Our wedding at the Palencia Club was everything I ever wanted! Amazing location, great staff, and Misty in particular was wonderful! She was very responsive whenever I had a question or concern, and helped the whole process flow seamlessly. I can’t think of anything I would do differently.

I have lived in Palencia for over 18 years and this was one of the first times I have used the venue at Palencia for my daughter’s baby shower. All of my guest thought it was so incredible very professional very classy.

Just had our wedding reception there. Misty and the team were FANTASTIC and we absolutely loved our reception. Misty helped me a lot along the way in planning the reception, and they were able to make quite a few last minute requests happen for us. Misty also gave a bunch of great recommendations for vendors. The Reinosa Ballroom was a beautiful setting and a had a nice patio with a great view that we used for photos and our guests hung out on it. Price was honestly pretty reasonable for such a nice venue that had a bar and catering service and pretty view. They were very dedicated. Misty even offered to take my dirty tissue from me the night of our reception (didn't give it to her but I was impressed). Highly recommend.

Misty was our wedding day coordinator and we could not have done it without her. The wedding day went exactly like I had dreamed and she made sure to make it a beautiful experience! With all the stress of planning the wedding, Misty was there for me every step of the way! We can't wait to go back and visit!

I know it was our daughter's wedding so we are partial but it was the most fun we have ever had at a wedding. Truly, we all had a blast. And, if anything did go wrong we didn't even know it because the staff handled everything with class and ease. The bride and groom had an amazing day, and that made my day amazing. Misty and the staff did all the all the décor and flowers, it was beautiful and I was not stressed!!!!

Misty is amazing, she is very thoughtful, thorough, knows what to say when it seems like everything is crashing around you. This was the most beautiful venue with plenty of space for our guests.
Misty handled our coordination, flowers, assisted us in deciding our menu and how to handle alcohol for the night. Misty also helped coordinated our rehearsal.

On 7/31 we had the club host a family memorial luncheon. We reserved the Bistro room and ordered from the Grille Menu. The room was perfect for our family and the memorial service. The food and servers were excellent, and every detail was covered. Thank you to Misty and the Palencia Club for doing such an outstanding job.

We could not be happier with how perfect our wedding was at the Palencia Club. Misty, the wedding events manager, was also our coordinator for the day of the wedding. She was incredible with communication throughout every step of the planning process. Anytime I had questions she would respond within a day, and made sure the entire day went as smoothly as possible. We wanted a venue where we could have our ceremony and reception in the same place to help make things as simple as possible. We loved that they not only made all the food, but also made all the drinks for our open bar. We even had signature margaritas and long Islands that tasted incredible. The food was delicious, and the beauty of the surrounding scenery speaks for itself. The Palencia Club will forever hold a special place in my heart, and I would absolutely recommend it as a wedding venue to anyone wanting to get married in the St. Augustine area.

We hosted an event at the Palencia Club during our wedding weekend and it turned out AMAZING. The event we planned was the night before the wedding and it was a "Welcome Event" for our guests to drop by and have a drink with us before the big day. From the start Misty was incredible! She toured the different spaces with us and worked with us for months on planning the menu and making sure that we were happy overall. The food, drinks and views were remarkable! We couldn't have done it without Misty! If anyone wants to plan any type of event at the Palencia Club, I suggest working with Misty!

My wedding day went so smoothly! My guests were very pleased with the venue, the professional staff, and the food/drinks served. Misty was my wedding coordinator and she went above and beyond the call of duty, to make sure my day was a happy one! I will cherish my memories of that day forever, and I’m so glad it was at such a beautiful place, with professional and expert staff. Thank you Misty and Palencia staff for all you do!! 5 stars!

We had a wedding shower at the Palencia for 35 people. The Palencia Club had several room options and all of them were wonderful. The event coordinator was so amazing that I wanted to be friends with her. I had such a fantastic working experience with the event coordinator. She was so patient with me and when I changed my mind on things….many times, she was always nice and accommodating. Everything felt so easy. The day of the shower, I arrived early and saw a team of people doing a final check. When the guests arrived, they were so well taken care of. The team at the Palencia Club were so attentive to the guests and I noticed so many nice things they did. It was touching. They cared for our guests as if they were family. The food was AMAZING!!! I have been to many showers and weddings and by far, this was the best food!! Everyone was raving about the food, they even raves about the salad dressing. Our guests had plenty to eat and they all walked away stuffed. I have to say that I felt as if the Palencia Club put in more than I paid for. I am grateful to them for creating such a romantic, magical day.

This venue was everything we could have ever dreamed of for our wedding. The golf was a blast, the food was great, Sara was absolutely amazing, and there were endless photo backdrops for our special day. Our cake also started melting and the chef went above and beyond and saved our cake. I also have a dairy allergy and the chef made me a special dinner. Sara was on top of everything as well and seriously is a gem. They just truly did everything plus so much more. 💜💕

I had my wedding here Aug 2021. The venue was beautiful. I loved that the outside is next to the lake. It was really nice to have our ceremony there. The reception is upstairs and it was very elegant. There are so many places for pictures. The fountain was also really pretty to have in pictures. The food was great too! I loved this venue & the staff was so helpful throughout the whole process.

We had an amazing tour. Sara, the coordinator, is so organized, thorough, and very responsive over email. She was very patient with all of our questions and pauses for pictures. The venue is gorgeous and everything we want. This was honestly the easiest decision we've made with our wedding planning process so far and we couldn't be more excited!

The Palencia Club is a stunning wedding venue, you truly have to go see Palencia in person! There are so many good picture spots and the event spaces are neutral but elegant. Sara was with us every step of the way, even through changing our wedding multiple times because of COVID-19. We had a small cocktail reception and the food was amazing! All of the staff was so so nice and helpful! You cannot beat the price of this wedding venue!

The Palencia Club was the perfect location for my daughter’s wedding and reception. Sara was fabulous to work with. She was there every step of the way and made sure all details were taken care of even as changes were made. The location is just beautiful. We held the event outside on the Wedding Green and inside/outside of The Bistro. This was perfect as we had to reschedule the entire event due to the pandemic and wanted to be outside. Sara and Palencia Club worked with us to make sure our date was available for the reschedule, they handled everything from setting up the event to the end. The food was amazing, and the chef was able to accommodate all our guests’ dietary concerns. The servers were very professional and friendly. The outside area of The Bistro is magical as the sun goes down. They have string lights overhead. We brought candles for the tables, and the dj brought uplighting. It really looked like something out of a movie. The bride and groom loved the location. I cannot express my gratitude enough to Sara and The Palencia Club for making this event so special for my daughter and her husband. I highly recommend hosting your event at The Palencia Club.

We booked the Palencia Club about a year out from our December 2019 wedding. From the beginning, our experience with them was awesome. Sara, the coordinator, was amazing. She was extremely responsive and easy to get a hold of. She answered all my questions, no matter how inconsequential. We hired her for her day of coordinator services as well, and she went above and beyond. Her help extended way past just a day of coordinator. She contacted vendors for me to make sure that they knew where to be and when. She put together the ceremony and reception areas to the way that I envisioned. And she ensured that the day ran as smoothly as possible. We were very grateful for her help!
The venue was very flexible and willing to help in whatever way to make our day special. The food was amazing, and all of our guests were very complimentary about it. We even had a few guests with very strict dietary restrictions that they were able to accommodate and still make the food taste good.
The venue itself was beautiful, and we are looking forward to seeing it captured in our pictures. Overall, we would highly recommend the Palencia Club to anyone looking for a beautiful place in St. Augustine to get married.

Misty and Crystal did an amazing job helping me plan my mom's 90th birthday party. We had 82 guest and everyone enjoyed themselves. The food was absolutely excellent! Service, set up, flowers amazing! Truly a wonderful place to hold any type of party, reception, gathering. This is my second experience and I am sure there will be a third. Thanks to everyone at the Palencia Club for making this such a special day!

Sara was AMAZING. The food, environment, seating, reception area, were all perfect to a T. I highly recommend this venue for both a ceremony and a reception. Sara and her staff are amazing and will take care of literally anything you need for your day to be special and everything you want.

We just had our reception here and it was amazing from start to finish. The venue coordinator, Sara, is wonderful to work with and will make sure to pay attention to every detail. The venue was beautiful, the food was amazing, and we were able to customize a lot of things for our wedding. I highly recommend booking this venue!

Sarah Martinson is an absolute dream to work with! My fiance and I have had the best experience working with her and the staff at The Palencia Club so far and our wedding is still 11 months away! The Chef put together the most amazing tasting for us, we were blown away! I can't wait to celebrate next year!

My husband and I could not have chosen a more perfect and beautiful venue for our special day! The staff was great, especially Sara, the coordinator at the club, who helped make our day everything and more than we possibly could've dreamed of. Everyone was so accommodating and easy to work with. The food was fabulous and everything was exactly how we wanted it. We could not be more pleased with our choice!

It was love at first site when my husband and i visited the Palencia club. The place is gorgeous and the greenery is beautiful. My husband and i can't wait to get married there to celebrate our renewal vows for our 13years of marriage next year in October. I'm super excited! I highly recommended this place and Teri is the best she's awesome and she will work with your budget. #youngandstillinlove.
