  When wedding planning is easy!

  The entire staff at the Inn at Swarthmore felt like part of the wedding party. Everything was beautiful and the sky was the limit! The answer NO was never heard. I wish we could do the day over again.

  The most incredible, accommodating staff in the most beautiful Inn!

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Inn at Swarthmore and the incredible staff that made sure my wedding was a success! Melissa Sage, the catering sales manager, is utterly fantastic and an absolute pleasure to work with. From arranging the hotel block, to personalizing the reception menu, to arranging the after party at the Tavern and the breakfast buffet the morning after the party, and even helping to set up the center pieces and decor that we DIY'd--she was unbelievably accommodating to our many needs and requests. She was 3 steps ahead of us throughout the entire reception, making sure that everything ran smoothly and ensuring that all of the guests were properly wined and dined and enjoying themselves. The accommodations were so comfortable and the Inn itself is beautiful, with personalized art by Swarthmore students and a natural decor that fits right in on campus. My guests were all raving about how comfortable they were and how kind and helpful all the hotel staff were. They certainly out-did themselves when it came to their efforts at our wedding. They have my highest recommendation! We've already booked our room for our first anniversary!

  Melissa, Edit and the entire staff were incredibly in-tune with our wants and needs. They seemed to have only one thing in mind from the planning stage through the event...our complete and total satisfaction!

  We had a wonderful experience at the Inn at Swarthmore. We had a block of rooms for our daughter's wedding, her rehearsal in the courtyard and dinner in a private room off the courtyard, and Sunday brunch the day after the wedding. The restaurant/bar was such a nice place for guests to meet up at other times. Melissa and Edit were so nice to work with and flexible! Everything from the rooms to the service and food were wonderful. They even helped us with the details of having a surprise bagpiper at the rehearsal in the courtyard! What a beautiful place!

  My daughter’s wedding weekend at the Inn was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The rehearsal dinner, the ceremony, and the reception all took place at the Inn. Out of town guests stayed over, the bridal party got ready in the suites, and pictures were taken on the Swarthmore College campus. The food and service were both beyond what I expected, but even better was the catering team of Melissa Sage and Edit Keesey. In the months before the wedding Melissa was always available with thoughtful suggestions and helpful answers to our endless list of questions. For the ceremony and reception, Edit seemed to be everywhere at once, expertly taking care of details and making sure everything ran smoothly. The Inn was the perfect place for our wedding weekend.

  I had a wonderful experience with Melissa Sage at the Swarthmore Inn, where I hosted the rehearsal dinner for my son's wedding. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Melissa also helped me to secure rooms for my guests and made us all feel at home.

  If it is a small wedding like ours which had 40 attendees, everything was superb. Book it with The Inn before the date is gone.!

  Melissa and the staff are amazing. Every detail was taken care of, with very little work on our side. I was even amazed by the perfect table linens. I highly recommend this beautiful venue.

  We held our rehearsal dinner and had over 30 guests staying at the inn the weekend of our wedding. Everything was absolutely wonderful. The food, service, accommodations were all great. Highly recommend the venue and the team at the Swarthmore inn!

  Melissa was wonderful during the planning and execution of my daughter's bridal shower. All of the little things that come up unexpectedly were quickly handled. She was very flexible and accommodating with the special touches we wanted. I'd definitely return to the Inn for my next event. Also, an added bonus is the restaurant. I'll return for that too.
