Great Experience

As an event planner I had a great experience working with Tessa and her team to fulfill all the wedding needs of my client for their wedding. Tessa was very easy to work with, understanding and flexible to accommodate our needs. I appreciate her timeliness with responses and assisting wherever she needs to be to help get through the planning and the evening itself. Everything turned out beautiful and the staff was very accommodating for the set up and the day of the event. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend working with the Ingleside. Wedding and rehearsal dinner

We had the wedding ceremony outside at the gazebo which was beautiful. The Ingleside had hanging flower baskets as well as large potted flowers throughout the area and it was a very pretty setting for the service. We used the Oakton Ballroom and that too was beautiful. The dinner buffet food was the best that I have ever had at a wedding and we received a lot of compliments on it. There was a lot of different food on the buffet which included 3 different meat and side dish selections. Our guests were able to take all that they wanted and there was plenty to go around. We had appetizers and late night pizza and those too were very good. They kept bringing out more food so nothing ever ran out. The staff on the wedding day was attentive and very friendly and helpful. We also used the pavilion for our rehearsal dinner and that food too was excellent. The bar tender and server in charge of the food at the pavilion were both both awesome and took good care of us. It was awesome having everything in one place. Pictures were taken on their beautiful grounds. No shuttle was needed to take guests to a hotel or the weddings party somewhere for pictures. It was extremely convenient having everything in one place. Our wedding consultant, Tessa, was very responsive and helpful and easy to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Ingleside to anyone for their wedding.

Love the Ingleside

The perfect venue for our day! Every guest had a great time staying at the hotel. The gazebo outside is beautiful and was so perfect for our ceremony, and the food was SO good. Plus, Tessa is amazing! 10/10 would recommend the Ingleside for your wedding!

Above and beyond

Brian at the ingleside hotel along with all the other staff were extremely helpful and accommodating to make our wedding day great. Words cannot express how lucky my wife and I were with choosing this venue. Great communication throughout and every staff member we encountered were very friendly. The food for our reception was superb and before we even needed to ask for anything a staff member was there asking. If you're looking for a budget friendly upscale wedding this is the place to go!

Everything was great!

We had our wedding at the Ingleside Hotel in the side Pavilion area on 9/12/2020. Everyone was great to work with! We were able to get in the night before to decorate everything. The staff was super friendly and helped us out a bunch. The food was amazing too! Brian was wonderful to work with throughout the whole wedding process! Would definitely recommend!

Above and beyond!

Brian Peterson is a true professional, he listens to everything you need, he provides wonderful advice and has lots of experience planning weddings! Having had to reschedule the wedding due to Covid19, Brian accommodated all of our needs…from last minute requests for pink table cloths at the bridal shower, to special meal requests at the wedding reception, to granting us access to set up our center pieces early, to providing creative accessories in the bridal suite for the bride and bridesmaids while they got ready with hair and make-up! Stacy was wonderful to work with regarding accommodating our room reservation needs, and being so helpful with last minute changes to our room block for out of town guests arriving! Anna and our bartender gal (sorry, forgot her name), were fabulous throughout the reception, providing containers for us to pack up some left over cake and desserts!!! The entire staff provided excellent service every step of the way from our first meeting with Brian, a year prior, until the day of checkout when our lasts guests departed. Excellent, accessible hotel for a wedding

We booked a block of rooms here for our wedding. Great location just off I-94 near Waukesha (just west of Milwaukee). Easy for all of our out of town travelers to find and plenty of space for rooms. Everyone was very helpful and professional in all interactions. Would choose again 10/10 times.

Professional Wedding Planning and Execution

We met with Brian Peterson in February 2019 to plan a December 2019 wedding and he made the entire process so easy it made our wedding day go off flawlessly! Brian is detail-oriented, friendly and professional, along with the rest of The Ingleside staff. They were quick to answer questions and help with last-minute requests and we always felt like a priority. We received many compliments from our wedding guests, both those who came just for the event and those who stayed overnight, on everything from the food to decor to hotel amenities and services. We would recommend The Ingleside over and over again for a beautiful event that was easy to plan and a staff and venue to work with that was super professional, friendly and flexible!

If you are getting married or have any sort of event I highly recommend booking at the Ingleside. They went above and beyond to make our wedding absolutely perfect; we have never had better customer service. They responded quickly to all our little questions and were more than accommodating. Beautiful space!

Cannot put into words how wonderful it was to have our wedding at The Ingleside Hotel! The entire hotel is beautiful from the lobby to the restaurant, guest rooms, banquet rooms, and waterpark. Brian, the wedding catering manager, helped us from day one and all the way to the finish line. He was always there to help and answer questions, and did so in a timely manner. The waitstaff was a pleasure to have. They were very professional and brought everything out right on schedule. All of the food from the appetizers to dinner, dessert buffet, and late night snack were all delicious. If you have a lot of guests from out of town, this is the perfect spot to have your wedding and reception because everything is right there, and with the waterpark it gives your guests a little something extra. We could not be more satisfied with our choice of The Ingleside Hotel for our wedding and reception venue.

The ENTIRE staff at Country Springs was super helpful! We came to them after our original vendor closed unexpectedly. They were very understanding and assisted us the entire time from begging to end! They made sure all of our guests were comfortable and well informed! I highly recommend them to anyone seeking the perfect place to have their wedding day!

We booked our small, 75-guest wedding at Country Springs only a few months ahead of our date because our plan to have a destination wedding looked like it wasn't going to pan out. The staff we worked with were incredibly friendly and even when our wedding coordinator (provided by the hotel) left for a new job less than two weeks before our wedding, the transition was smooth! We were able to add on a last-minute open bar for $12/person for an hour about three weeks ahead of our wedding, which was an oversight on our part during the planning, but easily accommodated.

The ceremony venue is an outdoor gazebo and we decorated it with hanging baskets and that was plenty as the area is beautiful. Chairs are provided and the approach to the ceremony area is paved (which was nice for my elderly guests). In the case of inclement weather, your reception venue becomes the ceremony space. Fortunately, we had a gorgeous 70 degree day in May and we got to enjoy our reception in the Somerset Room as planned. That particular room looked a bit dated when we walked through it during our tour, however, the bright red carpet and chairs weren't noticed while the molding and unique architecture of the room, as well as the bar inside the space and access to a trellised outdoor space were highlights.

The food was excellent (we went with the cashew crusted chicken with maple sauce - sounds weird, but tastes amazing!) and there was plenty to go around with the late night pizzas. We paid $2500 plus a $12/pp for an open bar for an hour for the space and we couldn't have been happier!

Country Springs was very accommodating. They answered all of our questions promptly and always worked with us. They were able to take all of our ideas and make them reality. The service was very prompt and polite. The food tasted amazing! Everyone who attended loved the food and continuously complemented the dishes.

We had a wonderful wedding and reception at Country Springs Hotel! The staff was responsive and outstanding! The ceremony, our cocktail hour, and our reception was perfect. We received several compliments from our guest about how wonderful the food was and how smoothly everything ran. One of our guests had to leave before dinner started, and the hotel staff brought his dinner to his hotel room. The staff was incredibly helpful and catered to our needs. It was a wonderful day and we would recommend Country Springs Hotel as a wonderful venue to have your wedding and reception!

If you wanting the wedding of your dreams or a truly DIY wedding, then look no further! I highly recommend Country Springs because of their level of service. I started talking with Michelle about a year before our wedding and I was never disappointed with her. She was there right up until the end of our wedding and afterwards as well. They will go above and beyond your expectations and make sure everything falls into place! We did our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all in on the Country Springs ground in the Grand Salon Room and Foyer. It was amazing because our guests got to relax and soak it all in and didn't have to drive at all! Also, we got some unique pictures on the ground as well because they have so much that you're able to explore! I highly recommend them because my dad designed a fireplace with a wall that was customized into our wedding ceremony and reception. Country Springs gave us permission ahead of time to be able to put it up for our wedding day. Kevin, one of the main guys who helped set our wedding up, was very helpful and responsive to all of our wedding needs!

Country Springs does an unbelievable job making all of your wedding dreams come true. Their planners pull from extensive experience and truly listen and work with you to create the type of experience you want for yourselves as a couple and for your guests. We worked primarily with Michelle and she was fantastic throughout the whole process when it came to our questions and the planning of all of the little details that go into the day. She is so organized and is a prompt and clear communicator. The day of the wedding, the various staff members we came into contact with were beyond delightful and beyond helpful; they anticipated the things we were going to need and made sure we were enjoying everything. Our guests loved the food, loved the open bar, and enjoyed the classy ambiance of the Grand Salon. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I will recommend this facility to everyone I know. Thank you for helping us create the wedding of our dreams!

Everything was great! It was more then what we ever imagined. Food was absolutely fantastic; everyone was raving about our food. The hall was beautiful!! Any time I had any questions I would email Michelle and she would email me back right away or a day later. They were very accommodating to all of our family and friends food allergies!

We loved country springs! We rented the Grand Salon and it was beautiful! Everyone was so nice and helpfully the day of the wedding. My wedding day was perfect and I want to relive it over and over again. The hall was ready to go when we got there to decorate and Michelle was very helpfully with helping to plan all the details. We also got so many compliments on the food!! We ordered sage chicken, beef stroganoff and pork loin. I would recommended country springs to anyone.

Omg what can't I say about this great place. From our first initial meeting with Tara was awesome she was very helpful responsive any changes needed to be changed she was on it. Then we had to work with another great worker Michelle. Michelle was just as awesome, me, my husband or even my mom would contact her and she meet every need for us, the workers at this great venue will make sure that your wedding experience is what you want it to be and also stress free. Our wedding was outside in their beautiful gazebo our family members and friends are still raving about this place. The Country Springs was extremely professional and responsive. I always heard back from them right away, and they were very accommodating (they even let us come in early with our D.J. to plan out the area as well as gave us time to do a rehearsal practice for our first dance). We received lots of complements from all our wedding guests on how this was the best wedding they have been to in a really long time. Truly was the perfect night! Plus the waterpark the next day was a great added bonus!

I don’t know how to describe Country Springs Hotel, except to say it was our dream come true. We chose the Grand Ballroom for our ceremony and reception because of its old Hollywood/1920’s feel – think gorgeous, twinkling chandeliers and large 1920’s era cherry wood bars. We wanted our guests to feel like they were being treated to a glam, indulgent night out. Michelle, the wedding coordinator, was absolutely wonderful and made it happen. She was very accommodating with all of our requests, timely with any questions we had, very organized and knowledgeable. We felt very well taken care of. We went with the princess package, which offered appetizers, champagne toast, entrees, open bar and late night pizza. Our guests were wined and dined and LOVED it. The bars were always well staffed, no long lines, and the bartenders were fantastic. The food was beyond delicious and took the experience to a new level. The tenderloin kabobs and bacon wrapped water chestnut appetizers were a huge hit. We also chose 2 combination plates (filet + salmon, filet + cashew crusted chicken) and I’m praying someone else I know will get married there so I can have that filet again. It cut like butter and melted in your mouth! The salmon and chicken were also prepared beautifully. Months later and we still have guests telling us how our food was piping hot and the best wedding food they had ever had. And after reviewing over 50 venue packages, let me tell you, they were the most affordable and reasonable out of all of them! Of course, that food was served by the catering staff at Country Springs and they were simply impeccable. You could tell they are very well versed in the wedding business and everyone encountered was extremely polite, smiling and wanted nothing more than to make sure every one of their guests was taken care of. I have nothing but love and appreciation for the Country Springs team and I only wish I could get married there every month! THANK YOU for everything, CSH!

CSH made it so easy to have our wedding ceremony and reception there. My guests absolutely loved the food there! We had dinner, dessert and beverages supplied for our guests. 8-15-15- Michelle was our main wedding coordinator and she was always right there to answer any questions we had. We booked Country Spring 16 months before our wedding and we knew exactly when we need to have money in. We rented the gazebo and north ballroom. Michelle always gave me a prompt call back or response to an email. It was easy to pick through the lists of foods and their wedding/event mixers were you can sample food and meet other vendors was great. We choose a cocktail hour with snacks and beverages, chicken cordon blue/filet mignon with roasted potatos and sugar snap peas for dinner, at 8-1030pm we had more snacks. My guests are still talking about how great the food was, the bar service and the staff. I thought their prices are extremely affordable for half a ballroom with 130 guests and a ceremony. The quality and professionalism are top notch. Being able to swim the next day and relax was great!! We had a kid friendly wedding and the people that stayed enjoyed that. The bathrooms near the ballroom were very clean. We paid for soda, beer, ice tea and lemonade. The guests had to cover hard liquor or wine. We had drinks tickets for the entire bridal. We did the gourmet coffee bar and people really enjoyed that too. If I did it all over again I would still use country springs!! My one complaint is the hotel rooms were not as clean as id like them and a couple of guests felt the same way. Just hire a videographer that is my one mistake..it goes by fast.

The staff was so nice & did everything they could to meet our needs. We had the best time at our wedding even though we were supposed to have an outdoor gazebo wedding it still turned out beautifully last minute rushing to set up inside the Grand Pavilion. I would hands down recommend the exact setup we had and the privacy of a separate building from the hotel was perfect. The wedding planner Michelle was very patient with us and our changes we made. Thank you so much for making our day so special!

We were a little worried in the beginning about Country Springs, but I must say, it was not necessary. Michelle M. is amazing in every way. She handled all of our phone calls, returned all of our emails and answered all of our questions numerous times. When we had to make a few changes the day of the event, she went to the staff, on a Saturday and took care of the details herself. Not only was Michelle M. amazing, but the owner, Mrs. Richards was there as well and took care of so many details for us. She made me feel so welcome and made sure that her staff, which had four weddings that day would handle everything and they did that and more. The venue, the food, the staff, the building was perfect. Thanks for making this a memorable event.

I just had my wedding reception on April 11th at the Country Springs. I can honestly say it was the best day ever! The food was absolutely delicious and we had many people say how good it was. Michelle was absolutely amazing! She responded to my emails quickly and never made me feel like I was burdening her. She and the staff at Country Springs (front desk, the bar manager, event manager, banquet servers, bartenders and security) were amazing! They went above and beyond what I could have hoped for for my wedding. My 100 people that stayed at the hotel had nothing but great things to say about the room. We all enjoyed the bar after the reception, breakfast in the morning and the water park as well. We had a great stay and would recommend this to anyone else. Thank you Michelle and the rest of the staff at Country Springs for their help!

My daughter was married on April 11, 2015. We had her rehearsal dinner, ceremony and the reception at Country Springs Hotel. The staff was always professional and always trying to please us ( I am very hard to please! ?)!! the catering sales manager Tera Sagen was the Best. She would try her hardest to accommodate my requests, if they were not possible she did not hesitate to call, and possibly recommend other alternatives. There were times that I called Tera 4 times a day with questions or concerns. She never made me feel uncomfortable or a pain ( my daughter called me stalker). The rehearsal dinner was great! The preparations for the ceremony was right on que, staff worked hard and fast to set up. Then to set up for the reception was completed in no time! The dinner for our guest was very delicious and to my surprise more than enough!!! I was to full to eat my daughters wedding cake. We also reserved rooms for the weekend along with a few of our guests. 30 rooms were reserved on our block, and we were all very pleased with the room accommodations! My husband and I were very pleased with every thing!!!! I strongly encourage you to really consider Country Springs Hotel Pewaukee WI. You will not regret it!!!!

Nikki and Tera were so helpful with all of the planning that led up to our wedding! Nikki had great ideas when we asked questions. We had our ceremony and reception at Country Springs. They set up everything the way we had requested and they were very accommodating! We were able to go into the reception hall the morning of our wedding and set up the special touches we wanted to have to personalize the space. Nikki was always very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. At the end of the event we received a refund for unused beverages, which was so awesome! There is no way we could have known how much was used, so we were really impressed with the honesty of the County Springs!!

First class service! Tera was On top of every thing. Very accommodating to our needs. Tera is excellent at her job.
We had a sit down dinner and everybody was happy with the fact that their food was piping hot when served. We had the entire Grand Ballroom and the only drawback was that the people from the grand salon were able to walk through our bar area to get to their area. other than that there was not one bad thing that happened. Everything was perfect.

We had our wedding reception at the Grand Salon at the Country Springs on 9/21/13. We also had our gift opening in the hospitality suite the following day.

We had roughly 200 guests for our wedding, which was the perfect number in the Grand Salon. No one lost their seats due to tables being taken down for the dance, and everyone was very professional in working with us.

We had Nikki Krueger as our Banquet Manager and she was amazing. She answered all of my questions (I had a lot..) and was always helpful. She helped me update and add things to our contract and worked with me to make sure we met all the deadlines on when payments were due or decisions needed to be made.

We had a private tasting, which was coordinated by Nikki, as the dinner options were were considering were not covered at the group tasting. We did the Combo plate for our meal and had the Filet & Chicken Cordon Bleu, with whipped potato, and the vegetable medley.

We've received nothing but positive comments on the meal, including numerous people and other vendors saying it's the best wedding food they've had. The filet's were all cooked perfectly and were served within 5 minutes between the head table and the rest of the room.

We had a cocktail hour that included the beef tenderloin kabobs, waterchestnuts wrapped in bacon, bbq meatballs, and the spinach and artichoke dip with toasted bread. Everything was cooked perfectly and the amount the Country Springs recommended was perfect for the number of guests we had. We also did the beer, wine and soda package, and offered late night snack of the pepperoni, sausage, and cheese pizza. Everyone complimented us on the wine selection and devoured the pizza.

We also had a room block for all the out of town guests we had. We prepared welcome bags for each room, which the Country Springs passed out as people checked into their room.

We would HIGHLY recommend the Country Springs for a wedding reception!

The gazebo is absolutely beautiful. Bride and groom are both in wheel chairs and the ramp into the Gazebo was perfect! Nikki was awesome to work with to coordinate everything for the day. Jackie the catering manager was awesome and checked in to ensure everything was great. We had someone who had to suddenly leave before dinner was served-Jackie put her meal in a to-go container so she could take it with her. Absolutely the best meal I've ever had at a venue like that. 1st time ever a sit down meal was hot and fresh and I got many comments like that. We had the steak and cashew chicken and it was awesome. Thanks Country Springs Hotel you are AWESOME and come highly recommended!

While planning can be hard to keep everything straight, the Country Springs did a great job in the end with providing a wonderful experience and memorable night! The food was quickly served, hot, the bartenders were friendly, and the staff overall made sure everything was going as planned.

As this is a big event for us, it was wondeful to have the venue have such wonderful people to work with. From the first contact to whom we signed our contract with to the onsite staff that interacted with our guests, everyone was amazing. If we had a question, they answered it. It removed an significant element of worry from my shoulders knowing they knew what we needed and provided it in a very timely manner.

Everything that I experience with this hotel from beginning until end turned out so well, that I keep wishing that I could keep reliving the experience over again! They have a wedding coordinator there, her name is Angela, and she is a god send! I don't think I have ever met a more helpful person, and the funny thing is, she was also putting together her own wedding at the same time as I was but you could have never known! She was so calm, and helpful and always there to answer any questions. As far as the food goes from this place, I am still getting rave reviews from all my guests, because it was splendid! Their staff was just so great to work with and I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Tara is a ROCK STAR, and I never use that term. She was so amazing to work with. She was always on the same page with me, and she did everything she could to include every personal touch we wanted at our reception. She went out of her way to make sure we could have our imported favors. She even left me her cell number so we could take care of a last-minute issue.
The staff set everything up exactly how we wanted it. It was hard to let go of the reigns and let someone else take care of it, but I wasn't disappointed. Everything was so perfect.
The bartender was so great about getting me refills of Sprite just when I ran out. That seems like such a small thing, but it saved me from being dehydrated with all the dancing I was doing.
The night was so amazing. Everything else with my wedding planning had glitches, but not with Country Springs. It was nice to have a vendor work so hard to make sure every detail was perfect.

We were one of the unfortunate people who received a notice 37 days prior to my daughter's wedding that her venue was closing and we needed to find a new location for the reception. Two days later we were booked at Country Springs. They were absolutely wonderful in meeting our needs. We had food tasting early the next week. The food was outstanding and the best I had ever experienced for a buffet. We are still getting positive comments almost a year later from friends. Also, the bar area is outside of the hall, so there is plenty of room to socialize without the loud music. County Springs was extremely accommodating. I would recommend it to anyone for any occassion.

Overall the service we received from our first appointment to the last dance was immpeccable. We could not have been happier with Tera Sagen and all the support staff she assembled to make our day wonderful.

The food was wonderful and very promptly delivered, which is always nice if all guests can eat at approximately the same time. We literally had no issues and would happily refer anyone one we know to host their wedding or other event at the Country Springs Hotel.

We had the wedding ceremony outside, and the reception in one of the banquet halls. It was amazing! We were very well taken care of, and you get total value for every penny spent! This was one of the cheaper venues we found, yet it did not appear cheap. We had a wonderful time. The hotel was very willing to work with us and help every step of the way! 100% recommended!

Loved having our reception at the Country Springs! They were helpful, courteous, and professional! On the day of our wedding, we were taken care of 100%, with the manager checking in with us to be sure our specifications had been completely met. We even had plates of appetizers sitting at the head table for my husband and I because we got there after pictures and they were gone. I really appreciated that we were able to taste what we had chosen! The quick wait staff did a great job as well getting the food out to guests in a timely fashion as well as clean up. You barely knew they were there, but the staff made sure things got taken care of. 100% Recommend Country Springs.

We thought this was a fantastic place to have a wedding! We held our ceremony at The Gazebo outside which was beautiful and the reception in The Grand Salon. Overall, for a 200 person wedding, it was an excellent value in comparison to other vendors in the Milwaukee area. We couldn't have asked for more :)

This was the most glamourous reception hall I could find in my budget. It didn't look like a conference room. I looked like a ball room. I had the Grand Salon reserved. The food was AWESOME! The only bad thing was we couldn't get up for seconds! The service all night was exceptional. I can't say ANYthing bad about the country springs. 2 days before I brought my stuff to them labeled like wedding favors and they put everything out without my mom or I having to go and do it. The tables were nicely decorated with the country springs table decorations at no charge. It was soo lovely!! I would HIGHLY recommend country springs to anyone that wants to get married in Waukesha!!!

The location of this venue was perfect. The ballroom used for rehearsal was very unorganized, late in set up. However, that was minor looking back. We did not have our rehearsal dinner there. The wedding coordinator, Michelle, was very responsiveness and very flexible for how much we changed our minds! The set up for the ceremony and reception hall was very helpful, when they said they wouldn't help because I had brought in most of my own linens and decor, but they helped anyway! Although, it is very pricey, there is NOT A SINGLE person that had any complaints about the food, champagne toast, or open bar. Everything went very smoothly, and I do recommend this place very much so!

For our wedding we were looking for a hall that had rooms attached because we had a lot of out-of-town guests. Country Springs was the first on our list, because we have been there for the Easter brunch and liked their food and I heard a good review from a co-worker. So we contacted them got quotes and picked the one that was best for us. They were all responsive, whenever we had questions they willingly answered and they were easy to work with. Also the food was fantastic, all night we were getting compliments on the food. Not going to lie, it is a little pricey, but it was worth it and they made sure we stayed in our budget, which definitely helps out a lot.

The Country Springs was a beautiful place to hold a wedding and my day was perfect. My only complaint is that I think some of the prices like for extra chairs and soda are high and a little hidden, however they were quite accommodating, and they were pretty much in line with other places in the area. Angela helped us plan and she was great about answering all of my emails the same day and was open to all my changes all the way up until the week before. The food was delicious, we had chicken cordon bleu and stuffed pork chops. We had both our ceremony and reception there and the day went smoothly and without any hiccups. I wish I could do it all again!

We had our ceremony at their outside gazebo. It was beautiful. The best part was that I knew I didn't have to worry about them getting it set up or anything. Everything was taken care of. It was pouring that morning, and they didn't start bothering me at 10 am like I was nervous of - I was still hoping it would turn out to be a nice day! They called at 11:30 - the ceremony was at 1:30. At that time the sun had finally come out and they just called to confirm I was comfortable with still having the outside location. It was perfect - if they had tried to have me make a final decision early in the morning I would have been crushed since it ended up being perfect outside. Everything was set up, the water station cold, they were flexible about us bringing our own microphones etc. The only thing I was nervous about is that I wish they had the mixer out the night before for the rehearsal so we could make sure we had all the correct connections. I had my ceremony in the Somerset room and my reception in the Meadowbrook room. Everything was wonderful! Katy was great to work with leading up to the wedding date. She answered my (many) emails promptly and gave me all of the information I needed. On the date of the wedding, all of the staff we worked with were professional and friendly. The food was amazing, and everything went as planned! There were a few other weddings going on at the same time as ours, but we still felt like ours was given the full attention it deserved. The only thing I will say to be careful of is that, due to the fact that they have so many weddings at once, they will be on a pretty tight schedule with usage of the rooms. It wasn't an issue for us, but please make sure to let your DJ, florist, etc, know when you can get into the areas ahead of time so they aren't caught off guard! All in all, would absolutely recommend Country Springs!

While this is a well known company and they have been doing this for awhile, we had a bad photographer. Chris Martinez was extremely slow at taking pictures and took too many. I never thought I'd have too many pictures of my wedding day, but I spent well over 1/2 my wedding day infront of his camera. When we got our pictures back he missed some key pictures like taking a picture of my family with my new husband. I would recommend spending some more money to upgrade your photographer to a more saught after photographer in the company.

Highly recommend!!

We had an amazing experience working with the Ingleside. Brian and the catering staff were phenomenal to work with when coordinating the reception. They are well organized and very flexible, and the gazebo on-sight where we got married was absolutely beautiful. We loved having everything right on location, and the hotel’s water park was a great bonus since we had a lot of young kids at our wedding! We would highly recommend the Ingleside.

The Ingleside Hotel was a great venue for our wedding reception! Brian was so helpful throughout the entire process and in the end everything was beautiful and ran smoothly. Communication was excellent and Brian was also great with helping us produce our vision for our wedding day. The staff on the day of the wedding was also wonderful They were not intrusive or bothersome, but rather just stopped at our table a couple of times with an update or two. The food at this site is wonderful and there was plenty of it. Our guests thought the late night pizza and late night coffee bar was also a great addition to the reception. I highly recommend this location as they are helpful, reasonably priced, have great food and really work to make your day special!

Had a big issue with the coordinator not getting back to us or our vendors. Otherwise, the food & service of everyone else was EXCELLENT!!

My wife and I held our daughters reception at CSH and we couldn't be happier.The food was out of this world.All the filets were tender and hot,along with the chicken.The sides were perfect.The hors d'oeuvres were delicious.The dining servers were very polite and efficient. Thank you to the kitchen and wait staff for their part in making this a wonderful celebration!! You are top notch!

We would not hesitate to have another celebration at this location!!

Our wedding planing started off to a rough start. Once we met with Tera we felt reassured that our wedding was going to be fabulous and go on without a glitch from this point. We we very happy with outcome, and would recommend this venue only if Tera stays in charge!

I can't say enough good things about my reception at the Country Springs Hotel, and my experience working with Tera Sagen. They were so professional, easy to work with, and provided the most exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. All of our guests that stayed at the hotel for our wedding were so impressed by how they were treated, and also how beautiful our reception was. a big THANK YOU to the Country Springs Hotel for such an exceptional experience! We loved having our wedding at The Country Springs Hotel! Our wedding coordinator, Tera Sagen, was a pleasure to work with. She provided excellent guidance without directing us toward any particular decision. She is a true professional while being supportive and genuine. We feel lucky to have worked with Tera as we've heard some disastrous stories involving wedding coordinators from other venues. We appreciated her assertiveness, punctuality, and helpfulness not only in the preparations for our wedding, but on the day of. We would also like to thank the staff at Country Springs for their awesome service to us and our guests during our stay. We heard from so many people that the food was superb and the service was top notch. The Country Springs runs its events smoothly and without frustration for the guests. We also appreciated that the groom, groomsmen, fathers, and ushers could drop of their tuxedos at the front desk so that the person who took them back to the bridal salon could pick them up from a central location. The only complaint we have is that the staff did not refrigerate the left over cake, so we could not enjoy it after the wedding. Other than that, we would definitely recommend The Country Springs to anyone who is looking for a venue. Thanks to everyone who helped make our day so special! We'll never forget it :)

I had both my ceremony and reception at the Country Springs. They offered a good price for the quality of service provided. It was a beautiful and elegant setting for my wedding. The servers during the reception were all very professional and did a great job. We received rave reviews for the chicken bolognese that we selected as one of our entrees. One minor issue that we had was that the Garden Gazebo, our ceremony site is booked in 3 hour increments. There was a wedding right before ours, so we had very little time to set up the decorations and then needed to take them down right after the ceremony. It would be nicer if the Country Springs allowed slightly longer time slots for the Gazebo rental. Overall, I was very happy that I chose the Country Springs as my wedding venue.

I wrote: We had a great overall experience with Country Springs for our event. Everyone was helpful and quite responsive. We made a few requests to make our wedding reception our unique experience, and Country Springs worked with us to make these happen. They were able to suggest reliable contractors as well. Because we do not live in the area, having those recommendations on contractors was particularly helpful.

We had one small hiccup in the weeks before the reception--the wedding coordinator left her position with Country Springs, and we were not informed of this within a reasonable amount of time as our wedding was within two weeks. We were pretty upset that we were not told of this, but once Country Springs heard our concerns and worries, they worked very hard to make us feel comfortable and everything went off without a hitch. We were quite impressed with the lengths they went to ensure our event went smoothly - and it did!

Michelle was wonderful to work with. I would think of little questions here and there and she would respond quickly. She was always flexible and the other staff at the hotel was friendly.

Nikki was great to work with and was very accommodating. She doesn't control the weather but gave us options with the gazebo. The entire staff was very professional for our entire event.

Everyone here was extremely helpful and courteous. I do, however, believe that the bride and groom should have a complimentary one night stay, even if it's in the lowest grade room, especially when paying so much for a the hall and catering.

Ceremony and Reception

They renovated the whole hotel just before our wedding. The ballrooms are stunning and the suites were very nice! It was nice to have everything right there it made our wedding truly amazing!

Country Springs did a great job on everything! The food was outstanding. I have not heard one bad thing about the food. The only thing I think they could work on is giving a little back to the bride and groom. We had to ask for a complimentary room on our wedding night after spending $20,000 there? I was a little upset, but in the end they gave it to us. Just would be more pleasant if they would offer that right off the bat knowing you are going to spend a lot of money there. Angie, our wedding coordinator, was fabulous! She really made everything so pleasant and easy. Thank you! Brian & Allison

I had my reception here. The food was excellent!! Everyone couldn't stop talking about how good it was. The prices were the best around especially for everything you got. They were really nice, but the only complaint would be that they had three different wedding people in charge from the time I began the whole process. The open bar prices were really great! Since they were so cheap we were able to do 7 hours of open bar which made all of our guests really happy. Honestly I would tell everyone to have their recpetion here. I might even do our anniversary celebration there!

I had such a great experience having my wedding at Country Springs. The staff were quick to help and very attentive to my needs and requests.

My only complaint is that I had to purchase/rent linens that would actually fit the tables correctly, because the ones they provide are the wrong size. Overall, a phenomenal value. Had our whole 200 person wedding for under 30K, in large part to Country Springs!

We were very pleased with Country Springs Hotel. We had a small wedding, so the Somerset Room was perfect. The decor was pretty enough that we didn't need to decorate much. Having access to a little patio area was wonderful when it got too warm inside. The food was delicious, and the wait-staff, bartenders, and the coordinator were all excellent to work with. My only frustration was with set-up - obviously we had to set-up our own decor, but were only granted access to the room 30 minutes before our ceremony began. I had to ask friends to set up the room between the ceremony and reception. It worked, but it was a bit of a nuisance. Still, we're glad we booked our reception here!

Awesome food (not typical wedding food) was a consistent statement with our guests! Great service for 260 plus!

Would have preferred contact from vendor when the person we were working with there was no longer employed there. Sent an email to Nikki and after no response for a week or so, called CSH and found out she was no longer there. Wouldn't mind a little more prep time since technically no set up was allowed before 4:45 since there was an event earlier in the Salon until 3:00pm. Luckily the staff at Country Springs let us work around them but wouldn't have minded a little more breathing room.

Wedding Coordinator was wonderful to work with and was always available for questions. The waitstaff was great with my wedding guests and making sure everything went smoothly. Had some issues with my guests not getting charged the correct room rates and had to follow-up numerous times to get it resolved.

This was a great place to hold our wedding ceremony. The price was reasonable and Kimberlie, the person we worked with, was very responsive and easy to work with. The gazebo was beautiful, and it turned out to be extremely beautiful after we decorated. The grassy area behind the gazebo was also really beautiful for taking pictures after the ceremony. We took most of our pictures there, and just went with our wedding party to Naga-waukee Park afterwards to finish taking pictures. The only issue was that there was a hornet nest inside the gazebo, which we found while we were taking pictures. I informed Country Springs about this, so hopefully it will be resolved for future brides. Overall, I would most definitely recommend this location!

Awesome experience!

Other than it raining and not being able to use the gazebo.....everything else went great! Staff was great - food was very good! Hotel rooms were so nice/clean!!!

an amazing place!

The Ingleside Hotel was an amazing place for our wedding! We were looking for a place to accommodate the ceremony, reception, and lodging so this worked out great. The hotel is beautiful and the grounds have so many cool places for pictures. The staff was awesome and so flexible, given the pandemic circumstances. Brian did such a great job helping us through the process. I would definitely recommend The Ingleside to anyone looking for a beautiful venue with lodging in the same place. We got so many compliments from the guests on how great the food was as well! I am so glad we chose this place for our wedding!

We had our wedding and reception at the Ingleside hotel. The gazebo was beautiful in the summer. They recently renovated the reception halls. The staff was easy to communicate with and they were helpful throughout the process. The food was delicious and they worked with us to get a large selection of drinks and beer. Our minor complaints are they downplayed the amount of construction going on during the wedding. The whole planning process was done with one person, however, the day of you were left with other people you never met or talked to (they still did a good job) we just felt a little surprised by this. It would have been nice to have met these people or have contact info for them at least. Overall the wedding turned out great and we would work with them again given the chance.
