  An Experience to Remember

  From the first moment I spoke with Keziah, I knew I wanted to work with this H/MU team for our wedding! Keziah was very easy to talk to, relatable, professional, and has a great sense of humor! I do not usually wear much MU or formally style my hair often and Keziah and her team made my experience very stress-free. I had a very large, diverse bridal party that needed to be serviced the morning of and it was a very early morning😖 Keziah and her team arrived on time and finished my bridesmaids EARLY! I am very happy with the very affordable services The KeyLook provided and I am already thinking of the next event I will need H/MU for😁 thank you x10!

  Great team to work with!

  I found TheKeyLook LLC on the knot. What made me want to work with them was the diversity of the women showcased in their social media because every time I searched for wedding hair stylists- not trying to be rude but I kept seeing the same women, the same types of hairstyles, the same kind of hair. And all my bridal party was basically united nations LOL. They each have such different hair types including me and my MOH who have curly hair- I become hesitant to find good people at their skill who know how to handle AND style curly hair.
  
  I received a phone consultation with Keziah and loved her knowledge within the wedding hair & makeup industry. She was incredibly detailed about how their services are- what I’d need as a bride and then some! She was so reassuring of what would happen the day of and helped me move around some schedules as to whom needed to be first in getting hair & makeup done etc.
  
  I went ahead with the hair preview with Ebone. I felt so relaxed that it felt like I was talking to friends doing my hair. My vision was to showcase my natural curls but have a braid incorporated because I love texture. And yeah- Ebone had her thinking cap on and started mentioning styles and got to work. The final result I fell in love with the style she came up with!
  
  The wedding day came- and towards the end of it- it started becoming a little hectic once my mom got involved but they were kind enough to do the flower girls hair as well! Thank you for making those girls feel a little more special and pretty with their hair done. I just always give credit for those who can handle my mom’s feistiness.
  
  I wish I had more pictures but these were the best ones I could find! I can’t thank the hair team enough Ebone and Stephanie for doing such a great job with my girls and the other people involved in the bridal party! I can tell from what the girls wanted with their hair they did such a good job making their idea come to life and making sure the hair stayed ALL day and night! The whole vibe in the morning felt so easy and chill with both the makeup and hair team with my bridal party just chatting and listening to music and eating all morning. I felt stress free the whole time and cannot recommend them enough! Keziah followed up periodically to make sure if I had any questions for her or anything I can possibly think of and also checked up on me towards the big day. They made this whole process painless and just easy for me to be like “okay- they know what they’re doing. I don’t need to think twice about worrying. They got this.” And that’s all you can ask for as a bride on her wedding day! :)
  
  I would love to use their service again for future parties or special events!

  Made us feel beautiful!

  Can't say enough good things about Keziah and her team. They were amazing and easy to work with prior to the wedding. Day-of they worked quickly and made us all feel beautiful. My husband wanted his hair styled and they were able to do his hair too! My husband also got a bump on his head the night before and they were willing to apply some make-up to it to down the redness. I can't recommend them enough.

  Can't say enough good things about Keziah and her team. They were amazing and easy to work with prior to the wedding. Day-of they worked quickly and made us all feel beautiful.   The Key Look Delivers the Key Look!!

  The Key Look LLC was accommodating, talented, kind, professional and absolutely perfect for my wedding day!!!! From the moment my wedding planner and I spoke with Keziah, I knew that our collaboration would be great! After much deliberation, we decided that Rossy (makeup artist), Jenever (hair stylist), and Mobina (makeup artist) would be the perfect team for my wedding day. The trial in NJ. was further confirmation of how talented these ladies are. I felt gorgeous in my gold and crystal crown with loose curls (thank you, Jenever!) and Rossy who I knew would be PERFECT for doing my makeup made me feel STUNNING!! She really knew how to bring out the yellow undertones in my skin and highlight my best features. Mobina, the third member of our team, helped Rossy with completing the makeup looks for the rest of my bridal party (bridesmaids, mom, and flower girl) and all of their looks turned out absolutely beautiful during at the end of our getting ready session. These three ladies were so sweet and hardworking the entire day and I couldn’t be more pleased. The Key Look team are truly pros!!! Keziah, who stopped by during our getting ready session, Jenever, and Rossy waited downstairs in the lobby of our hotel to cheer me on right before my bridesmaids, wedding planner, and I walked across the street to my wedding. The fact that they cared enough to see the final look and make me feel beautiful just before I walked into the church to marry the love of my life meant the world to me.   The Key Look LLC was simply the best team to work with. Prompt in all ways, flexible, informative, and talented. Keziah and her team made me, my bridesmaids, my mother and my husband’s mother feel like queens. From the bridal trial to the wedding day. We had a brunch wedding with an early start time (3:30 am). The team was on time and on point. We were finished right on schedule. We also had women of multiple races and ethnicities with differing hair types (straight, wavy, curly, and coils, thick, medium thickness, fine, different lengths) and different skin tones across the spectrum. If you’re concerned about this, don’t be. Everyone was extremely happy with both their hair and makeup. Our guests kept commenting on how great we all looked! I will book the Key Look LLC for all events moving forward!

  The BEST company for your wedding hair and makeup needs

  Hiring The Key Look was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding day. As a woman of color with curly hair and a bridal party made up of women with different hair types and skin tones, finding the right hair and makeup team was very important to me. I had previously scheduled a trial with another stylist, which went horribly and left me feeling rather helpless until I found The Key Look.
  
  From the moment I met Keziah, I was blown away. She was inviting, informative, explained her process and took the time to answer all my questions. Within hours of our meeting, Keziah sent me a draft contract for my review.
  
  Throughout the whole process, Keziah was responsive, professional, and patient. I made several changes to our contract and met with her multiple times to discuss questions and concerns. Each time, she was graceful and happy to help. You can tell that she loves what she does and her passion shines.
  
  My wedding preview was the best. Keziah did my makeup and Alisha did my hair. I provided my inspirational photos, and the execution was flawless. I felt like a princess, and it felt like my wedding was really happening! I couldn’t have been happier. Keziah and I went over my feedback in preparation for my wedding day.

Keziah is wonderful, she answered all my questions, listened to my needs and even called me on my wedding day to check on me and offer beautiful well wishes for my special day. My entire bridal party looked phenomenal, everyone loved their look including my Maid of Honor who had different needs because she suffers from alopecia. Ebone was prepared and able to work with her and she looked beautiful. To be honest Ebone took such good care of all of us and she was such a pleasure to work with everyone felt special.   I have absolutely nothing bad to say about my experience with the KEYLOOK. They were so sweet and professional. I had the lovely experience working with Keziah, Jenevah and Stephanie. My aunt decided last minute she wanted her make up done and Keziah didn’t even hesitate and squeezed her in. My girls fell in love with the whole crew. We made sure anytime any guest complimented our make up and asked who did it we told them how to find this company. If I ever need my make up and hair done again, I know exactly who I’m going to. Communication was also a breeze. Literally don’t think twice about using the Keylook. You will absolutely not regret it.

  Theee best beauty team you can ask for on your wedding day!!!

  I hired The Keylook for my 9/22/23 wedding and I am so glad I did! I'm a wedding planner and having worked with many beauty teams, I generally knew what I wanted but was having a hard time finding a team I could trust to execute until I found the Keylook. From my first call with Keziah, I knew we were a great fit! Keziah is fun and personable, but also incredibly professional all the way through the process. She was always in communication on anything I needed to know and things to do as my wedding day got closer, and was always flexible to answer any questions or concerns. I wasn't able to do a hair and makeup trial so naturally, I was a little nervous. But come wedding day, Keziah and Jenever were ON IT! Jenever worked effortlessly on my hair and it came out EXACTLY how I imagined. Keziah made sure that she had my makeup inspo right and asked me a few clarifying questions to make sure she knew what look I was going for before we started, which put me at ease because I could tell her exactly what I wanted. She also allowed me to check my makeup to make sure I liked the direction we were going in. I even remember telling her how I like my eyebrows 'kind of glam but not too glam', worried that I didn't make any sense, and she gave me the perfect eyebrows! We also had so much fun while getting ready and I truly cherish the memories I made with them and my girls that morning. I absolutely LOVED my makeup and my husband did too! Not to mention - it lasted allll night (my wedding ended at 12am). I am so so grateful to them that I can look back on my wedding photos and be in love with the look they gave me. I will 100% be recommending them to all of my clients. 100/10 stars, please book them, you will not be disappointed!!!

  Simply Amazing

  Words can not express my gratitude for Keziah and her team. From the first email interaction to my big wedding day they were professional and down to earth. There were a variety of skin tones and hair textures in my wedding party and these amazing ladies delivered a wow factor across the board. I will definitely book them again for future events.

  The Key Look was absolutely great to work with and made my wedding day flow smoothly. Keziah was such a great help when it came to my wedding day makeup, we did the trial on the day of my bridal shower which gave me a sneak peek of how the wedding day would go. She was very organized, had a variety of product to use and was very professional and clean. She left me feeling beautiful for my wedding and shower day, and the make up stayed on all day/night long. I highly recommend this company for any service.

  Keziah is amazing!

  Keziah was so amazing! I absolutely loved working with her. She made myself, and every girl in the bridal party, look and feel so beautiful! Her attention to detail was certainly noticed. She listened to what each girl wanted and made it happen! The wedding was months ago and we still talk about how much we loved her! I would 100% book her again for a future event.

  Keziah was the second make-up artist that was at my wedding and was contracted through a make-up company. I was a little nervous because I wasn’t sure who would be our second artist, but Keziah blew my expectations out of the water! Every bridesmaid she touched looked absolutely gorgeous! Due to timing she ended up doing my mother’s make-up as well and my mom has never looked better! My girlfriends and I are planning a night out in the city just so we can have Keziah do our make-up again! If you’re looking for someone with great talent, professionalism, and a big heart look no further!

She surpassed my checklist. When I read her reviews, they just “felt” different compared to others I had read and each one spoke so highly of Keziah. Sure there were beautiful pictures on Instagram by makeup artists, but when booking someone, especially for a wedding, you have to think about punctuality, professionalism, and experience as well. Keziah delivers 1000%. She is amazing at what she does, her portfolio and work speaks for itself. She comes prepared with a ring light, her own chair and a positive, down to earth attitude. Her personality and talent are unmatched. I’ve hired lots of makeup artists over the years and you know that moment when you finally look in the mirror at the end of the makeup application? Keziah is the only person who wowed me. You don’t know how good you can look until you get your makeup done by her.
