They did my makeup for the wedding and bridal portraits, as well as wedding day makeup/hair for my whole bridal party of six girls, my mom, my mother in law, and my sister in law. Truly Talented
We used The Makeup Addict for hair and makeup services for our November wedding, and we are so glad that we did! Ambria made the process easy from beginning to end, and the team she sent over was professional and ridiculously talented. Stacie and Abigail were our hair stylists, Emily was our makeup artist, and they truly exceeded my expectations! Abigail looked at one picture of what I wanted for my bridesmaids and recreated it perfectly, every single time. Stacie did the same but she also surpassed my over the top bridal hair vision, which I did not think was possible. Emily truly is an artist and the work she creates is magic. She made everyone look and feel absolutely stunning! I would highly recommend these three members of Ambria’s team! -

I am not one to write reviews but Loren, Abigail and Selina were remarkable. I unfortunately had my makeup and hair person cancel 2 months before my wedding and they were able to help me right away. They booked my trial ASAP and immediately after that trial I felt so relieved. They gave me a schedule and took any stress out of the wedding day. Everything was so easy and turned out beautifully. Their prices are completely reasonable considering how amazing they are at their jobs. They also came on location which was a big deal for me because it made everything so much easier! If you are thinking about hiring them, just do it. -

Not only are both women incredibly talented at what they do, giving me the exact look I was aiming for, they are both joyful and kind. They both created a calming yet fun environment for us. Whether it's just you or your bridal that are getting dolled up for the special day, please do not overlook this company, as they are absolutely fantastic and will make you look/feel you true best! Throughout the time of planning our wedding there were changes to the bridal party that kept happening and all it took was a quick email in order to update them and it was taken care of. Now I when it comes to my makeup look, on an everyday basis, I am a 2 step person mascara and eyeliner then I am out the door. So to be wearing a full face of makeup with lash extensions and for it to feel absolutely weightless and as if it wasn't any different than my typical routine still astounds me. I paid for hair and makeup trial run to get an overall idea as to what I would want for the day of and afterwards we talked about it thoroughly to notetate any changes that we thought would need to be made. I truly cannot say enough as to how amazing Renea and Karen were for my wedding day, they got all 6 of done and ready (hair and makeup) before the estimated time I was given. If anything during our getting ready process we wish they didn't have to leave because we were all having so much fun talking as they got us ready. Thank you so much Renea, Karen and The Makeup Addict for making us look and feel our best! The only other thing I can say is don't question it, just hire them! -

The team was absolutely amazing. We did hair and makeup for my wedding and my bridal party and mother looked AMAZING! Everyone felt beautiful and was extremely pleased with the final results! It was tough to find an airbrush artist and boy was she amazing. Also the hair stylist was able to accommodate many different hair types, lengths and style and she did an excellent job. I’d definitely recommend you looking into the makeup addict!! Worth it!!! -

I felt beautiful on my wedding day, and so did all my bridesmaids! I wanted a natural look in makeup with a loose low bun, and they gave me exactly that! Can’t recommend these two girls enough.

I am so grateful I picked The Makeup Addict to do makeup and hair for my special day. All communication was very prompt and the planning process was very organized. Loren and Molly did an amazing job on makeup! Special shout out to Loren for doing my makeup. Loren listened to what I was looking for in my makeup and also provided helpful suggestions when it came to makeup and pictures. My makeup on my wedding day looked just like my trial. I am grateful I picked a vendor who did both hair and makeup, as they were able to send another artist (Abigail) when I decided to have my nieces get their hair done also. Abigail, Molly, and Loren all arrived on time/stayed on schedule and were a calm addition to the bridal suite! Thank you ladies for making us beautiful! -

When I emailed, I received a quick, friendly and professional response from Ambria, who made the whole process easy for me!
I was not able to do a hair/makeup trial, but that was on me, I pushed it to the last minute, and they were unable to accommodate that, but again, that was on me, totally Not on them! They're Amazing at what they do, so Fortunately I still was told I looked beautiful :)
My girls and I had Shannan do our hair, and Monique do our makeup and they were both amazing!! All of us had compliments coming our way All night long and it felt so good!! haha!!
Also, it lasted ALL NIGHT! No worries of makeup smudging or coming off, Loved that!

The ladies from the makeup addict were absolutely amazing. They true professionals who know how to work with diverse skin types. Myself, my bridesmaids and my mother all looked flawless. I would highly recommend them. It was wonderful to feel beautiful and pampered on the big day. The only recommendation I would make is if all your girls have long hair ask for more than 45 minutes per head. We ran about an hour behind but in the grand scheme of things it was well worth the wait! -

Aspen- Saves the Day
Well with only 2 weeks till my wedding my hair and makeup girl cancelled. I spoke with the Makeup Addict and set an appointment. Aspen arrived at 1045 and was all set up waiting for me. She had the best personality and really helped me keep calm through a very stressful time. My daughter and I looked amazing thanks to Aspen!!! She even helped me by recommending products I can use for my daughters hair.

The Makeup Addict is definitely the way to go for your wedding hair and makeup needs. I needed hair and makeup artists in a pinch and they came to the rescue! Stefanie did my hair and it was perfect and exactly what I envisioned it would look like on my wedding day. She is so meticulous and made sure my hair wasn't going to fall from being outside. Monique did my makeup and it was FLAWLESS. She even stayed a little longer to make sure my fake lashes were in place since I was wedding-day teary eyed. I felt like Stefanie and Monique really listened to what I wanted to look like on my wedding day and they delivered! I 100% recommend The Makeup Addict. They're so sweet and easy to work with! -

Ambria and Stephanie did my hair and makeup prior to wedding and they were fantastic! Listened to what my party wanted (mom and mom-in-law who don't wear much makeup at all) and everyone left SO happy with their look. I felt my makeup was super natural yet enhancing and my hair curls held all night! I also want to highlight how flexible Ambria was since our wedding plans changed multiple times during Covid-19 (originally planned for April 2020 for ~100 people, but didn't happen until August 2020 with only 12 people). Even though our actual wedding ended up being super small, Ambria still agreed to work with me and helped me adjust the plan. She even allowed a couple extra hair and makeup sessions day of! I do not have enough great things to say about this vendor, definitely book now no matter what your wedding looks like!!! -

Don't think twice... just go ahead and book! Ambria is a level-headed, professional businesswoman that does a fantastic job with makeup! She's easy to talk to, calm, cool, and TALENTED. She was flexible with us and beyond easy to connect with either via Wedding Wire messages or email. Always responded within a timely manner! I highly suggest doing a trial with her and playing around with all that she can do. WOW!!! My makeup stayed on all night through a hot July wedding, and I still looked 10/10 at the end of the night. They were more than accommodating during this crazy time of COVID-19. They were flexible with changing hours, location and adding services as needed. We ended up doing a smaller mini money for this year and next year we can’t wait to do it all over again with a big celebration. I hired Ambria to handle the make-up for my wedding day. She did the make-up for me (the bride), my mother, my mother-in-law and mi abuelita. Our airbrushed make-up was not only flawless, but it was everything that we wanted it to be for our imperfectly perfect day. We were able to cry, and be out in the heat, and still look (and feel) amazingly beautiful. Ambria was so great the day of the wedding, and prepared, and on time even though we were dealing with some major last minute changes, because of Covid-19. She stuck by us through the craziness of changing venues, making sure we were all safe, while still making us all feel beautiful. My make-up made my blue eyes pop so beautifully. Ambria is not only great at what she does, but she has the personality to match. She is bubbly, kind, and she brings great energy when she is around. Thank you will never be enough, and I will continue to HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. -

I originally hired both a makeup artists and a hairstylist for my wedding. I wound up deciding to just do hair (nothing against the make up artist, she was lovely...I just wanted to do my own). Kathy was sweet, creative, and listened to any questions/ideas I had. In the chaos of the pandemic, my venue cancelled and I had to find a new one within 48 hours. Kathy travelled to Fayetteville, was on time, and made my hair absolutely perfect! Also, Ms. Camelle was very responsive and professional in all of our communications. I cannot say enough amazing things about the Makeup Addict.
Ambria did the makeup for my bridesmaids and I. She did AMAZING. I had a trial with her before the wedding and she was so accommodating. I thought I wanted one thing, then realized I wanted something the complete opposite. She didn't hesitate and redid my whole makeup right then and there. You can tell just how much she wants to make your day perfect. She understands you want to feel beautiful walking down the aisle and will bend over backwards to make your day perfect.
Stacie was equally amazing! She did the hair for my bridesmaids and I. She did an amazing job! Not only is she super talented, but she also cared so much and wanted to make sure I felt super comfortable on my special day. Just as with Ambria, I thought I wanted one thing, but then wanted the complete opposite. She was also super understanding and accommodating.

Was looking to use them for my wedding - needless to say we ended up doing our makeup ourselves to help stay within budget. However, I did have my “trial run” makeup done at the Makeup Addict’s office space (which was immaculate and so lovely btw) and my makeup looked awesome! They were even willing to work with my super oily skin type and bent over backwards to make me feel comfortable.
Please please please consider these guys when looking for makeup for your big day! You won’t be disappointed with their pampering skills and you will look like an angel when you leave! -

It was a pleasure working with Tony as my hairstylist for my wedding! I was planning my wedding remotely and he was very accommodating of my schedule since I was only in town for a few days at a time. What I liked the most was that he offered an additional complimentary trial so I got to try 2 different hairstyles. On the day of the wedding, he arrived on time, listened to the requests of my bridal party, and worked efficiently. We were all very happy with his service. My updo stayed in place for 12 hours! -

First off, Ambria is adorable and so much fun. She is super talented and creative and does a fantastic job. I typically do the bare minimum when I do makeup so this was a different experience for me and she made me feel very comfortable and also made my skin look flawless.
Ambria did my makeup for my trial, portraits and day of makeup along with my mom and bridesmaid. Because I’d met with her a couple of times before the big day I already knew she would do an awesome job, I think my mom was really nervous at first because she’s never had her makeup done before. My mom especially ended up loving her makeup and Ambria and is still talking about it.
I’m positive makeup artists and wedding vendors see so much and have to grin through so much, but Ambria is a complete and reliable professional and I’m so thankful i got to work with her for my wedding. -

Wedding Hair
Stacie did my hair for the wedding in March at Graylyn Estate. She did my hair perfectly and it turned out exactly the way I imagined it. It also held perfectly throughout the entire night.
Stacie also did a trial for my hair before the wedding. I have long, and naturally poofy/frizzy hair. I was worried about it looking polished the entire night. After I told her about my worries, she took time to talk to me on the phone and tell me what she could do to help make sure my hair looked perfect. She also suggested blow drying my hair the night before to help with any styling. All this ended up coming together well.
The only really small issue is that the schedule didn’t really have any room for unexpected issues (such as breaks). We did have a few unexpected issues which ended up delaying things and causing conflicts with our makeup artist's schedule. we had to update the schedules on the fly and it all ended up working out at the end.
Given that all our hair looked just as we wanted, I'd book her again.

As an out of town, remotely planning bride, wedding makeup and an incredible artist can be hard to find. Ambria exceeded all expectations! Ambria and her team were a perfect addition to my wedding day! I had a New Years Eve wedding in which we celebrated until midnight. We started hair and makeup at 10am for the bridal party. First looks were at 3:30pm and the wedding wasn’t until 6pm. My fear was that having our makeup/hair done so early, my girls and I would look rough by wedding time then be left with no makeup on by midnight. This wasn’t the case! Everyone’s hair and makeup still looked great as we rang in the new year! I’m beyond happy with choosing the Makeup Addict! -

So far, the customer service and response time is amazing. Ambria is great to work with, always upbeat, and ALWAYS answers all of your questions. No hidden fees, everything is explained up front. I almost went with another makeup artist on here (the Bardot) but am SO glad I chose The Makeup Addict. The customer service, and reviews, and pictures of work done does not even compare. -

Ambria and Stacy were always responsive, the day of the wedding they were on time and finished on time so that I could finish getting ready. They listened to what we wanted and did an amazing job! Ambria is amazing!!! I booked her last minute for my wedding and she was so flexible and on it. LOVED her. Every one of my picky bridesmaids and me the even pickier bride loved our makeup. Here’s my totally honest review. If you are looking for reliable, professional and skilled hair/makeup artists, I highly recommend going with The Makeup Addict.
I had a difficult time finding someone to do my hair and makeup for my wedding because my wedding was on a Sunday and many places were closed. Those who did respond took weeks to follow up and I wasn’t sure if I could trust them to follow through on such an important day. When I found The Makeup Addict, I was absolutely delighted to find a one stop shop for both hair and makeup that I could truly trust. Ambria’s response time gave me confidence in her professionalism and the trial gave me confidence in her skills. As a makeup novice, I appreciated that both Ambria and Stacie worked with me to find out how to get the look I wanted. On the wedding day, both of them were so punctual and also flexible when things were running late. Not to mention they made me look fabulous and I received so many compliments. If I ever need to get my hair or makeup professionally done again, I’ll be reaching out to them for sure! -
