  Hannah is simply the best!!

  We cannot say enough great things about working with Hannah! As someone who gets anxious about planning, having Hannah on our side made everything so simple and easy. She was so on top of it, it made it so easy to let everything go and have her take over. We knew she had it all handled. Best decision we made during wedding planning!!

  Hannah is just TRULY the absolute BEST.

  Hannah was such an asset to our wedding and we don’t know what we would have done without her!! If you come across her don’t hesitate to connect and make her your choice! We planned our wedding living out of state, with a time zone difference and our calls/check ins were always perfectly timed it felt like and really flexible with our needs. She made us feel at ease through the whole process. She is flexible and accommodating to last minute changes and we really appreciated that. Truly, Hannah is exceptional at the job she does and we feel so lucky to have found her. But to add to how wonderful she is as a wedding planner truly she is just such a kind, heart warming person, while that came across through the video calls it was very present in person and those wedding day anxieties and jitters were really kept at bay because of her wonderful energy. She is someone that at the end of our event and if we weren’t states away would love to have her as a friend! Our day was so perfect and beautiful and couldn’t have imagined it being that way without having Hannah.

  Amazing planner!

  Hannah is an extraordinary planner! From our first meeting, I knew she'd be a great partner to us through the planning process and she has exceeded all expectations. Hannah has excellent communication skills and is extremely well-organized. She always came to our monthly check-ins with a thorough agenda and guided us through all the different decision points (and there are many!) with helpful insights. Her many wedding planning guides on the planning site provided easy to digest information and made the planning process so much more efficient and stress-free.
  
  On the wedding day, Hannah and her assistant were absolutely wonderful. It was truly amazing to see everything come together. There were so many moving pieces, vendors, and changing weather conditions, but through it all, we knew we could trust Hannah to execute our vision, and she did to perfection.

  The Wedding Manager of my Dreams!!

  Hannah has been a fantastic partner for our wedding. We’ve been working with her since the spring of 2021. She made sure we were on track with our planning over the full planning period. She has a great wedding planning website, aisleplanner, which she’s stocked with lots of tips and questionnaires. It was great to plan our layout etc. When we came close to the wedding she made sure we remembered the little things (like getting our marriage license haha) and took over our vendor communication. She also provided some gear for the wedding such as cake stands! Day of the wedding I could relax getting ready knowing that she was at our venue making sure my vision was accomplished. I was able to delegate last minute adjustments to her (like an unexpected plus one) and she made sure we did all the things we wanted to do during our wedding day. Hannah is fantastic and is at the beginning of a very successful wedding/event career! Thank you for everything!!

  Hannah is an incredible coordinator!!

  Hannah is absolutely phenomenal!! She went above and beyond to help our day run smoothly. She's highly organized, communicative, flexible, and has great expertise in events. She is also just a joy to talk to and made the process fun! The tools she provides to you for planning are super helpful and when I felt overwhelmed, she was always reassuring. Everyone at our wedding was so impressed with her hard work and attention to detail. Don't hesitate hiring Hannah, you will NOT regret it!!!

  Hannah is awesome and you should hire her!

  Hannah was awesome to work with. When I first got engaged in Jan 2021, I began looking for a planner who would complement how I wanted to approach wedding planning. It was really important to the both of us that we hired someone that cared about being sustainable, creating intentional events, was a minority owned business and would partner on the wedding planning process. Hannah was all of these things plus it was awesome to know we were supporting a new business! We had monthly checkins right up to the month of the wedding and then it turned into weekly ones. But the communication was not only siloed to those meetings, if I had concerns/questions/ideas, I could shoot her an email or text and she would respond. This was very important because with some vendors I worked with, it took some time for them to get back to me which made me feel nervous. Hannah was very organized and had an app in which we documented all the details. Then day of, she handled all the vendors and I didn't have to worry about a thing...also her demeanor was super calm which made me feel less nervous and at ease. I will recommend Hannah to anyone that will listen and it was a pleasure working with her!

  An indispensable resource

  It's impossible to overstate how great Hannah is, and I hope that comes across in this review. We came to Hannah after canceling our original wedding due to the pandemic. We wanted to hold a very small, COVID-conscious celebration six months out. But, we were completely burnt out on research and making decisions - our photographer was the only vendor we had booked. It takes a uniquely organized, kind, empathetic, and decisive person to take on that mess - let alone with the grace and clear communication Hannah demonstrated at every turn. After spending ample time getting to know us, she compiled a list of potential venues that fit our vision and presented every important fact about them. From the beginning, Hannah gave that level of attention and care to each detail of our wedding. She was truly invested and went above and beyond in a way we never could have expected. She spent hours on video calls helping us navigate all decisions (then, sometimes, helping us unmake a decision and navigate the same decision all over again). Outside of those calls, she always promptly and fully responded to questions we sent via email or text. The tools she uses also made it incredibly simple to track and reference all details ourselves. I'm certain some of them would've completely fallen through the cracks had we not worked with A Bird with a Plan. Finally, Hannah was indispensable on our wedding day. She hauled all of the things we needed (and didn't know we needed!) to the venue, she coordinated set-up so we could focus on the day, and she ensured we were sticking to our timeline. One moment specifically sticks out: I called Hannah to say I was worried the bouquets might get the bridesmaids dresses wet. It turned out she had brought a towel *specifically* for that reason and delivered it to my room immediately. Hannah made wedding planning manageable - enjoyable, even. Our day was authentic to us and our vision, everything we could've hoped for, and it went off without a hitch. We truly believe that would not have been the case without A Bird with a Plan.

  The real mvp

  To start off, Hannah was so willing, self-initiative, and generous in helping us finish planning the rest of our wedding! My husband and I planned an intimate backyard wedding, and we were experiencing burnout and fatigue. 3.5 weeks before our wedding day, I reached out to Hannah and she was AMAZING! Her spreadsheets, organization, coaching and encouragement, and open availability to check in were so, so helpful. May I mention that she was doing this in the process of buying and moving into a new home? If you need someone who is kind, willing, energetic, and a coach that will get you to calm down and enjoy your day, look no further.
