Best (Wedding) Food Ever? (Spoiler) Yes.

This is the one review I was dreading because it's going to be hard to put into words how incredible/amazing/delicious/helpful this caterer is, but I'll try.
Let me start with Jillian, the special events manager for The Manor Tavern. She is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. Extremely responsive, extremely accommodating, and extremely friendly. She helped us plan every single part of the food experience for the wedding, conveyed exactly what we wanted to the chef (HUGE thank you to the chef and his team by the way), and answered every question we had no matter what it was about.
From the moment we walked in the door, Jillian had a huge smile on her face, had us in a private dining room away from the guests to try the food, explained every single plate to us, left us alone to try everything, and then would come back and take notes on every single plate. Now I'll preface this with saying that my wife and I are absolute food snobs, and this is where we wanted to spend most of the money because we wanted the food to blow people away. Unfortunately, the term "blow people away" doesn't have enough of a wow factor to describe how good this food is. THEY CAN COOK! Every single thing we tried was some of the best food we've ever had, and we've had food from all over the world. We're already planning the 2.5 one way trip to go back for our anniversary. We had 5 passed appetizers, 2 stationary apps, and 4 entree selections. They nailed every single one of them, there wasn't a single plate that we didn't receive some kind of compliment on! We even had to coordinate kosher meals for some of the guests and they were able to handle that no problem as well! They also adjusted one of their recipes to match one that I found because I didn't like the way they made it, and they made it way better than I ever have.
If you're still looking around for the perfect caterer, you're done, this is it.

Best bridal shower location!

We had a bridal shower for my daughter yesterday at Manor Tavern and it’s was an amazing experience from the very beginning to to end. All of the staff were friendly and hard working. The venue was beautiful. I highly recommend any celebration at The Manor Tavern!

Small Reception Turned Out Perfect

We had a lovely experience at The Manor Tavern this past Friday for a small wedding reception. Lizbeth was our server and she went the extra mile to ensure we had an excellent dining experience. We had a small wedding party and were privately seated in the beautiful sun room located off of one of their many spacious dining rooms. The food was impecable from appetizers all the way through to dessert. Lizbeth was a joy to have during our dinner. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who asked for a great dining recommendation or place beautiful place to hold an event. The grounds serve as the perfect back drop amongst the rustic/country vibe of the restaurant. 10/10.

A to Z a pleasure!

We had a wedding at a private, family-owned barn in Maryland and hired Terry and Jillian at Manor Tavern to cater our event. Oh man, was it worth it! We had a lot of unknowns along the way, but they were great at adjusting and going with the flow. We were going to have an outdoor ceremony, but at the last minute we had a huge rainstorm. Her team was great in helping us move everything into the barn and then crossing everything back to dinner set-up. As a normally working barn, we cleaned everything up beforehand, but there was still mud to contend with and ants and general barn mess. They worked around it all! They helped set out boards to get to the bathrooms, didn't complain at all about the extra time at the end of the night it took to get their trucks through the field, moved the cupcake table when someone realized the ants were starting to find them in one of the stalls. Thankfully, I knew none of this until after everything was over. They handled anything that came their way. The food was delicious. I have to say, I did take more time to enjoy the food during the tasting than at the wedding (as is always the case) BUT everyone was happy. Terry and Jillian were always a joy and by the end of our wedding, parting was such sorrow! We were so close and then it's all over! We had such a blast that by the end of the night, several of the staff, Jillian and Terry included, joined our conga line and partook in photos at the photo booth. We were thrilled that they brought so much joy to the event.

Wonderful Experience for Rehearsal Dinner

We highly recommend the Manor Tavern for your wedding, rehearsal dinner, or event. Jillian, and every member of the staff that we worked with, was extremely friendly and helpful during each phase of our event - from helping us choose a package that was within our budget, planning the event, choosing the wine list, decorating the hall, preparing delicious food, to providing fabulous customer service the evening of our rehearsal dinner. We are pleased with every aspect of the Manor Tavern. They made the rehearsal dinner for our son and daughter-in-law the special event that we had envisioned!

Excellent service and prep to the event. We met with Terry Lombardi several times prior to the event to assure everything was just right.

Great experience!

We loved our wedding experience. The staff was super helpful, and Terry’s day-of expertise and timing was incomparable. Everything went smoothly, and our wedding day was absolutely beautiful. Amazing Venue!!!

The Manor Tavern crew was a fabulous venue for our wedding. Terry was absolute amazing to work with during the planning phase. Once the day of the wedding came the whole Manor Tavern crew was so attentive to our needs during the event by making sure we got fed, got a drink if we needed it and were always asking if we needed anything during the reception. The other plus was the location. The venue and the surrounding ground were just beautiful with horses next door and their beautiful garden in the back yard. Thank you Manor Tavern for being so wonderful to us.

Rehearsal dinner at Manor Tavern

We scheduled a rehearsal dinner this fall in the Saddle Room. The food, service and atmosphere were outstanding. Tonya made sure everything was set up as we planned with pictures and a special table for the "groom's cake". The evening couldn't have gone better, with particular focus on the bride and groom. I would highly recommend the Manor Tavern for a similar type of affair. Thanks so much to the entire staff!!

Amazing - everything

Manor Tavern catered my daughters wedding. Terry and her staff were amazing during the entire process! The food was exceptional! I would highly recommend Manor Tavern for any event! I will defiantly use them again!

Phenomenal Service & Food

I used The Manor Tavern for an upscale corporate event. The catering team was very kind, flexible and available in discussing details, price and misc. logistics. The quality of the food is noteworthy and would be a fabulous choice for a range of events.

It is always a pleasure to work with Terry Lombardi to plan an event at the Manor Tavern! She and her staff are accommodating and pleasant and will do anything they can to make the event a success. I held a Bridesmaid Luncheon at the restaurant in May. Terry worked with me to come up with a custom menu for the luncheon. The server assigned to us, Olivia, did an excellent job handling a large party. Terry printed a special menu sheet specific to our event, we were able to have our own space so as not to disturb other patrons during lunch and most importantly, the food was delicious! Terry, Olivia and the rest of the staff did a great job!

Terry did a spectacular job of arrangements for my 70 Birthday party. No detail was missed. My guests and I had a spectacular worry free event. I will do the same for my 75 th Birthday!

I had my daughter's wedding shower at Manor Tavern and it was wonderful. The room was beautiful, the food was amazing and the staff was over an above helpful. I threw a crazy task at the Manor Tavern. I called them with 2 days advance to book tables for anywhere between 30 and 40 fussy foodies for lunch. I needed service to be expedient to get them in and out the door as soon as possible, but still provide them with a good meal designed to keep everyone content for the rest of the day. The Manor Tavern delivered it all with incredible grace, charisma, and of course, delicious food!!!

A wonderful wedding and great experience. Nice ambience, delicious food, attentive staff. I can't say enough good things about Manor Tavern. From the minute I walked into The Tavern and met with Terry and Jillian to plan my husbands 75th I knew the experience was going to be a pleasure. They were friendly, welcoming and very anxious to work within my budget. I was surprised as I had heard that The Tavern would be too expensive. After some conversation Terry made it work. The food was excellent. The filets were generous portions and cooked to perfection. I don't know how the chef could get all those 57 people served all hot food! The vegetable made a lovely appearance and were seasoned to perfectly. I thought the salad was a little small but I like salad so that was probably just me. I am still hearing from my guests months later as to how delicious the entire meal was!!
The Saddle Room was perfect for the number of guests and my daughters arrived early to set up the ballons, greet the DJ and place the flowers, podium etc. They said that the staff could not of been more accommodating and helped get everything set up quickly and efficiently.
When Joe and I arrived Terry greeted us with her usual warm smile took our coats, and before I could turn around she had my favorite drink and my husbands in our hands. The room looked amazing!! My husband was so surprised!!
The bar had everything my guests requested and if they didn't the friendly and sweet bartender (Terry's beautiful daughter) saw that it could be made.
When the impersonator arrived he was greeted and accommodated so well so that he felt so comfortable and ready to make us all laugh.
When the nite was over Terry and her staff helped us pack everything up and send us on our way with incredible memories of Joe's 75th Birthday.
Terry truly worked so hard all evening. She was there from start to finish to make everything run perfectly. You are very fortunate to have such a professional, kind, caring, and sincere person running your catering . Would we have another event at The Manor Tavern. You bet we would!!!

Manor Tavern provided a perfect venue for a religious memorial service, as well as a Celebration of Life for my late husband. Every aspect of the four hour event was perfect! Terry offered unequivocal insight during a time when I desperately needed advice. She accommodated every request, including a last minute adjustment for the number of guests. Thank you Terry and the Manor Tavern staff!

This was a Surprise 60th Birthday Party for my wife - Perfect - Manor Tavern exceeded our expectations - Terri Lombardi was great to plan the menu with and offered a package to fit within our budget - The party and food service went off without any problems - The food was top notch - The service was friendly - professional and prompt - 65 guests All made comments about how they loved the event and the quality of the food -- On the scale of 1 - 10 It's a solid 10 --

Terry did a fabulous job with our event. We had a small group of folks from China and we were so pleased with George and Terry. George did wonderful work on all the food and grilled the Roseda Farm Steak perfect. The bottle of wine he picked was also perfect. I can't say enough wonderful things about them both. Everything was perfect.

My daughter and new son in-law had their wedding at the Manor Tavern last month. Terry Lombardi and her staff were fabulous in every way! The food was amazing, the cocktail area and the tables under the tent were beautifully set up. Terry coordinated the events through the day and everyone had a wonderful time. 60 Birthday Party for my wife - Everything was perfect - Terri was such a treat to deal with while assisting us in making this event everything we had hoped for - The food was excellent - the service was friendly and professional - Well worth the money - We've gotten overwhelming positive feedback from our guests - My wife was totally opposed to a surprise birthday party but she was completely blown away as the party unfolded - The Beautiful setting and service at Boordy and the package that Manor Tavern came through with was the best - I'd recommend Manor Tavern to anyone looking to put together a memorable event ----------

The event that Terry coordinated for us was my Mom's memorial service. The turnaround time from her death to her funeral was very quick. As we had people coming in from out of town, a funeral Mass to organize and other immediate needs to tend to, Terry was able to coordinate a lovely memorial dinner with very little guidance from me and the family. I was only able to provide little snippets of time to Terry and she was able to run independently with that and arranged a very comfortable, well organized and satisfying memorial meal. It was a nice way to end a very trying week, and for that, I am appreciative.

We have eaten many many times in the past 30 years at Manor Tavern. When my son got engaged, I started "auditioning" places to have the rehearsal dinner. Manor Tavern was always my top choice. We are so happy that we had the dinner there. Terri was great to work with. My guests raved about the service (excellent) and loved the food. We had a great time.

Fabulous experience! We had a larger than usual sized party celebrating my Dad’s 80th Birthday. I was coordinating from across country and Manor Tavern was extremely accommodating. Appetizers were delicious; dinner was delightful. Never felt rushed or hurried to leave. Highly recommend!

We held my son's Wedding Rehearsal Lunch (40 guests) there and it could not have gone any better. They spent a lot of time helping me sort out the table layout and pick the food that I wanted while staying within my budget. In the end the bill was less than I expected (how often does that happen?).

The room we chose had a lovely bar and horse themed decor. I loved the natural light and how it felt cozy without being cramped.

The food was fabulous and the presentation was attractive and easy for our guests to enjoy (we did stationary and passed h'ordeurves as well as a buffet). We had a vegan guest that they were able to accommodate at the last minute (and that guest gave me rave reviews on their meal). The servers were friendly and helpful. A few of the older guests had special needs/requests and they bent over backwards to help them and did so in such a way they they never felt self conscious. We also had some very small children that they provided juice boxes for even though I hadn't ordered any.

I had many guests come up to me during the event and afterwards to say how delicious the food was and/or how wonderful the staff was. I highly recommend the Manor Tavern for any event, they were my first choice going in because their food has always been very good...and they definitely delivered for me this time!

The Entire team that handled our rehearsal dinner from Terry Lombardi to the wonderful ladies who catered the event were outstanding. They made sure that everything went smoothly and efficiently. The food was amazing as was the drink and dessert. They even gave me a care package to take home which I devoured that weekend as well. I can't say enough good things about the manor tavern. Terry and Jillian were beyond amazing. They answered every single pre wedding nerves question I asked. Every time I spoke to these ladies I felt all my stress leave my shoulders. The day of they had taken care of everything. Terry even fixed my cake when there was a miscommunication. I had support from them the whole time. Everything was set up perfectly and everyone raved about the food. Jillian made sure we had drinks and food waiting for us. I will recommend manor tavern to everyone!

Come with ideas and Terri Lombardi will accommodate your every need and desire in order for your experience to be exactly what you want for your event. Terri was able to work within our budget, tastes, needs and wants and created a positive memory for everyone who was involved. On the day of the event there were no unexpected snafus to cause ill feelings, as a matter of fact, on a moments notice we needed to make an adjustment with the food and Manor Tavern adjusted with us. The food was delicious, service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was delightful. We couldn't have been happier with our event held at this venue.

We were so please with Manor Tavern. We worked closely with Terry leading up to the big day and she made us feel confident that all would go to plan, and if it didn't, we knew she and her staff would take care of anything that would come their way. Terry was so professional and easy to work with, she really made the entire process so enjoyable and easy! Upon arriving at the venue on our wedding day I was absolutely thrilled with the way everything came together. Manor Tavern did a beautiful job setting up both our ceremony and reception space. The food was outstanding, and the guests raved about it as well. On top of all of that, the service throughout the cocktail hour and reception was top notch. It was as if things were magically cleaned up and the food seemed to just appear, such a professional staff. We really could not have been more pleased. We're so thankful Terry and Manor Tavern were part of our big day!!

Planning a wedding is a special occasion. It is important that the event planner is a good listener to understand your wants/needs and at the same time offer suggestions on what might work to enhance your ideas. Terry at the Manor did both and was a treat to work with! We added drapes/shears and a chandelier to decorate the tent which truly made for a special day. The food was exceptional and the staff attentive to us and our guests. Highly recommend as a wedding venue.

This was both my husband's and my second marriage and we wanted something intimate to share with our family and friends. We have enjoyed dining at Manor Tavern and it was a natural progression to have our wedding and reception there in the Saddle Room. Working with Terry Lombardi to coordinate the meals and other options was great. She provided additional input and options for things we had not even thought of. On our day everything came together effortlessly. The room was beautiful, the staff kept everything running smoothly and efficiently. My husband and I refer to our wedding as our Love Fest. The night could not have been any better! We were able to enjoy our family and friends, good food, and drinks without a care.

When planning our wedding we wanted something casual with great food, drinks and company. The Manor Tavern was the first and only venue we visited and booked it that day. Terry the event coordinator is amazing and was there ever step of the way. She had alot of input for our special day, and even haf the bartender make a "signature drink" off of something she thought looked good on facebook. We decided to go with a brunch wedding and the food was amazing!! The venue was accommodating to all of our requests with food and drink as well as letting us set up decor the day before. Our rehearsal dinner was also held there the night before. I highly recommend the Manor Tavern for those wanting a more casual, rustic spot with locally sourced food.

We hosted a Friday night rehearsal dinner for about 25 people in the back garden space in mid-September. Terri and her team created a beautiful setting with twinkle lights, flowers, and gorgeous table settings, and she helped us make a custom menu that included our favorite dishes. The food and service were, as always, fantastic. After dinner we rented out the space to the side of the restaurant, had a band play, and invited all of our other guests for drinks and dancing. It was the perfect way to kick off our wedding weekend. Highly recommend!

I used The Manor Tavern to cater both a 90 year birthday party for my grandmother and then a sweet 16 party for my daughter. Both events had about 75 people attend. The food was amazing and perfect but the service was even better. I had an easy time planning and arranging the food, and I never felt stressed about my caterers. I will definitely use Manor Tavern the next time I need a catered event as well!

I honestly wouldn't have changed a thing. Terry was an absolute pleasure and hustled like I've never seen someone hustle before. She literally did more then anyone else at our wedding to ensure that everything ran smoothly and that everyone was well fed (especially the bride and the groom) and she also made sure everyone was having the greatest time. Friends & family who attended my wedding were coming up to me and saying how lovely everyone was who was serving food. They said that their warmth was beyond and they had never had that kind of service ever at a wedding before. They also loved the food. One of our friends live in Pennsylvania and asked for the address to the restaurant since they loved the food so much and wanted to go there to have more food!

I don't think we could possibly put into words what an amazing job Terry L did to make our wedding the easiest to plan and the most memorable & enjoyable experience. The other caterers that I looked into were very rigid and had fees on top of fees. The manor tavern was everything we were looking for and Terry sealed the deal!!

we hosted a reception luncheon to gather for my mother's passing and to celebrate my mother's life.
the Manor Tavern could not have been more understanding, considerate and sensitive to our event, providing a beautiful space for our privacy. the food was delicious and very well presented. the staff even went out of their way to prepare a special fare for our vegan relatives.
i can't say enough about their courteousness and professionalism.
our family and friends were able to gather for this celebration of life and were treated to 5 start white love treatment.

My husband Ken and I can't say enough about the Manor Tavern. After looking at several venues we walked in to the Manor Tavern without an appointment. We expected to schedule a consultation but Terry happened to be there and very kindly offered to sit down and talk to us right on the spot. She was extremely helpful and very patiently answered all of my emails and satisfied all of my questions promptly. She gave me a list of local vendors for the various other services needed when planning a wedding. We chose our D.J. and officiant from her helpful list. Both our wedding and reception were held in the tent. Much too windy for the outdoor ceremony we were hoping for. We made the decision to have it inside the evening before and they quickly and easily accomodated us. The food was outstanding, the service was impeccable. The personal attention that I received before the ceremony was impressive! They transformed the tent into a very inviting atmosphere where all of our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves. I would highly recommend Terry and her staff for any function at The Manor Tavern!

The food was delicious, the room was beautiful, and the staff was a pleasure to work with. They provided excellent service and our guests all enjoyed themselves. We took home many leftovers! The various event packages were reasonably priced considering their excellent quality. I would say we got our money's worth! We love to go here for dinner with family and friends. We were extremely happy with the services provided by The Manor Tavern and were impressed by Terry and Trish at our very first meeting. The wedding venue was The Wye River Estate on the Eastern Shore in Queenstown, MD. Terry handles the catering and made several great suggestions for food choices. She encouraged us to incorporate our favorite food into the menu, even asking for recipes to be sure the food was prepared correctly. The tasting was amazing. We ate until we could eat no more and still took home leftovers! Our wedding guests with special dietary restrictions were very impressed by Terry and her team and the attention provided to their special meals. The root beer floats, a suggestion by Terry and groom favorite, were a big hit and enjoyed by all. Trish is one of the most knowledgeable people on the Eastern Shore. She made many recommendations about vendors including the cake baker and hair salon for the day of the wedding. During the wedding service, she even walked the dogs, who were in the wedding (pugs) back to the bridal cottage. She was always available to answer any questions that arose. Her positive attitude and professionalism are unsurpassed. I don't know what we would have done without her. The beauty of The Wye River Estate and the attention to detail made for a perfect wedding. Many of our guests told us it was the BEST wedding that had ever attended. Terry and Trish were wonderful and we highly recommend them!

Exceptional service. Terry and her team were awesome. At the last minute we had to move our ceremony from our farm due to storm. Terry and the team relocated everything quickly to the manor tavern wedding tent and redirected the guests. I didn't have to worry about anything. The reception was perfect. They did a fantastic job with the food and drinks. In the end terry promised us s carefree wonderful wedding and it was perfect. I highly recommend terry and the manor tavern.

Working with Terry and her team is always a pleasure. We do this event annually with them - they make it easy, so we just keep coming back. They're flexible as sometimes it is hard for us to wrangle this group's responses. And when we needed extra tables set up in the middle of the event for our growing silent auction, no one batted an eye. The real "dream team" of caterers and event staff!

The Manor Tavern was the site of my daughter's bridal shower. The private room, with private entrance, and fireplace was perfect for the occasion We were able to gain access to the room an hour or two prior to the event. This allowed us to time to add the final touches to the set up and decor. The staff was very helpful and flexible to honor requests. During the shower, the staff was very attentive to the needs of the guests. The food for the luncheon was delicious and served in a timely manner. Leftovers were packaged to give to the bride and groom when the shower had ended.

My daughter's school traditionally has a nice 8th grade graduation celebration/dinner party! We decided to hold this celebration at manor tavern for the 2015 graduating class of HDS! Manor Tavern made this a fabulous event for both the graduated and their families. The food was good, service wonderful and the venue perfect for us!! So much fun!! A great celebration!!

We hired Manor Tavern to cater our wedding which was on a Saturday in May at The Cloisters in Lutherville, MD, and we could not be happier! What initially sold us was the tasting – the food was incredible and we didn’t want to be labeled as yet another wedding with mediocre food. Additionally, we loved the farm-to-table aspect – the use of locally sourced ingredients not only added freshness but also was an added bonus for many of our guests. For the appetizers, we had the parmesan dusted meatballs, avocado cream cheese rolls (so delicious), and the spaniktopa, as well as a stationary fruit and cheese display. For the buffet dinner, we selected their lemon chicken (not dry!), roasted root vegetables (a huge crowd favorite), roasted asparagus, tortellini with Italian sausage on the side, a risotto and salad. Everything was flavorful and fresh and we received tons of compliments on the food from our guests. Our catering manager, Julie, was a true professional and managed the evening without a flaw. To be honest, we were a little nervous at first because this would be Julie’s first time catering at The Cloisters. But turns out we had nothing to worry about – she and her manager, Terry, had coordinated all the details with us in advance and Julie had everything set up and flowing perfectly the day of the wedding. The best part was not once did I have to answer any questions once I was on-site – Julie had everything under control and made good decisions where there was any ambiguity (whereas I’ve heard unpleasant stories from other brides about being bombarded with questions on every detail as they’re trying to get ready). We found Manor Tavern to be an excellent value – great food and service at very reasonable prices – and would highly recommend them.

Where to begin? Everyone tells you, “something always goes wrong on your wedding day,” but our wedding day was absolutely perfect -- in large part to Manor Tavern’s catering. Terry worked with us from the very beginning to understand our vibe and theme and create something better than we could have imagined. Catering an outdoor wedding with no kitchen on site is not easy, but the food was spectacular -- especially the crab balls. More impressive was the service day of. The team was so pleasant and created a beautiful display for our “fancy picnic” theme on our cousin’s farm. The team all looked great in crisp plaid shirts and jeans matching our laid back feel. Though we never actually went up to the bar, my husband and I were never without a drink in our hands. Several guests came up to us at the end of the night saying it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to and how impressed they were with the entire catering staff. The day after, we were overjoyed to see that the staff had cleaned everything up allowing us to take it easy. If we ever have an event in the area again, using Manor Tavern is a no-brainer. (We also enjoyed stopping by the restaurant for lunch and dinner during all the months of prep.)

I have been using The Manor Tavern for years for my catering needs. Their catered weddings are beautiful and their food is delicious! I couldn't ask for a better group to work with for my events. Their staff is always professional, courteous, and helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Terry, Banquet and Catering Sales Manager, is always there to make sure my events are flawless. You can tell she truly cares. The Manor Tavern has proven tried and true through their many years of wonderful service, and I hope that we have many more events with them in the future!

Terry Lombardi was the perfect event planner to work with!!!! She was passionate and incredibly helpful and was flexible with we wanted (we couldn't decide on just one salad, so she worked with us and allowed us to have 2 to choose from). We didn't want a "cookie cutter" reception venue and The Manor Tavern was the perfect setting! We had a great time and recommend this to anyone!

Ah what can I say that has not been said already! The Manor Tavern and staff were unbelievably perfect for my wedding. We got married May 31, 2014 at Elk Manor Winery. We were able to bring in outside venders which was very fun for my husband and I. We got to shop around! We ended up choosing The Manor Tavern and it was the best choice! Jess was our contact person at Manor and she ran the show. From the second we went for our tasting at the restaurant we have been hooked! Going back at least 4 times for different occasions (Easter, Mother's Day, ect.). She guided us throughout the whole planning process and was so helpful with suggestions and ideas. When it came to the day of the wedding, Jess and her staff were rock stars, catering to our guests every need. We did a sit down dinner for about 150 and every meal came out hot and so delicious. Every ingredient was so fresh and well made. It was so impressive that they did all of that with an outside kitchen that they brought with them. Unreal! I wish I could make every bride use The Manor Tavern for their wedding because they were incredible! Thank you again!!

The Manor Tavern catered my wedding a few weeks ago and people are still raving about the crab cakes!! Tracey and Terry were amazing and helped me plan a BEAUTIFUL wedding. They were about to serve 200 people in less than 9minutes! The food was delicious, the decor impeccable, and the professionalism over the top!
