Unparalleled quality and customer service
I kind of stumbled onto my knowledge about this company, but it was the happiest accident of my wedding planning! (My daughter is a doctor in New York City, but her wedding is going to be here in Wisconsin. So I have the honor of assisting with the details.) Wanting to make this a truly special occasion, I have scoured blogs and websites in search of some thing spectacular to differentiate her wedding from the myriad of others that will happen this summer, in an effort to clear out the backlog that was created by the pandemic.
As I had said, I kind of stumbled upon these neon signs, and Stephanie’s presentation certainly placed her business in a class of her own. She was always available to answer questions before I ordered, and she was more than enthusiastic to answer all of my questions, not knowing whether or not I would eventually order. She got back to me quickly with a quote, and I am so glad that I took the leap and ordered! The first of two signs arrived yesterday, and I couldn’t be more thrilled! The package arrived more quickly than I ever could’ve imagined, and the quality is over the top! I think that the second sign is due to arrive on Friday, so both of them will have been received in less than 10 days after I first learned about this company. RUN, don’t walk, to patronize this company. You won’t be sorry! -

Amazing vendor! Great to work with! Prompt with communication and tries very hard to meet the needs of the client and all products arrived on time and properly packaged. This vendor easily did 75 percent of my wedding from save the dates to table runners! My guests loved everything about my wedding. Kinda sad they don't do catering and wedding dresses! The shopping experience was very addicting. I could not stop adding to my order and i was met only with smiles and accommodation from the vendor in return. Will definitely use as a vendor again! -

Purchased the Rustic Deer Antler Wedding Cake Topper in natural on Etsy and it's beautiful, everything I hoped for. It is rather heavy, but I'm hoping my baker will know how to prop it up (I admit to having zero prior knowledge about cake toppers and how they work). Speedy delivery, nice handwritten note from the seller. Great experience! -

We got this in silver and it was perfect. We got married inside because of weather but they hung the banner behind us in this beautiful window. People kept saying this was a perfect touch and it looks so great in our photos. Thank you!! -

They had hand crafted our rustic cake stand. and it is wonderful! I couldn't have wanted anything better. And the custom engraved heart with the "T+J" in the center of it makes it so special. They are wonderful people to work with and I'm so happy to have came across their wonderful shop! -

The birch branch place cards were perfect for our son's rehearsal dinner! A few of them were a tight fit, but Stephanie recommended running a piece of sand paper in the cut and that worked beautifully! She was great to work with and responded quickly. -

Stephanie create a wedding program for my wedding in October. She was so helpful and on top of the order the entire time- the first round the mirror was broken by the mail carrier she was so amazing and worked with me to create another one and get it to us on time for the wedding. I ordered the cutest cake stand from this shop! It was a 3" thick slice of wood with the bark on and the initials and date of the wedding of the bride and groom burned into the wood! Perfect for a "Rustic Country Wedding!" My daughter gave me 2 weeks to plan the wedding and she was super fast and very helpful! I give "The Lovely Glass Jar" my highest recommendation! -

Stephanie custom made us a chalkboard that can hang from our dog's neck for our save the date pictures. She created the chalkboard and it came really quickly in really cute paw print wrapping paper with a bow. The chalkboard looks amazing with big block letters so that the date and location are easily seen. It has a really cool rustic look. She custom fit the chalkboard to fit a 75 lbs dog. We tried it out on her and it fits perfect!
We love it so much that once we are done with our photos, we are going to hang it in our house as a decoration. -

I had a "best day ever" banner created with gold glitter on both sides and ribbon instead of twine. It looks amazing!!! and was much larger than expected (in a good way). the shipping was very fast and the vendor was so easy to work with.
