This property is so unique and gorgeous! I've had the privilege of seeing this journey unfold from the very beginning and the dedication and heart that is going into this space and business is so beautiful to watch! What this venue is going to bring to the table is unmatched! Caitlyn is a dream to work with! She planned and designed my rehearsal dinner and it was beyond what I could have imagined! She is truly made for this industry! -

We LOVED being able to celebrate our wedding day here at The Legacy. Caitlyn & her sweet family were extremely helpful, so kind, so accomodating, and have the most stunning intimate space for your special day! We are very grateful for all the help and incredible communication throughout the entire process. They are also very organized and very attentive to all your needs and help make sure your dreams & visions you have for your day happen the best they can. So much space but at the same time an intimate feel, very well lit rooms, clean, gorgeous land great for photos and golden hour shots too! Will always be a special place to us. -

We got married here on 10/11/25 and it was nothing short of amazing! From the beginning, Caitlyn was always responsive and thoughtful.
On our wedding day, they made sure things were setup so all we had to do was decorate. The family helped chauffeur our guests. They even brought out heaters for us when it got cold! 10/10, definitely would recommend. -

I cannot say enough about Caitlyn and her amazing staff! When hurricane Helene destroyed our venue in the mountains, she reached out and told me they could make it happen and assured us it would still be beautiful.
The venue alone is stunning! All of the small details you don't think, about they have! Caitlyn hit the ground running as soon as we said yes! She works with the most kind hearted vendors and they stepped in to plan a meal and drinks for our guests. The kind of service and love that they pour into their venue is seen in everything they do. Caitlyn and her team helped with everything from setting up table decor, setting up the food and drink and even held my train as I walked down to the isle. Peep the picture. :) I could only imagine the kinds of weddings that happen at this venue with more time to plan! If you are looking for a full experience wedding that will leave you feeling like you became part of their family this is it! I honestly can't think them enough for how much they came through for us and made a difficult situation the greatest blessing. Pick Legacy at Gregory Downs as your venue and you won't regret it!. -

Beautiful Private Venue
We got married at The Legacy in April, and I cannot recommend it enough! From start to finish, it was such a wonderful experience.
The venue is so beautiful, with sprawling green grass, a picturesque pond, and woods lining the area. It feels so private and made for gorgeous photos!! The open barn feels so cozy, but offers a ton of room too — it’s perfect for events big or small. The dressing rooms and bathrooms are elegant.
Caitlyn with The Legacy made everything so easy! She is so experienced and offers helpful advice and recommendations, but everything is also customizable. Whatever your vision, she makes it happen!
Our guests raved about how beautiful everything was. I’m so grateful we were able to have our wedding here! -

Amazing venue
This venue is a beautiful scenery for any event. The staff was amazing help every step of the way. They were easy to talk to and get in touch with, and answered any questions we threw their way. I am so happy to have the memories and pictures The Legacy at Gregory Downs was able to provide! -

When we toured at the Legacy at Gregory Downs, I knew it was exactly what I was looking for. The space is so versatile and capable of becoming the perfect venue for whatever you envision. Caitlyn was so helpful throughout our planning process, always just one text or email away! They thought of everything from the perfect getting ready suites to spraying the field to ensure no bugs were around. On the day of, they were attentive and ready to help. Huge thank you to this team! -
