Oaks at Heavenly was not only the most beautiful venue for my daughter’s wedding but also a venue with the most value added. We chose the all inclusive package and could not have been happier for how everything turned out. All of the vendors were professional and friendly as well as very communicative. Heavenly catering was top notch and delicious! The DJ and in house florist made everything perfect for my daughter’s special day! -

This venue was absolutely perfect and made our wedding vision come to life! The site is beautiful and the team at the Oaks was amazingly helpful. They were excellent on communication and always available whenever we had any questions. The chairs and linens were included and they even had in house bartending and an option to use their own caterer as well. This was a tremendous help so we didn't have to worry about many vendors and could work with this team for many of our wedding needs! They even have some in house decor we used for some last minute touches. At night, the place really comes to life as well. The string lights outside provided so much romantic lighting and its hard to decide whether you want to be indoors or outdoors because it's all so beautiful. I can't express how happy we are that we had out wedding here because all of our dreams became a reality. -

It was the perfect venue for our daughter’s wedding!!! The service was outstanding…they were there for us all along the planning process and Devin was beyond helpful during our entire day. He was calm, hard-working and soooo professional! It’s beautiful and they are always adding new features…. You can’t go wrong with this venue! It’s truly a gem! -

For any brides that are looking for inclusive packaging, The Oaks at Heavenly is the place! Loretta got us a package with trustworthy vendors! When you book with Loretta, you will get the "A-Team!" I planned my wedding from Kansas City, MO (current home) and expected to be stressed out. Since we booked with the The Oaks at Heavenly planning was very simple and easy. Julie, the in-house florist, did an EXCELLENT job with all of the center pieces, sweetheart table, bouquets, etc. Most notably, Julie was able to make me a bouquet made up of wood flowers that were absolutely beautiful, and sent them to me across the country in time for my bridal portraits in Kansas City. The Oaks at Heavenly was a great venue and very affordable. When Loretta says she's got the A-Team, she really does! Shout out to VEGAs DJ, Limelight Photography, Cynthia's Cakes & More, and Heavenly Gourmet!!!
Loretta and her team at the Oaks are also very responsive. They will make you top priority. Also, if you struggle with any vision or not sure how to match colors (like me lol), the vendors I mentioned will use their creative super powers and exceed expectations. Book with the Oaks ASAP! -

What words can I use to explain how absolutely Gorgeous and PERFECT my wedding day went? I’ve been extremely blessed throughout my wedding planning, and TOAH was DEFINITELY one of those blessings. TOAH had so much to offer and did even more; it was truly worth every penny. I knew I wanted to get married at TOAH 3 years ago when I first saw it online (even though they are beautiful photos, the pictures do the chandelier NO justice). Each time I went there in person, I was both awe-struck and more certain that this is where I was meant to get married. TOAH is both beautiful in structure and character in the venue as well as its staff. Loretta has been a treat since the beginning and throughout everything. Every time we spoke with Loretta, she had so much enthusiasm and care in her voice, and it shined even more in person. We did reach a scare when COVID hit, but Loretta assured my mother and me that everything was going to be Safe and Fantastic for our guests; and it was! Madi was so helpful, patient, professional, informative, and over all kind. Devon was FANTASTIC; I could literally fill a whole review discussing him. Devin was on point from the moment we had an additional tour, to maintaining the venue, as well as its plants’ lives. No words can describe how attentive and vigilant Devin was the day of our wedding; there whenever you needed him with a positive attitude and a smile (even one that could be seen under the mask). No job was too big or small for him; you could tell he truly cared about the venue and that it looked the best it possibly could at each moment. A part that truly touched my heart and shines on the compassion and care that Devin has in his work can be seen in a Live Facebook Video I had of my ceremony. Devin is barely seen in the corner, but as I walk up the stairs to get to the main aisle, he is seen lifting the train of my dress as I go up the stairs, then fixing it before I continue to walk down the aisle. This was in no way requested or practiced, but overall shows how willing he is to go above and beyond for y'all.
TOAH was everything I could have wanted and asked for in my dream wedding Venue, plus more. It is beautiful, rustic, romantic, and just… amazing. You will NOT be disappointed.
Thank you so much Loretta, Madi, Devin and everyone that helped make TOAH what it is today.

Where do I begin...
I came across this venue in a magazine and bridal show back in 2018. Then I reached out and made a tour appointment and Mrs. Loretta gave us a grand tour and we just fell in love with the venue. Loretta is just a ball of fun and so sweet and we felt no pressure to book the venue. So we booked it! Anytime I had questions or wanted to go back and see what we could do to decorate they were on board and very responsive. I was even able to do my bridal pictures and wedding rehearsal there. We got so much rain last minute before our wedding rehearsal that they even let us rehearse inside instead. We did our walkthrough with Devin and he was so helpful informative and patient with us. Our wedding day was so beautiful. Devin was ready to go and was on his A game from 11am to midnight. I think at one point he was even fixing my dress for pictures. Our bartender and security were awesome. And the venue did a great job making sure everyone was being safe and wearing they’re masks. Our families had a great time beginning to end. We highly recommended Oaks at Heavenly! We had a great and memorable experience❣️ -

Having my reception at the Oaks at Heavenly was truly a dream come true! I fell in love with the venue the moment I saw it. Working with Loretta and her team was incredible, and they made us feel like family. Such an incredibly venue that is always updating and improving its amenities. Pricing was very fair and transparent, something I appreciated! So thankful to have worked with such an amazing team, and have such a BEAUTIFUL venue for our wedding reception. Having found Ever After after going a google search we just had to see the venue in person and we were not disappointed – the venue is breathtaking!
We were made to feel at ease from the outset and the running of the day was seamless. Loretta and staff were so helpful and easily contactable by email whenever we had a question. We had the BEST day ever and really enjoyed our wedding at The Oaks at Heavenly. Mrs. Loretta and her team were wonderful and accomodating to our wants and needs. This was the 5th venue we visited and I immediately knew this was the one. The look and feelings you get from this place is one of a kind. Such a beautiful, classy venue full of so much character. Snider Wedding
Loretta is the kindest, most energetic, and accommodating venue owner I met along my wedding planning journey. She was one of the MANY reasons why I booked at Oaks at Heavenly. Besides the fact that we were in the beautiful hill country we couldn't possibly pass on the beautiful Swarovski chandelier, the gigantic flower wall, and the CHAMPAGNE WALL! Our guests were absolutely blown away by all this venue had to offer. They provided golf cart service not only to our elderly family members but to us as well, so we could take pictures all over the venue without having to walk in 6 inch heels. Absolutely LOVED this venue!!! -

The Oaks at Heavenly was an absolute dream venue to have our wedding at. Loretta, the owner, is so professional so attentive, and just knows how the wedding business works. She will help with whatever need you have. The venue itself is gorgeous and fit all 160 of our guests for the big day. The weather in the hill country is always delightful and was great during our September wedding. There isn’t a single complaint I have about this place. Do yourself a favor and book now! -

Loretta had us at New York! My husband and I were looking for a venue to have our wedding and it was a no brainer that we fell in love with the venue. This hill country venue sets the bar high with a rustic, earthy and vibrant look. The venue takes you away on a mini Italian island, you wont even think you are in Helotes, TX. Loretta and her team go above and beyond to make your special day awesome. Most importantly, Loretta and her team treated us like family, understood our vision and executed our needs to make our special day one of a kind. My husband and I coming from New York had our connection with Loretta from the first visit and we are so delighted to have had our wedding on May 18, 2019 at The Oaks at Heavenly. -

Thank you to The Oaks at Heavenly family for making Newly Mr. and Mrs. Blake Letourneau the happiest couple! The staff, venue, and professionalism was out of this world! The venue is stunning and the second I laid my eyes on it, I knew it was the perfect place to host our wedding reception. It was everything we could of asked for and more. Guest were oooohhhing and awwweeeeing over the venue the entire night and even to this day! As soon as we went to check out the venue we fell in love with it instantly. But what really made it so much better was the amazing team. They really became family. And we felt like a part of theirs. Stop looking and just book The Oaks at Heavenly! From our very first encounter with Loretta and our tour of their BEAUTIFUL grounds we knew this was where we wanted to say I DO! We decided to book with The Oaks before we even drove off of the property. ZERO REGRETS! Loretta and her team are so very accommodating. It is without a doubt what they live for. It felt like you had not only a gorgeous venue, but a built in wedding planner as well. Loretta gave us recommendations for several vendors, but the most important people of the day, our officiant (Pastor Jim Berrier)and our day-of coordinator (Caroline with Queen of Harts) were booked because of Loretta. Honestly, you cannot go wrong with this venue, they are meant to be in this business and they are FABULOUS!! -

Absolutely the BEST DECISION EVER to have our dream wedding here! Everyone went above and beyond from beginning to end! Loretta has the biggest heart and she never failed us. Every detail was perfect. It truly felt like we were working with family. We would highly recommend this venue for anyone looking to have an unforgettable event! All of our guests fell in love with the area. There is enough space to accommodate a big party. The outside area was an amazing included amenity. The bridal and groom suites were so nice and comfortable to get ready in. If I were to ever need an event space this will definitely be our first choice! The property is so very well maintained and the photo ops are out of this world! (We went up a hill for our sunset pictures and they were breathtaking views and shots. We continuously re-live our wedding day through pictures and videos and The Oaks at heavenly was the perfect place to have it. -

Bonnie Sent on 08/10/2018I simply cannot speak highly enough of The Oaks at Heavenly! Let's start at the beginning: when my husband and I started planning our wedding, we scheduled tours at four different venues around the San Antonio area. The Oaks at Heavenly was our first tour. We spent about 45 minutes walking the grounds, having all of our questions answered by Loretta, and pinching ourselves because we couldn't believe that a place so beautiful existed. After absolutely falling in love with what we saw, and a brief deliberation, we called to cancel our remaining tours and booked our date immediately. That was the best wedding planning decision we made.
We knew that every aspect of the venue was going to be stunning: the bridal suite, grooms suite, reception, ceremony, even the cocktail hour grounds. Not only was that a winning feature, but signing our contract also meant that we got LORETTA. She is the most patient, compassionate, and hilarious person ever! She eased my worries and anxiety every step of the way. She was never too busy to talk me through venue and planning questions. I don't know how I would have made it through that year of planning without her. Moreover, the staff at the venue are second to none. Carolyn went above and beyond to make sure that every small detail was exactly what we wanted as we made our final decisions in the couple of months before the wedding. My husband and I received so many compliments about how beautiful our venue was, how friendly and helpful the staff was, and how wonderful the food was! Of course, we went with Heavenly Gourmet Catering, too!
We now have the most stunning photos around the grounds of the venue to hold on to forever. Again, nothing I say could even come close to qualifying how incredible my experience with The Oaks at Heavenly was. I will always recommend it! -

Our wedding was nothing short of PERFECT.
We had a vision and the oaks at Heavenly team (Carolyn and Loretta) listened to our requests and made that vision come true. Customer service was superb, we received follow up emails and we had in person visits to the venue. Our bridal party had an entire suite to themselves to get ready, the reception and ceremony were all on the same site, absolutely beautiful.
One stop shop is what comes to mind, After having read about what other venues offer , It was a No-Brainer to go with The Oaks at Heavenly. You have everything you need at VERY affordable pricing. The planning process was a BREEZE, not only did the venue provide our linens and china - but to make it even easier , Loretta and Carolyn had the networking connections to refer us to our photographer, and our DJ.
The Venue even has a sister catering company “Heavenly Gourmet” whom we ended up booking our catering through- so DELICIOUS!
Before you know it, we had our entire wedding planned in less than 3 weeks.
Let me tell you that I was 7 months pregnant walking down the isle, and I am SO happy that we chose The Oaks at Heavenly. Absolutely easy , Perfect, and Beautiful. We received SO MANY compliments on our wedding.
Weddings do not have to be stressful- at least not when you have it at the The Oaks!!!

Looking for a venue for our wedding was probably my favorite part of planning our special day. We searched online for about a month before finding ones that we wanted to look at in person. Looking at a lot different venues that all seemed to blur together not that they weren’t each a beautiful place to share your special day it just wasn’t the place for us. Driving up to oaks at heavenly we knew that this was going to be a big contender from just parking and being outside. We absolutely loved Loretta the owner from the first moment we met her. She greeted us with just the warmest welcome we instantly felt like we were her family. We decided to go with the oaks at heavenly not just for the beautiful piece of heaven but also because we knew Loretta and her staff would treat us like we were their family. Our wedding day was absolutely beautiful! Couldn’t imagine my husband and I getting married anywhere else. From the ceremony to the reception everyone couldn’t believe how breath taking it was. Inside the reception hall is an amazing dance floor with a one of a kind chandelier that lights up the dance floor perfect for guest to capture some awesome action shots.
We know we will forever be part of the Oaks at heavenly family that even months later following our wedding Loretta made sure we got to retake our wedding portraits.
I still follow them on social media and see the changes they are making to make it to be a priceless place to share you big day. Loretta is such an awesome women ,she has been in this industry long enough to have made some amazing connections to ensure that her couples get taken care of and she is also willing to help with any questions that you have . I guarantee that if you take the time to go tour the venue it will not disappoint you!!!

It has a whimsical atmosphere with all of the lanterns and string lights. The bridal suite, although cozy, was so adorable and perfect and the groom's suite was an added bonus. We got creative with my entrance so I wouldn't be seen right away. I got soooo many compliments about the venue I had chosen. People loved it! But honestly, it was the owner, Loretta, that confirmed our decision. She is honest, genuine, and extremely helpful plus very down to earth and personable. Our decision was confirmed when we found out the own was a follower of Christ. Loretta was beyond accommodating to what we wanted. She was honest about charges and flexible with what we wanted to do to make the property look exactly how I envisioned. She was extremely easy to get a hold of and fast to respond. I wouldn't change a single thing about my wedding day and that is mostly due to my experience with The Oaks at Heavenly. Thank you for everything! -

Kayla Sent on 07/15/2017The Oaks at Heavenly is a BEAUTIFUL, well kept, gem of a venue that any bride would be lucky to have her wedding at. The grounds are gorgeous, the buildings are country-chic and fabulous! It is the coziest, warmest venue any country-glam bride could hope for! Working with the amazing Loretta and Carrie is a dream. They assist in taking care of any issue and/or any concern you may have. However, after dealing with the genius team of Loretta and Carrie, I will say that there is a stark difference between them and their day-of coordinator who is on site for the most important day! Melissa, the day of coordinator is unprofessional, at best. Beginning with our rehearsal time the day before the wedding day. She was late, did not turn on the air, and was dressed unprofessionally (torn up jeans and a torn up t shirt).
On the day of the wedding, she was late again, and spent most of the morning/early afternoon "getting dressed" in the office and was unavailable to receive our vendors as they arrived. (When she was done getting ready...she was still wearing just an old t-shirt and jeans...so not sure what took her so long)
This caused a bit of confusion and forced my grandfather to step in and work things out. As the day went on and guests began to arrive, she did not pick them up using the golf cart to drive them up to the ceremony site, as promised. She was late to that too. When she finally began assisting guests, she would pick some up, then stay at the top of the hill for a long time, causing elderly guests to have to walk up the hill. We were constantly flagging her down and interrupting her chatting with security to get her attention to go back down and assist guests as they arrived. It seemed as the night went on, she became more and more impaired. Her eyes were red...she seemed, how should I put this..."out of it?"..that's probably a nice way to put it. The Oaks is so awesome, even Melissa couldn't ruin our day..but 100% sure they would be better off w/o melissa!
