I highly recommend working with Olive and Poppy! Shannon, Alex and the rest of the team are absolutely amazing! My mother and I met with Shannon back in 2019 and instantly fell in love with her work and attention to detail. Our wedding was postponed a year due to the pandemic and Shannon was flexible and made the rescheduling process a breeze. Once planning picked up again, she was extremely responsive and truly excited that our big day was finally happening. I had a great planning meeting with Shannon and Alex where we went over every detail of the wedding, and they even showed me options for flowers, vessels, and lanterns so that I could be 100% confident in the design. The Olive and Poppy team are so creative and talented. On the wedding day they were prompt and efficient, and did a great job installing everything just the way that I wanted. Everything turned out so beautiful and it was even better than what I had envisioned. Thank you so much for making our wedding day so beautiful!

Shannon from The Olive & Poppy might be my favorite person of all time. She took the simple vision in my head and made it come to life in the most beautiful, epic way. I couldn't have asked for anything better on our wedding day. Every flower, candle, votive, vine, everything was perfect.
She was a dream to work with and made the whole process so easy. All of the bouquets were spectacular. She seriously made magic for us and I couldn't recommend her more. I can't say enough about how wonderful everything turned out. Do yourself and wedding a favor and book Shannon now!

Shannon was the absolute best to work with from start to finish! She listened to what I wanted, helped me see my vision and made sure my wedding flower dreams came true! It was also extremely windy and she handled it like the pro that she is! My bouquet was to die for and the flower girl flower crowns were just too cute for words! Even when I switched up the tables a couple months before the wedding, she made sure to adjust everything in order to give me exactly what I wanted and still stay within our budget! Breathtaking Flowers!!
We used The Olive & Poppy for our wedding on 11/17/18. I cannot even begin to explain how beautiful she made our wedding! I love flowers, so I wanted to make sure our wedding was full of flowers, and Shannon did not disappoint. We even changed our original plans only a month before the wedding, and Shannon was so flexible! When I first walked into the venue before the ceremony started, I was brought to tears by how gorgeous the flowers were. Shannon was a delight to work with, and I will be dreaming forever about how gorgeous she made our wedding. It would not have been the same without The Olive & Poppy!!

Stunning florals
Olive & Poppy was recommended to me, and I am so happy we went with Shannon and her team and followed that recommendation. I absolutely adored the flowers she provided at the wedding, and she was also just really sweet about my describing various flowers, such as the craspedia or billy button, which I believe I called "a cute yellow pom pom thing."
A LOT of my vendors wanted me to create pinterest boards so they could exactly duplicate my precise wishes--which is cool if you have a precise vision, but really hard when you don't. Shannon took my hodge podge of a pinterest board and fairly minimal guidance and created these gorgeous arrangements that look amazing in our photos, were great on our tables, and even better than I could have imagined. She also listened on the day-of when the pinwheels and elements they had put on the arbor didn't fit what I thought we had discussed and quickly re-arranged things to place flowers there instead, minutes before the ceremony was meant to begin. Shannon even allowed me to deliver some photo charms for my mother in law's bouquet and one for my own to personalize the flowers.
I just can't thank them enough for all the hard work, back-and-forth and guidance on who all and where all we would need flowers while still staying within our budget.
I unfollowed all things wedding as soon as I possibly could, but keep up with Olive & Poppy on instagram still because the things they do are just breathtaking.

The Olive and Poppy did an incredible job with our wedding flowers! They nailed the look that we were going for and were very reasonably priced. We received so many compliments on the florals. Some of our guests were so impressed that they couldn’t let the flowers go to waste after our wedding and actually took them home!

We absolutely adored Shannon the moment we met her and we instantly knew she was the florist for our wedding. Shannon had a really great initial consultation to learn about what we wanted, offered suggestions and came up with a game plan that fit our needs. We hired her for a Friday night Welcome Reception, wedding and florals for a brunch on Sunday. Shannon created a STUNNING hanging piece for us that far exceeded our imagination and literally made us cry when we saw it. The entire design and careful thought out arrangements and colors transformed our space into a magical evening! We cannot get over how amazing everything was. Shannon was such a pleasure to work with! We met her at an event at our venue and knew we didn't need to look any further! She was so sweet and told us that we could tell her our budget and she will work down from that instead of that being the max that we will spend. After meeting with her, I told her I wasn't very good at envisioning things together, but I told her my colors and that I loved rose gold. She pulled up beautiful flowers and even had rose gold centerpieces we could use. It all turned out beautifully and it was one of the very few things I didn't need to stress over at all! I even wrote her a few times leading up to the wedding about adding on things like a toss bouquet and more centerpieces then what was originally planned and she was quick to respond and adjust our invoice. She even made a beautiful arch for us to get married under and transformed it to use on our sweetheart table after the ceremony! She does a beautiful job and we would HIGHLY recommend her! I even told one of my engaged girlfriends about Shannon and The Olive and Poppy after I had booked her and she ended up using them as well!

Shannon instantly put me at ease and settled my anxiety about what I needed. She wasn’t pushy or stuffy. She was assuring and made the process easy. The flowers were breathtaking. I, of course, had to have as many flowers from my companies farm as possible. Our first meeting was a hit! Not only did we geek out about flowers but she knew exactly what I was looking for. I could not imagine having another florist for my wedding. Shannon was amazing from the start. I live out of state and she was willing to meet with me anytime I was in town and always responded to emails. She was so pleasant and personal. She knew exactly what I wanted from looking at a couple pictures and made it look like everything that I'very ever wanted. She worked with me on my budget. She created the most perfect bouquets, boutineers, centerpieces, and huppah. The flowers and arrangements were more than I could ever have thought of. They were so bright, colorful, and exactly what I wanted! I would defintely use her again if I need flowers for anything. People are still commenting to me on how beautiful my flowers were!

Shannon and her team were a dream to work with. She took time to listen to what flowers I had invisioned as we talked for about an hour on the phone. She also created a Pinterest board where I showed her pictures and ideas. I wanted to have my flowers be somewhat of a surprise (because I am indecisive). On the wedding day when she walked in with my bouquet I couldn't believe my eyes. My flowers were so above and beyond what I could have even imagined. She incorporated all my favorites and musts and then threw in some flowers that are my new favorites. I have dried my bouquet and am keeping it forever. There are no words to best describe how amazing of a florist Shannon is. There is complete serenity knowing, she's got it covered. Love, love, love!!

My caterer referred us to Shannon at the Olive and The Poppy and we were sold the first time we met with her! We never met with a second vendor because we felt so comfortable and confident in Shannon's talents. My mom and I came with a few ideas, but Shannon had already been looking at our Pinterest boards and pretty much had an idea of what we wanted and could articulate it better than we could. We were going for a classic, romantic look but with a mountain-esque feeling, and that is exactly what every flower arrangement was! The flowers Shannon arranged were all done so well, the colors matched what I wanted perfectly, and she delivered them with her team, set them up, helped my family with a few other tasks, and she stayed to help move things between the ceremony and reception. She also worked with me to create her first ever moss board that held the escort table cards...it exceeded my expectations! Shannon is so creative, very professional and extremely kind. I highly recommend her and her team! I will always remember the flowers at our wedding!

Shannon and the staff with The Olive & Poppy were fantastic! We so enjoyed their support, input, and desire to meet our needs. We met with Shannon on multiple occasions over coffee to determine the theme of the floral arrangements and she was great each time; listening to our ideas, offering her suggestions and helping us come to an agreement that fit what we needed and what she was envisioning for our big day. We really liked that she had access to a number of photos with options of what we were considering. It was an easy process and we allowed her to “do the driving” on final design and concepts and she did GREAT! Communication was consistent throughout the process; she was always timely in her responses to us via email or phone. We also found her pricing to be excellent and she worked with us to ensure we stayed within budget but also have what we wanted. We were so thrilled to have found her and if you consider working with Villa Parker for your ceremony which is where our wedding was, she has great relationships with the staff there and it just helped put our minds at ease. The day-of delivery was early, the staff support was great and they did an incredible job of setup with the folks at Villa Parker. We cannot thank Shannon and the staff enough for making the process on the floral arrangements simple, easy to understand, imaginative and most of all, very little stress for us!

Shannon delivered my mom and I's vision with a competitive price. She didn't try to push us into more flowers and even suggested that our ceremony location didn't need much as the backdrop and bouquets would be plenty for guests to enjoy. On our wedding day, she was a champ making sure everything was set-up and perfect. So many people have commented on my wedding photos and how beautiful my bouquet was. Our first meeting with her we knew 1 flower we wanted for sure and she helped us tie in other flowers to make the bouquets, centerpieces and boutonnieres look absolutely marvelous. She helped us stay under our budget, which was a major plus for us!! She followed me from the start making sure I was taken care of when the company I was reaching out to was non responsive to my messages and offered me her services. I talked with her several times about what I was looking for and the arrangements she made for my wedding were absolutely beautiful and turned out exexactly how I envisioned them to be. Pricing was fair and she was so flexible working with me even though my wedding date fell on an Easter Sunday. Shannon was so flexible and available for my many questions. We didn't spend $1,000 so we had to pick up the flowers. Which was great actually because people were really wanting to help with something that day. Shannon was very flexible and open to whatever time worked for us to pick them up. My mother in law picked them up with no issues. The flowers looked amazing! My mother started tearing up when she saw them if that gives you any idea. Designing the bouquets with Shannon was so simple and laid back. We looked through Pinterest photos and took pieces from each picture. The bridesmaid flowers were also beautiful. We used them as center pieces at the head table. The mix of flowers she used really made the bouquet look full. I wanted sunflowers and some kind of purple flower mixed in. Shannon delivered and then some. I truly couldn't have been happier with the whole experience. Very stress free. A week or so before the wedding I had to change the corsages for the mother, and mother in law. All it took was one e-mail and Shannon took care of it.

Shannon did an amazing job choosing flowers and succulent plants that fit our style and subtly but elegantly complemented the natural setting where we got married. She coached us away from things that might blow our budget, offering amazing substitutes we liked even more, incorporated feedback we gave on design boards, and found amazing centerpieces to match our requests. Her demeanor was amazing, if you're anything like my wife and I, and are a little over fake cheery 20-somethings while planning your wedding, and want someone down to earth and seriously talented, someone able to get outside the rose and pink carnation box, Olive and Poppy is the place to go!

I wish I got to talk with her more the day of but unfortunately I had so much going on that I wasn't able to. From start to finish shannon was incredible. She answered all my questions and is extremely friendly. I got so many compliments on my bouquet. I worked for a flower grower in California, so finding a florist who would allow me to source most of my product was key. She did exactly that! She let me pick the ones I loved, offered suggestions and of course used an abundance of my companies products in my wedding. The outcome was absolutely stunning! I had garlands running the tables and she individually inserted flowers into each. She reused product from the ceremony for the reception to help save on cost. My bouquet was enormous and I loved it! My bridesmaids bouquets were smaller versions of mine and each were unique just like all of my girls. I'm so grateful my wedding planner lead me to Shannon. Shannon and her team were amazing from the moment we met them at their studio. We had done a few consultations with other vendors and were disappointed by the unoriginal designs and flowers they had suggested. When we met with Shannon though, she had already 100% nailed our floral aesthetic perfectly. She was also able to recommend some amazing flowers I had never seen or heard of, but that would support the design vibe in a fun and unique way. Before we pivoted to a microwedding due to COVID, Shannon was ready to run with our wild ideas - floral chandeliers, big beautiful sprays, and a double-sided floral wall to serve as a champagne wall AND the backdrop to our ceremony, etc. When we finally decided to cancel our big wedding (200+ people) in favor of a much smaller wedding (22 people), Shannon let us pivot our deposit to the new wedding, so we could still use the money we had already paid! She even said any dollars left over could be used as a lifetime credit toward arrangements for future occasions, which was so generous. We ended up using every dollar on bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and a gorgeous floral arch that Shannon agreed to do at the last minute! We are so grateful for how sweet, flexible, and talented Shannon is, and how she was able to navigate COVID wedding planning (and re-planning) with us. We would highly recommend The Olive and Poppy for anyone looking for creative and original designs!

It is amazing what they were able to do with my limited knowledge of wedding decorations and types of flowers. I walked in and couldn’t believe how perfect it was. The arch for the ceremony was beautiful and a huge hit with the guests. Would very highly recommend!

We were so incredibly lucky to have Shannon and her staff at the Olive and Poppy work our wedding. The experience I had with Shannon leading up to our wedding was fantastic. She discussed the plans for our florals arrangements several times before the actual wedding-and kept me updated through a visual viewing board to get a sense of what the flowers might look like. Even better, she invited me to her shop to see a good variety of flowers as well as all the additional decoré just before my wedding-which was a great relief days before the big day. I am very thankful the Olive and Poppy was recommended to us and they were able to be part of our special day!

Shannon was amazing to work with! Her creativity was extremely impressive and made choosing flowers one of the easiest and most fun parts of planning. Despite the unfortunate weather she was able to change up her plan and do an amazing job decorating!

Shannon was very nice and easy to work with from the get go. She totally brought to life my vision for my bouquets - they were just what I wanted and were gorgeous. They were also larger than I thought they would be for the price! Fresh flowers are still pretty expensive, but The Olive & Poppy was definitely a bit more affordable than the other florists I looked into. She was very flexible for when we could pick up the flowers the day of and she gave them to us in vases to keep them alive and fresh in the water until the last minute!

Shannon did an amazing job with our wedding. The highlight was the beautiful arbor she created for our ceremony. She was flexible and accommodating to our needs and requests in the process. I'd highly recommend Olive and Poppy for your wedding floral needs.

Was recommended by my day-of coordinator, Shannon was super helpful in making something gorgeous on our very limited budget! So happy with how everything looked... the only downfall was that we didn't have a good key for the corsage/boutonniere and we were super confused and ended up forgetting to give flowers to our moms :( also ended up with more pink in the flowers than I expected, but it was still really beautiful so all good!

Shannon was amazing to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone! The flowers were beautiful and the arrangements were just what I wanted. It was nerve wracking not having seen the flowers before hand but I was floored when I saw them at the venue! Olive and poppy is an amazing company!

Olive and Poppy are so easy to work with! Whether you are a visionary/creative bride or not, they will build you incredible arrangements that blow your expectations. I enjoyed the Pinterest board they sent my fiancé and myself to see the flowers that will be in each bouquet and boutonnière. That small touch meant so much to us! Shannon was pleasant, kind, and workable when assisting us with colors and flowers that coincide. I would recommend this company for future friends and brides a like.

Shannon was very pleasant from the start when discussing our vision and what we wanted, and she put together amazing bouquets that included a variety of blooms and colors that we agreed on. Her stock of vases for centerpieces is great and what's so nice is she didn't charge a rental fee for each piece- they were included in the overall cost. Unfortunately, I found out that the company had booked 5 weddings the weekend of mine, and though I was originally told Shannon and her assistant would be staying the night at our venue in the mountains and would take back all their supplies and vases the next day so we wouldn't have to return them ourselves, Shannon did not show up, and her assistant was not aware that she was supposed to return all of the items. I wasn't made aware of this until after the wedding and my family members were scrambling to pack up all the vases to return them. Communication was definitely lacking about all of that which was a disappointment after how wonderful everything else seemed to go.
