The Osprey’s made our wedding planning process easy and stress free! Vanessa took the directions/vision that we had and turned it into a dream come true! Everything went off without a hitch and I truly believe that is because the staff is so experienced and knowledgeable. We are STILL receiving compliments from friends and family. Highly recommend!! -

My husband and I had a very good experience with our wedding coordinator and venue. Everything was seamless. They helped us throw our wedding in about two months and everything was perfect. -

I cannot say enough good things about the venue and the Osprey's managers and staff. Everything about booking the venue, planning for the wedding, the rehearsal, and the big day, was seamless. Not only did my husband and I love the venue, but our family and friends did too! Great indoor and outdoor options, and the bridal suite and grooms quarters were PERFECT! Working with Amy and Vanessa was incredible - their support, suggestions, and guidance are part of what made my big day such a success!! -

Despite us peppering the staff at the Ospreys with random questions throughout the 13 months leading up to our wedding, the staff was very responsive and provided us with timely and useful suggestions. But what impressed us most was how organized and insightful they were during the week leading to our wedding and the day of. They transformed their venue into our vision. Thanks Amy and Tori! -

Amazing Wedding
What can I say!!! Amy and her team were amazing, professional, they provided advice and guidance throughout the process. The vendor selection was both diverse and affordable. They were very flexible as well. Our Monday Brunch Wedding was such fun thanks to Amy and the team! We appreciate the hospitality and support! We highly recommend the Ospreys at Belmont Bay.! -

The Osprey’s did a wonderful job with our wedding. We knew that they would going in because they've done my older sisters wedding and the send off for my late nephew. I knew we would be in good caring hands with the Osprey’s I cried all day tears of joy. Everyone involved was super helpful and attentive to my husband and my needs and the execution was beautiful. -

This review is long overdue! My husband and I got married here back in August and we are still thinking of how perfect the day was. The staff at Osprey’s at Belmont Bay were beyond professional and responsive to our needs and concerns. I have to specifically mention Vanessa who was assigned our venue coordinator. She made everything super easy and was always a step ahead. The reason we chose this venue was because of its convenient location and how GORGEOUS it is! All of my guests were raving about how clean and beautiful the venue was. This was such an affordable venue for all that it offered. I would recommend this venue to anyone in the northern Virginia area for your special event! -

We held our wedding at The Ospreys on 6.10.2023 and it couldn't have been a more perfect day! Our criteria were simple. Somewhere that encompassed the beauty of Northern Virginia, catered to our loved ones and offered something for all ages! We had a positive experience from beginning to end! I can't tell you how many times I heard that something would go wrong, but not to panic. I had zero reason to panic because it went smoothly! The staff definitely put my mind at ease and took care of the details. All of our guests were impressed by the venue and everyone the encountered.
I highly recommend this venue for simple and elegant tastebuds!

We got married on 5/20/23 at the Osprey’s at Belmont Bay and it was the perfect venue for us. From our initial visit to tour the venue we knew that the Osprey’s was the place we wanted to say I do. Everything from the getting ready suites (which are super spacious and beautiful) to the ceremony site on the water, to the stunning reception space and everything in between was absolutely perfect. If you are looking for a “light and airy” venue with stunning outdoor views on the water this venue is for you.
We had the opportunity to work with Amy throughout our entire planning process. We initially met her at our venue tour and were lucky enough to have her as our event director on our big day. She was a huge help with all of our wedding planning including giving insight, helping to bring ideas to life and so much more. She coordinated our day perfectly and helped make the day run soothly, making the day completely stress free for us. We are forever thankful to have had her be such a big part of our wedding day!
We 110% recommend the Osprey’s!! -

Absolutely beautiful
Ospreys is a beautiful venue. The bright farmhouse look was exactly what I was looking for. The pergola wedding was beautiful in front of the water. Gabby was our event coordinator and she was amazing! She was fun, professional and we loved how she could work and still mingle with the kids. The price was great for the whole experience we had there. Highly recommend! -

We looked at three different venues in the Occoquan area (Harbour View, River View and this one, The Ospreys.) The Ospreys was by far the nicest and the best deal. It had stunning indoor/outdoor areas and was right on the river (they have a spacious bridal suite and groom's quarters too.) PLUS they include an event coordinator and free access to use their stock of amazing decorations. Gabby and Amy were responsive and gave much assurance leading up the big day. Gabby was our assigned event coordinator and her expertise, professionalism and thoughtfulness made the event flow smoothly and so stress-free. This beautiful yet affordable venue is quite a gem in the area and I highly recommend it. -

We had the pleasure of working with Vanessa as our event coordinator and we were sold. From the first tour till the day of our wedding we knew we had selected the right venue for us. We had initially thought to have a large number of guest, but down sized once we fell in love with the venue. We really loved that they offer the event coordinator as part of the package as well as the decor support. We want to personally thank Vanessa because she was there for it all from day one, she responded to emails no matter what time we sent them, she made sure everything went as planned and as discussed, worked with our vendors to make sure everything we had imagined for our day went perfectly. She was flexible and helped us bring our dream to a reality. Thank you Ospreys and thank you Vanessa and team!!! -

Everything went great!
Vanessa was on top of things and we couldn’t be happier. The venue was beautiful and we had an absolute blast. Only improvement could be closer to a hotel but that’s not even on them. We had a shuttle and it worked great. -

My husband and I fell in love with the venue the moment we arrived. We loved the waterfront pergola and the convenience of the reception being right there. It was a stressful time planning for us because I was having health problems and was going to need surgery soon. We pushed my surgery back because we did not want to have to postpone our wedding. I really doubt we would have been able to pull it off if it wasn't with the help of our amazing coordinator, Vanessa. Vanessa was so helpful and so detail oriented. The venue is stunning, but what made this place so special was the help and love that the staff put into making your day the BEST DAY EVER! This place will always have a special place in our hearts. -

The Osprey’s provided the most perfect wedding experience for my now husband and I. From the moment we saw their beautiful location, we knew this was the spot for us! Our coordinator was Vanessa, who was a godsend a million times over, especially in the stressful days leading up to our event. Vanessa handled everything wonderfully, and went above and beyond to make our occasion special and perfect. She thought of everything, including all the things I didn’t! Our guests were so impressed with her professionalism, and the beauty of our location. After seeing some of my friends experiences with vendors this summer, it makes me all the more grateful we went with the Osprey’s: the staff made sure our day was stress-free, and every detail was perfect. Thank you to Vanessa and the rest of the Osprey’s team for an amazing wedding that we will never forget!!
