    Great venue

    We made an appointment that they were very flexible with which was great and showed up on time. The property is beautiful and serene, beautiful place for a perfect wedding.

    Beware beware

    The people that operate this place are flaky and WILDLY unreliable. They fail to respond to any calls or messages. We heard horror stories from people in Ojai that the venue has noise complaint issues and will sometimes cancel wedding because the city fines have gotten so high. Imagine them calling you two months before your wedding saying you have to move locations because they have too many noise complaint tickets (THIS HAS HAPPENED TO PEOPLE AT THIS LOCATION). It’s a beautiful venue but it is not worth the headache.

    Terrible Experience

    Whatever you do, do not book this "venue"! We also were refused a refund due to COVID and ended up in court where the owner was ordered to return our deposit and we still have not seen a cent! They are unprofessional and untrustworthy and I would never recommend them to anyone.

    Stay away from ojai ranch

    NOT RECOMMENDED. We were refused a refund due to COVID related cancellations (Ojai Ranch would not host due to local restrictions). Ownership ignored us for months until we threatened to sue. Then they tried to offer us a partial refund and hold onto thousands of dollars. Owned by Leap of Faith Partners LLC who eventually were ordered by the court to pay us back. We would never in a million years do business with a group like this again. We highly recommend you look elsewhere for where to spend the best day of your life.
