The Joyful Poppy was so easy to work with. They are responsive and truly take the time to listen to your wants and needs. They embodied my vision perfectly! I last-minute asked to add cake flowers and they were able to accommodate my request. They also do bouquet preservation so I’m super excited to see how that turns out. -

As I start this review, after the most magical and wonderful wedding ever, it is truly hard for me to articulate just how incredible Lyndsay and The Joyful Poppy team is and how gorgeous their wok is! When I started looking for florists for my wedding, I interviewed some, who were all fantastic. But, the moment I had a phone call with Lyndsay, I knew Joyful Poppy would be part of our special day. Lyndsay demonstrated great kindness, compassion, expertise (I mean look at her portfolio), and a true sense of authenticity that captured my heart from the very beginning. I appreciate her consistent and prompt correspondence, whether through email or phone call, and all the answers she had to my many questions, all answered with a positive attitude and willingness to help.
On my wedding day, I was so excited to see Lyndsay and the rest of the team. From the moment they arrived, they were on task and ready to go! The team was so professional, on time, and were able to accommodate last minute requests and make our floral visions come ton life. And, wow, do they know how to decorate with flowers! The Joyful Poppy team is efficient, knowledgeable, kind, and a joy to be around the morning of my wedding, making me feel confident and ready to take on the rest of the day!. Everyone around me was so impressed with their poise and kindness, making the day feel even better.
The Joyful Poppy team was flexible with timing, positive through every step of the way, and so talented in their work. I was brought to tears when I saw the beautiful surprise flower memorial, organized by my husband, for my late mother. That was incredible. I found that their genuine compassion, love for their art, and kindness made everyone, including me, feel at ease and we all had the best time from start to finish! I cannot recommend Joyful Poppy enough and am grateful for, not only their expert and fantastic work and products, but also their genuine desire to make our day wonderful and their kindness through every step of the way. Thank you Joyful Poppy, we are forever grateful to you! -

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Lyndsay from The Joyful Poppy for our wedding on September 7 in Estes Park, and couldn’t be happier with our choice! From our very first meeting, Lyndsay's took the time to understand our vision and then brought it to life in a way that exceeded all expectations.
The flowers were breathtaking—vibrant wildflowers in a mix of white, green, and copper tones that were perfectly suited to our rustic mountain setting. The star of the show was the stunning pergola arrangement that got compliments from so many guests!
Lyndsay's professionalism and creativity made the planning process enjoyable and stress-free. She was always quick to respond to my questions and offered helpful suggestions along the way. On the day of the wedding, everything was flawlessly executed, and I was able to focus on enjoying our special day.

I don't even know where to begin with how well the Joyful Poppy did with the florals for my wedding!! I talked with Lyndsay over the phone a few times and she made my dream come to life and did even better than what I had in mind. On top of the florals, she killed it with the vinyl for my welcome sign and the pumpkins everywhere!! I had so many compliments on the colors of the florals as well as the types of flowers. The day of, Tamera set up all the florals and helped with even more than she needed. She helped set our desserts up and took pictures (on top of all the setups she did!!) I told Lyndsay I wish I could give her more than 5 stars. She gave me sneak peeks of the flowers and was super involved for the whole process.
I would 1000% tell anyone to book with the Joyful Poppy. Not only are they amazing setting up the florals, but they feel like family on the day of the wedding and the days working up to it. -

I found Lyndsay from the joyful poppy after I had my initial florist cancel on me. My husband and I had actually settled on faux florals since our budget wasn’t too big, but Lyndsay make real flowers a possibility for our wedding. We had a catholic ceremony and she came early to deliver our florals to where we were getting ready, set up the church with all our florals and transported them to the venue for us. I worried about nothing and they all ended up GORGEOUS, I cannot recommend Lyndsay enough! -

Joyful Poppy is amazing!
Lyndsay encompasses her company name “Joyful Poppy” so perfectly. She was so bubbly and friendly. She was very responsive, very in tune with my wishes for the wedding, and her prices are unbeatable! She eased the stress of the wedding day as she came to set everything up beautifully, and snuck back later that night to grab my bridal bouquet for preservation/framing. I also never had to worry about receiving a communication from her, she was always on top of it. I cannot recommend The Joyful Poppy Enough! -

I instantly clicked with Lyndsay after our first phone call. She was excited to come up with ways to infuse my industrial wedding space with romantic, draping greenery and moody florals. She worked with the venue to ensure all decorations would fit within their parameters, and she had excellent communication throughout the planning process. I also greatly appreciated the fact that she offered helpful suggestions and could think/plan on her feet. She knows what she is doing, and she will make sure your florals are unforgettable. -

Lyndsay is amazing! She hit it out of the park with our flowers! She was friendly, very flexible and easy to work with. She knew exactly what I wanted with me giving her very little detail. Lyndsay created such gorgeous bouquets, boutonnieres, and a spray for our wedding in June! She was extremely communicative throughout the whole process and willing to work with me when I kept adding on to my order. She is fun to work with and delivers an absolutely beautiful product! Lyndsay definitely went above and beyond for our wedding with our creative requests and how frequently we changed our minds on details! The flowers for our wedding were stunning. The bouquets, boutonnieres, arch, table centerpieces, everything - turned out perfectly. She was a joy to work with and I couldn't be any happier. She was so patient and helpful during the entire process. When I asked her if she could use the fabric from my mother's wedding dress to incorporate into the florals, Lyndsay was so supportive of the idea and came up with a beautiful design. It meant so much that she was as excited as we were about our personal touches and details. Additionally, she offers the most beautiful bouquet preservation. I just got mine back and am so happy with it. It is unique yet timeless and I love looking at it every day. -

Above and Beyond
We couldn't have asked for more in a florist. I only had a couple of general ideas, but Lyndsay took them and turned them into something truly impressive. Many people mentioned the flower arrangements and how unique they were.
Lyndsay worked with our budget on everything. She had lots of suggestions on where we could cut the price so we didn't feel like we had to give up the things that were super important to us.
All of the flowers were fresh, well mixed and stayed that way throughout the day despite the 93 degree weather that day. -

Resin Flower Preservations
I was looking for a way to preserve my wedding bouquets and really wanted something that could be used in my house to remind me of our special day. The Joyful Poppy's flower preservation was a pretty simple process and had an affordable price compared to others. The only thing where I wouldn't rate them full 5 stars was it took a while for me to get connected with Lyndsay at first (even though I made an appointment through their website) and included in the notes that I was only interested in their preservation service. There was confusion about their wedding floral services vs. preservations, so I had to keep making a new appointment. During our consultation, I asked if I can be provided a mock up of the design layout before they would make my bookends and ornaments because I wanted to make sure we had certain flowers in them and prioritizes which I wanted to have. I also wanted to make sure they would ship the final product because I was out of state. Even though we agreed to all this, I didn't hear anything back until I got an email invoice and saying I had to pick up from the CO location when I was in FL. Although this happened, Lyndsay was professional and apologized for the confusion and we worked it out. She was able to ship it over to me and we were able to adjust. Once I got my items, I noticed a small air bubble on one of my bookends. I didn't like that was there as it was something special to me and because of what I paid for. When I informed Lyndsay of this, she was very apologetic and offered options to remedy this as I wasn't 100% satisfy. It was nice that she offered us the discount. If you use them for your flower preservations, I would just be aware that they are a small business and to give them grace if they make any minor mistakes like this. -

Beautiful flowers!
Lyndsay at The Joyful Poppy helped make our wedding beautiful! I showed her inspiration pictures of what I wanted for our arch and my bouquet and she brought my vision to life! Everything was so beautiful and I couldn’t be happier! So thankful we had Lyndsay for our florist! -
