Lara and the whole TLT Team are AMAZING!

I don’t even know where to start. It is impossible to say enough good things about Lara and her incredible team at The Lil Things Events. She was such a joy to work with. Her attention to detail is the best I have seen in any business (I guess that’s where they get the name “The Lil Things” from…).
Her designs are unmatched. She works with couples to truly understand what they want (even when the two partners don’t always agree themselves :P ), and design a one-of-a-kind experiences that blows their expectations out of the water. During our initial call with Lara…my wife and I were all over the place. We told her we wanted a “Disco in the Desert” theme. My wife raved about pops of vibrant colors, whereas I brought up a ton of desert neutrals. Within weeks, Lara somehow turned around a design board that met ALL of our very chaotic requests. She brought our dream wedding to life in a way that I really think nobody else ever could. Her floral work is beautiful, her designs are amazing, and her personal touch is outstanding.
Beyond her designs and creativity, Lara is also SO organized and responsive. She has everything under control, and keeps your mind at ease when you start to spiral with all the planning. She responds nearly immediately to emails and texts, and works tirelessly to meet your needs.
The day before our wedding, we had an unfortunate circumstance where our initial photographer cancelled on us. Within 2 hours, Lara had 6 other options for us lined-up ready to support the next day. All 6 options aligned beautifully with our vision, and we can tell she put time into finding the right options for us, as opposed to throwing every business at us during this fire drill. The crisis was solved within hours due to Lara’s skill, her connections in the Vegas area, and her drive to meet the couples’ needs and pay attention to their vision.
Do yourself a favor and book Lara and TLT for your wedding!!!!

Incredible 40th Birthday Weekend

Working with Lara at The Lil Things Events was an absolute game-changer for my wife’s 40th birthday celebration in Las Vegas. From the very beginning of the planning process through the execution in 3 months, Lara demonstrated an incredible talent for high-end, detail-oriented event production. What truly set Lara apart was her ability to manage a large, complex group while maintaining a deeply personal touch. Planning a "Luxury 40th Weekend" for 45 guests is no small feat, but she handled every logisitical hurdle with grace—from securing the perfect room blocks at the Cosmo to coordinating a flawless private dinner that catered perfectly to our vegetarian requirements. Lara has a brilliant eye for design. She made the weekend feel uniquely special, and the "Vegas Survival Kits" were such a thoughtful touch for our guests. She managed the hair and makeup styling, floral arrangements, and, party buses and nightlife bookings with such precision that I was able to actually enjoy the celebration rather than managing the clock. We truly cannot say enough amazing things about our wedding planner! From the very beginning, she made the entire process feel smooth, organized, and actually enjoyable. Every detail was handled with so much care, creativity, and professionalism.
She listened to our vision and somehow made it even more beautiful than we imagined. On the day of the wedding, everything ran perfectly, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. If there were any hiccups, we never knew about them because she handled everything behind the scenes flawlessly. Her communication, organization, and calming presence meant the world to us. We were able to be fully present and soak in every moment because we trusted her completely.

This should be your one stop shop for coordination and design!! I couldn't be happier with all the services provided. My wedding was spectacular all due to the beautiful designs, and an amazing team!! People wouldn't stop talking about how beautiful the set up was. I was a mess, but I was always calmed by Lara, ensuring that everything would be perfect!!! Highly recommended to all!!

Amazing Wedding Planner and Day Of Coordinator

Lara was absolutely exceptional on our wedding day! From start to finish, she ensured every detail was handled flawlessly. She kept all the vendors on schedule with constant communication, and everything came together perfectly. Wedding planning can be incredibly stressful, but Lara made the entire month leading up to the big day feel smooth and manageable.

She went above and beyond to help us coordinate last-minute details and bring our vision to life, making our destination wedding everything we had dreamed of! Lara's trustworthiness and impeccable organization truly gave us peace of mind.

Just amazing.

Lara and Louise went above and beyond for us not only on our Wedding Day but on the lead up to it and in the days and weeks that have followed since. We could not recommend The Lil Things Events more. As a bride and groom from the UK, we were concerned about how we would co-ordinate our day/ meeting and finding vendors/ finding recommendations etc, but Lara worked with our time difference and to our schedule to make sure the whole process went smoothly. Our day was the best day of our lives and we had no concerns knowing that the team has everything sorted for us. It was full of so many special moments that Lara and Louise had suggested and orchestrated. We are so grateful for finding them as our wedding was a total dream. Thank you guys again! Just Trust!

Lara and the team at The Lil Things Events were the best! We had very vague ideas about what we wanted for our ceremony. They helped us get past the analysis paralysis and gave us to a ceremony that exceeded our wildest dreams. Their eye for design and vendor knowledge is fantastic! You can trust your event in their hands!

The most amazing wedding planner

Lara was literally a life saver from the moment we hired her until the wedding was over. This was my second wedding and the first time I hired a wedding planner and it was the worst experience (not Lara!). For my second wedding, I thought another wedding planner would be such a waste of money BUT one of my friends very highly recommended Lara and her team and I am so glad I decided to hire her. We instantly clicked on our initial phone call and I felt like she just understood exactly what I envisioned. Once I gave her all of my visions and vendor information she 100% took it from there. She would reach out when she had important questions but other than that, she handled everything. When I would get stressed out or panic, she would assure me she would take care of it right away. I swear Lara seemed like she was 10 people in one. Everywhere I looked, there she was taking care of something! We also had hired an assistant through Lara and he was just as amazing!

Dream wedding on a budget

Lara and the whole team at TLT was one of the biggest assets to our wedding day and beyond!
From our first meeting with Lara, all the way to our wedding day, she worked tirelessly to make sure that Angela and I were able to have our dream wedding and keep it within our budget. An amazing experience!

We were planning everything remotely in a very short time frame and knowing she had everything covered was very comforting. I felt especially at ease because she had worked with nearly all of our vendors before and when we spoke with them, they had great things to say about Lara, too!

I'm extremely indecisive and honestly didn't even know what I wanted most of our wedding to look like. I sent Lara a wedding Pinterest board that was all over the place. With her help, we were able to curate a perfect vision that she executed beautifully.

She was attentive and thorough every step of the way. I especially appreciated her patience and calmness in the weeks leading up to our wedding date. I must've sent her (what felt like) an obscene amount of emails as I freaked out over every little detail. She assured me she had everything covered and sure enough, she did. She really went above and beyond for everything. We had some last minute changes on the day of our wedding too and she handled them very gracefully.

We got so many compliments about our wedding and I just know it wouldn't have been as perfect as it was without her.

I can't recommend Lara and her team at The Lil things enough!

Book with TLT Events!

The wedding planner is one of the most important vendors that you will book on your wedding day, and my husband and I are so glad that we chose The Lil Things Events. One thing that immediately drew us to TLT was Lara's diverse clientele. She has worked with all different types of couples, which was something that was crucial to us when we looked for vendors. Lara was a pleasure to work with throughout our entire wedding planning process. We initially booked month of coordination services, but decided to book the partial planning package and design services (minus florals). We were planning from out of state and wanted to host both a pre- and post-wedding event, so having a planner was crucial. Lara was easy to work with, friendly, and most-importantly, made wedding planning a stress-free experience. She was willing to listen to and incorporate our ideas, but we also gave her free range to take the lead creatively and execute our overall vision. Our wedding was over 1 week ago, and our guests can't stop raving about how organized everything felt and the personalized details. My only regret is that we did not book her sooner!

Last Minute Event Planner

We had a destination wedding in Vegas and though we handled the majority of planning ourselves, we realized last minute that we needed help with the little things such as coordinating vendors, table decor, seating assignment, signage, etc. I contacted Lara at The Lil Things for the month of planning package and I am SO THANKFUL for her and her team. I gave them a brief description of the things I needed help with and the look I was going for, she had a design board to me with additional ideas in less than a week. She absolutely nailed it!! Her team sourced the decor, brought everything, set it up, broke it down, and was on site the day of to make sure it all ran smoothly. They coordinated with all other vendors and just took any planning pressure off of us so we could enjoy the day. Her team is an absolutely dream to work with and I cannot recommend them enough. If you are having a destination wedding The Lil Things is a must! Thank you again !!!

Best wedding coordinators seriously!

Where do I even start! My experience with Lara and Jennifer was beyond anything I could have imagined for a wedding coordinator. They were exceedingly professional, efficient and responsive. Any question I had was answered and any worry I had was quickly taken off my table. I wish I had just gotten the full planning package had I known who’s hands I would have been in. There were hiccups on my wedding day and Jennifer was everything we needed to quell my nerves and resolve issues. I her words were so helpful. Lara and her team coordinated everything with our venue and it was beautiful. I honestly can’t recommend them enough. Love you guys!

Lara will put your mind at ease!

When I first spoke with Lara, she made feel like my thoughts were heard and had a good attitude towards planning a destination event 10 months out. Out of the few planners I spoke to, she made me feel the most at ease and didn’t shoot down any of my ideas. From then on, she was dedicated to helping me craft my vision for my wedding. I had a few ideas, and she would listen and offer different suggestions on how we could make them a reality. Because my fiancé and I are from out of town, she was perfectly willing to go to venues for us and take notes and footage of the venues when we weren’t able to attend. From venue, vendors, to décor and day-of coordination, I was pleasantly surprised with how well she handled everything! There were some stressful moments with some of the vendors and Lara would assure me she would handle everything, and she absolutely did. She suggests vendors (and will work with ones you choose yourself) but lets you make and pay for any vendor agreement with them, and then she will communicate with them for you. For décor she will make a lovely mock-up document of how everything will look, and we were all very happy with the results. The day of, she was totally on top of everything and even handed out tissues during the ceremony for those that needed one. I highly recommend TheLilThings Events for your Las Vegas wedding planning!

Lara and Kelly truly made the day stress free for us!

Though I planned most of my wedding on my own, I knew I needed help during the wedding as my wedding events were 4 days long and I didn't want to have additional stress. I did a lot of research on coordinators in Vegas and I knew from talking to Lara, she was very knowledgable and loved that she knew more than just a day of coordinator was needed, but really a month of. We had two wedding ceremonies in one day, one Indian and one American, and Lara and Kelly did an amazing job in keeping our very packed schedule on track and truly thinking of all "the lil things" leading up to it. They kept our families/guests in the loop on where to go, communicated with our vendors for day of, and just really helped us to be able to enjoy our big day. We couldn't have done it without them! Lara was amazing at communicating with me from the moment I reached out to her, up until my wedding, which I really appreciated! I would HIGHLY recommend the The Lil Things!

The best for a destination wedding

What can I say; it was the best pulled off wedding event after Covid! Laura took care of everything. As the mother of the bride, I was concerned with dealing with someone in another state. The moment we arrived at the venue; my stress level disappeared. It was a civil wedding but well done. From the table setting, to the hors d'oeuvres, the buffet meal, the DJ, bartender, photographers, and wedding portrait painter, and the staff of The Stirling Club, it was AMAZING!!!

Hired late and made the experience so simple

We hired Lara and Kelly at TLT very late in our wedding process. We had procrastinated and we were only about a month out when we first contacted them. From day 1 they made the process seamless, answered the MANY questions we had in a timely manner, and made dealing with our other vendors so simple.

Day of, Kelly was amazing. Made the process so easy with so much going on and made sure I always had a fresh drink in hand. I would highly encourage anyone with their wedding in Vegas to hire TLT!

Fantastic personalized Wedding Planning

From start to finish Lara was organized, professional and attentive. She worked with our busy schedules and made sure all the planning and decor decisions were noted and finalized in a timely manner. She offered thoughtful suggestions but always left the final say up to us as a couple, and really helped us craft our perfect wedding weekend. My family and friends kept remarking on how I was the least stressed out bride they had ever seen throughout the entire planning process and it was all because I knew that everything was in great hands with Lara and I would have a wonderful time at our wedding! The day of the wedding went so smoothly and even though minor modifications were made due to some windy weather, the day could not have been any more perfect and low stress. Best decision i made!

Where to start...Lara is just PHENOMENAL! Lara was my month of coordinator for my big, fat, #indianwedding. My event was no small feat - three distinct events over the course of two days. I started speaking to Lara almost one year before my event. Not only was she extremely willing to understand my events and the very complex nuances, but she was also supportive even before the "month of" began. There were times when I felt overwhelmed and she was always there to reassure me. Once the "month of" engagement began, Lara was organized and prepared to ensure that our timeline was seamless and tight. She oversaw the entire execution of my wedding and each day unfolded seamlessly. During the weekend, she had mine and my family's back. Anything we needed, she was there to make it happen or resolve. She was encouraging, reassuring, and most importantly, constantly in communication with my vendors. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND LARA!!

Everything was Perfect

Flexible, Responsive, and all around Amazing Planner

What started out as a small destination wedding in Las Vegas turned into a perfect elopement! 2020 threw many curve balls but Lara was there every step of the way to guide us through the unknowns and switch gears when we ultimately decided to cancel the wedding and do an elopement. Lara helped us step by step through all of the changes and planned the most beautiful ceremony at Red Rock Canyon. I can't imagine a more perfect day.

Where do I begin?! Literally everything was so perfect and amazing! They really do think of all the “little things” that I wouldn’t have thought of myself. Lara even made sure that my husband and I had food on our plates and shooed guests away (in the sweetest and most polite way) so we could eat. Lara is absolutely amazing! She not only helped me plan a wedding in 2 months, she maintained a cool, calm presence from start to finish. Her referrals for hair + make up & photography were so high quality I felt like a bride out of a magazine! She coordinated with my mom who hosted our reception & double checked with me all the details every step of the way. I gave her the theme & a few requests & she brought my wedding to life in a way I couldn’t even imagine! Made everything easy!

I highly recommend a day of wedding coordinator fo your wedding! Lara made everything so easy for us and kept the wedding flowing and I did not have to worry about anything the day of the wedding because I knew she had it under control. If you think you don't need a coordinator - think again!

Lara and The Lil Things Events were AMAZING! With trying to plan and coordinate a wedding during a global pandemic, she provided the calm through the storm. We originally thought we didn't need a wedding coordinator, but boy were we wrong! Being able to enjoy our time with our family and friends while knowing that everything was being taken care of behind the scenes, was so comforting. We knew we could trust Lara with everything with coordinating with our vendors and scheduling all the delivery times, and on top of that, providing us with BEAUTIFUL floral arrangements for our ceremony and reception. Looking back on our wedding weekend, I wouldn't have changed a single detail - even with a pandemic!

Custom Wedding with a Personal Touch!

Lara took our vision and made it a reality! In our first conversation I could tell she truly understood the look we were going for and her excitement was evident from the start! Her connections and negotiating skills helped us along the way. She worked with our venue's staff to make sure nothing was missed. It takes a lot of trust to share your vision with someone and hope they can execute but when I walked into the venue on my wedding day I could not have been more pleased. Simply Amazing!!!

I live in Florida and we decided to do a destination wedding. I am so happy I went with the Lil things events. Laura was extremely helpful with the planning because I honestly knew nothing in this department. I wanted a one stop shop for everything decor, favors, and more because being from out of state, I surely did not want to bring anything additional in my luggage. She was very easy to contact and when i had questions along the way she was able to answer them. I simply gave her a color and a theme of rustic elegance and she brought my vision to life. She showed me options when it came time to select what elements I wanted incorporated into my reception which was very nice. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I wish I could walk into my reception venue all over again because thats how beautiful it was.

A+ Management of a nearly 100 person event with 20 Vendors

My wife and I set out to Vegas to have a completely one of a kind wedding. We interviewed a few planners around town but Lara blew us away with her unique ideas for our special day! As groomzilla my one request was a fire performer and we balanced it out with a magician, caricature artists, showgirls, and so many food vendors and activities i couldn't even count. It was a totally amazing unique experience and Lara handling everything to the first degree. She was in charge of all the decorations, bookings, and tables & chairs, everything! At least 20+ vendors, perfect timing, and planned to the T. She is a total wizard and i would recommend her to put together any high-end event! I cannot wait to work with Lara again.

Destination wedding with ease

Lara Preister of The Lil things events was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. She was able to provide beautiful event decor for my Las Vegas destination wedding. We loved all the special details it really made everything unique. The design gorgeous she put EVERYTHING together for me I should of brought her on to my team from the beginning but once we chose her as our event decorator about 6 months before the wedding she was hands on and made sure I received all of my personal items before I left town. I can't wait to renew our vows I look forward to working with her for all my Las Vegas events (which is often)

Lara is as stated above... FABULOUS! Caesars was pretty difficult to deal with and she made it a breeze, she completely encompasses our style which really meant a lot to me and Ryan. When you think of a dream wedding planner, Lara is it! From the first moment we contacted her and all the way through our 'post wedding blues' she has been not only a wedding planner, but someone to lean on. I first contacted Lara and asked if she could help me plan a wedding in just 8 weeks. She was immediately up to the challenge and was so organized and easy to communicate with. I would have paid Lara twice as much for what she did at my Nana's 100th birthday party. The first time Nana saw her i was told she was the one. "pretty lady with nice necklace". She walked me though every detail of the party, kept my budget and time on schedule. She was apart of the family by the big day. My husband and I were married in Vegas 10/28/17. We live in Baton Rouge, LA so the entire planning process was done via email. When I found Lara she made the process so easy from start to finish. Her prices are extremely reasonable. I have to admit the whole day I was very nervous. I wanted the reception to be beautiful. It was a small wedding so I felt the details would make a huge difference. When we entered the room I noticed immediately how perfect everything was. It was exactly what I wanted and had hoped for. The space was perfect (our reception was at Maggiano's) and she did a beautiful job to help capture the moment. Thank you so much again Lara and I'm glad I got to meet you at the end of the night!

I have nothing but good things to say about Lara and The~Lil~Things! I was the happiest with how my bridal bouquet turned out! All the flowers were stunning, and that was really important to me. Lara helped me work around challenges with a destination venue, and was very helpful throughout the process. I said I would like bistro lights hung over a pool, and she and her team made it happen! She was extremely patient with my indecisiveness, and offered her ideas to help me. I was very happy with the beautiful invitations, return address labels, mailbox card holder, and custom photo guestbook that she made. The~Lil~Things team worked very hard setting up table decorations, hanging jars of flowers off of random wooden beams for me, and adding their perfect touch of decorated elegance all over the venue. (and in 100+ degrees!). I am so happy to have had Lara's professional help in making my wedding even more beautiful than I saw in my mind. I highly recommend The~Lil~Things! It was nice to know that she was taking care of the (many) small things, so that I could worry about the bigger things!

I had the pleasure of the lovely Lara helping me with my wedding reception decor! As a bride coming from overseas and not having a particularly large wedding party, I did consider bringing bits to do the job myself but then by chance found the The Lil things events on Instagram and was over the moon. Lara created and hand-made some lovely things for our event. She was full of ideas, very helpful and fun to communicate with over emails! Thank you...you were amazing! Xx

Lara and her team did a phenomenal job with making our vision come to life for our wedding events. My husband and I are both from out of town, and thus planning from a distance had it's challenges. Lara was able to act as our hands on person in Las Vegas. She checked out our venues for us numerous times and allowed us to ship wedding related items to her office. She was in constant communication with us for nearly a year and had a way of keeping all our phone/skype/email conversations organized. She also always had a calm and cheerful air to her that put us at ease whenever we spoke to her. I can't thank her enough for helping make our day absolutely perfect!

Lara was AMAZING! My husband and I had an beautiful wedding and so much of that goes to Lara. She did everything including our invitations, floral, ceremony and reception décor, bridal party gifts, my veil and more! We showed her a few pictures of inspiration and she truly delivered! When showing off our wedding pictures everyone wants to know who did the décor. We loved Lara and would recommend her to anyone wanting custom décor for an event.

Lara was easy to get along with and made my ideas come to life!! She also came up with ideas when I was unsure what I really wanted. She made our invites too which turned out just the way I wanted :) Lara and her team were amazing day of... they set everything up and just let us enjoy our special day with no stress. Lara was such a pleasure to work with. My daughter is a visual person and Lara kept sending her pictures of things until something caught her eye and then Lara would tweak it from there. Lara and her crew were excellent in everything! I'm glad I trusted The Lil Things to take care of my special day. The day of my wedding had everything to go wrong, I forgot my bouquet at home, part of my dress AHHHH, it was raining dogs and cats and the venue was outdoors, I was so nervous of not having what I've dreaming of for so long, but Lara made it perfect for us!! I had a beautiful, fun wedding, every detail looked just like what I dreamed!!
Thank you The Lil Things for calming me down when I was going crazy, for adding the lil, beautiful details to my wedding!

Lara did an incredible job in planning our event. She was very efficient, gave all of the details regarding our planned activities, and was a pleasure to work with. Lara does an amazing job with her bridal confetti! It is so different, simple, and the perfect icing to the cake for any wedding events! Since we had most of our events outside, we decided to use the gold and silver confetti with our photos on the other side for the center decorations for our rehearsal dinner table! It looked stunning on the black table linens! She goes out of her way to be sure the bride and groom are happy and has no problem taking things into her own hands! She is a great choice for wedding essentials! Cheers!

Just had our wedding about two weeks ago at Manadalay Bay Hotel September 10,2016. Lil Things did an amazing job with our wedding decor. Lara was great! Greatest vendor of all my vendors!!! Very nice and fast, everything went perfect and came out perfect. We had a very non traditional wedding with a few hiccups so for them to have been so on point and accommodating was amazing!

We passed The~Lil~Things booth at the Bridal Spectacular in Las Vegas. My husband, then fiancé, took one look at the confetti & had to have it at our reception. Lara is so easy to work with that it didn't seem like a chore on my checklist. She is friendly and accommodating. I told her what I was looking for, although she had not created this frame before, she was able to create what I wanted. I enjoyed working with her and we loved the quality of her work. I was so impressed that I asked her to remember me if she ever needed part time help. I highly recommend The~Lil~Things!

Lara was great! I hired her for the day of wedding coordination so that neither I, my groom or any of our entourage had to worry about the "lil things" and just enjoy the day. I can be controlling about details, however, towards the end of all the planning, I was exhausted and overwhelmed so I was very happy to have Lara there to take over. For the ceremony rehearsal, I had an idea of my lineup, however, Lara organized it and made it all come together. Additionally, my entourage was made up mostly of flower girls so you can imagine how chaotic it can be to manage little ones, but Lara did an awesome job getting them to listen & play their role. She also took care of our Sandy (took her out for potty breaks & giving her water) while we were busy posing for photographs! If I had a chance to do it over I would have kept her for the entire evening. I would definitely recommend her to others and would hire her again to organize future events!

I ordered the photo confetti and a personalized ring box for the ceremony. Every person at our wedding commented that they loved these additional touches. The photo confetti was the perfect finishing touch for our sign in table. I can't wait to have another event to order again.

The Lil Things created two pieces for me, both of which were hand made and turned out beautifully. I sent in inspiration photos of what I was looking for, and Lara (owner) created exactly what I was looking for. She even texted me photos as she was gathering supplies to make my items, so that we were totally on the same page. They turned out great!

Our daughter's wedding was a beautiful and unforgettable event enhanced by the customized invitations, decor and guests favors, signage, attendant gifts and so many personalized touches recommended by Lara, the owner of The-Lil-Things. Our stress was tremendously reduced by her professionalism and positive can-do attitude. We had specific family 'traditional' items to be included, and her suggestions as well as the unique completed pieces (including the bride's reception hair decor from my wedding dress lace) made the ceremony and celebration excellently memorable.

I met Lara from the~lil~things at a bridal show and discussed her custom birdcage veils. I emailed her after the show and received a response right away, we met and she created my custom birdcage veil and garter made from my mothers wedding veil. The pieces are beautiful and meaningful as well. Lara also created signage, a cake topper and a mailbox for guest cards, all custom and came out very nice. The sparkles on the sign are coming off a bit and the mailbox had a scratch which is the only reason I gave a 4 on quality of service, but these are not major flaws. The price is reasonable, considering if I ordered off Etsy I would have had to pay shipping, but for the amount of items I ordered I felt the price could have come down slightly. All in all I am very pleased with my purchases and cant wait to show them on my big day!

Wonderful experience

We recently had the pleasure of working with Lara who truly brought our dream wedding to life. The attention to detail and creativity displayed in the decor was absolutely breathtaking. Every corner of the venue was transformed into a magical setting, with elegant floral arrangements that created an enchanting ambiance. The decor surpassed our expectations and left our guests in awe.
While Lara had a solution to every conflict that arose, there were instances where we felt the budget was not effectively managed. Some expenses exceeded our initial discussions. In addition, when the team plans a non traditional wedding, it would be helpful if they did their own research on understanding the logistics involved.
Despite this minor setback, we would still highly recommend Lara and her team for their incredible talent and ability to create a visually stunning atmosphere. Their expertise in decor truly made our special day unforgettable, and we received countless compliments from our guests.
