Amazing experience

Just received my dress yesterday and I have already tried it on several times because it is AMAZING! The pictures don't do it any justice!! Last Minute Bride was GREAT, from customer service, responses and the actual dress I recommend to all brides!! I truly thank Jennifer for helping me choose the right size!! Also the price of their dresses are so affordable and amazing quality!! Now I am ready to walk down the aisle and don't need to purchase a back up this, this dress is EVERYTHING!

Best Ever!!

They are the best EVER!! If you are on a budget but still want that designer label then look no further! Not only are their dresses affordable but you can also create a payment plan! I got a Allure bridal couture dress that on their site was originally priced for a little over a thousand dollars. I ended up buying it during their once a year sale and when everything was said and done between shipping and adding a garment bag spent less than $500 dollars! I definitely recommend this shop!

I love my dress!!

My dress was absolutely beautiful 😍 ❤.. i loved it. My husband was blown away when he saw me. I love their gowns. I knew my dress was "THE ONE" when I saw it. The Last Minute Bride has 8 different payment options. The dresses are made to order and are ready to ship in 3 months. Even with this pandemic my dress came on my expected delivery date.

Flexible and responsive!

Jennifer was amazing to work with in helping me find a last minute minimony COVID dress! We had to postpone our wedding for a second time and wearing my original dress just didn't feel right for a less than 20 person ceremony. Jennifer took extra time to look through new shipments of dresses that had not yet been posted on the website and send me options that matched what I was looking for. Also very flexible in letting you order multiple dresses at a time to allow you to try on side by side. I am thrilled to have found my COVID dress from the comfort of my home and a style dress I hadn't felt confident in when I originally bought my first wedding gown...thank you covid diet ;) Dresses came in a weeks time too which was wonderful!

Stress Free and Fabulous by Mail

I found this amazing Hayley Paige dress online from Last Minute Bride in the midst of shelter-in-place restrictions. Their return policy allowed me to try the dress on in my own home. They were flexible with how long I was able to keep it to decide. The whole process was smooth and stress free. I was so happy to be able to continue my wedding planning for my September wedding and able to make this very important decision from the safety of my own home. And this dress is the one! Perfect!

Best dress place ever!

I purchased my dress from The Last Minute Bride a few months ago, and I could not be happier!!! The staff was extremely helpful, and accommodating. The dress I fell in love with in the store was $1900! This dress was the same design and I think more beautiful was half that. Weddings are expensive as is, you shouldn’t have to buy an expensive dress to feel and look beautiful on your special day. I would 100% recommended them to any bride for their big day!

The Last Minute Bride is a great option for brides trying to stay in budget yet not compromise on style. The gown I purchased was as advertised and pristine. Although not the gown I wanted initially, I ended up with the gown that was perfect for my day. It is daunting to make such an emotional purchase online, and the Last Minute Bride seems aware of this. The staff is helpful, responsive, and does their best to support a bride through their trepidation. The Last Minute Bride may not work for every bride, but do not hesitate to give it a try.

I was a bit discouraged when I started my journey of finding a bridal gown. I AM A PLUS SIZE BRIDE. I am fabulous, but I DID NOT FEEL like it when I went to local bridal stores. Heaven sent! Unmatched quality and service!

I could sing their praises for a hundred years and it would never be enough. Not only does this boutique have an amazing selection, but they offer custom made to order dresses, payment plans, and they have a staff of angels that I swear are straight out of heaven. My experience with this shop is less than typical. I purchased my dress last year with a little under a year until my wedding day, and then I started having some health issues. I underwent some different therapies and medications and had to alter my lifestyle quite a bit, and as a result my body gained some significant weight FAST. Long story short, my beautiful and perfect dress was no longer an option for me. While this was at no fault of theirs whatsoever, the wonderful staff and specifically Jennifer went above and beyond to help me find a replacement dress that fits my new shape and makes me feel more beautiful than ever. I cannot thank them enough for the wonderful service and all the help they gave me. Their flexible payment plans make any dream affordable. They even gave me guidance on how to sell my first dress while I paid for my new one! I would never recommend any of my friends to shop anywhere else. Their quality of service can’t be beat!

I Said Yes to the Dress

After trying on lots of dresses in stores and not finding the one, I found a dress at The Last Minute Bride that looked like my style and in my price range, but since it was online I was a little hesistant. The measurements of the dress were really close to mine, but I was worried about the length as I am pretty tall. I contacted The Last Minute Bride and was very impressed with the responsiveness and help given. Jennifer got back to me right away and even tried the dress on herself to see if it would be long enough. I was also reassured about the return policy, that if it wasn’t the one, I wasn’t going to be stuck with it. But as it turns out, I didn’t need it. The dress arrived in two days and was a perfect fit! I absolutely love it and would highly recommend the site.

Yes, buy your wedding dress online!

Like every bride out there as soon as I got engaged two questions came up at every conversation- when is the wedding and what dress are you getting? I had a little over a year to find a white dress that i liked- how hard could it be. Very hard apparently. 6 months in I'd tried over 40 dresses and though I liked parts of the dresses I wasn't convinced. I searched online and came across The Last Minute Bride, it had the exact dresses I had tried on for a fraction of the price. And then I saw their online store's inventory and I found my dress all the pieces I'd loved in other dresses. I had to have it. I reached out to them with all my concerns and questions, each inquiry was answered within hours by the amazing Jennifer. My concerns were at ease by the end of several days exchanges along with their amazing rerun policy. And though I'd read about the horrors of purchasing a gown online, fellow brides' testimonials on their site really helped to ease my worries and I bought my dress. I now have 5 months left until my wedding and couldn't be happier with my gown. The pictures didn't do it justice. If you're on the fence contact them, it was worth getting the exact dress I dreamed about within my budget.

David Tutera Neela Wedding Dress

I am soooo soo grateful for the last minute bride! She is very responsive and generous. She was a little late replying to my message and gave me free shipping (-$45) on my gown! I set up a payment plan. I finished paying for my dress on a Friday and received it the following Saturday. It is stunning. Originally $2023 however I only paid $599. Ladies you don’t have to be hesitant in ordering, Jennifer is AMAZING!!!

With a name that includes last minute I knew immediately this is where I'd find my dress. I set out to plan a wedding in about 3 months, thought the dress would be the easy part, but after trying on nearly 40 I still did not have a dress I really loved. Then I found this site, they were so helpful, I fell in love with one of their exclusives, but they didn't have it my size. Jennifer looked into a rush order, however I found another that I liked and received it about 4 weeks before the wedding. They also found me a seamstress who was undaunted by the short time line (and all the lace!), even though I'm in WI! I'll be picking up my dress tomorrow and getting married next Sunday, in a dress I know I'll look great it!

After a friendly but unsuccessful dress shopping day at Davids Bridal, I came home and started looking online for a less expensive retail way to find my perfect dress. I knew exactly what I wanted but just couldn’t afford (and didn’t want) to spend $1800 for a dress. I stumbled across the last minute bride and put in my budget range and dress preferences and bam there was my dress! I just knew it was the one. And guess what? My $1800 designer dress was only $599 through the last minute bride. I contacted customer service to ask some questions since buying online can be a little scary. Is it going to fit? Is it going to look that good in person? Can I return it if it’s not the one? Jennifer was amazing and answered all my questions thoroughly and quickly. Since $599 was still a bit higher than my budget, she let me know about their payment plan options and worked with me so I could get my perfect dress. She even sent me links to dresses that were similar but within the budget i provided her. I was grateful for that option but I knew the one I had already picked out was in fact the one. Well, ladies, my dress came yesterday and I’m even more in love than I could have even imagined!! Thank you, Jennifer, so much for your help in this process and for helping me work within my budget. The Last Minute Bride treated me so great! I came across them through the preownedweddingdresses.com. I live in Canada and with the dollar being so bad I thought I'd try my luck and asked if this would honour a discount like other stores that are right across the border. Jennifer responded back right away with no hesitation to honour that. I had explained my previous dress experience (being that I already had one to try and sell). She was super helpful, told me how normal that is and explained her pay plan options. I was hesitant ordering something so expensive through the mail but I called and talked to Jennifer directly after a few emails. She had no problem answering all of my questions and reassuring me. The dress was shipped from California to Saskatchewan and made it to me within 5 business days with the priority shipping. Very thankful for the help and the dress is everything I expected :)

I'm not one to usually write reviews, but I can't rave enough about how amazing Last Minute Bride is and how they helped me get my dream wedding dress. I went dress shopping locally and found the dress I dreamed of. Unfortunately, it was an off the rack kind of store and when I went back to buy it, it had sold. So, with the help of my sister, we turned to the internet and found my dress at Last Minute Bride, not only in the right size but like half the price of the one in the store. Hesitant to buy my wedding dress online, I decided to take a leap of faith and purchased it. Within a day, Last Minute Beide got back to me and set up shipping and payment information and within two days of my purchase my dress arrived neatly packaged on my door step. I excitedly opened the box and my dress was in perfect condition with an adorable thank you card and a "something blue" bow. I was greeted with so much kindness. The dress I purchased was beautiful and perfect in every way. I was SOOOO impressed with The Last Minute Bride. I had crazy travel come up after my order was placed and I had no set flights and return dates. My fiance and I are combining households from thousands of miles apart. I was nervous about the dress being "the one" and so I wanted to be home to try it on within the 24 hour return window. Since I paid they offered to hold the dress until I knew when I would be home for sure and sent it out to me. I shouldn't have worried because the dress is AMAZING. It was everything I wanted and more. Not to mention, the price was incredible. Their customer service was just awesome!

Hello all!

I just wanted to drop a note to say take a second to consider purchasing from Jennifer! I was so impressed with how promptly she responded to me, including 3 replies via email within 24 hours and a personal phone call. I am the type of person that even though details are listed, with a purchase so important, I wanted to know every detail. She provided reassurance and confidence in my purchase. PLUS she's super personable.

My dress arrived sooner than expected and I can't describe my enthusiasm opening my perfectly wrapped gift in the mail. I was so pleased by the card and blue bow on the hanger. It was a fantastic special touch. My wedding dress was just as described and just as beautiful as I remember from the store. I absolutely recommend this site to future brides and am so happy I took a chance in saving so much time and money.

Hey Everyone! I just wanted to write a little review for The Last Minute Bride. I am from a small town in Atlantic Canada and I had dreams of a Hayley Paige dress. This meant I either had to travel down to the states or across the country to Toronto. My mom was amazing and was on board to travel to a store that carried Hayley Paige dresses however, given how expensive weddings can be, I didn't want to add that extra expense of travelling to find my dream dress! That's when I stumbled across The Last Minute Bride website and all my dreams came true!! My dress arrived all the way to Canada in less than a week, and it was absolutely stunning! The measurements were exactly what they said they would be and to top it off, my dress ended up costing me less than the one I had picked out in the store at home, even with the exchange rate to Canadian dollars! I am so thrilled and I couldn't say enough wonderful things about Jennifer from the Last Minute Bride team. I would recommend her a thousand times over! Thanks so much again Jennifer :)

Be sure to ask about payment plans and they will work with you to help you get the dress of your dreams! Also, do not be afraid to ask for them to be on the lookout for a particular style or designer. I was able to get a Haley Paige $2,300 dress for $800, and the dress is in perfect condition. It arrived carefully packaged and I couldn't believe the level of service and quality of the gown I received. After trying on dresses in at least five different bridal salons and seeing the prices I went online and finding The Last Minute Bride was a true stroke of luck. I recommend them to EVERY bride to be I know and I couldn't imagine a better experience.

I would recommend The Last Minute Bride to any bride looking for a gown. My daughter fell in love with a gown that was out of our budget and we found the exact one she wanted here for less than half of the original price. Jennifer answered every question I threw at her and was so extremely helpful! Our dress came quickly and is just perfect! Jennifer also made sure that if we got it and it wasn't "The One" that we could return it. We will be looking here again when my younger daughter decides to get married! Jennifer was awesome! I went and tried on dresses a little late in my wedding planning, and basically got ridiculed for waiting so long...which I did not like at all. So after finding the dress I loved I contacted the last minute bride! They did not have the dress in stock, but with a few days Jennifer found it! I had the dress in my hands in just over 2 weeks! the other boutiques said I couldn't get the dress until late May...We Jennifer showed them! I received the dress at the beginning of April. She was also able to find the same dress for almost $400 off!

I also felt waaaaaay more comfortable buying from an established company instead of a random person selling their 'unaltered/unworn' dress like other sites sell.

I am currently getting the dress hemmed right now but I will post pictures when I get back! Its a beautiful Stella York dress.

Jennifer was great to deal with. Extremely responsive. I was emailing her at midnight and not expecting a response right away, but immediately, there was a message in my inbox. She was patient and very easy to work with (via email). I went into a bridal boutique and tried on a Watters dress and I liked the front but wasn't in love with the dress. Then I went to a different boutique and tried on a Maggie Sottero and really loved the back but was just ok with the front. I went home and searched for the Sottero on preownweddingdresses.com and found the dress for 2/3 the price of what the boutique was asking for. It was new and the exact size and color as the boutique. I msg'ed Jennifer about the dress and then I went directly to her website, thelastminutebride.com. I began searching through all of her other dresses, and then I found it. A Watters dress that had the perfect combination of the front of the first Watters and the back of the Sottero. I loved the photos of it, but because I didn't try on that exact dress, I was reluctant to make such a huge purchase online. The site does offer a return policy (minus the restocking fee), so that made it a little easier. Also, the shipping fee was very reasonable. So, I decided just to make the purchase and I'm definitely very happy with the dress.

I was skeptical at first, however decided to give The Last Minute Bride a chance after reading fantastic reviews through Wedding Wire. I was not disappointed! Jennifer was amazing to work with. I had such a rewarding experience working with Jennifer at The Last Minute Bride. I found a dress they were selling through www.preownedweddingdresses.com and contacted them. She responded right away and was so easy to work with! Even offered a flexible payment plan. I highly recommend checking out their website for beautiful wedding dresses at an affordable price. The Last Minute Bride was amazing! I found it through pre-owned wedding dresses.com and looked up reviews and they were stellar. Jennifer is so patient and understand. She helped answer all of my questions and even shipped the dress later so I could have it timed with some other dresses I wanted to try on. (Btw - returns on wedding dresses is nearly unheard of from small boutiques). I was so excited to find the dress I had tried on at a local store for much less on the site (it was a sample in great condition, almost new). Overall a great place to find a dress if you know what you want already! Or even if you don't. :)

After finding the dress of my dreams at a local bridal boutique, I quickly realized the price tag was too high for my budget. In a panic, I searched online for the dress I wanted and lo and behold I came across The Last Minute Bride.

They just so happened to have the designer dress I wanted in my size brand new in mint condition. They very quickly responded to all of my questions and provided me with more pictures and information than I would've expected or could've asked for. I was blown away by their customer service. Payment was easy via PayPal and their shipping policies protected both parties which was a relief. The dress arrived quickly and the entire process was stress free.....not to mention I saved 50% on the price of the dress.

If you're thinking of trusting them with your dress, DO IT. Seriously they made the entire process stress-free and easy. They're quick to answer questions and you'll get the dress of your dreams for a great price!

I found my dream dress here in Ireland but unfortunately it was out of my budget. I then came across 'lastminutebride' website which had the exact dress for half of the price! Even with the time difference Jennifer was so quick with her responses & so helpful with all my queries. I ordered my dress on a Saturday...it was shipped Monday & I had it the following Thursday. Jennifer was wonderful to work with, she is very responsive about any questions or concerns you might have about ordering a dress online. Jennifer made buying a wedding gown a breeze! I tried my dress on in a boutique and then went on online and found that The Last Minute Bride had the same exact gown for $600 less than what the boutique would have charged me! Hello Jennifer!! I just wanted to take a minute to say THANK YOU!! Thank you for running a trustworthy company and can help brides such as myself, to be able to afford a wedding gown at a reasonable price and it truly being the authentic gown.

A long story short, I had purchased a gown from what I thought was a business out of California YZFashionBridal that could make any gown of your dreams for a reasonable price. You tell them and send pictures of what you want and they'll make it happen. I should have known it was too good to be true. I ended up having a bad feeling and that's when I purchased the San Patrick Atenas gown from you. I received the gown that I had customized on Wednesday. And my intuition was so right. The package came from Hong Kong!!! It was probably a 10x12 plastic package and it then turned into the dress of my nightmares... I paid a good bit for the gown it nothing compared to what I wanted. I'm trying to dispute the purchase through my credit card company right now, but it just sucks that this company was not a trustworthy company.

Again thank you so much for this honest business, and appreciate the affordable prices. Btw I absolutely LOVE the gown!!! It's everything plus more than I was expecting!!! ? My wedding is October 10, 2015. I will be glad to send some pics after.

Jennifer is a breeze to work with. Helpful and quick to respond. She IS the last minute bride! I ordered a dress in blush without ever seeing it on, and when it came in I just didn't feel like a bride. I found the exact dress on LMB in Ivory and we exchanged dresses for the difference in price and shipping costs. I got my dress today and I am now so excited to walk down the isle in May! They have an amazing selection of dresses and the dress even came with a little surprise for my wedding day! I was searching for the perfect dress and finally found it at a bridal store. The cost of the dress make my finances wallet scream. I wrote down the maker of the dress, the model number and walked out of store but was determined to find the dress for less! I entered the name and model number online and to my surprise The Last Minute Bride website appears with the dress I was looking for! I emailed Jennifer, owner of The Last Minute Bride, and she quickly responded with a price. A price that was at 2000% cheaper! We had many conversations via email regarding the dress, shipping and returns. I ordered the dress and two days later it was at my door step. The dress was EXACTLY the same dress, maker, model number I tried on with the price tag of $3500 and I got it for less than $1000. Jennifer offers excellent customer service; she truly does care and you see that in her quick response. My experience with The Last Minute Bride was more than exceptional. The dress came in beautiful packaging with a personalized note. It was in perfect condition, and everything was as pictured. The shipping was also extremely fast! I found Last Minute Bride by accident online through preownedweddingdresses.com.

I had seen a dress online that I have adored for years, and now that I am engaged I started to look for it. Problem was that the dress was discontinued! Last Minute Bride happened to have the exact dress I was hoping for and it was new, never worn!I Couldn't believe it and thought it had to be too good to be true. So....I inquired about the dress, not only did they work with my budget but they responded to each of e-mails very promptly. Jennifer at Last Minute Bride was so helpful with all of my questions and even sent me extra pictures of the dress. I decided it was THE one and ordered it late on a Thursday night. I never regret to have my dress from The Last Minute Bride. Shipping was fast. The price was so affordable plus a very friendly and professional customer service. They will surely work on the bride's budget and make sure that the dress will look fabulous on you. I highly recommend ordering bridal dresses from them.

P.S. I only ordered my dress online through their facebook page. At first I was a bit skeptical buying a dress for my dream wedding specially online. I tried the dress I wanted in a bridal shop, to be sure that it was "the one". It wasn't a bad price, but it was more than I wanted to pay. I went on preownedweddingdresses.com and found my dress for much less, but still a little more than I wanted to pay. I emailed the owner (Jennifer) & she helped me stay on budget by negotiating a price. I was skeptical to order the dress online thinking it could be a knock off dress, but I ordered it anyway bring that they have a 24-hr money back guarantee! Jennifer was so helpful all throughout the ordering process. I had bought a wedding dress a year earlier and now it doesn't fit. I am getting married in less than four months, so I was searching non-stop. I found a gown very similar to my original, and stumbled upon her Facebook page for the gowns. She was quick to respond, answered my millions of questions, shipped the dress out lightning quick, and the dress was pristine. They are samples but I honestly wouldn't be able to tell. I'd work with Jennifer again in a heartbeat, and highly recommended The Last Minute Bride to anyone and everyone.

Jennifer was very helpful and always answered all my questions very promptly. The customer service is great and they have what I found to be a very flexible policy. I love my gown and it arrived super fast and nicely packaged. It was a pleasure doing business with The Last Minute Bride very hassle free :)

I found my dress here after looking for about 2 months for a designer wedding dress that doesn't cost a furtune, their customer service was great, they responded quickly and answered all my questions.
I was very happy with the hand written letter that Jennifer sent with my dress

Jennifer was very quick to answer all my questions. I couldn't be happier with the service I received as well as the deal I found! The dress is exactly as described and the measurements help out alot with the whole online buying process. Also, their payment options are great and make it possible for brides to get what they really want without breaking the bank.

First, I want to say I am thankful The Last Minute Bride has dream dresses available for ladies on a budget. I have to tell you I am no size 00 or even a 2.. or 4.. I had been to bridal shops (one in particular from my small town) that made me feel less than for not being a model size. I feel that The Last Minute Bride website/business had such a variety of dress for whatever size. I was so impressed by the timely manner that Jennifer responded to me about my several inquires of dresses. She educated me on the "bridal sizes". As well made her self available to answer my every question. I felt like she never treated me as "just as customer" but treated me as a bride, who was scared/nervous of picking a gown, especially one I had never even tried on! I also love that The Last Minute Bride is a small business ( I am all about supporting small business). I know that "saying yes to the dress" in your own home is definitely different than being in a bridal shop, but Jennifer made it so special by adding the card and pretty hanger and bow. But honestly "saying yes to the dress" at home was easier, I was able to focus on the dress, myself and really being able to see myself as a bride in my own comfort zone. The dress is gorgeous and is in mint condition! The dress retailed for $1,000 and The Last Minute Bride had it for $599!! I am so thankful for the wonderful experience I was able to have. I cannot wait to wear my dress next September!

I ordered a different dress from another store, but I was never 100% on it. On a whim, I decided to look on a pre-owned dress website, and that's where I came across Last Minute Bride. Thanks to the Last Minute Bride, I was able to afford my dream dress! I was able to get my dress for 50% less than regular bridal shop prices. The specific dress I ordered was briefly used as a sample, but it was in absolutely perfect condition. I received very quick responses to any emails I sent. (I was even considering returning the dress because I am so indecisive, and I quickly received a response with my return authorization number.) In the end I couldn't be happier that I decided to keep the dress! Whether you are a last minute bride or just want your dream dress at a great price, I highly recommend this vendor!

They responded to my questions almost as soon as I asked them. They took detailed pictures of the dress so i could every angle before purchasing. They worked with me and my budget. The shipping was fast and efficient. They sent me exactly what I asked for. You hear horror stories of ordering your wedding dress online, they are nothing like that. My dress wasn't made or shipped from some third world country I'd never heard of. I fell in love with a dress at my local boutique, absolutely refused to pay so much for it, and ended up finding the exact dress in my size at The Last Minute Bride for 50% less. The dress was in PERFECT condition, no rips, tears, stains, pulled thread, loose beads, nothing. The designer's tags, optional straps, and fabric swatches were still attached. I LOVE the Last Minute Bride!

I was definitely not a last minute bride (they were ok with that!) but I was one who was looking for a beautiful dress on a budget! I found my dress in a bridal salon, and was one day away from ordering it full price, when I decided to look one last time on Preownedweddingdresses.com. There it was - my dress, my size, my color, and for 25% of the price I was about to pay to order a new one! I was SO nervous to order a dress online from a company I didn't know. However, their responsiveness to my emails put me at ease, and I eventually just decided that at that price, I would take the chance. Just a couple days later, my mom and I nervously waited by the door as the box arrived. We pulled the dress out and were blown away by the condition of the dress. It was PERFECT. I only had to have slight alterations to the bust area of the dress, which I knew I would have to do with the one from the salon as well. When I took the dress to my seamstress, she could not believe the price I paid - she made the comment that the small bit of beading alone would cost that much if she was going to make my dress from scratch! I honestly have to say that of all my wedding decisions, (with the exception of saying yes to my now-husband!) I am so proud of the steal I got on my dream wedding dress! I seriously love a bargain - especially when it doesn't involve a compromise! ;)

I was very happy with my experience! I had tried on about 30-40 gowns in various bridal shops, but nothing seemed to jumped out at me and I was getting very discouraged. I was VERY skeptical about purchasing a wedding dress online because of all of the horror stories I've heard, but Jennifer was extremely helpful and responsive, and there were many dress options and payment options available to fit my circumstances. The dress arrived super quick and was exactly as advertised. In the end, I scored a beautiful unique dress by a designer that is not usually available in my local area - and couldn't be happier.

Wonderful Experience! Love my dress!

All my dress appointments at salons were cancelled due to COVID-19. My wedding is 5 months away so I had no time to waste! I emailed customer service and Jennifer was absolutely wonderful. She always responded within minutes and was able to make me a custom order where I purchased 5 sample dresses, and then gave me 48 hours from receiving them to try them on and notify her as to which ones I would like to return. I was able to have my bride tribe on video chat while I tried on dresses and picked out my perfect dress! I love it so much and was able to get a refund for the other 4 that I returned! Highly recommend!!

The Last Minute Bride is a pleasure to deal with.

From the get-go they’ve been friendly, quick to communicate and ready to supply any information needed.

Choosing the dress was a big decision to make, but it turned out to be the best decision I made! It’s stunning and I absolutely love it! The only thing is that it’s a little big, but I’m sure my seamstress can make adjustments.

I was lucky enough to have 3 of 4 bridesmaids present for the try-on, and the next day the two mothers, and all of them are raving about it, especially the lace.

Just wanted to say a huge thanks to The Last Minute Bride for helping this Kiwi girl find her dream dress for a reasonable price.

Thanks to The Last Minute Bride wedding dress shopping does NOT have to be overwhelming & super expensive. The site was an awesome discovery; a true diamond in the wedding dress rough. Like most, I'm a budget conscious bride. I was shocked to learn that all the dresses I loved were well over my budget &ranged from $2K & $5K(YIKES). Luckily, the Last Minute Bride showed up like a beacon of hope.

I fell for a dress on the site that was $799 & gorgeous. I tried on dresses in a similar style to make sure that it was what I was looking for before making the purchase. By the time I went back to the site I was sad to see that it was no longer available. I sent an email requesting to be notified if the dress became available again & received an immediate response. Sure enough, I the dress became available again! .

After a few emails about the return & exchange policy/process I purchased two dresses. The dresses came in earlier than expected and were packaged beautifully with a sweet note. Both dresses were impeccable & fabulous in their own way. One dress arrived with a beautiful embellished belt that would have cost a minimum of $150 on it's own.

I tried on the dresses in the comfort of my home surrounded by my family who ooooohhh & awwwwwed as if we were in a private bridal salon. It was especially wonderful because my mom who has limited mobility didn't have to go out in the cold to yet another dress shop. I was able to take pictures which many shops do not allow & I was able to take my time to determine which dress was right for me. I did not feel rushed or pressured in any way.

I didn't chose the initial dress I loved, but I did go with the second; an Allure Bridal gown for a bit more. It is so worth it because the bling was exactly what I wanted. I could not be happier! I truly recommend this company to all!

I ordered a dress from The Last Minute Bride and was very happy with my experience. Jennifer was easy to get in touch with and answered any and all questions I had about the dress. It shipped quickly and arrived in fantastic condition. In the end I returned the dress after trying it on at home and deciding that, while it was a very lovely dress, it wasn't the dress for me. I had a small window to inform them that I wanted to return the dress (24 hours from the time the dress arrived and was signed for) but Jennifer was incredibly responsive and gave me detailed instructions on how the process worked (and the return/exchange policy is clearly explained on their website). Even though I ended up returning the dress I ordered, I still had a wonderful experience with The Last Minute Bride.

Loved the dress I received, and the nice special touches like the little ribbon on the hanger and the hand written note. They sent the wrong dress the first time but quickly remedied the problem. Overall great experience, and LOVED the cost factor. They made it possible for me to have the dress of my dreams!

The best decision I made for my wedding day (other then the groom of course), was purchasing my dress from The Last Minute Bride. They were very quick to reply to my emails and sent more pictures of the dress when I asked. The payment process was easy and I received my dress right on time. My dress arrived and it was beautiful! It was exactly what I was promised and more! I am so happy I decided to get my dress from here. I received a $3,000 for $1,000. You really can't beat that! I received many compliments on my dress and it definatly gave me that wow factor I was looking for!

I fell in love with a Justin Alexander dress that was way out of my budget. Then luckily found the same dress on http://www.preownedweddingdresses.com/ at almost half the price!! I was skeptical to order online but read all the reviews and the protected payment method and felt comfortable to place the order. My dress arrived quickly, exactly as pictured with tags and the correct size. All my friends know that I am the queen of budget shopping and this was by far my proudest item!!

The Last Minute Bride has a wide range of authentic designer dresses for a fraction of the retail cost. All of them still have the tags attached, so you can purchase with ease. Jennifer makes sure to list all of the specifications of each dress so that there is not any miscommunication. Additionally, she offers secure payment plans via PayPal if you want to break up the payments, and promptly ships the dress when the last payment has cleared. Everything is a smooth process, unless you get a dress that you don't actually like in person. Then, you can't get her to answer your messages even if you are not asking for a refund. (There are no refunds.) Whereas prior to receiving the dress, she is right ontop of each message and very professional. That is the only downfall that I have for using The Last Minute Bride. When things are working out, it's great. When they aren't, don't expect to hear from her.

Impossible to get on the phone!

Buying a dress through them can be a good idea. They have great prices, with payment options. HOWEVER, even though their site says open 24/7, you CAN NEVER reach anyone on the phone to speak with them EVER! I tried calling several times one day to inquire about a dress with no luck, finally someone called me and told me they just had a company outing. Then I tried again so that I could pay them more than the invoice is currently for. NO LUCK...

Hidden fees

I ordered a dress from this company thinking that it would be a good way to try on the dress I was picturing during COVID because I wasn’t able to go dress shopping. All of the reviews said that this place was wonderful with easy returns, so I ordered the dress being told that I would just need to pay for shipping to and from if I decided I didn’t want the dress. The dress was beautiful but I decided against it and did all of the necessary steps to return it and then see that my refund $45 less than it should be. Apparently there are hidden restocking fees and they charge you sales tax on the dress that you were already charged sales tax on. So I just paid $123 for a dress that I am not going to buy when they told me over email I only have to pay for the shipping fees. Don’t buy from them, it’s not worth it.

A Warning to Current & Future Brides

I have been waiting over a month to receive any information on my dress besides the confirmation that I paid for it. I have emailed several times, hello@thelastminutebride.com, with no replies, and I've called several times (707) 955-5278, also with no answer or replies. Upon further research after having found them on several websites with great reviews, all of their reviews are from 2021 or earlier. There is nothing recent, and it seems that people started having the same issue with the business and Jennifer back in 2021. DO NOT BUY!

Horrible experience. I found my perfect dress, worked out the details with Jennifer only to have major issues with my email blocking their invoice. Eventually we got it sorted out, only to find they added a garment bag to the invoice that I did not ask for. So we had to wait for them to revise the invoice and resend it to me. Three days of back and forth trying to get this sorted out so I could purchase the dress and they tell me someone else is interested in it and they won't hold anything for anyone. While I understand the concept of this, when you send an invoice to someone that generally means that item is at least temporarily "spoken for". But no, they basically told me whoever pays for it first gets the dress. The absolute LAST thing I want is to be forced into a "competition" for the biggest element of my wedding day. I am so upset and frustrated and wanted to warn other brides to stay away.

My advice is to be careful when spending your money here. I had a terrible experience and wasted $200 before purchasing my dress locally and was more satisfied. Jennifer responded very quickly, but she doesn't keep her word if she offers you free shipping. If you return a dress you'll be charged shipping both ways (even if she offered half off shipping to get there) and restocking fees which was not mentioned before purchased. Jennifer is the most unprofessional person in the bridal industry I met while planning my wedding. She only cares about your money and in the end, I learned the hard way that you get what you paid for. My dress, Kenneth Winston 1584 size 10 arrived with a defect in the zipper. It looked like I had a tail growing from under my dress! When I told Jennifer this, she insisted it's because the dress doesn't fit which I find extremely offensive. When I went to the local boutique for measurements, they said I was between a size 8 and 10 according to Kenneth Winston sizing chart. The local boutique I went to only had a size 14 to try on but allowed me to try other Kenneth Winston dresses on in size 10. I made a mistake of telling Jennifer this and find it rude she used it as an excuse to say the dress doesn't fit! Terrible customer service. I even told her I had lost 6 pounds before ordering the dress, but it doesn't matter, because she's only after money not satisfaction. Regardless, I just wanted my money back and was on the verge of tears when the refund was processed and not only did she charge me for shipping to (which was originally free, to her changing her mind to half off) and from with a giant restocking fee. My mom reassured me that it was a lesson learned and to move on. Luckily for me, when I told a local bridal boutique how awful The Last Minute was, they gave me 20% off my dress and a free veil. I ended up getting the same brand new perfect dress from Kenneth Winston 1584 collection in Ivory in a size 10! Stay away!

Terrible Return Policy

I want to draw attention to their return policy which is both expensive and very time restrictive! I purchased a dress and received it just before Christmas. The shop has a 24 hour return policy. I had to run out on Christmas Eve to return my dress! They also charge $45 for shipping to you, $45 to ship the dress back to them, then another $65 for a restocking fee! This seems a bit ridiculous to me!
