I must say Minister April Brown was the perfect officiant for our wedding. We were so grateful that she officiated our wedding ceremony! Minister April answered all of the questions we had months before our wedding. She helped us fully understand each part of the marriage registration process. Minister April was personable and made us feel comfortable from our first meeting. Thank you Minister April for making our Special Day so memorable!! -

Perfect Fir
I found Minister April here on Wedding Wire and we couldn’t have found a more perfect person to officiate our wedding. I felt good about her from the first phone call, she was super responsive, took the time to get to know us, and regularly checked in before the ceremony to make sure she had any updates. She was wonderful and we are so thankful she officiated our wedding. She also promptly filed our marriage license which was important because we were able to get copies before heading back to Chicago. If you are looking for an officiant for your wedding in the Virginia Beach area, we highly recommend Minister April! -

Mrs. April was amazing! She officiated our wedding in July. Communication was easy with quick responses. She listened to everything we wanted and helped the vision for our ceremony come true. Would definitely recommend her to any future couples getting married. -

April, you were amazing! I thank God that he lead us to your for our pre-martial counseling and to officiate our wedding. From beginning to end April was by our side, explaining the flow and expectations, and was very open minded, gentle, firm, and honest. She guided us through the challenging topics and share a wealth of best practices, coping methods, and consideration of the spouse. She was very professional, welcoming, and overall easy to be vulnerable with. It was great having April while navigating through this experience. An April Affair was such a great experience! April Brown officiated our wedding and was the day of coordinator. Ms. April Brown and her assistant Shae went above and beyond to ensure our event was stress free and they facilitated and communicated with all the vendors and addressed needs and activities. She kept in contact with us the entire time and really helped us with planning and organizing our event. Our wedding turned out beautiful and we were so grateful for April and her team! -

She was amazing during the ceremony and even up to the event. Navigating the wedding was difficult during quarantine and April was there for me through the entire way. She offered help and advice whenever I needed her. She is great and would recommend her to anyone! -

An April Affairs added such a wonderful and personal experience to my special day my husband and I really enjoyed her from the moment I reached out she made sure I was able to contact her via email or phone our first call she was very relateable while listening to everything I wanted even with me being confused about the type of ceremony I wanted she gave me ideas and just by speaking to me and listening she help me come up with the perfect plan I would highly recommend her to provide services at anybody wedding. -

Simply the best
I AM SO GLAD I CHOOSE APRIL TO PERFORM MY CEREMONY. MY ORIGINAL WEDDING DATE WAS PUSHED BACK TWO WEEKS BECAUSE OF AN IMPENDING STORM, BUT SHE WAS STILL ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE US ON THE NEW DATE. SHE WAS ALWAYS SO PROMPT IN GEETING BACK WITH ME WHEN I HAD QUESTIONS OR CONCERN. BY THE TIME THE WEDDING DATE HAD COME SHE FELT LIKE ONE OF THE FAMILY. SHE EVEN HELPED WITH ME GETTING DRESSED. I COULD NOT HAVE PICKED A BETTER OFFICIANT. -
