Miranda is an amazing photographer who was easy to work with. Very responsive and flexible which helped me and my Fiancé plan our perfect engagement photos. Well worth the price and captured the more candid moments which we were looking for. 10/10, would recommend to anyone!!!The Kinship Perspective's reply:

Miranda shot our engagement and wedding photos and I can’t thank her enough for how gorgeous they turned out. Each picture captured the feelings of that moment and it warms my heart to look through them. Miranda has such an eye for lighting and great back drops. But the best part is her love for capturing the couple as they are versus posing them. She’s like a fly on the wall- there to capture your silliness, laughter, joy, and excitement as you spend time together.
Words cannot express how highly I esteem the work of The Kinship Perspective. Miranda has been a friend of mine for several years now and I've had the pleasure of witnessing her in action as a bridesmaid for several weddings. I've always admired how she made everyone feel at ease. She makes the bride and groom feel like they're the only ones there and she captures all of those intimate moments that make you relive the event.
She captured exactly what I wanted the wedding to be about- love and celebration. There is so much joy and laughter in our wedding photos. I truly feel like I get to relive the day as I scroll through each photo.

Miranda was very flexible and easy to get along with. My initial impression of this photographer was that she was skilled, professional, and caring. She floated through the wedding snapping photos and seemed invisible. My images turned out great. All my family and friends felt comfortable with Miranda. I tend to not like taking photos but Miranda made it fun and effortless.The Kinship Perspective's reply:

Narrowing down to a photographer who's style you like, who is within budget, and is extremely nice isn't easy to find. Miranda with The Kinship Perspective got me on her first response with the kindest and personal email, and we absolutely loved our journey of working with her for our wedding day. When we had to cram 2 hours of photos into 45 minutes she made it work! The photos are phenomenal and she caught every little detail of our day I could imagine.The Kinship Perspective's reply:

Our wedding quite honestly probably wouldn't have happened without Miranda - we booked our venue without seeing it at her recommendation and with only a few months left (yes we're those people), and it was seriously the most beautiful venue we could've asked for - and we have the photos to prove it! Even with the heat, she was so patient with us and caught some of the most majestic photos ever. Absolutely recommend.The Kinship Perspective's reply:

Miranda Smith did a fabulous job photographing my daughter and her friend who are in a band together. She was open to any ideas we had, and was so creative with her own ideas as well. The end product was amazing! I highly recommend The Kinship Perspective for any occasion you might have to get the perfect photo.The Kinship Perspective's reply:

Karen Sent on 12/05/2017We couldn't have chosen a more professional, personable photographer for my daughter's wedding. All of the pictures were so amazing (hard to choose from...so many wonderful ones). Not only this but during the ceremony and reception I didn't even see her...yet her photos were evidence that she was everywhere! Couldn't have been happier!

I am very happy I went with Miranda for our wedding photographer. Not only is she very sweet and good at putting you at ease, she had a lot of the practical things I was looking for as well. It was important to me that my photographer give a full print release so me and my family could print as many of my beautiful wedding photos as I want, anywhere I want. Miranda has a very reasonably priced lab she works with if you want professional quality prints and I did order some, but it was also nice to be able to go to Costco and print some there too.
Her service is a great value and she is very upfront with her pricing. No surprises or special fees. She scouted my location ahead of time and gave me a form to fill out so I could tell her exactly what shots were important to me. You can add on an engagement and/or boudoir shoot to your package as well.
Her photography style really captured the romantic meadow feel I was going for and I get compliments on the shots hanging in my house. Miranda also gave me a special locket with our photos as a thank you for my business. Highly recommend.The Kinship Perspective's reply:

Laura Sent on 12/06/2017Miranda from the Kinship Perspective did an incredible job photographing my wedding! She is very kind, patient, creative, and easy to work with. In a day that had the potential to be hectic, she was calm under pressure and kept things going smoothly. She made sure to take all of the posed family pictures that we wanted, as well as lots of candid pictures throughout the day. She captured such special moments that I look back on with such fond memories!
