream!Now on to the food! Unbelievable! Perfect treat for all our guests! Super happy with the serving staff and cocktail bar! We had a few things to take care of and the staff made it seem seamlessly easy without a trace of interruption!

Amazing Venue and People!
Everyone we worked with at The Pavillion were so kind and helpful. The venue was beautiful and our guests were in awe, as my daughter/son-in-law's wedding was right after Christmas. The food was incredible, as well. The women all loved the use of the bridal suite for the day for hair/make-up, pictures and fun. Run, do not walk, to book this venue. It was truly a dream come true for their wedding.

The Pavilion at Orchard Ridge Farms was beyond anything we could have ever imagined! They were extremely helpful & patient. We had absolutely no idea what we were doing, and they had no problem helping with the millions of questions I had! We used a lot of their recommended vendors, which was a BIG help!!!! All of our guest were just in awe of the venue! Plus, everyone absolutely loved the food! There was not one complaint! We even had to last minute change to an indoor ceremony due to weather, & they made it happen! We were thrilled that our guest’s loved everything just as much as we did. A beautiful venue with the most helpful staff
A truly gorgeous venue with some of the most helpful staff you could possibly find! Jill, Staci, and Lexi were so helpful throughout the whole planning process, helping us make a schedule and promptly answering all of our questions, big and small. On the day of our wedding, Danielle, one of our day-of coordinators, helped us arrange everything and go over all of the details, including getting a tram for our first look photos and making sure that we would have a cart to help some of our older relatives get around. The staff made sure we knew who we could talk to if we had any questions throughout the day. The food from Henrici's was also excellent, and they worked with us to make sure that everybody who had allergies or dietary restrictions had a meal. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the venue was or how good the food was. We're so happy we picked the Pavilion at Orchard Ridge Farms for our wedding venue.

We can wholeheartedly give The Pavilion a 10 out of 10 for their professional and caring staff as well as the fantastic venue itself! All of our guests were impressed by the scenic ceremony site and how the beautiful reception building feels like you're outside. Best wedding venue ever
The venue (and entire property) itself are stunning and can be decorated into anything imaginable. The food is Michelin star level (not to mention the extensive menu options). My guests won't stop talking about the food, which is rarely memorable from a wedding.
The staff is the best of the best. They answered endless emails from an anxious and overwhelmed bride that was in over her head with wedding planning- and made no question feel stupid. Our day wedding went off without a SINGLE hiccup and our day of coordinator (Taylor) exceeded my every expectation. The entire staff deserves Nobel Prizes and I'm not over exaggerating in the slightest.
The bridal suite alone, which includes a FULL kitchen and salon, was a dream and made a long day of "getting ready" that much more special.
The venue gave us a list of vendors they frequently work with and we choose most of them for a DJ (Luxe Productions), floral (Event Floral), desserts, etc. Top notch. It made everything that much easier working with people who do most of their work at this specific venue- but we also had no problem with vendors in the area who needed to travel.
Hotels near by? Check out Downtown Beloit- just ten minutes away with gorgeous accommodation options and restaurants for guest to enjoy before or after the wedding.
We had a smaller guest list (around 75) but could have had hundreds and still comfortably fit everyone. Even with a smaller group, the space was absolutely perfect.
I cannot say enough about how perfect our wedding was at The Pavilion at Orchard Ridge, or thank the staff enough for going above and beyond to make sure the biggest day of our life was dreamlike.

The perfect setting for the perfect day ...
The Pavilion at Orchard Ridge was the PERFECT setting for our day. Right away they supply you with more than enough documentation to help you prepare. They were in constant contact with us and always checking in to make sure we had what we needed. When the day arrived they were on site ready to answer questions, help with coordination, and make us feel loved and cared for. After the ceremony they found us out taking pictures with a congratulatory bucket of beer tailored to what we like. They followed us through our buffet station and served us like royalty. It is the little things that can truly make a big difference.
*SUGGESTION* rent the inn and stay on site!! We truly feel that was worth every penny. All of our wedding party got to stay together, and the place is truly stunning. Waking up and being on site already made things WAY less stressful.

My husband and I got married here and had the most amazing experience! Anne, Jill, Taylor ,Carly and everyone who helped make our wedding experience run smooth were amazing! The venue and entire property is absolutely beautiful. We stayed at the copper stone inn snd highly recommend it! Our guest raved about the food all night and they are still telling us amazing it was. The filet falls apart in your mouth! If you’re looking for a venue, you will not be disappointed choosing the pavilion!

This was absolutely my dream venue. I had always known I wanted to get married in a barn and when my now husband and I visited we knew right away that this was where we wanted to get married. The staff was absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful. The weather ended up being pretty cold so the staff made sure the fireplace was lit and indoors was comfortable. We also had some issues with one of the hotels not letting guests check in so our ceremony ended up running late. They just rearranged the timeline and everything still turned out perfect.
Also, our guests could not stop talking about the food and how good it was, a few mentioned that it was the best wedding food they had ever had. If you are thinking about it, I say go for it, you will not regret having your wedding at the pavilion!

Great Service
The venue and the catering is expensive, no doubt about that. However, they do such a good job streamlining the experience and taking care of all the little details. They had a trolly and people in golf carts making sure that us and our guests got everywhere on time. It made the day unforgettable.

Great Venue!
The Pavilion is a beautiful wedding venue! My husband and I were looking for a location that was beautiful both inside and out as we were not willing to chance the weather for our late fall ceremony. The Pavilion ended up being perfect for us so we could take photos on the grounds, but have an great location for an indoor ceremony that was then transformed into our reception hall. The staff was always quick with responses to questions and changes requested, even more so as the day got closer. We were not initially planning on renting out the Copperstone Inn, but we did ultimately end up using it for our immediate family which was really fun to have - I wish we had rented it for a few extra days to just enjoy how cool the space is. We were traveling from Chicago, so the staff really helped us out to be able to plan from 1.5 hours away. Our guests were also happy to make that trip for such a perfect location!

The Perfect Fall Wedding!
The Pavilion at Orchard Ridge Farms is absolutely amazing! The staff was extremely helpful and supportive through our planning process, and made our entire experience easy and stress-free from beginning to end. I couldn't have imagined a better place to marry my husband. Till this day we have guests talking about how AMAZING the wedding food was. Also, the grounds are BEAUTIFUL – we had the perfect fall day with our ceremony outside. Our day was perfect and stress-free and we owe a lot of that to the team at the Pavilion. Lastly, I highly recommend The Copperstone it made our lives even easier I would recommend this venue to any bride!

Beautiful Venue
If I had to do my wedding day over again... I would still choose the Pavilion. Jill, Taylor, Ann and Nikki were all so very great to work with. They brought their A game every step of the way. I never felt like something was going to be missed from the day that we visited them to the day of the wedding. Fantastic place!

Flawless Wedding, Incredible Venue & Team
I just had my wedding at the pavilion at orchard ridge farms about 3 weeks ago! Every little detail I planned went off perfectly and the staff was absolutely incredible. From the first day I met them to the last, they would respond to my emails and questions within hours and were always trying to help make my life easier. We really wanted to originally have a wedding in downtown Chicago but it ended up being too pricey for us so we decided on the pavilion. Wow am I glad we had our wedding here! I can not recommend them enough. They really make each wedding feel special and all the wonderful people that work there helped so much. Kacie, Michelle, Searra, Corey, Jill, and many more! They are out of this world incredible and I can’t thank them enough! Every single one of my guests said the food was outstanding- and it really was! They are phenomenal.

Beautiful Wedding Venue
We loved everything about The Pavilion at Orchard Ridge Farms for our wedding! Everything about The Pavilion is stunning! Inside is breathtaking as well as the grounds with the pond, grassy area and orchard were beautiful in any type of weather! All of our guests were extremely complimentary about The Pavilion. The Pavilion staff was extremely helpful throughout the planning process. The staff we worked with were very informative and accommodating while planning all the way up until our big day. Our wedding coordinator, Nikki, was PHENOMENAL. She made the rehearsal and the wedding day run smoothly. We were lucky to have her. The food was delicious and our guests raved about it. We had a wonderful experience working with everyone at The Pavilion and would recommend it to others!

Gorgeous Venue and Amazing Food
We celebrated my daughter's wedding at the Pavillion this fall and could not have been more pleased. The venue, to begin with, is stunning in all seasons. The caterer, Henrici's, provided absolutely delicious meals and extremely professional service, before and during the reception. They accommodated every request and responded to all inquiries immediately. In short, it was an amazing evening. My guests have not stopped gushing about how delicious the food was, how beautiful the venue is, and how much fun they had. Perfection.

Beyond amazing!
We had the most amazing wedding weekend we could have EVER imagined thanks to The Pavilion! Everything went SO smoothly, the team made our entire day stress-free, and the food was incredible! (We still haven't stopped receiving compliments for the amazing staff and food two months later!) If you want your weekend to be extra incredible & stress-free, stay at The Copperstone Inn!! Makes for beautiful photos and having our bridal party together all weekend was a blast! :)

The team at Henrici’s and the Pavillion are the DREAM team. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and they made sure no detail was left behind. Weddings have a tendency to be stressful in planning but they made us feel so at ease. The Perfect Venue for our Perfect Day!
We had the most amazing wedding experience at The Pavilion at Orchard Ridge Farms! The staff was great to work with leading up to the day and the day of. I was a little nervous because it looked like it was going to rain, which would move our outdoor ceremony indoors, but they were extremely flexible and gave all the way up until an hour and a half before the ceremony to make that call. Luckily it didn't rain and we ended up having the most perfect weather!! We got nothing but compliments on the food! Everyone loved everything and said that it was the best "wedding food" they have ever had! The venue was absolutely breathtaking and we got so many compliments on it as well. A lot of "how did you find this place? It's beautiful!" type comments, as all of our guests were from out of town. Lastly, the bridal suite is clutch!! The best place for all of the girls to hang out all day, get hair and make up done, take pictures, and relax. All in all, it was the best day of our lives and we couldn't have been happier with the venue, staff, food, and overall experience!

The staff at the Pavilion and Henrici’s went above and beyond. They are extremely helpful, quick to respond, and so professional. I was missing a bag and a staff member searched high and low - even went out to our car to find it for me! The venue is stunning! The grounds are well kept and made for awesome pictures.
What stood out the most was the food! Most incredible wedding food. We still have guests complimenting how great the food was. Bar service was exceptional. You will not regret choosing this venue!

This venue is a dream come true!
We got married at the Pavilion on March 30th 2019. We seriously could not have imagined having our wedding any where else. Every square foot of the Pavilion and the Farm is stunning and makes for the most perfect wedding. The whole setup is perfect with the Pavilion, the pond, the Copperstone Inn and the apple orchard. It was always my dream to get married outside. The weather was on our side and we were able to get married next to the pond and it was PEREFECT. I can't thank all the employees at the Pavilion enough for all their hard work and accommodations. They were truly great to work with and made me a very happy bride!

An amazing venue with an amazing staff! The staff was communicative throughout and made sure everything was ready and went smoothly in the days, weeks, and months leading up to the wedding.
It actually was supposed to rain the day of and the staff did a fantastic job resetting the ceremony to be done indoors. Everything looked great and went off without a hitch. Overall, the facility is pristine, the service is top notch, and the food is easily the best we've ever had at a wedding.
They helped make our big day better than we could have even imagined.

The Pavilion at Orchard Ridge Farms is GORGEOUS! We had our wedding ceremony and reception inside the Pavilion and we received raving reviews from our guests on how beautiful everything was. Absolutely Amazing Experience
From day 1 just reaching out to The Pavilion to set up a tour all the way through the end of our wedding reception, my husband and I had the best experience with this venue. It is absolutely gorgeous inside and out and the huge stone fireplace was perfect for my winter wedding. I had many guests that were excited to attend our wedding simply because they had been dying to go to an event at The Pavilion and I have had even more guests rave about it since the wedding took place. But even more important than how picturesque The Pavilion is, the staff is phenomenal. Everyone that I spoke to at The Pavilion was extremely knowledgeable and responsive. I always had all of my questions answered within 24 hours of sending an email, if not sooner! The day of the wedding, all of their staff were very professional and extremely kind and helpful. I could go on and on about how great The Pavilion is for days and still not quite convey just how awesome my experience was with them.

The Pavilion was a dream! We are so so happy with the Pavilion, they truly made our day the best. They are everything you want in a venue and more. From the very beginning to after the wedding -- they were there for every step. Our wedding day went incredibly smoothly thanks to their incredible staff. Every time we had a question, we turned and the staff was there before even having to look for them. Everybody we interacted with was pleasant, professional, and a joy to work with. Prior to the wedding day -- they answered all our questions promptly and patiently. Also, their catering partner (Henrici's) is equally awesome and amazing. We received a lot of compliments on the food itself, the buffet was super well organized, and the staff was great to work with (both planning and day of). This is a very well run venue and they are experts at what they do! I would recommend them to anybody without a doubt -- if you are considering having your wedding here, don't wait another second!

My husband and I got married here a few weeks ago, and we were very pleased with how everything turned out. Our wedding coordinator, Kacie, and the rest of The Pavilion team were very professional, and knew exactly what they were doing each step of the way. We felt like we had nothing to worry about and just knew our special day was in the best hands. It was a very hot day and they had water stations set up outside since that is where our ceremony was help, which was so nice for us and our guests! We cannot thank Kacie and the rest of The Pavilion team enough for making our wedding day SO SPECIAL :)
We cannot forget about Henricis catering. Their food and service was over the top! We had them serve the cider mill chicken, New York strip, and salmon. All of the dishes were phenomenal! Thank you so much again!

When we started researching/visiting venues, the first stop we made was at The Pavilion at Orchard Ridge Farms and I knew that this was THE place I wanted to say "I Do." The grounds alone are breathtaking at any time of the day. The Pavilion in and of itself with its beautiful glass windows/sliding doors all the way around allowed you to see the surrounding grounds. Kaci was the most helpful and responsive coordinator. I couldn't have asked for anyone better. She answered my many questions and addressed my concerns in the moths leading up to our wedding. Our day of coordinators, Shane and Nikki were amazing as well. Nikki help facilitate our rehearsal, and answered any and all questions I had. The day of, she repeatedly approached me to make sure I didn't need anything, and to make sure that everything was going according to my plan. I really appreciated that! Our wedding definitely would not have run as smoothly as it did without Nikki there. Shane checked in with me at the bridal suite the morning of our wedding, to make sure that we had everything we needed. The staff was phenomenal and went above and beyond to ensure that my special day was magical, and because of each and every one of them it was exactly that! 5 stars is not enough!
To say that the food was phenomenal wouldn't even do it justice. Henrici's did such an amazing job. From our tasting to the day of our wedding, the presentation and savory flavors of the food didn't change one bit. We ended up doing buffet style, while our tasting had been plated. Not once in my entire life have I had buffet food duplicated to look and taste the exact same as plated meal, but Henrici's managed to do it! Our guests raved about our food for days after our wedding. Bobbi did an excellent job of communicating with us in the months leading up to our wedding. When we had a (VERY) last minute guest RSVP, they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Thank you so much for making our wedding day complete and delicious!

Everyone apart of the Pavilions team was amazing! We wouldn't change a thing about our wedding and the venue was beautiful. We have nothing but good things to say and recommend the Pavilion to anyone looking for a wedding venue!

The venue, service, staff, and environment are perfect in every way. The venue was magical and the staff at The Pavilion will truly make your wedding day absolute perfection. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding process, wedding, and staff. We will definitely be back to stay at the Copperstone Inn on the property as well!

Ryan and I could not dream of having our wedding anywhere else but here! Jennifer and Kacie provided very quick responses to any questions we had concerning the wedding, which helped relieve my stress! Since we live an hour and a half away from the Pavilion, we were unfamiliar with any sort of vendors within the area. We used some of the Pavilion's recommended vendors and they all were fabulous! On our wedding day, our coordinator made the day go by without a hitch. Still, to my knowledge, I am not aware of anything that went wrong on our day. The staff was unbelievable! We received so many compliments on the venue and the food! We could not be happier with our choice! Thank you Pavilion Team!!!

Bobbi and her team exceeded our expectations! The staff was amazing, friendly, accommodating and professional. Our every wish was granted. We requested a specific timeline be followed for dinner/speeches and their timing was impeccable. The food was served hot and delicious. I was stunned at how many servers they had to quickly serve our 270+ guests. The late night snacks were delicious and the chef did a great job cooking our pizza (like they just came out of the oven at the Pizza Villa). The table settings were incredible. The Pavilion partnered with Event Floral to create an enchanted garden that looked like something out of a fairy tale! The Pavilion lives up to their reputation to the fullest!

Our family had high expectations for the Pavilion because of a recommendation that we had gotten and they exceeded all of them! The service was warm, friendly and efficient. The food was outstanding and the venue was elegant yet rustic at the same time. Kaci and Bobbi were very responsive and a delight to work with. Loved every minute from beginning to end!

Book it! The Pavilion was a beautiful place to have our ceremony and reception. The guests could not get over how amazing the food was. The property is so beautiful and we loved the openness of the venue. Everything was perfect and the staff was so helpful. We would highly recommend this venue to any couple that does not want a standard banquet hall type of reception. It was absolutely perfect!!

We fell in love with this venue from the minute we walked in the front door, and cancelled our other two appointments with other venues the next day. Had nothing but an outstanding experience from start to finish thanks to Kacie and her staff. Almost every single guest commented that it was the most beautiful wedding that they had ever been to. You'll love everything about the Pavilion!!

There are no words which I can say that have not already been said. The venue, food, staff and grounds are perfect! Everything about The Pavilion is exceptional in each and every way. If you want to further enjoy your wedding book the Copperstone Inn for the wedding party the night before and night of the wedding. I have replayed our daughter's wedding a thousand times in my mind and would not change a thing. Unbelievable Venue, Unbelievable Day! A monstrous thank you for all involved - your vision to create such an amazing place for others to enjoy is unsurpassed.

They were top notch professional and made everything run smoothly. I would strongly recommend this venue. We got comments from our guests: the best food ever at any wedding, the most beautiful venue ever, very personal and nice wedding, great staff and very professional. It was just a fabulous experience. They were so helpful in the planning. And Peter, the Chef,is amazing-not only is the food fantastic but he makes it look like a piece of art.

I am a Picky Planner. When I have spent time planning and dreaming with a Bride and her Queen Mother, my heart is pounding for them and determined to deliver a Joyful Journey to I Do and a Best Day Ever. In order to do this, I must have Vendors and a Venue who have the same heart. I over communicate and often have ideas and wishes for the day that may require extra effort on behalf of the venue and vendors. Kacie Benjamin, as per usual, came from a 'Yes' Place. She was always happy and willing to help. The Day-Of Coordinator, Summer, was an exceptional extension of Kacie. She was well informed, equipped and fast thinking with excellent offerings and solutions when needed. Neither Kacie or Summer made me feel as though I were stepping on their toes. They allowed me to 'run point' and understood that my mission was to protect my Bride and her Queen Mother from any awareness of To Do's, allowing them to be fully present with each other, their Maids and families. They allowed me to operate at the highest level and this, in turn, allowed all vendors to operate at the highest level - therefore, delivering a Best Day Ever.
We have one opportunity to deliver a Best Day Ever. There are no 'do-overs'. The day runs smoothly with a good timeline/plan in place and experienced vendors with heart. When the day runs smoothly, all vendors can be fully present, reverent and connected to the Bride. When this happens everyone, from the Wedding Party to the Guests, can feel it and know they are experiencing a Best Day Ever.
In my life I have enjoyed 5-Star travel and entertainment. Not only is The Pavilion and Orchard Ridge Farms 5-Star Caliber in it's presentation they are intentional to deliver a 5-Star experience.
I am grateful and proud to have had this opportunity to lock arms with and execute again at The Pavilion at Orchard Ridge Farms.

If you are looking for a beautiful rustic venue that will make sure everything about your wedding day is perfect then look no further! Everyone on the staff at the Pavilion is so professional and makes sure that you are taken care of every step of the way. This place is worth the money!! Our pictures turned out beautiful! Our guests are still raving about how gorgeous the venue was and how amazing the food was! I kept hearing that it was "the best wedding food they have ever had"! Our event coordinator for the day was Shane and he was amazing! He made sure every detail was taken care of that I asked of him. He was there first thing in the morning and made sure to keep me updated throughout the day. Everything I asked of him was executed flawlessly. Before the wedding I was emailing back and forth with Kacie, Marissa, and Cortney. They were all very professional and made sure everything came together. I cannot thank you and your team enough! I really cannot think of anything that went wrong that day. I wouldn't change a thing as everything was perfect! I highly recommend this venue for your ceremony and reception!

I could not have asked for a better experience than the one we had with The Pavilion for our wedding this summer. Planning a wedding is stressful and no easy task, but the staff goes above and beyond to answer any questions you may have and to accommodate you in any way possible. I have no idea what I would have done without them through the planning process! They made us feel so comfortable, we trusted them with every aspect of our wedding and never doubted for a second that it would turn out anything less than perfect. They absolutely delivered on our wedding day, everything was exactly how we wanted it and it was nothing less than a fairy tale experience. We got countless compliments from guests on the venue, staff, and food. Not only is The Pavilion staff amazing, but their recommended vendors were fantastic as well. Every single one of our vendors was on their list and we had the best experience with each and every one of them. I would relive my wedding experience at The Pavilion a hundred more times if I could! I HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone who is looking.

Absolutely amazing! Not only is the venue beautiful and the exclusive caterer delicious (how often can you say that about wedding food?), BUT they made they rehearsal and the wedding a breeze! Kacie and Summer worked together to make me stress-free. I literally had no concerns the day of the wedding, thanks to them. I had no idea that ALL the staff at the Pavilion would be so helpful and accommodating. They have done so many weddings that they have it down. They anticipate your needs before you even ask for anything. We even had to switch our ceremony from outdoor to indoor the day-of because of inclement weather and they made it so seamless. I didn't even have to lift a finger. Everyone was telling me that my wedding was the best they'd been to in a while. A huge thanks to the Pavilion at Orchard Ridge Farms!

My husband and I had an amazing experience from planning to hosting our wedding at the Pavilion. Kacie, Pavilion Coordinator, and all The Pavilion staff were excellent. Kacie made everything seem so easy for us, although I know everyone worked really hard to make our event amazing. Our (many) emails were always answered promptly and professionally. The venue was extremely flexible. On our actual wedding day, Kacie and Ellise were there every minute to make sure things ran smoothly and be the calm voices of reason on a chaotic day. They were incredibly gracious and helpful and we were glad to be in their capable hands.
The venue is absolutely gorgeous and we received so many compliments from our guests. The lighting and fireplace made everything look magical. The property in which the venue sits is also beautiful and provides for many photo opportunities. The food was delicious and also subject to rave reviews from our guests.

The Pavilion staff was absolutely amazing through out the entire process! They took care of everything that day with no questions asked! They worked diligently, seamlessly, and our day was absolutely perfect. We heard back within minutes from any email we sent with questions answered. My husband said "they were like ninjas" someone spilled it was cleaned in an instant. They made sure our day went as smooth as possible. The food was to die for! Henrici's did an exceptional job! Cooking 150 filets absolutely perfectly is hard to do! All in all this venue is worth every penny we spent!

The staff at Orchard Ridge Pavilion was friendly, professional, and a joy to work with. Being an outside coordinator working with an inhouse event planner ran very smoothly. It was wonderful working with a staff that shared the same vision for my couple, Nathan and Ashley Kershner. The venue was very accomodating to the guests and always made sure no detail went overlooked.

This was the most amazing wedding experience possible! Steve and I couldn't have been happier with how smoothly our day went. From our first visit when we were still researching venues to our wedding day, all the staff at the Pavilion was friendly and knowledgeable . All of our family and friends were so impressed with not only the venue itself, which is pretty amazing, but the food was beyond perfect. I would highly, highly recommend this venue and their caterer , Henricis , for a wedding. Also, their preferred vendor list which we relied on, was a list of amazing and highly professional people that I would also definitely recommend. When first looking for a venue, we thought them a little pricey. After sitting down with Kaci and going thru options for our reception. We found them to be very professional and fun to work with. Yea, expensive in some ways, but you get what you pay for. They were off the charts with the quality of food presented. We received raving compliments how good the food was and the serving amount from our guests.. The appetizers outstanding, both in service and quality... There was a table with plenty of options and two hot appetizers being served butler style. The dinner was their Harvest chicken and 6oz filet with roasted veggies. The quality of food, OUTSTANDING. The quantity if anything was to much. Not a complaint. we actually scaled back in that area and still was plenty. The service was amazing. They do not miss anything.

I know that writing this review won't even give this venue enough credit, but it will give you an idea of how wonderful it truly is. First, let me say that this is by far the most beautiful wedding venue that I have ever seen. It is the true definition of a "diamond in the rough". When making our decision of where to have our wedding I knew based off of the pictures I would like it, but then on our first visit...I LOVED IT!!! Growing up in the Midwest I've grown to loving the rustic, farm feel. This venue however creates that environment, but the facility is absolutely beautiful. We just recently had our wedding here about 1 week ago and I have received so many compliments by everyone who attended.
Kacie and Grace from the pavilion were constantly a phone call away to answer all of my crazy questions during the planning process and went above and beyond on my wedding day. I have a bit of OCD ;) and I was worried that things wouldn't be set up the way I envisioned them, but when I walked into the venue after the ceremony, it was nothing short of perfect. Cortney and Marissa from Henrici's (the food vendor) had everything on point! The food was absolutely TOP-NOTCH. We didn't have one complaint about the food and people are still talking about it a week later. The bartenders were there 24/7 and that made for some very happy guests. What a great staff all the way around. If you are at all thinking about using the pavilion as your choice, don't think twice!

The Pavilion was everything we dreamed of and more! The staff was friendly, prompt with their responses to my questions, and made me feel so relaxed the day of the wedding. The venue is gorgeous, the food was amazing, and I could not have asked for a better wedding night. I came across Orchard Ridge Farms on pinterest while I was looking for a semi-local venue that was as beautiful on the inside as it was outdoors in case of the unpredictable weather in IL (I live in Chicago). When I saw pictures I knew I had to go check it out in person and as soon as we arrived we knew this place was the one. This place is STUNNING! The outdoor grounds have huge willow trees where we had our ceremony up on the hill, a gorgeous pond and orchards, and then there is the pavilion, which is breathtaking inside with the high ceilings and glass panoramic doors. I wanted something that was rustic without feeling to "farm-y" and this was it-extremely classy and elegant!!!! We hosted a fully kosher Jewish wedding and the staff was so open-minded, accommodating, and WONDERFUL to work with. We mainly worked with Kacie and she is a dream-responds quickly, helps recommend vendors, and made everything run super-smooth. I HIGHLY recommend hiring Taneel with Favor* wedding planning. She is affiliated with the venue and worth every penny with making everything run smoothly the day of the wedding. The staff were all so friendly and professional and made the entire day stress-free. Every detail was accounted for by them and it made it so I could truly enjoy my entire wedding! This place seriously has it all...our guests came from Milwaukee and Chicago and it was a great mini getaway for everyone and many people said it was the most beautiful venue they ever saw. As far as vendors we used C Tyson Photography and Autumn Tree Films videography who are both very familiar with the venue and staff--both were AMAZING! They knew all the best spots on the property for photos! I also recommend staying at the Copperstone Inn that night! I truly had my dream wedding and it was due to the magnificent venue and staff! We can't thank Kacie and Taneel for all of their help on our wedding day. From the first e-mail to the last guest leaving we felt "taken care of". Taneel and Kacie were both there the day of to ensure the smallest details were taken care of. Our guests can't stop talking about how beautiful the venue was and how they had never seen anything quite like it. Both my husband and I wish we could re-live that day over and over again.

The Pavilion was absolutely amazing for both my husband and I. They helped make our wedding day the most amazing day either of us could have ever imagined. We worked closely with Taneel, and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. The weather was not as cooperative as we would have liked so we had to move the ceremony indoors. Taneel and her team made the transition to an indoor ceremony easy and very painless. Unless you knew the ceremony was supposed to be outdoors, you would have never known. We are also not from the area so we leaned on her for a lot of suggestions. She was extremely knowledgeable of the area, and was very timely with her responses.
All of our guests have done nothing but rave about the venue. We both would recommend The Pavilion to any of our friends/family as a place for their big day. My husband and I loved our wedding a the Pavilion. It is so beautiful and we had so many compliments. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Our day was amazing thanks to everyone at the Pavilion.

The Pavilion at Orchard Ridge Farms is an incredible venue. The grounds present an amazing opportunity for an outdoor wedding, which we were lucky enough to experience. The Pavilion itself is also a great place to hold your reception. It is spacious and beautifully designed. The staff is also engaged and ready to help you throughout the early planning stages all the way through your big day. You will not regret choosing The Pavilion for your wedding venue!
