Barb was such a fun and attentive vendor to work with for our special day! She created a custom cake for us, combining our 2 favorite designs of hers as well as offers so many unique desserts for a sweets table including a large variety of cupcake and icing flavors, cookie sandwiches and cheesecakes and many other options!
She has beautiful dessert stands you can rent to elevate your dessert table and make it look cohesive and effortless! She set up a flawless dessert table and our guests loved them! -

She executed my vision exactly and the sweet treats were amazing! Especially the lemon bars and chocolate chip cookie sandwiches. Our guest loved everything. She also works with you really well to ensure you have enough for all your guests. 10/10 recommend. -

Picked up our Wedding cake tasting with a few extra goodies mixed in. I can’t say enough how amazing this woman’s baking is. Like holy sh*t. Macarons were perfect and flavorful. Cookie sandwiches were my fiancé’s favorite, but the lemon bars were a close second. I’m not even including how difficult it was to pick flavors for our wedding cake! All the flavor combinations were heavenly. This woman’s hands are bless by the gods, I swear lol. -

Delicious and beautiful desserts!
Our experience with Barbara was beyond amazing. The wedding venue we booked with provided her as a bakery recommendation and looking through all the reviews, it helped us ease our minds with booking with her. The day she provided our tasting box, we were instantly amazed with how beautiful and delicious the desserts were. We couldn’t stop thinking about them! Throughout the whole planning process, Barb was very kind, responsive, and professional. We ordered a bunch of desserts from her and the day of the wedding, she set everything up so beautifully and everyone LOVED them, couldn’t stop talking about the wonderful desserts. She is wonderful to work with and she met all our needs, making everything easy on us. Highly recommend!! -

Big city quality with small town personal service!
Absolutely fabulous cakes! Barb is truly a gifted baker and a lovely person to boot! There are so many flavors and combinations to choose from, everything we tried was amazing, you would think it came from a fancy big city bakery. Very professional and easy to communicate with, she really cares about each and every client. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from her again! -

Fabulous baker!
The Noble Cakery was the first bakery we taste tested for our wedding and we were sold immediately. Barb made us a 3-tiered wedding cake modeled after the Starry Night and it was fabulous! Not to mention the flavors we chose were delicious! She also made us several mini-desserts that were a hit with our guests. I highly recommend Barb for your wedding. She was super communicative and prices were fair. A true gem :) -

I am SO happy that our wedding planner recommended The Noble Cakery and that we chose Noble Cakery to make the cake and desserts for our wedding. The pasteries and macarons were not only gorgeous but super delicious! The cake shots we ordered in lieu of a standard wedding cake were a great choice for us and our guests. Aahhhh- we loved our wedding cake from Noble Cakery! Barb helped figure out what we were looking for and rolled with it when we made some changes to our vision! She delivered the cake to the venue and did a great job setting up the dessert display. We got many compliments on how yummy our cake and cupcakes were. Our cake was also beautifully decorated, and using rentals (e.g., cake stands) was very easy! Barb was great to work with and highly professional. I recommend you use Noble Cakery for your wedding cake needs! -

Best cake we've ever had!
Barb absolutely KILLED it on our wedding cake!!! Not only did it look better than we imagined, but it's hands down the best cake we've ever had. We did a 3-tier with the bottom being vanilla cake with vanilla frosting, middle was lemon cake with raspberry frosting, and the top was espresso cake with caramel frosting. We got so many compliments on our cake!
The Noble Cakery was recommended to us by our wedding coordinator, and while we don't live close, it was 100% worth the hour and 15 min drive to do the tasting! We tried cake at 2 other places and they didn't even come close to being as good. So happy with our decision, and can't wait to have our anniversary cake! -

From start to finish, Barb was helpful and attentive to us.. pandemic and all! Our first meeting/tasting with her went so well, she had all the goodies to choose from! We knew immediately we wanted her to provide the dessert for our special day. Not only were her desserts delicious, but she decorated the table so perfectly with her rental pieces and she was the nicest person to work with. I received so many messages after our wedding asking who provided the desserts! I do not know what she does to the buttercream... but omg. We got the yummiest cookie sandwiches, brownies and cupcakes. Our wedding cake was absolutely stunning and was even better than the picture I had showed her. If I had to do it all over, I would get every treat she offers for our guests, in every flavor. You need Barb if you want a smooth experience and the best dessert table ever! I cannot thank her enough! -

After trying many local bakers, it was 100% mutual decision that we would be going with Barb at The Noble Cakery. We loved that we were able to try all frosting and cake flavors and do our own mixing and matching. Barb was quick with responding back to my questions, her prices are fair and treats are out of this world. We ordered a smaller, beautiful cake and NUMEROUS desserts (cookies, cake shots, bars and berry crumble). All were delicious!!! I had our florist leave our fresh flowers on the dessert table and Barb did an amazing job with decorating and perfect placement of the flowers. Thank you Barb for your beautiful work and delicious treats. Cant wait to make a stop in to your shop to pick up some goodies!! -

Barb is Amazing!
We came across The Noble Cakery, by chance, on Instagram, and we're so glad we did! Barb was amazing to work with, and her desserts taste as good as they look. She designed a cake and sweet table that went above and beyond what we had even imagined. Our guests couldn't resist either, and started eating them during our cocktail hour :) Although, my husband and I didn't really get to enjoy the desserts at our wedding, Barb left us a box with a few extra cupcakes that we enjoyed the next day. We still think about those delicious cupcakes and macaroons over a year later. We highly recommend making Barb and The Noble Cakery a part of your wedding day! -

Barb came highly recommended to me by multiple friends, she happily accommodated our need for a gluten free option, supplied a delicious variety of treats and, allowed for us to add donuts from another vendor. We decided on a 2 tier cake, a gluten free mini cake, cupcakes, brownies, chocolate gems, french macarons and, stayed within our budget. -

Barb was SO easy to work and genuinely made two people who don't eat cake become cake lovers for the night. The tasting alone made it so hard to choose the best flavor because they were all so delicious! We also were going to pick up our cake the morning of our wedding but there was actually another wedding the night before ours so Barb coordinated with our venue to leave our cake overnight - that way, we didn't have the stress of driving to get it on the day of. Her thoughtfulness and attention to details were what made us so happy to choose her as our cake designer. We couldn't have imagined our day without her. -

SO amazing!
Barb was absolutely amazing!! I planned my wedding from out of state and she was very easy to communicate with. I also came to her with some food allergies and she worked with us to make desserts that I could eat! The cake and cupcakes were beautiful and absolutely delicious!! I'm not really a cake girl. We had an ice cream bar at our wedding because again, not a cake girl. My husband insisted on having a cake at our wedding because he loves cake and wanted something to cut. Well, Barb Noble made me a cake girl. First off, the tasting was amazing and beyond all expectations. We were able to try so many different options and mix and match flavors, all of which were delicious. She made it so hard to pick a flavor combination, because all were fantastic. We ended up ordering a cake big enough for our head table and immediate table. Everyone LOVED the cake. Barb even went as far as to leave us a box of cupcakes in the same flavor as our cake, which was so nice since we didn't actually get to eat cake on our wedding night. She was so easy to work with and is super organized. I was able to send her pictures of what I was envisioning and she made it even better than I imagined! I can't wait for our 1 year anniversary to go get some cupcakes from her! -

Amazing Desserts
Barb was incredible to work with. She was super accommodating and friendly throughout the entire process - plus her desserts are amazing! We did a sweets table with cupcakes, chocolate gems, blondies, and more. She provided all the decor and made the table look super pretty. Barb was amazing to work with! From the first meeting and tasting, we knew we needed her sweets to complete our wedding. We went with a variety, getting cake, cupcakes, brownie cookie sandwiches, Oreo truffles, and chocolate dipped strawberries! Not only was everything so tasty and obviously made from scratch, but her presentation was so beautiful! We are still getting compliments, months later, and I’m looking for any excuse to have more of Barb’s desserts in my life. I would easily drive the 6 hours round trip for a slice of her cake! Taste test with Barb and you’ll easily fall in love and have to book! -

Barb was simply wonderful. She curated a very personalized tasting experience (where we left with bellies so full we had to skip dinner!) and then created the most amazing cake for us. She listened exactly to what we said we wanted while also giving her own input as to what looks nice or what could be most cost effective. She is also a fantastic businesswoman-- very organized, professional, and easy to reach. Highly recommend Noble Cakery for your wedding!!! You won't be disappointed! -

We can't say enough about our experience with Barb at The Noble Cakery. From the beginning she was AMAZING to work with! Her shop is super cute when we went for our tasting she made you feel very comfortable and confident in your decision to work with her. The communication was easy, professional and prompt. She was very helpful when finalizing our design, she would be honest on what would and would not work, alternatives and what her style is. She was very confident in being able to accomplish our design. Her flavors are AMAZING and we looked forward to this cake for months! If you think the pricing is a little expensive, trust us it's worth every penny. Everything in her kitchen is made from scratch and her frosting is like nothing you've had before! The best part is the little cupcake box (cupcakes in every flavor of your wedding cake in case you don't get any the night of your wedding) and note she leaves for you at your sweetheart table. Can't say enough about The Noble Cakery! -

Barb Noble and her cake and cupcakes are out of this world! We had a very, very short engagement (husband is re-enlisting) and Barb happily accepted our short-noticed request (two-week notice). Talk about being flexible! Her website makes it incredibly easy to pick out flavors and frostings and has pictures to see everything. I shared my thoughts and she came back fully exceeding my expectations. We had a small one-tiered cake and almost 100 cupcakes. The cake idea I sent was too detailed to be done with such short notice, but she proposed a beautiful, delicate detail that encompassed my idea and the theme of the wedding. On the night of our reception, she showed up with her own equipment, ready to go. Everything was perfect and beautiful. Let's talk taste - oh my gosh. Hands down the best cake my husband and I have ever had. He's not even a fan of cake. Overall, I highly recommend The Noble Cakery for any occasion. Barb is accommodating, hard working and kind. We could not have asked for a better experience. (Try the harvest moon cake!) -

Cake tasting was one of the most anticipated parts of planning for my husband and I and our tasting with Barb was even better than we could have ever imagined! She had a wide variety of cake and frosting flavors for us to try and she was able to suggest pairings for us while also giving us the freedom to mix and match as we pleased. The whole time we were tasting she was expertly asking questions and taking notes so by the time we were done eating she knew exactly what we wanted without us even having to put much more thought into it! I showed her my inspiration picture for our cake and she said she had never done anything like it before but she was confident that she would be able to do it for us and she did not disappoint! Our cake turned out beautifully on our wedding day and more importantly it was DELICIOUS. We had many guests tell us that they ate 4+ pieces of cake because they just had to try all of the flavors after taking their first piece. Barb thoughtfully sent along cupcakes for my husband and I to enjoy after the party was over and we can't wait to go get our anniversary cake from her in a year! -

My husband and I went in for a tasting and her selections were so vast and so delicious that we knew right away we wouldn’t find something better. On top of the amazing taste and presentation options, Barbara was so kind, helpful, and artistic, that after the tasting and talking with her for a short time, we decided on the spot that she was the one we wanted to do our wedding cake. And we were not disappointed.
She helped us create a personal cake that we loved, delicious cakes for our guests, was quick in correspondence, and was completely affordable. Our cake ended up being even more beautiful than we could have imagined, and tasted extravagant. One of the easiest and tastiest decisions we have ever made!

Not only did it look just like the photo, I think my cake was even better! Also, my husband is allergic to dairy and even though I told Barb she didn't need to make him anything special, she went a head and made him his own cupcakes! Totally above and beyond. She was easy to work with. She was responsive and answered any of my questions and the price was reasonable. When the big day came she added the finishing touches with the flowers/twigs provided and not only did the cake look beautiful, but it tasted amazing!

Meghan Sent on 12/21/2017We knew from the start, without a doubt, we would be having The Noble Cakery make our cake and sweets for our wedding. We had cake, cupcakes, bundt cakes, and Oreo gems. I was completely indecisive and was unsure as to what exactly I wanted. I sent her tons of pictures that were all kinds of different themes and ideas. It would of been confusing for most, but Barb took my vision and ran with it. To say she nailed it was an understatement. A couple weeks before the wedding I completely threw her a curve ball by upping my counts and all of a sudden needing personalized sugar cookies (I wouldn't suggest doing this. Haha ) She doesn't offer personalized, calligraphy sugar cookies but she knew of a fellow baker and reached out to her to see if she could help me out. She came through in the clench and I couldn't of been happier. To say Barb was amazing from the start is an understatement. I highly, highly suggest The Noble Cakery for all of your wedding or sweets needs.
