Our wedding was cancelled and re scheduled 3 times. I was so thankful that Krissie was able to work with us and plan accordingly. She was in contact with us throughout the whole thing making sure we had everything that we needed. Do note that her wedding cakes are a little more spendy than other cakes, this is because they take so much more to make! It is so worth it and her carrot cake is out of this world! I would definitely recommend her. -

It is hard to say enough about our amazing experience with the Last Bite. First off, I can confidently say that my husband's favorite part of the of the whole wedding planning process was this cake tasting. You have an opportunity to try all the flavor combinations at your disposal with the samples of cake provided. This allowed us to develop two different flavor profiles so there was something for everyone to enjoy at our reception. The cake was a huge hit at the reception. We were told numerous times it was the "best wedding cake" guests had ever tasted. I also must point out that from tasting to our wedding day everything was handled in a professional manner and I never had any doubts or concerns throughout the process. Wedding planning can certainly be stressful so the importance of having a vendor who is professional and communicative can't be overstated! Finally, the Last Bite worked closely with our florist to make sure our incredible cake looked just as good as it tasted. I can't recommend them highly enough! -

We had a great experience with Krissie! We loved how many combinations her flavors allowed for, her service is professional, and she works really well to accommodate people’s visions. You can tell that she tries, and it was really appreciated. Her prices are fair, too, which we really respect. We asked for a lot, because I had a really fantastic vision for the wedding, and I think Krissie did her best to deliver my dreams. Thank you for all of your work!
My only complaint is that our wedding cake was served to us so cold that we could barely taste it. I don’t know who’s fault this may have been, but it’s a bummer because we know that the cakes would have been incredible if we could actually taste them! -

Working with Kristie at Last Bite bakery was amazing. I loved her style of cakes. It was elegant and exactly what we wanted, she helped us pick a delicious favor profile. My late grandpa loved blackberry and I wanted to honor him in a cute way so she helped us make a delicious cake with blackberry mouse filling. It was so good, all our guests we're raving about how the cake tasted like it straight from the bakery, so fresh and moist. -

Cake tasting at The Last Bite was definitely one of the most fun parts of the whole wedding planning process! Kristine is amazing and has a rich variety of flavors and elements to choose from--while many places we looked had a set (& short) menu, we felt like with The Last Bite we were able to customize our cake to be something really special. Initially we weren't certain we even wanted a cake as it seemed like it might be too heavy for a wedding in high summer, but we were drawn to the prospect of more "European-style" cake that wasn't too sweet. Our white cake with rum syrup & vanilla bean/guava/passionfruit mousse was the perfect dessert for a warm evening! Kristine's cakes really are next level in terms of quality and design; we would highly recommend her for anyone planning a special event. -

i, honestly could not have asked for more. i arranged my entire wedding ceremony from Mississippi to be at TreeHouse Point outside of Seattle. My husband (to be) turned out to be a Groomzilla! He found the exact! cake and design he wanted and Then. it was all up to me. *Thanks Honey* Luckily i found the Last Bite. Kristine and her crew were perfectly up to the cause! My cake was beautiful, the bites we had were great (being bride and groom comes with this.)
The cake was beautiful, perfectly designed and i could not have asked for more.Congratulations! I HIGHLY recommend this bakery! Check this one on your list! -

Amazing flavors
I contacted Krissie in Jun 2018 for my wedding in Sep 2018. I wasn't able to go to the cake tasting and initial meeting because I was flying back to Texas, but my mom and my brother went in my stead and had a great time. I was able to convey to my mother and Krissie what flavors and styles I wanted via email and everything turned out perfectly. Our guests at the wedding raved about how good the cake was. I wish we were able to save a small piece to take back to Texas with us, but my mom froze a piece for us and we ate it on our 100th day of marriage over the winter holiday. It was still just as good as our wedding day. Krissie is great at responding to emails, making sure the size and flavors are correct and delivering a stunning cake. The price was very, very good (omg, some other bakers were so expensive) which is one of the reasons we chose to go with The Last Bite. Highly recommended. -

The best wedding cake! So Yummy!
The last bite was incredible! Krissie was so wonderful. She let us taste combinations until we decided which ones we loved. Made the wedding cake process so easy. The cake was delicious. Everyone was raving at my wedding. I'm so happy I found The Last Bite and hope to order more in the future! -

The Last Bite was amazing and I am so glad that Krissie was able to create such a wonderful cake for our wedding. I was visiting WA from TX and there were two days left in my trip, and I contacted Krissie via email as a last minute attempt to find a wedding cake baker 4 months before my wedding. I wasn't able to meet her but I managed to schedule a meeting for my mother and brother to go for a cake tasting. I gave Krissie a rough idea of what I wanted the cake to look like and what flavors I like, and I trusted my mom with the tasting, and the cake was SO GOOD. We had two different flavors and our guests raved about both and I'm pretty sure people went back for seconds, I know I did. Would definitely recommend to anyone who knows what they want and really wants to focus on delicious, homemade flavors. Thank you Krissie! -

Truly Wonderful!
Krissie was beyond amazing and I was so happy to see the vision for my wedding cake come to life! The quality of the design and flavor was worth every penny. She was very professional and allowed my now husband and I time to make payments, as we had fallen on hard times. Everyone at the wedding loved the taste of the cake and thought the design was breathtaking. I'd highly recommend The Last Bite to anyone! -

When we first met with Krissie, she was so kind and our tasting was impressive! She has SO many options and prides herself on using first class ingredients and making sure that the cake taste amazing. These are European style cakes so instead of being sugary sweet, they are more complex and fire off all senses. She helped us decide what size cake we would need and we added a sheet cake, which she pre-scores and put a little flower decoration on each individual piece. Her buttercream is to die for!!!! It’s like nothing else I’ve ever tasted. We were originally going to go with a more complex design that required fondant but she encouraged us to go with the buttercream and it was the right choice! Choose The Last Bite if you’re looking for a cake that is delicious and will blow your guests taste buds out of the water! I’m counting down the days until our one year anniversary when she makes us a small tasting cake from our day! -
