The Oaks was the very first venue that we toured and we booked it the next day. We loved having everything in one place. A big beautiful ceremony space with tons of windows and high ceiling that was also used as dinner space. The bar lounge area that was used for cocktail hour and dancing was straight out of a magazine. The bride and groom suites were huge with the grooms suite having a golf simulator! Catering and bar is in house. They provide a day of coordinator. We worked with Anna from the day we booked she was there every step of the way. They really make the whole process so easy. They run like a well oiled machine. Anna and her team kept the day running smooth and guests were raving about the venue, food and drinks. We love The Oaks and are forever grateful for the entire team and everything they have done for us in making our dream wedding a reality.

My daughter's wedding was at The Oaks at Plum Creek last night and it was amazing!!! Venue is beautiful, food was fantastic, and the staff was professional and attentive. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a wedding venue. -

From the moment we stepped inside the Oaks, we knew we had to get married here. It boasts stunning views of the rock and beautiful Colorado modern rooms.
For brides out there, the getting ready room is to die for!! We loved having groups of seating areas in the dance room so elderly family could rest but not feel like they were missing out.
We unfortunately had some rain that prevented our outdoor ceremony, but the Oaks staff was incredibly efficient at shifting our ceremony inside and then shifting everything to be ready for dinner during happy hour.
The food was amazing! Incredibly well cooked and timed so that none of our guests felt they were waiting forever for their food.
Our day was absolutely stunning and we were so happy to have our friends and family experience such an incredible venue that also showed off the beauty of our own town. Thank you to the Oaks and Janae who kept everything running in the background! -

There are not enough words to explain how great our experience at The Oaks At Plum Creek was. I had moved to Colorado about a month after I got engaged, so I figured to settle in and get the lay of the land, I would do a few solo tours of wedding venues my now husband and I were considering, then I would bring him back to see the ones that stood out. I toured around 9 places. The Oaks was last, and after seeing it, I went to my car and told everyone who would listen this was the place. The venue is jaw droppingly gorgeous, the staff were welcoming and accommodating from the moment I set foot on the property. Anna gave me a tour, and I could not take pictures fast enough. I thought there was no way I could afford a wedding here, but surprisingly enough, I could!! Though it is by no means a budget venue, the space rental fee is very decent compared to other venues in the area, and includes so much more. The food is once again by no means budget, but it is mouth watering. We still have guests that rave a month later about the steak with red pepper artichoke sauce.
Justin ended up being my day of coordinator, and I truly do not think there is a harder working man on the planet. He made what could have been a disaster, due to a few family & other issues, barely noticeable. He coordinated with all the vendors seamlessly, and even kept everything so on track, we always had a few extra minutes after each scheduled event to just breath, which let me tell you is necessary wedding day. I am a perfectionist, but Justin and his team executed everything so wonderfully, there was no need for me to stress. The staff truly made every guest feel special. Not to mention the groom & bride!!
The Oaks is an anomaly in the wedding industry, you get every penny of your monies worth and more. If you are thinking of having your wedding here.. Do it!!!! It is truly out of this world incredible, you will not be disappointed.The Oaks's reply:

The Oaks was a gorgeous venue for our wedding. It had a beautiful modern interior design and the cocktail/bar area, as well as outdoor greenery for us to have a combined indoor/outdoor ceremony & reception. That flexibility reassured us that regardless of weather, our wedding would be perfect. The bridal suite is to die for, and the groom suite had many activities to pass the time. Our guests were floored by how beautiful the place was. They enjoyed being able to enjoy the weather in the outdoor chairs, yet steps away from the indoor dance floor and pumping music.
Anna was our venue coordinator and she was always an email away, responding within a few hours. She was eager to help and made sure we had champagne and quick bites in between our groom & bride duties. She accommodated for many of our requests no matter how silly they seemed, from the way we wanted our place cards to our specialty cocktail. If there was something the venue wasn't able to provide, she was transparent and provided us alternatives. She made sure her team cleaned up, set up, and guided our guests with kindness that we never felt the need to ever step in and just enjoyed our wedding.
Finally, the food was on point. We had the steak and fish as our entre, with the majority of our guests choosing steak and could not stop commenting on how good it was. Best of all, with the venue + food package, it was extremely affordable compared to other places. All in all, we could not have asked for better service!The Oaks's reply:

We cannot say enough amazing things about the Oaks!! We started our planning with Justin and Janae was our month-of/day-of coordinator. Both of them are super incredible, reliable, effective, great at communication, and just fantastic human beings! They made sure we had up to date information consistently. The venue is the most incredible venue- we loved having multiple large rooms & a flow to our day. The bridal/groom suite are incredible and their staff are so wonderful and kind. I LOVE good customer service and we had the best customer service ever here. Any special requests we had they went over and beyond to make them happen. Super easy and great to work with. I lived in Castle Rock almost my whole life, so I had been to the old plum creek country club many times. It was NEVER a consideration for my wedding. We decided to take a tour now that it is new ownership and is now The Oaks. I am so glad we did! Everything was under construction the first time we went but Justin painted such a vision of what it would turn into that I couldn’t wait to book our date! He has been so helpful and quick with responses to every question I’ve had. He has such a passion for his industry and especially his venue that I have full trust our wedding day will be more than a dream come true. We just went for another tour now that construction is almost finished and everything was as he described it to be but beyond expectation! I cannot wait to continue working with Justin and The Oaks!The Oaks's reply:

Spent the day checking out venues south of Denver and was really blown away by this brand new wedding location! The venue is still under construction but you can tell the land it sits on will be an awesome site for future weddings & receptions. Tremendous potential all the way through! An added bonus is the golf course also onsite for visitors to enjoy before the ceremony. Looking forward to the completed project, definitely a high choice!The Oaks's reply:
