I could probably fill a book with what Anna and Jordan did to make our wedding the perfect fever dream that it was. Their connections, their vision, their work ethic, their MILITANT attention to detail. As a type-A person with a big support system, I was one of those gals who questioned whether or not I really NEEDED a wedding planner. If that sounds like you - you do not need a wedding planner, you need Anna and Jordan. The vendors they brought to our team and the lack of stress alone justified the cost ten times over; I firmly believe I would have paid more money to get less of what I wanted without them. That being said, in an industry where it feels like everyone is asking you to cough up more money, A+J have something so special - heart. We were initially supposed to get married on December 31, 2021. On December 26, I called Anna - a wreck - because a person the wedding couldn't go on without had just tested positive for COVID. We were going to have to postpone our wedding that was less than a week away. And they just... did it. No angst, no hesitation. Anna rallied her troops and turned the freaking Titanic, executing the most seamless reschedule in less than 24 hours. ON TOP OF THAT - she and Jordan still helped us get married that Friday, coordinating florals and photography so we could still have a beautiful, documented micro-celebration on the day we intended, in addition to the big wedding rescheduled for April. It is no exaggeration to say I literally couldn't have done any of that without them. Through every high and low, they were there. It was more like having two besties plan your wedding; that's how much they care. If that's the kind of experience you want during one of the most stressful, emotional, expensive, joyful, important periods of your life (which, I promise, YOU DO) they should be your first hire. You will not believe how seamlessly all else falls into place after that.

Anna & Jordan exceeded all of our expectations when it came to planning our wedding!! We met them a year out from our wedding and immediately knew we needed them to plan our wedding. We had a 300 person wedding that required extensive planning and design but they made it feel easy. Anna & Jordan are communicative, talented, organized and have the most unique design skills! Leading up to the wedding, they were working on our wedding all hours of the day/night and on the night before the wedding told me, “if it’s 2am and you have a thought, text us.” They were so dedicated to making our wedding everything we dreamed of. They even had additional team members on the day of our wedding to ensure a seamless timeline. You must chose Anna & Jordan as your planners!!!!

We planned our Baltimore wedding from Atlanta, so we figured out fairly quickly we were going to need help. Working with The Otherside Creatives was the BEST decision we made. We had already booked a few vendors before we started working with them but Anna and Jordan were able to provide recommendations for everything else we needed. Their florist recs were AMAZING. Throughout the planning process they had answers for every question we had and were so helpful. They helped us go over contracts that we signed before we started working with them and helped us get clarification from those vendors. They went to bat for us multiple times to make sure we were getting what we signed up for. Anna and Jordan were both so calm and that helped us feel more at ease with all the decisions we were making. They are completely honest about what you do not need, which is super refreshing. They coordinated with all our vendors with timelines, questions, and really anything and everything in between. They made sure that the day was planned to be exactly what WE wanted. Day-of, The Otherside team was completely amazing. If anything went wrong, we had no idea. We didn't have to think about anything - we had a schedule that everyone was working to. It made our day completely stress-free. I never had anyone reach out to me with any questions or issues. Anna kept the whole event running smoothly and on schedule, making adjustments as needed but again, so calm! We were able to completely enjoy the entire day because of their hard work, planning, and coordination. I can't imagine not having them on board for our big day. You NEED Anna and Jordan in your corner on your wedding planning journey.

Oh, boy, where do I even begin with The Otherside Creatives?! Jordan and Anna deserve a standing ovation for the absolutely incredible job they did planning our wedding at the Peabody Library. Seriously, I cannot sing their praises loud enough!
From the moment we met Jordan and Anna, we knew we were in good hands. They were warm, friendly, and genuinely excited about bringing our dream wedding to life. They listened attentively to every crazy idea we had and turned them into reality with their expert touch.
Let me tell you, these wedding planners are like magicians. They have this incredible ability to take even the tiniest details and transform them into something spectacular. The decor was jaw-dropping, and I'm pretty sure they sprinkled a little bit of magic dust to make everything so enchanting.
The Otherside Creatives really went above and beyond to make sure my big day was perfect. They were incredibly organized and kept everything running smoothly. I didn't have to worry about a single thing, which was such a relief during such a hectic time. They handled every hiccup with grace and ensured that everything was resolved seamlessly.

Anna, Jordan, and their team were incredible! They were incredibly organized and gently pushed us to make decisions when we kept saying "we'll figure this out later." Their organization and guidance was top notch. As a queer couple, who had never attended a queer wedding before, there were lots of unknowns and things we had to figure out. They have worked with so many other queer couples that we knew we were in excellent hands and were able to bounce ideas off of them regularly. We'd highly recommend them to any couples that are looking for an awesome, inclusive, incredibly thorough, and fun planner to work with. We can't imagine how our wedding would have happened (or how incredible the night was) if it wasn't for Anna, Jordan, and their team. Throughout the entire planning process, they provided knowledgeable suggestions to make our ideas become a reality, demonstrated their expertise on best practices, and were generally just a blast to chat with. Both my wife and I had no idea when a small timing hiccup occurred during the wedding, because TOS team was quietly on it. When my wife and I forgot something in our hotel room, someone from the team ran to get it during cocktail hour. Two months out from our wedding, we miss getting to chat with Anna and Jordan. You NEED Anna+Jordan
Right after we met Anna at a venue tour, we loved her so much, I immediately went home and looked up The Otherside Creatives. We hit it off immediately and right away we knew they were the ones to help with our wedding. I can’t even imagine not having Anna+Jordan throughout the planning process. “Thank God for Anna+Jordan” became a common phrase as we navigated through wedding planning. Whether by email, text, or phone call they were always super easy to get in touch with if you have a question, idea, or just chat. They know allllll the ins and outs of weddings and can help with anything, give advice, and they know every vendor out there!
On the day of the wedding, Jordan and her team took care of everything, and it came out better than I could have imagined. Their attention to detail and creativity were incredibly admirable. They thought of everything! From the handmade disco ball headband to telling the band that I was done dancing our first dance, she made sure everything perfect. Some of my favorite moments I never would have thought of but her and her team added to make the day extra special.
I cannot imagine a better team to make our day absolutely perfect. I’m so beyond grateful for them and everything they did for our wedding.

My husband and I were incredibly appreciative of their prompt replies, recommendations of and connections with other vendors, and their sense of humor throughout. We were even more impressed (and eternally grateful) of their guidance, connections, patience, and work ethic when our venue fell through within 60 days of our wedding. A & J jumped into high gear, checking in with us often, making calls all over town to find us a new spot. Our venue turned out to be even better than imagined and A & J made sure our whole vendor team could make the change with us. None of our wedding chaos would have been managed with the care, grace, patience, and expertise it was without A & J leading the vendor team. We are forever grateful.

Amazing you need to hire them asap
I’ve known Anna previously and I knew the second I got engaged I was going to need her brains and power to pull off our amazing wedding. From the second we picked our date and venue Anna was on it with different ideas, color palettes, what would look great in the venue space. She helped us a lot out with picking rentals and deciding on linens. I fully trusted her and I’m pretty sure all our pictures speak for themselves!! The best ever
Anna & Jordan were by far one of the best decisions we made for our big day. When we first started planning our wedding, we were deciding between venues. One was a family estate - but that we'd have to tent, bring in everything, etc. so we needed some experts to help us walk the site and decide if it was for us or not. When that didn't end up working out (it was for the best!) Anna & Jordan were there with multiple other venues that fit our budget and matched our vibe. Always there with a quick answer if I shot of an email late-night or early-morning, Anna & Jordan were so helpful and professional through the entire TWO YEAR wedding planning process. We truly don't even know if anything "went wrong" during our wedding day because they handled everything so effortlessly -- and were so so enjoyable to work with. Anna & Jordan know how to throw a party. Our wedding was an incredible time and we knew we were in good hands with their help, guidance and expertise every step of the way!!
We weren’t 100% sure what our venue would be, and we had a chance to use a family friend’s barn. After doing a site visit with Anna - she was able to tell us the pros and cons of the space and how we’d be able to make it our own for the day! Although we ultimately went a different direction, Anna & Jordan helped us find something with our vibe and price point in mind.
The day of our wedding, I honestly don’t know if anything went wrong. I’m sure it did, but even I didn’t notice!! They handled everything seamlessly and it was all perfect. Could not recommend them enough.

My wedding savior
It did not take much thought in having Anna and Jordan a part of our wedding team this past Sept 2022. Reviews, blog posts, and their gorgeous social media posts had me sold already. My creative side and my husband’s specific taste in decor had to be reeled in somewhere and that was with TOC.
But I had zero idea that this team would be my literal savior. My mom arrived in the lobby of our venue while the bridal party was starting our makeup when she heard a strong voice taking charge when a staff member of the venue slowly started to cause chaos. Later in the day, my mom: “Was that woman Anna?” Me: “Oh it HAS to be!”
Long story short, a very important staff member at my venue was not present for my rehearsal and had to be escorted out about an hour before my ceremony. Gillian ran our rehearsal with ease without said staff member and the following day the team continued to make me feel so supported at every moment.
I truly feel if Anna wasn’t on my team, this day wouldn’t have gone this smoothly. As a type A yet very ADHD bride, I found the planning process to be a breeze with TOC, not sure Anna can say the same about us though! The attention to detail and subtly at the same time made our design dreams come to life despite the constant indecision on every single part. With their amazing connections in the wedding/event industry, we had a group of vendors I’d recommend a million times over!
Thank you so so much for a literal dream come true. We’re still getting compliments on design choices and how amazing the night was. You won’t regret having them a part of your day!

Saved my life and my wedding during Covid-19
I cannot recommend The Otherside Creatives highly enough. Anna has helped make my wedding planning process so smooth and has answered questions before I even thought to ask them countless times. She has recommended vendors, laid out floor plans, said yes to any and every weird and non-traditional idea, been honest when an idea wasn't a great one, let me just vent when I needed to, and so so much more.This week we had to reschedule my wedding due to COVID-19, and we couldn't have done it without her. She took one of the most stressful situations ever and made it feel like something we could overcome by talking with all of my vendors and making so many arrangements for us to be able to quickly pick a new date. I have no doubt that my new wedding date will run smoothly with her at the helm and trust her to overcome literally any obstacle after this. Take the current chaos of the word as a cue and hire Anna so that you have an incredible teammate in coordinating your wedding! This review is so long overdue, but we are still so appreciative of all the work The Otherside Creatives did to make our wedding such a beautiful, fun and memorable day. We hired Anna and Jordan for month-of coordination, but they went so far above and beyond our expectations, allowing us to focus on having a great party with our favorite people.
Shortly after we booked Anna and Jordan, we made the decision to postpone our wedding a year due to covid. They jumped right into gear, handling all the vendor communications and finding a new date that worked for everyone we’d already booked, which relieved so much stress during what was an otherwise chaotic time. Closer to our wedding, they worked with us to draw up a floor plan to maximize the event space and to create a timeline with tons of flexibility built in. We had such a relaxing morning and afternoon thanks to all the work Anna and Jordan did over at our venue and with wrangling our team of vendors. I loved the way they creatively decorated our cocktail hour and reception area, elevating what was already a cool space into a beautiful and romantic space.
Next time we have a big party, our first call is going to be Anna and Jordan. In the meantime, we’re recommending them to every engaged couple we know.

The best the Baltimore for creative & fun weddings!
It was an absolute joy working with Anna & Jordan to plan my wedding! I was planning from out of state, but still had very specific ideas and features that I wanted to include in our party and they made it all happen! The partial planning package was a great balance between taking care of some select details myself and then having them put it all in motion, especially the month leading up to the wedding. Our wedding day went off without a hitch, I couldn't have asked for it to go more smoothly or stress free. Their team made sure that I was taken care of all day and and I (or anyone in the wedding party) didn't have to lift a finger. They helped us find the perfect group of vendors for what we wanted and helped steer us to make the right decisions based on value. I am still getting so many compliments on how fun and creative our wedding was, even 6 months later!

I knew that I would not be able to fully relax and enjoy my wedding unless I had the utmost confidence in my planning team to deal with everything that comes from putting on the best party that has ever happened. I can absolutely say the Otherside Creatives were able to do that for me. Anna not only dealt with all the logistics day of, but made sure my husband and I had the best time we could at our wedding. I cannot overstate how much having Anna on our team made this process better, she has an encyclopedic knowledge of vendors to match any style you are looking for. Anna and Jordan were able to take all the little details my husband and I thought up and make it into a cohesive, astoundingly beautiful ceremony and rocking party. As a COVID delayed partnership, Anna kept us on track and made so many amazing suggestions I do not know what we would have done without her. Jordan's ability to get all the "look" of our wedding together day-of was just so amazing, I cried upon seeing how our space was set up because it was even better than I could have imagined. They rock and if you want your wedding to rock you should hire them. It was the single greatest decision I made about my wedding (just second to my choice of who I was marrying of course).

I cannot sing the praises of The Otherside Creatives more! I had the best year of my life planning my wedding with them! I honestly feel like Jordan and Anna are my best friends. They brought my dream wedding together and completely understood the assignment from the very first meeting we had. Jordan took such good care of my husband and me for the whole year and on the day of our wedding. We were never stressed and didn't have to lift a single finger! I want to plan a wedding every year with them! Jordan was solution-oriented when we had 1 tiny snafu and before she even brought it to me she already had an alternative that was actually a million times better. HIRE THEM! If you know what's good for you, you will hire the best team in the business!
