This venue is GORGEOUS STUNNING AMAZING! I just got married there mid October and the fall foliage was breathtaking!
The owners are very sweet and accommodating and Linda was awesome with helping me every step of the way!! Highly highly highly recommended!The Hounds's reply:

We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful wedding day at The Hounds! The venue provided the perfect blend of charm and elegance, with the ceremony set against a stunning marsh backdrop—it was absolutely breathtaking. The nautical decor added a unique and cozy touch, perfectly complementing the natural beauty of the surroundings. Inside, the venue's hardwood floors added warmth and sophistication, while the bridal suite and groomsmen lounge were both comfortable and well-appointed, giving us a relaxing space to get ready. We felt so cared for, and our guests couldn't stop raving about how lovely everything was. Highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a picturesque, memorable wedding day!The Hounds's reply:

Amazing wedding venue!
We just had our wedding at The Hounds a week ago and we could not be happier with our choice! The communication with Linda was so easy and helpful throughout the whole process, they were very accommodating to allow us to come in early for set up and leave things overnight to pick up the morning after. The outdoor space was absolutely gorgeous for our ceremony and cocktail hour while the inside had the perfect nautical touches while being enough of a blank slate that you can truly make it whatever you’d like. The natural lighting in the ballroom was absolutely beautiful, too. We got so many compliments on our choice of venue and we were truly so thrilled with our day.The Hounds's reply:

Fantastic!!
A wonderful venue and beautiful Lao action for our daughter wedding. Every communication we had with the vendors was positive and they were very responsive and flexible with our question and accommodating to last minute requests. The bridal suite was available all day to my daughter and her wedding party. With an early April wedding we knew weather could be impactful to an outside wedding. When the time came to change plans, to move ceremony, they worked with us to give my daughter the” walk down the aisle” experience. We had many compliments from our guest about the venue and how wonderful it was. Highly recommend this venue!!! Thank you, Linda and Cindy from Dog Watch Catering!!! Above and beyond our expectations!

From the gorgeous bridal suite to the cozy covered patio that fit 120 guests on a rainy fall October day with live music, our wedding was pure magic. The Hounds was stunning inside and everyone loved the banquet room. It was absolutely perfect. -

Our Wedding Day October 21, 2023
The Hounds were wonderful to work with for to make our wedding day so special for not only us but also our guests. From touring The Hounds, to planning our wedding day, rehearsal and wedding day (where it poured till 1 hr before our I do’s) everyone at The Hounds went the extra mile to make it the day we were hoping for.
I cannot thank Clay, Gleanna, Susan, Darcey and staff. We have been told by many of our guests it was the best wedding they have ever been to.
My youngest nephew keeps asking if we can have another wedding because he wants another party there!
You would be lucky to work with this amazing group for your next event. -

This was a second wedding for the both of us. We had started planning a small wedding in our friends back yard. We saw an Instagram post advertising The Hounds and we said this could be the perfect spot. Our families are from Rhode Island, Massachusetts's, and Connecticut so this was a perfect spot for us. We toured the venue in the middle of February and fell in love as soon as we walked in. We knew that we found our place. Some of our family is elderly and the parking was easy for them and close to the building. Our only issue now was we wanted to share our special day with even more of our friends. LOL. But there was no issues with adding more people. We took advantage of using the outside lawn for our ceremony. As the day got closer the weather forecast didn’t look promising. As we voiced our concerns the staff assured us there would be no issues and simply told us if it rained there was plenty of room on the covered patio or inside and for us not to worry. Our ceremony started at 4:00 with a cocktail hour following on the patio. The dining room opens up to the patio with large sliding glass doors. Unfortunately for us the weather wasn’t warm enough to enjoy l the doors being open. We chose to have The Hounds in house catering company Dog Watch Catering do our food. We did not have one complaint from our guests on the food. It was delicious. When it came down to us making the decision on what to have we needed help. Darcey The Hounds coordinator was there to help and suggested a perfect meal and appetizers. This property is designed so well for weddings they also have a bridal suite upstairs for the bride to get ready with her braids-maids. We utilized the outdoor space for some outside yard games and used the provided fire pits. The staff was amazing through the whole process and specially on the wedding day. I would highly recommend The hounds for your special day. They definitely made our day very special.The Hounds's reply:
