Everything from the personalize service to gorgeous decor, from the exquisite homestyle food to the drinks was TOP NOTCH and EXCEPTIONAL. My wife and I were supposed to originally get married at our resort but when we found this hidden gem on wedding wire, we became so intrigued that we canceled our wedding package at the resort and chose to take the risk on this unknown, secret hideaway. Although it was a pretty penny, we selected the elite package because it was an all inclusive option that took away the unnecessary hassle of micro managing our wedding. From the beginning, Mr. Kevan and his staff treated us like royalty and gave us the personalized touch we were looking for. We noticed that Mr. Kevan seemed to be really hands on by the way he personally responded to the frivolous negative reviews, which made us feel secure that if we encountered any issues, our concerns would be heard. The only negative thing and our biggest fear, came true when it rained an hour before our ceremony. However, Mr Kevan had already preemptively prepared for this by having an indoor space as a plan B option. Although it was a very nice option, plan B was not our first choice. Some how and without stating so, Mr. Kevan was already aware of this, so he and the team put it into overdrive and somehow actually manage to dry the entire outdoor area and give us the experience of a lifetime we were looking forward to. My apologies for the long review but my wife and I both work for corporate so our standards are close to unrealistically high. However, when we find businesses that meet these expectations, we definitely sing them
praises and give them the detailed acknowledgment that they deserve!
To Mr. Kevan, and the entire staff; I sincerely THANK YOU very much for giving not only my wife and I but our entire friends and family, the experience of a lifetime! We got more than we can ever ask for and because of that, we wish you incessant increased success! -

Best place for a wedding in Jamaica!

The Perfect Wedding Venue In Montego Bay
We were searching for an intimate but beautiful venue in the Montego Bay area for our wedding. As an avid gardener, I have always wanted my wedding to be in a garden setting where I am surrounded by lush, beautiful plants. I have also planned many weddings during my career, and it was important to me that the service at the venue was professional and seamless.
After looking at several other venues, we came upon The Palm Terrace online and called right away. The phone was answered by the owner, Kevaugh Stewart, who was quite warm and professional, and we arranged a site visit. The venue was exactly what we wanted: a beautiful setting that could accommodate our wedding ceremony and cocktail reception in a well-maintained garden, and an outdoor reception on the deck with the backdrop of the Caribbean Sea.
Our wedding day was magical, and my expectations were exceeded from the moment I walked down the aisle. It was as though I was walking into a fairytale.
After the ceremony, our guests moved into the cocktail reception with live music and then transitioned to the deck for the reception. The deck was bordered by majestic palm trees and offered panoramic views of the airport and Caribbean Sea. We danced under the stars to the music provided by DJ Watson, who was provided by the venue.
Throughout the planning process, Kevaugh and his team were great to work with. They were attentive, accommodating, and worked with our vendors to bring our vision to life. He was also able to supply us with last-minute audio-visual requests.
All our guests had a wonderful time and remarked how absolutely stunning the venue was. It was an unforgettable experience for everyone, and we are very grateful to Kevaugh and the team at The Palm Terrace for helping to make our big day everything we dreamed it would be. I highly recommend this venue to anyone wishing to have a wedding or any other celebration.

This was truly a dream come true! We originally had a nice wedding when we were first married in 2009. We wanted to renew our vows at 10 years, but our children play sports and we could not. This time we were determined. We decided on destination wedding because we wanted everyone who wanted to be there to make travel arrangements. What we did not expect was over 30 guest to come! We decided on a cruise because it went to multiple places and we could get off and have a wedding, and get back on. It was a gamble! We wanted beachfront, but all beaches in Jamaica, even ones at resorts, said it would be semi-private due to guest and public beach attendees being able to use the space as well. This was not on the beach, but it was private and the view was breathtaking! And we would have been burning on hot sand on a beach! This was such a scary ordeal. We only had pictures to go off of, but Kevan made the process so easy. We met via Zoom, messaged all the time on What’s app, he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I was comfortable and we had everything set. I’m in tears writing this. We put so much trust in them. He even scheduled transportation from the boat to the venue and back. Our fear was making it back to the boat on time and we ended on time and no issues. We are ABSOLUTELY returning. He has our trust and we highly recommend The Palm Terrace. Oh! And the food was DELICIOUS!!! Just so happy. One of the best memories for the rest of our lives to cherish. -

We got married on Thursday January 25th 3024 and the team at The Palm Terrace ensured that not only was our wedding day immaculate but that the weeks leading up to our wedding day was organized and as low stress as they could assist in making it. The owner & operator Mr. Kevan Stewart was flexible, understanding and very professional. He as well as his likkle but Tallulah team of Catherine and Deandra were very hands on with getting us down the isle. We rented the entire property for our wedding but ended up only using three sections: The Garden, the White Room and the main Deck. The lawns were beautifully manicured, so green and lush, the White Room was spacious with full air conditioning... it even has a wheel chair ramp. The main Deck over looks the montego bay airport, endless blue Caribbean ocean, lovely palm trees and at night transformed into cool night air, starry skies with a gentle breeze. Our wedding was a blessing... so wonderfully executed by The Palm Terrace. We selected the Elegant Package I think and we were not disappointed. I almost forgot that we had security guar0ds as part of our package and though I didn't think them necessary, they added an extra sense of security plus one remained in the parking area so our guests never had to worry nor wonder about their vehicles safety. We took a year to plan our wedding and the closer it got to our special day, the more stressful things sometimes became but once Kevan and Catherine took on our wedding day we didn't have to worry about anything but focus on our love for each other and meeting each other at the alter... yes the have separate rooms for the bridal party and groomsmen to get ready. We have talked way too much on this rev8ew but our day was so wonderful that and I proudly recommend this wedding destination THE PALM TERRACE. Oh, our photos were taken on the property and boy they are gorgeous. Yes I'm saying it but it'd true. There are so many areas to take your photos, video etc. Thank you Palm Terrace team... selecting a wedding venue shapes a wedding so we did wl by choosing you. -

Wedding of my dreams
The package provided by the Palm Terrace made planning and logistics so simple and convenient. The views were amazing! The gardens were amazing! The Terraces were amazing! The space provided to get ready were cool and spacious and functional. The team constantly checked in and made sure we were okay.
Overall i loved everything about my day and compliments to MC Kevan and DJ Sheldon for a super fun reception -

Wooowwwwww should sum it all up! I could not have asked to partner with a more amazing team or picked a more beautiful location to celebrate our wedding. Beautiful views of the ocean, the garden and great accommodations for getting ready. The best of all worlds is truly at this beautoful gem. "I recently had my wedding at this venue and it was absolutely perfect! The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout the entire planning process, ensuring that every detail was just right. The venue itself is absolutely stunning - from the beautifully landscaped gardens, to the elegant white indoor room, to the main terrace overlooking the ocean it provided the perfect backdrop for our special day.
On the day of our wedding, the staff at the venue truly showed up and showed out. They made sure that everything ran smoothly and that we were able to relax and enjoy our day without any worries. They were so attentive to our needs and made sure that our guests were well taken care of as well.
Overall, I cannot recommend this wedding venue enough. If you're looking for a stunning venue with exceptional service, this is the place for you. Thank you so much to the entire Palm Terrace team for making our wedding day so memorable and special!
